The Mahali tribe of Choukapathra village of Nayagram Block and Jhargram is an artisan tribe. They mainly reside in West Bengal, Jharkhand and Orissa. Their traditional occupation is basketry. They are patrilineal tribe. They prefer monogamy. Being an artisan tribe and depending on basketry their income is not sufficient for their livelihood now a day; as the markets of the products of basketry are being exchanged with plastic materials. The crisis is responsible for social cultural changes in various aspects. They are thinking themselves that their social positions are being deteriorated for this occupation.

Various labor reform method are being implemented, including the legislature, to create jobs and give sustainable livelihoods to people heavily involved in the casual economy. Closing gender gaps in education, skills development, employment and income and sinking social inequalities in society are fundamental objectives of the development policy to improve human skills.

The Jingphaw ethnic group is one of the primitive tribes of the world. They are known as ‘Kachin’ in Myanmar, ‘Jingpo’ in China and ‘Singpho’ in India. In different parts of planet, they are called by varied names; although the word “Jinghpaw” is commonly used by majority in written literary form. The Jinghpaw of Myanmar largely inhabit in its northernmost state called ‘Kachin State’ and its hilly areas. In China, they live in western ‘Yunnan’ province of ‘Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture’. In addition, they live in the north-eastern parts of India called ‘Arunachal Pradesh’ and ‘Assam’ state. This paper is an attempt to delineate the origin, history and unique cultural heritage of “Jinghpaw” community.

The scholar of language and history concluded that all the new Gondi scripts have not any linguistic base or evidence to prove these are original Gondi scripts which justify with Gondi language. The ancient evidence existed in Chanda kingdom of south Gondwana where the fort in forest was built by Gondraja Khandkya Ballalshah Atram in A.D. 1242. There is be evidence of ancient Gondi script which is mention in this research which proved this Gondi script is correct on the basis of their vowels, consonants and grammar of the Gondi language. So government shall be noted and give us recognition to this script as well as language which helps to learn and write in modern school education system.Gond community must be understood about power of mother tongue Gondi. Various facts are necessary for the standardization and recognition of any language.
