The population in this study were students of class X SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Surabaya. The sample used in this study were 60 students with the technique of taking using random sampling. The design used in this study was an experimental research design with correlation analysis method. This research was conducted from 25 January 2020 to 24 April 2020. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, the results showed that there was no relationship between body mass index and creative-based small ball games and there was a relationship between agility towards creative-based small ball games and there was a relationship between body mass index and agility towards creative-based small ball games simultaneously. The implementation of this research is that the higher the student's agility, the higher the ability to play a creative-based small ball game and the higher it will be if the student has an ideal body mass index.

Based on field observations, football extracurricular participants at vocational high school PGRI number 6 Denpasar have agility skills which are at a low level. It is mandatory to get special attention so that the achievements of vocational high school PGRI number 6 Denpasar can increase in the sports it participates in. The purpose of carrying out this study was to determine the effect generated by circuit training on the body agility of soccer athletes. This research is an experimental research with experimental research design randomize pre and post test group design. The sample in this study amounted to 20 people divided into two groups, namely 10 people in the treatment group (Circuit Training) and 10 people in the control group (Zig-Zag Run Training). Based on the results and discussion, it was found that Circuit Training could increase body agility with an average increase of 4,60 seconds or an increase of 27,21%. The conclusion of this study is Circuit Training increases the body agility of soccer athletes.

    This study aims to provide a comprehensive picture of (1) management of sports measurement laboratory management seen from the context of planning, organizing and monitoring ; (2) Constraints faced in managing sports measurement laboratories ; and (3) alternative solutions to problems carried out by the University in overcoming obstacles in managing the sports measurement laboratory in Program Study of Physical Education, Health and Recreation, FKIP, University PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia. This type of research is a qualitative case study type. Data were collected through observation and interviews with the Head of the Laboratory. The data obtained were analyzed by means of an interpretive descriptive and the results showed that the management process of managing sports measurements has met the existing rules and has been well managed by the Head of the Laboratory. The sports measurement laboratory equipment is well inventoried so that when the University is checked and supervised, it is no longer overwhelmed because every item has been labeled according to the name of the tool, the year of receipt and the number of units. Tarung Derajat is science, moral action and life attitude that realistically and rationally utilizes the ability to move muscles, brain, and conscience, especially in the effort to master and apply the 5 (five) moral forces, namely: strength - speed - accuracy - courage - tenacity in the system of resistance and self-defense which is aggressive and dynamic in the forms of movement of punches, kicks, parries, throws, locks, dodges, and other important limb movements. There are several important aspects of physical support for an athlete when competing. Therefore, it is necessary to further analyze the core muscle endurance strength, body mass index and vo2max degree fighting athletes. The endurance strength of the core muscles of athletes in degree fighting with Excellent category was 11 people with a percentage of 84.61%, in the Good category 1 person with a percentage of 7.69%, while the Below Average category was 1 person with a percentage of 7.69%. Body mass index for 11 degree fighter athletes is in the Normal category with a percentage of 84.61%, while 2 people are in the Overweight category with a percentage of 15.38%. While the VO2 Max category for athletes is in the poor category, there are 4 people with a percentage of 30.77%, while the category is very low. there are 9 people with a percentage of 69.23%.

Yogyakarta : FIK UNY"]} This study aims to determine the level of physical fitness based on body mass index in semester V A, B and C students in 2019/2020 Penjaskesrek Study Program FPOK IKIP PGRI Bali. The study was conducted by conducting physical fitness tests and anthropometric tests on students of semester V A, B, C in 2019/2020 Penjaskesrek Study Program FPOK IKIP PGRI Bali. The sample of this study was taken by purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used in this study is to use percentages to describe the frequency and percentage of data obtained. The results of the study stated that 42% of students had a body mass index that was lacking, 35% of students had a normal body mass index, and 23% of students had a fat body mass index. While the level of physical fitness of students showed 43% less, 30% moderate, and 27% good. So it can be concluded that the level of physical fitness and body mass index in semester V A, B dan C students in 2019/2020 FPJ IKK IKREJ IKIP PGRI Bali Study Program is still low.

One of the most visible elements of local wisdom is that there are several ethnic differences in the district. Each ethnic group has different characteristics and of course has the potential to give birth to athletes with different psychological factors such as personality traits and emotional regulation. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the differences between the two psychological elements in the Javanese, Osing and Madurese tribes. This type of research is quantitative descriptive using survey and questionnaire methods. The sample in this study were athletes from the Javanese, Osing and Madura tribes with a total of 30 people. Based on the results of the data analysis above, the highest percentage of personality traits was obtained in the Javanese ethnic group with a very good category of 30% (3 athletes), 30% of the good category of ethnic groups (3 athletes) and the Madurese in the moderate category of 40% (4 athlete). Whereas for the highest percentage results on the element of emotional regulation in the Javanese ethnic group with a high category of 60% (6 athletes), 40% of the high category osing tribe (4 athletes) and the Madurese ethnic group in the moderate category by 40% (4 athletes).

The purpose of this study is to determine the ability level of long jump achievement in squat style. The method used in this research is an experimental one. The research was conducted at SDK Fatubena Malacca District. This research was conducted in 6 weeks with 3 times in a week. The samples used were 11 selectedstudents: male only of 10-12 years old. The data in this research are quantitative or numeric, then the data will be analyzed with statistical analysis using SPSS program. The result was the normality test used the Saphiro Wilk test, showing that the data in this research were normally distributed with a value of p> 0.05 (0.363> 0.05). T-paired test results (paired-t test) showed that the initial test mean 1,208 meters, the final test 1,623 meters and the results of the mean different tests after training (treatment) were very significant because the p value <0.05 (0.000<0.05), and the difference between the initial test and the final test was 1,823. Based on the result, it can be concluded that playingTaliMerdeka 3 times a week for 6 weeks can increase the distance of the Squat Style Long Jump Achievement for the fifth grade students of SDK Fatubena, Malacca District.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between abdominal circumference and blood pressure on the nutritional status of women members of zumba exercise during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted in Jembrana Regency, Bali Province in August 2020. The sample in this study was 43 people. The instrument in this study used a circumference band to measure abdominal circumference, a sphygmomanometer to measure blood pressure, and a BMI technique to measure nutritional status. The data collected first carried out a prerequisite test consisting of a normality test using the kolmogorov smirnov technique and homogeneity using the levene statistic technique with a significance level of 5%, and then continued with hypothesis testing using correlation techniques using multiple regression tests. The prerequisite test results show that the data is normally distributed and homogeneous (p>0,05), while the hypothesis test results show that there is a relationship either partially or simultaneously (p<0,05). So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between abdominal circumference and blood pressure on the nutritional status of women members of zumba exercise during the Covid-19 pandemic.

This study aims to determine the profile of the physical condition of athletes of the UNWAHAS Sports student activity units in 2020. This research is a descriptive study using a survey method with data collection techniques using tests. The subjects in this study were 53 athletes of the UNWAHAS Sports student activity units in 2020. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis technique which is stated in the form of a percentage divided into 5 categories, namely, very poor, insufficient, moderate, good, and excellent. The results of the shit-up test showed that 2 athletes were very poor (3.8%), 6 athletes were poor (11.3%), 23 athletes were moderate (43.4%), 18 athletes were good (34%), and 14 athletes were good. once (26%). The results of the push-up test showed that 1 athlete was very poor (1.9%), 12 athletes were less (22.6%), 37 athletes were moderate (69.8%), 3 athletes were good (5.7%). The results of the pull-up test showed 1 athlete was very poor (2.4%), 12 athletes were less (28.6%), 18 were moderate athletes (42.9%), 11 athletes were good (26.2%). The results of the Flaxed-arm hang test showed that 1 athlete was very poor (9.1%), 7 athletes were moderate (63.6%), 2 athletes were good (18.2%), 1 athlete was very good (9%). From the results of the study it can be concluded that the physical condition of the athletes of the Sports UKM at Wahid Hasyim University Semarang in 2020 is in the moderate category. For athletes who still have less and less physical condition, they can improve it.

One aspect of a good throw can be seen from the angle, accuracy and distance. This research was conducted to see how the effect of the throw angle on the football throw-in distance. The research sample consisted of 10 athletes, where each athlete made 3 throws per corner. The throw angle was varied by 150, 300 and 450. The prefix at the time of throwing is conditioned without the prefix. The result of the throw is a distance measured using a roll meter. Measured from the starting line to the fall of the ball. Data obtained from field assistants and documentation tools were analyzed using kinovea software to determine the angle and motion of the parabola when the ball was released, then converted into data processed with statistics. The results of the throws are the average value of the throws, presented in tables and graphs and analyzed in accordance with the theory. The results showed that the throw angle affected the throw in distance in soccer games. From the 3 throwing angles, the maximum distance of the throw is, the angle is 150 = 9.96 meters, the angle is 300 = 12.85 meters, and the angle is 450 = 14.08 meters.

This is suspected to be the cause of the low performance of the Golden Black Swimming Club athletes in Padang City in the breaststroke number. The purpose of the study was to determine the swimming technique skills of the Golden Black Swimming Club athletes' breaststroke. The population of this study amounted to 7 athletes (5 boys and 2 girls, the sampling technique used saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis, with a frequency tabulation formula. Based on data analysis of the Golden Black Swimming Club athletes in Padang City, the results obtained were : (1) The level of mastery of the breaststroke swimming technique is at a moderate level, where from the results of data analysis obtained a maximum score = 80 (very good score), minimum score = 69 (less value), standard deviation = 3.98 and an average score average = 74.14 (medium score) (2) Out of 7 people: 2 people (28.6%) categorized as good 2 people (28.6%) categorized as moderate 3 people (42.9%) categorized as poor.

The components of the physical condition that are adapted to the character of the game of football will have a positive impact on the development of athletes. The purpose of this article is to describe the importance of physical conditions for the needs of playing football. This writing is carried out by analysis using the review method of references published online, related to physical conditions. The results of the analysis show that the research on the importance of physical condition components is very influential and supportive of the game of football. The components of the physical conditions developed to support the needs of the game of football are very broad. Research related to physical components is carried out for various techniques in football. However, the trend of the physical components that are widely used is the physical component in general, namely strength, flexibility, speed, endurance and anthopometric conditions, namely arm length, leg length.

In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, a new alternative is needed that must be done with the previous education system. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of PJOK learning on the basic techniques of passing through volleyball through online media in class VIII students of Junior high school Widya Sakti Denpasar during the Covid-19 pandemic period. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method conducted online by distributing questionnaires using google form then after the data has been collected it will be analyzed and presented as a percentage for later description. The results of the study show that 100% online learning places are located at home using a mobile phone via an internet connection with a quota package in a good signal state. Online learning 57.70% of students are easy to understand and understand, while google classroom and whatsapp are applications that are often used and 42.30% of students say it is difficult to operate online learning media. While giving assignments and exams online 19.7% of students did not understand and 82.3% of students were able to do it well. However, in the online learning process 54% makes students less enthusiastic, therefore students expect face-to-face and online learning. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it was concluded that online learning as a whole was less effective in learning subjects PJOK for grade VIII students at Junior high school Widya Sakti Denpasar during the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, students hope that the learning system during the Covid 19 pandemic can be done online and face-to-face while adhering to health protocols.

This is in accordance with the measurement data taken when learning sports takes place. With the lack of endurance level of the students' arm muscles, there is a concern about the achievement of students who are directly involved in every achievement sports activity that is followed by public vocational secondary schools number 5 Denpasar. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect given by Push-Up training with additional weight on the back on the endurance of the arm muscles. This study used an experimental research design randomize pre and post test group design. The sample in this study amounted to 22 people who were divided into treatment and control groups. The results in this study obtained that Push-Up training with additional loads on the back increased the student's arm muscle endurance with an average increase of 24.82 times/minute or an increase of 75.62%. The conclusion of this study is that Push-Up training with additional weights on the back is effective in increasing student arm muscle endurance.
