Anthropometric survey of young men in Siberia has revealed uneven distribution of somatotype on sexual differentiation dominated mainly gynecomorphous somatotype and asthenia, with a gradual leveling age indicators. Found that, in adolescence the process of physical and sexual maturation is not completed. Young men of eunuchoid type treat generally pathological and disevolyutivny types. This paper puts forward a hypothesis explaining the nature of integration processes in the modern economy; it proposes the idea of corporate competitive energy capacity, which is understood as the company’s combined intellectual and material capital; and gives a formalized presentation of the company’s optimal state of equilibrium. Development tendency and current status of oil production was analyzed in the article. Four steps of pricing in oil market are identified. It is also mentioned in the article that the escalating tensions in the Middle East over the recent years had urged the oil importing countries to implement policy of diversification by means of reducing oil deliveries from Middle East countries and instead increasing oil deliveries from the other regions and in particular from Russia and African countries. Russia's image is negatively affected in the foreign mass media by stereotypes and prejudices, new Russians themselves contributing to this negative image in the German-speaking area through their extravagant lifestyle and excessive architecture and construction projects. The mass media is dominated by reports representing the “other”, for average domestic consumers, as being typical Russian, projecting in consequence an image doing little justice to current developments and denying some remarkable architectural achievements. Technical and economic indicators monitoring system aimed at motor transport companies is required for rapid decision-making that must be backed up by information support functions.
