The article discusses diagnostics and differential diagnosis of chronic autoimmune pancreatitis combined with IgG - associated cholangiopathies, including with lesions of other organs, as in IgG4-systemic diseaseT

The article discusses diagnosis and differential diagnosis of primary and secondary constipation in elderly patients. The analysis of possible options of constipation treatment is made on the basis of the evidence-based medicine criteria and the use of the most effective laxatives.

Retrospective analysis of the favorable course of pregnancy and childbirth of a woman with congenital pathology – achondroplasia. During pregnancy clinical and immunological studies, ultrasound scans, cardiotocography were held. Pregnancy ended by giving birth to a healthy newborn by caesarean section.

Сephalohematoma – one of the forms of birth trauma, which occurs in 1 % to 4 % according to different authors. It’s believed that cephalohematoma arises not only in obstructed labor, but in physiological childbirth too. Analysis of occurrence of cephalohematoma was held among 60 newborns. To decrease this pathology appointment of drugs, that affect blood clotting, must be more careful, and correction of complications of pregnancy and childbirth, must be in timely manner.

Aim. To analyse the modern concepts of neuromuscular and joint dysfunction. The article presents the current notion of parafunctional violations of masticatory muscles associated with the loss of teeth, anomalies and deformations in the dento-facial system. We touched the issues of functional overload of periodontium on the background of muscle hypertrophy and related infringement of proprioceptive impulses, which are based on the change of coordination, rhythmic of chewing movements and kinetics of the temporomandibular joint.

This article describes a clinical case of lepromatous leprosy. Despite the sporadic incidence of leprosy in Russia, the presented clinical observation demonstrates that clinicians must maintain vigilance with regard to leprosy. Close attention and in-depth study of the history of the disease is required both in endemic and (in view of active migration and tourist flows) non-endemic regions, since timely diagnosis of this mycobacteriosis can present significant difficulties.
