Presently article is exposed an approach to the integrative focus of formation based on competence in the higher education, where the addresses, features and principles are presented that characterize it, as well as the essential challenges for this educational level.

The work gives a general vision about the way talented persons are educated in the World, their differences, similarities and the different levels of development. It constitutes a way to consult the professors who have the challenge to educate a talented student and have no tools to do it.

In this work, it is offered a methodology that constitutes a result of an investigation. The family of problems was structured and the teaching processwas organized with the aim to guide consciously the development of the determined skill in the objective in relation to the level of assimilation of the contents. The methodology has been applied with satisfactory results, in specific disciplines and in those related to the profession in different measurement in universities.

Beginning from a long historical loss of identity of Didactic as a discipline and in consequence, the lack of its presence in the curriculum of teachers, in particular those of natural sciences, considering the critical checking-up, theoretical contributions and investigation in the last decades, Didactic has been reoriented as a discipline which has as object of study and reflection on the practice of teaching in particular context.

This article focuses on the impact of the Master’s Degree Program on Educational Sciences in a rural area with special geographic and socio-cultural characteristics under the application of new dimensions and indicators. The work also offers some of the partial outcomes derived from the evaluation of the research process as well as some of the educational and social changes undergoing in this mountainous area.

José Martí did not study teaching profession, he neither devoted his life for developing this profession, but he delivered lessons in different Latin-Americans countries and he did it with an undoubtable excellence according to some testimonies and criteria of the epoch. This work is intended to expose the universal analysis character that our national hero makes of the problem of education and his approach from a humanist and culturologist approach.

The researching culture is an innovative proposal that seeks for integrating the diverse learning atmospheres that the student of Bachelor in Education in mathematics and physics of the University “de Los Llanos”, is a project of investigation caused by a holistic exercise, based on the development of abilities, making the educational professional to be a competitive fellow, that assumes the challenge to educate supported by the investigation as an articulator axis that eases the processes of construction of knowledge.

This article is aimed at clarifying the dynamic in précising and identifying the contradictions in scientific investigations, especially in the field of Pedagogical Sciences, from a dialectical-materialist conception of the world. Here it is defined, described and exemplified the concepts of inner contradiction and outer contradiction.

This investigation is centered on the necessary preparation of primary teachers for the temporal education of the elementary learners. The main ideas that support the necessary preparation of the primary teacher is supported in this topic, in correspondence to the present-day demands in perfectioning this level of education.
