Justice as an ideal and legal objective can be realized through law. Hans Kelsen said, justice is the legality that the benchmark lies in its validity according to positive law. This study aims to describe the concept of fairness according to Hans Kelsen's philosophy and relevance to the concept of al-Adl al-Qur; an. This study is a literature review, with a philosophical approach - Usul Fiqh. The results of the study show that the concept of al-'Adlu in the Qur'an has a wider scope from a human perspective. Al-'Adl has the substance of absolute justice only possessed by the Divine, revealed to the Prophet Muhammad, the Prophet's behavior is justice (prophetic philosophy). Subjective justice, which is essentially an attempt to fulfill positive legal certainty as a benchmark, is completely untenable. Because, justice is not limited to validity according to positive law but justice must pay attention to the meaning of lafadz al-'Adl is a transcendental basis that is absolute for human benefit. The concept of "al-'Adl" offers three levels of benchmarks of justice, namely dharuriyat, hajiyat and tahsiniyat as the spirit of the Qur'an that links morality and belief. Hans Kelsen menyebutkan, keadilan adalah legalitas bahwa tolak ukurnya terletak pada keabsahannya menurut hukum positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan konsep adil menurut filsafat Hans Kelsen dan relevansi dengan konsep al-Adl al-Qur;an. Metodologi kajian ini merupakan kajian pustaka, dengan pendekatan filosofis-Ushul Fiqih. Hasil kajian bahwa konsep al-‘Adlu dalam al-Qur’an memiliki ruang lingkup lebih luas dari perspektif manusia. Al- ‘Adl memiliki substansi keadilan mutlak hanya dimiliki oleh Ilahi, diwahyukan kepada Nabi Muhammad, maka perilaku Nabi adalah keadilan (filsafat profetik). Keadilan subjektif yang pada esensinya sebagai upaya pemenuhan kepastian hukum positif sebagai tolak ukur, sepenuhnya tidak dapat dipertahankan. Sebab, keadilan tidak terbatas pada keabsahan menurut hukum positif tetapi keadilan harus memperhatikan makna lafadz al-‘Adl basis transendental yang bersifat absolut bagi kemaslahatan manusia. Artikel ini mencoba mengungkap konsep al-'adl dari sisi pandang al-Qur'an dengan pendekatan tafsir tematik. Al-Qur'an cukup banyak mengungkap tema keadilan ini dalam berbagai ayat dan surat dengan versi yang beragam. Untuk memahami tema keadilan yang dibawa oleh al-Qur'an, maka dalam tulisan ini akan dibahas mengenai makna al-'adl, perlunya menegakkan keadilan dalam kehidupan, himbauan al-Qur'an terhadap keadilan, dan bidang-bidang keadilan.

Child-directed language (CDL) features words such as doggy, night-night, and tummy that are rarely used in adult-directed language (ADL). CDL variants are overrepresented in children's early vocabularies (e.g., Frank et al., 2017; Ota et al., 2018) but are eventually replaced by ADL equivalents—dog, goodnight, stomach. Prior work using transcripts of spontaneous English (North American) speech from CHILDES (MacWhinney, 2000) and the Language Development Project corpus (Goldin-Meadow et al., 2014) has shown that children and others in their environments (i.e., their caregivers) increasingly produce ADL variants over time (Casey & Casillas, 2022). The current study aims to investigate the timing of the shift from CDL to ADL vocabulary using a new method: caregiver-report. For 26 CDL/ADL word pairs (see Stimuli below), caregivers will rate how likely they and their child (up to age 7) are to use CDL vs. ADL variants (0–100; 100 = exclusively ADL).

YaPEIM (Foundation of economic development Islam Malaysia) is one of the institutions that fght for the introduction of Islamic Economy concentrated in Malaysia. Embody the spirit of AL-’ ADL in the economy became the spirit of struggle of YaPEIM. This research is a Case Study in YaPEIM in Changloon, Kedah, Malaysia. This study discusses the Performance Allowance in the perspective of al-'Adl in the Indonesian Ministry of Religion, Gowa Regency. This type of research is a type of qualitative descriptive study with a phenomelogical approach that explains the phenomena and their meaning for individuals by conducting interviews with a number of individuals and the location of the study was conducted at the Indonesian Ministry of Religion, Gowa Regency. Sources of data obtained consisted of primary data sources of 12 informants, as well as secondary data. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the process of receiving performance allowances in the manner of payment and giving, addition, and reduction of performance allowances is in accordance with government regulations. In addition, the value of Al-'Adl is an imbalance in the receipt of performance benefits with employee performance which is assessed through employee performance appraisal. The value of Al-'Adl is that there is no equality in providing training opportunities and infrastructure for employees. The value of Al-'Adl is that there is a mismatch in the receipt of performance allowances based on the time of payment, employee workload, and employee obligations.

A perfectly competitive market can produce fair prices for sellers and buyers. If the market mechanism is disrupted, fair prices will not be reached. This study aims to determine the economic thought of Islamic Middle Ages (Al-Ghazali, Ibn Taymiyah and Ibn Khaldun), analyze the concept of demand and supply prices and the contribution of al-aman al-'adl in demand and supply prices according to Al-Ghazali, Ibn Taimiyah and Ibn Khaldun (Middle Ages). This research uses the method of library research with a historical, sociological and economic approach. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data.The results of this study indicate that Al-Ghazali was one of the thinkers of Islamic economics who initiated the concept of al-aman al-‘adl with a socialist style of thought. Ibn Taymiyyah was a cleric with a socialist mindset that was specifically focused on the market mechanism, emphasizing his views on the free market. Ibn Khaldun was the pioneer of the birth of sociology which summarized the discussion of history-philosophy and political economy. The style of Ibn Khaldun's economic thought is more directed to the style of socialist thought which strongly emphasizes the importance of a free market system. The concept of demand analysis is that the higher the price, the lower the demand will be. Meanwhile, the concept of supply analysis is the higher the price, the more number of goods offered. Al-ṡaman al-‘adl's contribution (fair price) according to Al-Ghazali addresses the issue of price and profit simultaneously without distinguishing between costs and income. The contribution of al-ṡaman al-‘adl (fair price) according to Ibn Taymiyyah maintains fairness in conducting reciprocal transactions and other relationships among members of the community, the concept of a fair price only occurs in competitive markets. The contribution of al-ṡaman al-‘adl (fair price) according to Ibn Khaldun is the price is very much determined by the demand and supply
