International audience; Hatchery managers and maintaining genetic diversity and fitness population in endangered and threatened species in pond is a important and difficult thing to do. But is must to do for conservation biology. Fitness and structure population depends on effective breeding number (Ne) and population connectivity between each other. The second most important thing is gene flow and genetic drift. Ne is major role in the maintenance of genetic diversity as indicator for inbreeding depresion and genetic drift. We sampled 6 hatchery in Jakarta and Bekasi Indonesia region and used 12 polymorphic microsatellite loci to quantify population genetic structure. Result in this study are, each farm have different methode. The old farmers is bapakGusi and bapakHasan (+30 years). Ne in bapakHasan and bapakGusi hatcheryis 66,667 and F value is 0,00749 and loosing allele (P) is 0,26183. Compared with younger farmers bapakYahya (5 years) have Ne = 133,333, F = 0,00375 and P = 0,06855. Even though hatchery bapakHasan and bapakGusi have the same value Ne, F and P but the result in population structure they are different founder populations.

Number: 1; International audience; Distribution and abundance of Pyrodinium bahamense cyst in the harmful algal blooms risk waters in Indonesia. Pyrodinium bahamenseas Harmful Algal Blooms (HABs) is one of the rising environmental problems in the coastal areas of Southeast Asia, particularly in Indonesia. Cyst bank formed after the blooms of P. bahamense is a potential source for the future blooming events. Therefore, an effort to describe the distribution and abundance of P. bahamense cyst banks in Indonesian coastal waters is necessary as a part of the mitigation strategy against the negative impacts of those toxic dinoflagellate blooms. This study was done as a desk study, which included a literature study, reanalysed of previous research data, and reanalysed of preserved samples or stored raw samples. Data and samples used in this study were collected and analysed from part of past researches in Lampung Bay, Jakarta Bay, Cirebon coastal waters, and Ambon Bay. This study also included an analysis to determine the P. Bahamense HABs risk level in the studied areas based on the cyst density and distribution data. Results showed a low density of P. bahamense cyst in Lampung Bay and Jakarta Bay, with cyst density \textless50 cysts.g-1 wet sediment. In contrast, the bottom sediments of Ambon Bay and Cirebon coastal waters contained high cyst density, which reached \textgreater1,000 cysts.g-1 wet sediment. Based on those data, the P. Bahamense HABs risk in Jakarta Bay and Lampung Bay would be generally much lower compared to Ambon Bay and Cirebon waters. The existence of cyst banks in those coastal waters may indicate a possibility of future blooms of P. bahamense.

International audience; This article presents an architectural and epigraphical study of several objects recovered from the Central Javanese temple site of Gunung Sari. The site has yielded unique cylindrical stone objects, some of which bear short inscriptions in Old Javanese language indicating the directions of space. Based on architectural arguments, we conclude that the temple was a Śaiva monument. The cylindrical objects were most likely placed originally in the floor of the platform of the temple, where they covered foundation deposits placed during the construction of the temple in connection with the ritual preparation of the ground plan. Although objects exactly identical in shape have thus far not been discovered in Java, objects that had different shapes but similar ritual functions can be identified at other more or less contemporary sites in the region. Some of these bear inscriptions. The inscriptions of Candi Gunung Sari are, however, unique in that they offer by far the oldest (nearly) complete system of eight directions of space expressed in Javanese terms; Artikel ini menyajikan studi arsitektur dan epigrafi dari beberapa artefak yang ditemukan di Candi Gunung Sari, Jawa Tengah.
