Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) pelaksanaan uji kompetensi mahasiswa tingkat akhir Prodi Manajemen Tata Hidang; (2) hasil uji kompetensi mahasiswa tingkat akhir Prodi Manajemen Tata Hidang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel mandiri, yaitu: sebaran unit uji kompetensi dan hasil uji kompetensi. Hasilnya 48 mahasiswa / asesi atau 100% dinyatakan Kompeten pada Skema Sertifikasi Kualifikasi Sertifikat V Bidang Tata Hidang (Food And Beverage Service) Untuk Supervisor-Penyelia dan Administrasi

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa penting peran yang dilakukan oleh tim Dinas Pariwisata dalam mempromosikan daya tarik wisata di Kabupaten Badung Selma pandemic Covid-19 yang masih menimpa pariwisata Bali. jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kualitatif. Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus pada peran Dinas Pariwisata Badung yakni di bidang pemasaran atau promosi pariwisata yang ada di Badung. Sumber data yang diperoleh yaitu melalui sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan peneliti menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Dinas Pariwisata Badung telah melakukan berbagai cara untuk mempromosikan daya tarik wisata di Badung guna menarik kunjungan wisatawan ke Badung Bali salah satunya melakukan promosi pariwisata di dalam maupun luar negeri melalui sosial media dan meningkatkan SDM dengan melakukan pelatihan-pelatihan di bidang pariwisata.

description Publicationkeyboard_double_arrow_right Article 2022Jurnal Akademi Pariwisata Medan, Politeknik Pariwisata Medan Liyushiana Liyushiana;Liyushiana Liyushiana;Labersa hotel and convention center is a hotel located in Toba Regency, Balige District, which is a new hotel but can increase visitors from time to time. But for now, the interest of visitors to stay at Balige, especially to the location of the Labersa Hotel, has not yet reached the expected target. To deal with this problem, an integrated and targeted communication strategy is needed. This scientific article discusses how to implement the concept of integrated marketing communication created by Philip Kotler and then we apply it using qualitative research methods. The results of this analysis show that applying this concept can overcome the existing problems. This research will be conducted using descriptive qualitative research and data collection methods using observation, interviews, and documentation of the hotel.

Partisipasi masyarakat setempat sangatlah diperlukan, oleh sebab itu, digitalisasi marketing berbasis community based tourism (CBT) sangat dibutuhkan. Metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, untuk memperoleh data digunakan kuisioner dan wawancara. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa pemasaran digital sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Informasi maupun hal lainnya mengenai potensi wisata dapat diakses siapapun. Kunjungan wisatawan dapat memesan paket wisata secara digital. Begitu pula dengan partisipasi masyarakat di desa setempat.

Processing of food ingredients according to standards will slow down food spoilage so that food quality is maintained. The purpose of this study was to observe the application of internal sanitation hygiene to processed products in restaurant kitchens in Balige City, Toba Regency. As for this type of research with qualitative descriptive methods, the data collection methods used are observation methods, interview methods and documentation methods. This research used descriptive quantitative methods that is using questionnaire to the tourist to collect the data. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to compute the parameters by using IBM SPSS ver. 25. The result shows that tourism attraction has no significant effect on tourist satisfaction, service quality has significant effect tourist satisfaction. Tourism attraction need to develop to increase tourist satisfaction to visit Green Paradise Pagar Alam.

The number of visitors staying in 2019 was highest in June and there was a steady number of visitors at Dharma Karya Hotel, thus contributing positively to tourism in Pagar Alam.the highest number of visitors staying in 2019 was in January.Guests staying at Gunung Dempo Hotel are domestic tourists and foreign tourists.The number of visitors staying relatively with a total of high total visits compared to Dharma Karya Hotel. Andaliman pizza is processed by gently grinding andaliman, then sliced lemongrass, carrot parts, cabbage flowers, far beans and spring onions. After that the sausage part, soft slices of cheese and the tomato part become a garnish or accessory on the top of the pizza. This study has a purpose, namely to identify customer assumptions about the characteristics of pizza andaliman, to analyze customer attitudes to pizza andaliman, and to analyze customer actions to pizza andaliman. The data analysis procedure used in this study is to use SWOT analysis. Processing of food ingredients according to standards will slow down food spoilage so that food quality is maintained. The purpose of this study was to observe the application of internal sanitation hygiene to processed products in restaurant kitchens in Balige City, Toba Regency. As for this type of research with qualitative descriptive methods, the data collection methods used are observation methods, interview methods and documentation methods. From the results of research and field observations where the three restaurants sampled in this study have implemented hygiene and sanitation standards, especially in processing products that are in accordance with standard provisions such as washing, peeling and slicing

This research used descriptive quantitative methods that is using questionnaire to the tourist to collect the data. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to compute the parameters by using IBM SPSS ver. 25. The result shows that tourism attraction has no significant effect on tourist satisfaction, service quality has significant effect tourist satisfaction. Tourism attraction need to develop to increase tourist satisfaction to visit Green Paradise Pagar Alam.

The number of visitors staying in 2019 was highest in June and there was a steady number of visitors at Dharma Karya Hotel, thus contributing positively to tourism in Pagar Alam.the highest number of visitors staying in 2019 was in January.Guests staying at Gunung Dempo Hotel are domestic tourists and foreign tourists.The number of visitors staying relatively with a total of high total visits compared to Dharma Karya Hotel. After that the sausage part, soft slices of cheese and the tomato part become a garnish or accessory on the top of the pizza. This study has a purpose, namely to identify customer assumptions about the characteristics of pizza andaliman, to analyze customer attitudes to pizza andaliman, and to analyze customer actions to pizza andaliman. The data analysis procedure used in this study is to use SWOT analysis.
