Management of Technology (MOT) is defined as an academic discipline of management that enables organizations to manage their technological fundamentals to create competitive advantage. MOT covers a wide range of contents including administrative strategy, R&D management, manufacturing management, technology transfer, production control, marketing, accounting, finance, business ethics, and others. For each topic, researchers have conducted their MOT research at various levels. However, a practical and pragmatic side of MOT surely affects its research trends. Finding changes of MOT research trends, or the chronological transitions of principal subjects, can help understand the key concepts of current MOT. This paper studied a bottom-up trend in research fields in MOT by applying a text-mining method to the conference proceedings of IAMOT (International Association for Management of Technology). First, focusing on only nouns found several keywords, which more frequently emerge over time in the IAMOT proceedings. Then, expanding the scope into other parts of speech viewed the keywords in a natural context. Finally, it was found that the use of an important keyword has qualitatively and quantitatively extended over time. In conclusion, a bottom-up trend in MOT research was detected and the effects of the social situation on the trend were discussed.Keywords: Management of Technology; Text Mining; Research Trend; Bottom-up Trend; Patent

Over the past three decades, psychological contract (PC) has elicited an increasing research attention in construction management (CM). However, a research trend of PC application in CM is unavailable. This study aims to address this gap by reviewing PC papers in CM from 1990 to 2019 to ascertain the status of this research area and identify future research directions. This review starts with the definition of PC, and then compares the difference between the PC for individuals and the PC for organizations. Subsequently, this paper identifies three research directions of PC application in CM, namely, human resource management, safety management and procurement management. Finally, this review proposes a dual-dimension framework and some suggestions for future theorizing about the PC application in CM. The findings of this study are believed to provide useful references for the future application of PC in CM.

Abstract Informatization has become an inevitable trend in office, and it is also the main way for modern business society to improve work efficiency. From the observation of the reform of file management in practice, its main direction is based on computer technology. This research selects three aspects based on computer technology, including information resource management, technology management and service management. It mainly discusses the integration and utilization of information resources, technology management promotion measures and innovative service management system paths.

Recently, as the smart devices such as smart phone and smart pad are becoming increasingly common, the number of the smart devices users is increasing explosively. Therefore, the mobile Internet traffic is tend to get more and more increasing, and thus it is expected that the demand for using mobile Internet traffic will be exponentially increasing annually worldwide. In addition, mobile communications operators concentrate on much efforts and investments in order to effectively solve these problems at home and abroad, and the interest on the network-based (i.e., PMIPv6-based) distributed mobility management technology, which effectively distributes the explosively increasing mobile Internet traffic, is getting larger and larger. In this paper, we address the overview and recent research trend of PMIPv6-based distributed mobility management technology, and also describe the necessity and future prospect for studying PMIPv6-based distributed mobility management technology.

This study uses Bibliometrix to analyze the results of 570 literature search on scientific research management from Web of Science, and uses text analysis technology to explore the research results in this field for more than 20 years and the evolution of the theme.
