This article examines the features of the development of labor contract institutions in Russian legislation, examines the stages of the formation of an employment contract, its types and signs.

General characteristics of the publication. In 2021 and 2022, the monograph «Military Law» was published in three volumes (Volume I. History and theory of military law. Volume II. The current state of military law (institutions of military law). Volume III. Main problems and promising areas of military legal research). The monograph deals with a huge range of issues and problems of military law, incl. questions of a theoretical, methodological and applied nature about the life of military teams and the activities of individual servicemen. Purpose of the study. To reveal aspects of military law that are of interest to political science. Research results. The article is a constructive-critical review by a political scientist of the three-volume monograph «Military Law», published in 2021 and 2022. The review considers individual aspects of military law that are of interest to political science and are disclosed in three volumes of the monograph. The three-volume monograph «Military Law» in its essence and content is very useful for military personnel and officials of military command and control agencies.

In accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education, adopted by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation in February 2020, the implementation of various educational programs provides for the use of educational technologies. The article discusses the relevance of the search for modern technologies for teaching English to law students in the context of the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard (3++). The author analyzes the possibilities of new pedagogical technologies and reveals their advantages. Based on the analysis of tasks for students, the author concluded that modern educational technologies contribute to the formation of foreign language competence in the process of teaching a professionally oriented foreign language course. The article discusses modern educational technologies that are convenient to use when teaching a foreign language. Educational technologies include several convenient technological tools, an affordable, free, convenient service for work that can be used when preparing presentations, creating documents, various tables, as it offers a huge number of visual design options. The main results of the study are the scientific substantiation of the effectiveness of educational material.

The relevance of the topic is due to the increasing influence of Specialized Financial Companies in connection with the constant development of the investment market and the increasing need of society in innovative products, taking into account the lack of research in the Russian science and expert community. It should also be noted that Specialized Financial Societies are becoming an increasingly interesting instrument both abroad and in Russian corporate law, especially in view of the forthcoming “tax reform” in 2025. The purpose of the study is to summarize the opinions of the expert-scientific community and dive into the legislation and law enforcement practice of foreign jurisdictions in order to identify positive aspects of regulation, gaps in the current Russian legislation and problems in legal regulation. Materials and methods. The research was based on the following methods: factual method, in the form of analysis of the current legislation of Russia; comparative-legal method, allowing to evaluate the institution of Specialised Financial Companies from the point of view of approaches applied in various foreign jurisdictions; method of analysis and generalisation of materials in official Internet resources. The result of the study is the identification of shortcomings in legal regulation, systematization of distinctive features of Specialized Financial Companies, identification of their advantages over other corporations, analysis of examples of the use of Specialized Financial Companies (SPV) in foreign countries, determination of their role and functions in the economy.

The work is devoted to a comprehensive study of medical support, incl. sanatorium-resort treatment of employees of the military prosecutor’s office and members of their families (persons who are dependent on them). It is noted that health care is structurally included in services that, in addition to cash payments and benefits in kind, represent the entire social security system. The main attention in the article is focused on the analysis of the normative legal regulation of the health protection of employees of the military prosecutor’s office, as well as the provision of medical assistance to them (prophylactic medical examination, medical examination, military medical examination, medical and psychological rehabilitation, sanatorium treatment, reimbursement of expenses for drugs and treatment) of proper quality and in the required volume. The key scientific results of the study are the generalization of legal information and scientific knowledge about the procedure for providing medical assistance to employees of the military prosecutor’s office. The main scientific results of the article can be applied to organize training in the discipline «Military law and military legislation». The article will be of interest to persons conducting scientific research on the problems of social protection of servicemen and their families.

The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate the influence of institutional factors and, above all, the institutional environment on the development of small business in the conditions of digitalization of the economy. The quality of the institutional environment largely determines the possibilities of unlocking its potential Today, it can be clearly stated that the Russian institutional environment is very unstable due to the crisis situation caused by the tightening of sanctions. Small business has not yet recovered from the pandemic, and the increasing uncertainty in the Russian economy cannot but affect the expectations of small businesses. Small business incomes do not only lack growth, they are shrinking. All this confirms the need to adjust the institutions and mechanisms of the system of state support for small business, taking into account its capabilities in the digital economy. Small businesses objectively feel the need to use digital technologies in their activities, because they allow you to expand its capabilities. This further actualizes the need for systemic measures to support it in various fields of activity in the context of digital transformation. In the study of the tasks set, the methods of theoretical analysis were used: the method of scientific abstraction, statistical analysis, the method of expert assessments, as well as synthesis, deduction and induction.

In the context of developing technologies, the risk of losing money through deception or abuse of trust increases significantly. In the modern world, scammers are finding more and more sophisticated ways to illegally seize other people's money. The article examines modern methods of committing fraud, analyzes measures to combat these crimes, puts forward proposals for updating and improving methods and measures aimed at countering modern methods of fraud. Methodology. Analysis and synthesis were chosen and used as theoretical methods of scientific research. Purpose. The work is aimed at studying and analyzing measures and methods of protection against fraudsters, identifying possible ways to legally solve problems. Results. Proposals for updating and improving methods and measures aimed at countering modern methods of fraud against the population. One of the most important measures to counteract the commission of fraudulent actions against the population, as we believe, is a whole range of various measures aimed at preventing such criminal actions. Preventive actions can be divided into several types: actions aimed at the population itself, work with citizens and actions that constitute technical protection. For example, special attention should be paid to informing and teaching financial literacy to the younger generation (students, schoolchildren), since in the near future this particular group of the population will become the most solvent.

Legal aspects of regulating labor relations with the participation of an educational adviser ("adviser to the director of education and interaction with children's public associations"), in the context of a significant number of publications, instructions and the professional standard "Specialist in the field of education", gaps remain in the practice of an educational organization. Law enforcement practice demonstrates problems in the field of concluding an employment contract and its essential conditions, securing a list of labor functions, securing a position in the staffing table, calculating wages, etc. The purpose of the article is to identify organizational and legal gaps in the regulation of the work of educational advisers. The subject of the study is the Institute of labor relations with the participation of teaching staff, since the position of adviser is attributed to the positions of teaching staff. The result of the study is the systematization of gaps in the organizational and legal aspects of regulating the work of an educational adviser. The novelty of the research lies in the generalization of the regulatory and legal practice of ensuring the activities of an adviser in an educational organization. For the science of labor law, the article is of interest, since it has been proved that the position of an education adviser belongs to the positions of teaching staff based on an analysis of the specifics of labor relations. The author's assessment of the adviser's place in the structure of educational legal relations, due to the peculiarities of the legal status of the employee, becomes a component of scientific novelty.
