Comme toute autre religion, la religion musulmane vit avec son temps. Ces deux derniers siècles de profondes mutations ont affecté les écoles juridiques et les courants théologiques et politiques en Islam. L'histoire de la colonisation, puis de la décolonisation, la guerre froide, la transition démographique et enfin la mondialisation ont eu des effets majeurs sur les sociétés, sur les structures juridiques et sur la pensée politique. La décomposition des grands Empires, ottoman, safavide et moghol, et la formation des États modernes, après l'intermède des Empires coloniaux français, britanniques ou italiens ont débouché ces trois dernières décennies sur une nouvelle forme de contestation du cadre national et sur la diffusion transnationale d'une doxa juridique simpliste, alors que certains cadres traditionnels subsistent et que les penseurs, les théologiens et les réformateurs ont du mal à faire entendre leur voix. On ne peut comprendre les tensions qui traversent aujourd'hui les sociétés musulmanes sans prendre en compte l'imbrication des éléments hérités du passé et des nouvelles formes de la pensée politique et juridique en Islam au début du XXI e siècle. Abstract: A business that adheres to Islamic law is a business that operates with honesty and not doing any form of prohibited things in Islam. Maqasid Shariah is the basic standard for mankind in doing something towards creating a Shariah-compliant way of life, including in business. Religion is the main aspect that must be emphasized in performing business. Islam is a religion that must be preserved, maintained and expanded by all Muslims. Islam strongly encourages Muslims to get involved in all sort of business, to earn a living and improved livelihoods to mankind, as long as it meets the Quran and al-Sunnah’s standards. Hifz al-Dīn concept is still not taken seriously in a business management. The issues related to religion, such as riba, employees not performing obligatory prayers and unethical attire are still not stress seriously in business operations. Thus, hifz al-Dīn is an important concept in making sure the business carried out complies with the requirements of Islamic legislation. The purpose of this article is to give exposure in implementing hifz al-Dīn concept. This article studies use qualitative methods by using content analysis of materials related to Islamic Maqasid and businesses. As a result, performing obligatory prayers, trades of halal products, shariah compliant dress code and Islamic financial management need to be taken seriously in every business operations in order to make sure it is in line with the requirements of Islamic law based on hifz al-Dīn concept. The integration of mathematical concepts with Islamic values is very important to be applied as one way of character formation of the nation. KH Fahmi Basya began his research on the Qur'an since 1972 and summarized his research findings under the sub-field of Islamic mathematics in 1982. Through his discovery, the field of Islamic mathematics was one of the subjects of Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in 2002 until this day. This study is a qualitative study that applies the content analysis design. Survey data through primary source of result of authorship of KH. Fahmi Basya, the book ‘Matematikaa Islam 1, Matematikaa Islam 2 dan Matematikaa Islam 3'. In addition, the data was also obtained by interviewing three key informants namely KH. Fahmi Basya, her manager and one field expert. The data was analyzed using a document analysis approach to the study material either primary or secondary. The results showed KH. Fahmi Basya’s thought in the field of Islamic mathematics among others with the creation of works in the form of scientific writing. His writings were full of ideas and thoughts among them in answering the phenomenon of numbers in Islam. In addition, in the form of humanitarian issues in the form of increased faith and confidence by learning Islamic mathematics. KH Fahmi Basya has a strong educational background in the field of mathematics, and added his love to the Qur'an. For that reason he is very concerned and creative to conduct research on the miracles of al-Qur'an through a mathematical approach. It could be concluded that Islamic Mathematics according to KH. Abstract: The aims of this article is to uncover the facts with an in-depth analysis of the study of archipelago qur’an interpretation as an interpretation sourced from the Holy Qur'an as a way of life for its adherents. The scientific treasures in interpreting the Qur'an continues to grow along with the ability of humans to express the meaning contained in it. This article uses the literature study method with a deep analysis so that it can be used as a foothold in interpretive scientific studies. In the archipelago, the development of interpretations from the VII-XV (classical) century became the embryo of the opening horizons of thought in the period that followed in interpreting the Qur'an as a book originating from the revelation of Almighty God. The simplicity of the classical interpretation does not reduce the substance of the verses in it but more than that, the interpretation of the Qur'an in that era has become a knowledge that is able to give a scientific style in the archipelago. Therefore, this paper will thoroughly discuss the embryo of Qur’anic interpretation in the classical period as a scientific treasure and the development of interpretation in the archipelago to be used as an analytical study of the development of interpretation in the middle and contemporary periods. Discussion of interpretation is an important thing in the study of the Qur’an. Understanding the Qur'an is by interpreting the Qur’an. Ulama have tried from time to time to compose the Qur'anic commentary. But for some people it is assumed that many of the interpretations written by the ulama are not easy for every community to digest even more so for the people of Indonesia. There are several things that make the interpretation book difficult to digest by some people, one of which is a complicated style of language added with an understanding of Arabic that is lacking for some Indonesian people, this becomes a problem for the community to understand the interpretation of the Qur’an. The Indonesian Ministry of Religion through the Institute of the Qur'an has tried to solve this problem by composing two works, namely the Qur'an and its translation and the Qur'an and its interpretation. But both of them are still considered inadequate on the grounds that the work of the Qur'an and the Translation are still considered too narrow, the discussion is only as a language transfer. Whereas the Qur'anic work and its interpretation are very broad. Therefore it is presented in brief interpretation as an effort to mediate it. The method and systematics of writing this book are adjusted so that it can be understood by all levels of society. This explanation uses a descriptive-analysis approach. Islamic financial institutions instruments are required to synergize and provide new patterns and ideas in reconstructing previous ideas with the current context so that Islamic financial instruments can be applied by the current generation. This study uses qualitative research methods. The purpose of this study is to identify the implementation of the sharia funding agreement on gala. The research approach used in this study is a phenomenological approach. The type of data used is primary data. Data collection techniques use interviews and observation. The practice of traditional gala found in the lives of southwest Acehnese people was built from generation to generation from the 16th century to the present, approaching the pattern of contract existing in the Islamic economic system where one of them is a mudharabah contract. Abstract: Rapid technological change requires Islamic educational institutions to make changes in various aspects, fundamentally and comprehensively so that Islamic education is able to face the global challenges of education towards civil society. If not, he will be left far behind from modern education. In Indonesia, Azyumardi Azra is one of the professors who is concerned in the field of education whose thoughts can be used as role models in the reform of Indonesian Islamic education. The study of the concept of renewal of the Islamic education system according to Azyumardi Azra was reviewed based on the social background and historical setting of the renewal of Islamic education that took place in the early XX century in Indonesia. Azyumardi's thoughts Azra helped to give a new color to Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia, besides introducing new systems and methods, educational figures at that time also integrated general sciences into the curriculum of Islamic education so that it could bring Islamic schools and higher education. This study is descriptive analysis using a sociological historical and social hermeneutical approach. The method of study in the form of content analysis namely analysis of the text content and hermeuneutic analysis based on the interpretation of his books and his papers. Azyumardi Azra sees the reformation of the Islamic education system is very important that functions as an instrument in the creation of Indonesian human resources that have intellectual, spiritual, and moral. The results of this study can be concluded that the acceptance of a modern Islamic education system is projected to play a more constructive role in welcoming civilized societies capable of integrating Islamic, scientific, and Indonesian-oriented educational systems. The Islamic element is a great concern for the classical Islamic treasures which enables the emergence of educational results that have spiritual qualities. The scientific element compromises general science with religious knowledge. While the Indonesian element is intended because the pesantren institution is used as a reference for future education. the concept of cohesiveness in the education system is used as a philosophical reference framework for education that is capable of producing leaders and at the same time has an Islamic scientific ethos in civic education. Teacher's perception of the K-13 is believed to be one of the factors that lead to the success or failure of the curriculum implementation. This is because the K-13 makes teachers have to adjust and change the learning style in the classroom. Considering the various phenomena about the K-13, the researcher was interested in conducting research the Implementation of the K-13 in the South West Region of Aceh (English Teachers’ Perspectives). In this research, the researchers also analyzed some obstacles faced by the English Teachers in implementing the K-13 and what solutions offered by STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh as one of the universities which produce the teachers in the South West Region of Aceh. The research applied quantitative and qualitative approach that involved 21 English teachers who teach English at Madrasah across South West of Aceh. The result of the study indicated that the implementation of K-13 has not been effective due to several reasons such as the allocation time is insufficient and too many forms of assessment. Moreover, the English teachers issued that the biggest obstacle in implementing the K-13 was the excessive administrative demands. Therefore, the government of Indonesia, in this matter, the Deparment of Education has to ascertain that the majority of English teachers receive training related to K-13 and review the time allocation provided to the English teachers. For the English teachers, they should be creative and innovative in improving their understanding on K-13 using printed and online resources.

The Application of Smartphone as Interpersonal Communication Media in The Employees in The Ministry of Religion Aceh Barat District The use of smartphones is now not a strange thing among office employees. This study wants to see how the application of smartphones as a medium of interpersonal communication among employees of the Ministry of Religion in West Aceh District, because as is well known, the function of smartphones is not just to call each other. The features of the smartphone allow people to communicate in various ways, besides that it allows people to use it for a specific purpose, in addition to communicating. By using a qualitative method approach, the researchers found that it turns out that employees of the Ministry of Religion in West Aceh District have applied smartphones with various features they have as media to communicate intensively with other employees around the office without the need to do it face-to-face. Smartphones have become a much needed communication media for employees of the ministry of religion in West Aceh District, although there are adverse impacts on employees when using smartphones, such as reducing discipline and reducing productivity at work.
