Pembebanan arus lalu lintas akibat pengembangan kampus IAIN Parepare membawa dampak terhadap penurunan kinerja jaringan jalan di sekitar lokasi kampus tersebut. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kinerja lalu lintas di sekitar lokasi rencana pengembangan kampus IAIN Parepare dan besarnya dampak lalu lintas yang akan ditimbulkan. Waktu pengambilan data dari bulan April sampai Juli 2019 dan dianalisis menggunakan metode MKJI 1997. Pada tahun 2019, arus lalu lintas terbesar terjadi di persimpangan Jl. H.A.M. Arsyad dan Jl. Komplek Lauleng di hari Senin pada pukul 17.00 - 18.00 WITA, dengan jumlah volume lalu lintas pendekat A sebesar 649,9 smp/jam, pendekat B sebesar 580,8 smp/jam, dan pendekat C sebesar 113,6 smp/jam.

ZIS, or zakat infaq and shadaqah, is one tool used to combat poverty and advance social welfare. Planning, organizing, executing, and monitoring zakat, infaq, and shadaqah are all parts of good financial management (ZIS). Funds (ZIS) are managed in BAZNAS Parepare City with the goal of boosting the local economy via the use of and distribution of business capital to the underprivileged. The community is greatly impacted by the distribution of money (ZIS) at BAZNAS thanks to good administration and efficient use. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the efficiency of fund management (ZIS) in enhancing the local economy of Parepare City. This study employs phenomenological qualitative research techniques while gathering data using field research techniques. Primary data from Parepare City BAZNAS personnel and secondary data, namely mustahik data from recipients of funds (ZIS) on the efficiency of fund management (ZIS) in boosting the local economy, were the sources of information used in this study. Interviews and documentation are the two data gathering techniques employed in this study. The findings demonstrated that: 1. The use of funds (ZIS) at BAZNAS is carried out using a business capital empowerment program to create enterprises from the community in Parepare City. 2. The business capital initiative at BAZNAS Parepare City has produced highly good distribution results for (ZIS) money to boost the local economy. Edlink application can be used as a learning medium that connects educators and students to carry out online learning processes. This study aims to find student’s perception during the utilization of Sevima Edlink . This study used Mixed method with sequential explanatory approach. The object of this study was in English Education Department at IAIN Parepare with the 28 students as sample in this research. Technique of data collection employed questionnaire and interview. This study used SPSS to analyze the data. The result of this study finds that Sevima Edlik has helped students in the learnings process in IAIN Parepare. it discloses that Edlink can be accessed easily if there are no problems with the network because basically this application is an application. those who need the internet, and becomesvery flexible to use both on a smartphone or on a laptop. In addition, Edlink can also be used anytime and anywhere but it does not rule out the possibility that it still has shortcomings such as errors in the application or problems in the network.

This study aims to find out 1) an overview of teacher competency in ICT-based PAI learning in SMP Negeri 3 Parepare, 2) form of teacher competency implementation in ICT-based PAI learning in SMP Negeri 3 Pareparel, 3) supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing teacher competence in PAI learning ICT-based in SMP Negeri 3 Parepare. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Research instruments are guidelines for observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) PAI teachers in SMP Negeri 3 Parepare, if their competencies are analyzed starting from pedagogic competencies, personality competencies, social competencies, and professional competencies and leadership competencies can be stated that PAI teachers in SMP Negeri 3 Parepare already have good competency but still needs to be improved in order to be more optimal (2) Implementation of ICT-based PAI teacher competencies in SMP Negeri 3 Parepare, analyzed from the use of theory, development of fields of study, and the use of information and communication technology (ICT) but not maximal so it still needs to be improved. (3) Supporting factors for implementing the competence of PAI teachers in SMP Negeri 3 Parepare are curriculum, teaching staff, and a conducive atmosphere of the school environment, while the inhibiting factors are facilities and infrastructure that do not support.

The approach used in this research is a psychological and sociological approach. The type of research is field research, which is a type of research based on data obtained directly from research sites in the field and is descriptive analytic in nature.In this study the authors raise important points of discussion in the area of how schools are trying through the application of a hidden curriculum to build student character and improve spiritual intelligence at MI Tarbiyatus ShibyanQualitative descriptive is a method used by researchers in order to carry out in-depth data analysis.The concept of implementing a hidden curriculum is to include character values that are included in all subjects. The character values that are instilled are religious values, independent values, values of appreciating achievement, values of curiosity, values of love for the motherland and creative values.Characterizations in elementary schools can encourage the development of students' spiritual intelligence by emphasizing religious values and discipline. The main concept of character education is based on the school's vision, mission and goals, which are related to curriculum and academic subjects, school culture both in the teacher's environment and in the student's environment as well as self-management through identification and development programs. student interests and talents. The concept of teaching character statistics is implemented through a hidden curriculum, including character statistics in all subjects. The character values contained are religious values, independent values, achievement appreciation values, curiosity values, patriotism values, and constructive values.

Indonesian national legal regulations requires judges to seek reconciliation between the parties effectively and optimally in each trial to prevent a divorce. However, in reality practice, these efforts have not been carried out optimally, so that some divorce cases increased from time to time in particular of verstek decisions, especially verstek decisions. This study aims to determine the implementation of peace efforts in divorce cases at the Parepare Religious Court, and to uncover the causes of non-achievement peace efforts so that a panel of judges decides in a verstek manner. This research applied empirical juridical method. The results of the study shows that the implementation of peace efforts at the Parepare Religious Court has not been effective and optimal in preventing divorce cases, especially in verstek case due to the judge's performance has not been maximized in seeking peace for every trial. In addition, the absence of one party with the intention to facilitate the divorce process as well as the desire of the parties to divorce has conducted a peace more difficult to achieve, in the end the judge set a verstek divorce decision.
