This study aimed to explore difficulties that parents faced when bringing their children to psychological examination in Vietnam through their life stories. The research participants included 5 fathers and 3 mothers having children diagnosed with autism. A preliminary interview prior to the study and in-depth interviews were carried out with their voluntariness. To collect and analyze the data, "Life Story Interview" list was implemented, data analysis phases of interpretative phenomenology was used in this study. As a result, key problems that parents met on this tough journey so that their children could be examined were (1) financial problems, (2) tiredness, and (3) unexpected behaviors of the children. Analyses showed that despite the challenges, parents tried their best in order to know exactly the name of their children’s problem.

This paper demonstrates that as used in Western philosophy cosmological argument relies on ontological argument to jump to its conclusion about the existence of a Supreme-being-creator. Pointing to the failure of the Western cosmological argument, the paper shows that either creation happens within the creator or outside of him. In the first case, the Supreme-being-creator is not immutable; hence, he is not perfect. In the second case a greater being can be conceived which includes creator and creation. Therefore, the Western cosmological argument hopelessly relies on ontological argument to anticipate a priori that the first cause of its conclusion is God, the greatest possible being and a being of maximum perfection. As an alternative to this debunked cosmological argument, this paper offers the kemetic cosmological argument as a valid demonstration of the existence of a Supreme Being absolutely immutable and who is the greatest possible being

This paper attempts to quantify the coordination between monetary and fiscal policies in Rwanda from 2008 to 2018. The paper uses Granger causality test and vector autoregressive (VAR) framework to determine whether these policies are implemented independently and also looks at the extent of their coordination. The empirical results using unstructured VAR model suggest that monetary and fiscal policies interact and are coordinated in Rwanda. The impulse response functions demonstrate significant interaction between monetary and fiscal policy. For instance a positive shock on government expenditure induces an increase in broad money that in turn induces an increase in liquidity in the economy. Finally, the paper recommends that both policies should continue interacting in order to strengthen policy coordination. Therefore, ultimately achieve a stable and low inflation together with high growth.

The paper presents the results of research concerning women’s migration from Ukraine from the end of the 1980s to the 2020s. The paper considers two types of female migration, based on different motives, reasons, outcomes, and means to achieve the realization of their migration plans. The methodology of the paper consists of primary and secondary sources of information. The two types of female migration explored are those taking place in the 1980s and those in the 2020s. The first wave of female migration from Ukraine, from the end of the 1980s to 2000, has been called ‘women attempting to migrate through despair’ and the second wave, from 2000 to 2020, has been called ‘attempts by women to migrate due to need and danger’.

The Northwestern Frontier of China is different from the Northwestern China in that it is only a part of the Northwestern China that is close to the border of the country. The geographic space of the northwestern frontier in different periods of Chinese history has changed with the effective governance of the Chinese central government. The ethnic issues in the northwestern frontier have their basic historical background and time and space. The types of ethnic issues in China’s northwest frontier areas are not the same, but they are basically manifested in internal socio-economic and cultural development issues and external ethnic interaction issues, as well as transnational (border) ethnic issues and ethnic religious issues, such as ethnic separatism and extreme religion. Doctrine and violent terrorism are only part of it, not all of it. To this end, it is necessary to "prescribe the right medicine" for different types of ethnic problems and formulate different effective "prescriptions" to solve ethnic problems in order to realize the "Chinese dream" of harmonious socialist ethnic relations in China.

Divorce is the end of a marriage. Divorce is a break in the relationship between husband and wife. Every married couple must have their ways to prevent a divorce from happening. Divorce is always based on quarrels between husband and wife. This is the reason that a dispute between husband and wife occurs because one of the parties wants a divorce, therefore the family relationship is not harmonious. Offspring who are not present in the household is very important, apart from being the successor of the heir, children are also the goal of a harmonious household, especially if certain tribes or customs require an offspring to be the successor of the family name. In this case, the applicant and the defendant both did not want to adopt a child, so they decided to divorce at Religious Court Medan

Indian society attaches a lot of importance to marriage. Marriage is regarded as one of the most significant life cycle rituals. In traditional Hindu society marriage is considered a sacrament and therefore expected to be for life. It is the most formally recognized institution under which the progeny is accepted. In India marriage is an important institution since it is advised by “dharma” and also gives you a sense of attachment and belonging towards each other. However, marriage seems to be an unattainable goal to many persons with disabilities. The persons with all kinds of physical disabilities have a hard time finding partner for the marriage because many people in the society cannot look beyond the appearance of a disability. Persons with disabilities have abridged marriage prospects, less choice of a partner, higher dowries and greater risk of desertion. There is a paucity of research studies, especially in Indian context to understand the need for marriage and marital concerns of persons with physical disabilities. This empirical research highlights the need and importance of marriage for the persons with physical disabilities. It also suggests the suitable social work intervention model for marriage needs of persons with physical disabilities keeping their specific needs and requirements in mind.
