Tulisan ini ingin mengkaji dan menyajikan penggunaan maqashid al-shari‘ah sebagai alat analisis yang metodis sebagai bahan/alat analisis dalam sebuah karya ilmiah. Banyaknya orang-orang yang menggunakan metode maqashid al-shari‘ah sebagai alat analisis tidak mengetahui bahwa dalam menggunakan metode tersebut ada beberapa tahapan yang perlu dilakukan sebelum menggunakan metode maqashid al-shari‘ah sebagai alat analisis. Metode penulisan ini merupakan penulisan library research di mana unsur-unsur metode maqashid al-shari‘ah sebagai bahan analisis dalam penulisan akademis. Hal ini tentu harus dilihat dari beberapa literatur penggunaan metoe maqashid al-shari‘ah dalam memberikan arahan bagi orang-orang dalam menggunakan metode tersebut perlu adanya sistematika dalam penggunakannya sebagai alat analisis

Penelitian ini berjudul “Variasi dan Fungsi Ragam Bahasa Pada Iklan dan Slogan Situs Belanja Online Shopee” bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk variasi dan fungsi ragam bahasa pada iklan dan slogan situs belanja online shopee. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada bentuk variasi iklan dan slogan serta fungsi dan maknanya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan mendekripsikan setiap penggunaan iklan dan slogan dalam situs belanja online shopee. Teknik dalam analisis data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi berupa foto, teknik baca, dan teknik catat pada iklan dan slogan shopee. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya variasi bahasa asing yang berjumlah 6, variasi bahasa gaul berjumlah 2, dan fungsi bahasa berupa fungsi informational, fungsi direktif, serta fungsi ekspresif. 

The objectives of this research to explain the effect of (1) E-Learning on the learning motivation; (2) Social Media as a learning medium on the learning motivation; (3) E-Learning and social media as a learning medium on the learning motivation. This research uses a quantitative approach with correlational research type. The data analysis technique used simple and multiple linier regression test. The results of this research indicatet that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between E-Learning on the learning motivation on a simple linier regression test from tcount>ttable (7.295 > 1.97) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05; (2) there is a positive and significant influence between social media as a learning medium on the learning motivation on a simple linier regression test from tcount>ttable (7.476 > 1.97) and significance value of 0.000 < 0.05; (3) there is a positive and significant influence between E-Learning and social media as learning media on learning motivation on the calculation of multiple linier regression test from Fcount>Ftable (34.831 > 3.04) and a significance valu of 0.000 < 0.05.

This research aimed to examine the effectiveness of technology-based English teaching material development training to improve students’ learning outcomes. This research used quasi-experimental design. The instrument of this research was a multiple-choice test. In collecting data, the writers applied pre-test, treatment, and post-test to students. There were four pre-service teachers who involved in the treatment of this research. Two of them taught in experimental classes and the other two taught in control classes. Pre-service teachers who taught in experimental classes had been trained for ten meetings, while those who taught in control classes had not been trained. This research used SPSS 17 to analyze the data. The result of this research found that there was significant difference of students’ learning outcomes between experimental and control classes after having the treatment. Students’ learning outcomes in experimental classes was higher than in control classes. The effect size of significant level after calculated by Eta squared was 0,042. Event though it had small effect, the technology-based English teaching material training given to the pre-service teachers was quite effective to improve students’ learning outcome in MTs Negeri Parepare.

This research seeks to find the effect of environmental compliances on profitability in the agricultural business sector. This research is quantitative by testing the nexus between environmental compliances (environmental cost and reputational incentive) and agricultural profitability. The sample of this study identified agricultural public firms in Indonesia including five sub-sectors consisting of farming, fisheries, livestock, plantation, and forestry. Financial statements and annual reports in terms of the environment were utilized in this research. Final samples were 12 public agricultural companies. The research model was analysed using the regression with common, fixed and random effect models and were checked the robustness using Generalized Method of Moment (GMM). The result of this research found no effects on the nexus between environmental cost and profitability. It indicates that the environmental cost spent by agricultural firms doesn’t reduce the profitability. The emerging effect can be found on reputational incentive leading the increase into the extent of agricultural profitability both return on assets and return on equity.

Madrasa have a big role in building the Indonesian nation. The challenges of education in the era of globalization are getting bigger. However, many madrasa do not have the quality according to the standard. Therefore it is necessary to rethink the quality culture of madrasa in the global era. This type of research is qualitative research and includes field research. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman analysis techniques that include data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of research conducted by the author on the implementation of quality culture madrasa in MTs Ma'arif NU 4 Kemranjen can be concluded that wujud from the quality culture madrasa (religious culture) in MTs Ma'arif NU 4 Kemranjen as a form of development of pai subject family in accordance with the theory that includes; (1) mushofahah (2) memorization juz 'amma (3) istighasah and prayer together (4) dhuha prayer (5) friday box running (6) congregational dhuhur prayer (7) religious message. While what is not contained in the theory is (1) PHBI (2) reading asmaul husna (3) the use of polite uniforms and covering the aurat (4) pesantren kilat (5) reading yasin and tahlil (6) extra-curricular religious (7) religious tests (8) halal bihalal. The implementation uses a persuasive strategy that emphasizes on accuracy and habituation.

This study aims to reveal how Islamic religious education in the boarding school system in public schools is characterized by the 5 Parepare Public Schools and the Taruna Nala Public High Schools in East Java. This study employs a qualitative approach with multi site studies design. The data collection techniques are participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation review. The data analysis techniques are modified analytic induction and interactive model data analysis of Miles and Huberman. The data validity is checked through credibility, dependability, confirmability, and transferability. The results of this study can provide understanding that the reinforcement program applied in Islamic education learning through boarding school activities consists of daily, weekly, and the annual program. Furthermore, the reinforcement efforts are conducted for reinforce the Islamic education learning through boarding school activities there are in the classroom and schools and dormitories.

The pregnant activities, namely, the existence of classes for pregnant, can add insight and knowledge about pregnancy, pregnancy care, childbirth, and postpartum through educational counseling conducted by competent health workers. During the pregnancy, the women should remain in harmony with others to avoid stress, and the most important point is to always consume nutritious food for health. Good behavioral education for pregnant women includes social accommodation, forming friendships with family and neighbors, helping others, and tending to control emotions during pregnancy. Nutritional education during pregnancy includes knowledge about nutritional issues for pregnant women, how to consume nutritious foods and drinks, and the benefits of nutrition for mothers and fetuses. All pregnant women studied used a Sanro (shaman) to accompany them during pregnancy until delivery, even though there were medical personnel. Local wisdom becomes part of the approach in childbirth, to accompany them during pregnancy until delivery, even though there are health workers. Prenatal education models are still used by the pregnant women, especially in rural areas of Indonesia.
