The majority of all organizations are small and middle size companies in Lithuania. Information technologies are one of the most important parts of enterprise even if IT is not core business. It’s needed to support company’s information systems in order to achieve high effectiveness of IT. The goal of this work is to propose IT support recommendations orientated to small and middle size Lithuanian companies. The recommendations are based on ITIL, CobiT and quality management standard ISO 9001:2000. This work presents support stages and required software for collecting and storing needed information and monitoring the system’s performance. This software can perform described tasks with minimum consumption of resources. Proposed recommendations are not related to core business and organization’s IT. They can be applied by organizations with support they IT by themselves and by IT support outsourcing companies.

Magistro darbe yra suformuluota statistinės procesų kontrolės efektyvaus taikymo problema, išanalizuoti ir apibendrinti įvairių Lietuvos bei užsienio autorių teoriniai ir praktiniai statistinės procesų kontrolės taikymo metodai, ieškota bendrų sąsajų tarp statistinės procesų kontrolės metodų panaudojimo ir kokybės sąnaudų valdymo, siekiant pagerinti gaminamos produkcijos kokybę šiuolaikinėje gamybos aplinkoje. This master‘s work deals with effective applying of processes of statistical control, analyses and generalizes theoretical and practical methods of processes of statistical control by Lithuanian and foreign authors, seeks common ties between applying methods of processes of statistical control and management of quality input in order to improve the quality of production in modern producing environment.

Šiame darbe nagrinėjamas asmenų, grįžusių iš įkalinimo įstaigų, integracijos darbo rinkoje politikos įgyvendinimo veiksmingumas skurdo ir socialinės atskirties mažinimo politikos kontekste. Remiantis darbe sintezuotu teoriniu modeliu, politika analizuojama išskirtų šešių kintamųjų kontekste. Siekiant identifikuoti politikos įgyvendinimo metu kylančias problemas, jų priežastis ir patvirtinti arba paneigti iškeltas pagrindinę bei šalutines hipotezes, darbe atliekami kelių lygių tyrimai. Išanalizavus ir aprobavus oficialių dokumentų informaciją ir tyrimų metu gautus duomenis, darbe nustatomi politikos įgyvendinimo veiksmingumą mažinantys veiksniai. This paper analyzes policy implementation of ex-prisoners integration into the labour market in the political context of poverty reduction and social inclusion. The aim of this paper is to identify the main problems that influence the effectiveness of implementation and their causes. To reach this goal the research is divided into three sections. The main question of this master thesis is: “Why do only few ex-prisoners integrate into labour market?” It can be answered by confirming or denying the raised primary and secondary hypotheses in the context of the main problems and their reasons that influence the effectiveness of policy implementation. In conclusion, the policy analysis of people coming back from imprisonment and their integration into the labour market shows (despite that some hypothesis were only partly confirmed) that the State implements the policy that is appropriate enough and could be effective. In this process the outcome of the policy implementation depends not only on the role of governmental and non-governmental institutions, but most importantly, on the characteristics, efforts and attitudes of the target group and on the intentions of employers to engage this person.

Success of investment depends to many mathematical rates. Every investor knows that there is a tradeoff between risk and reward: to obtain greater expected returns on investments, one must be willing to take on greater risk. The tool was designed to estimate these indexes and others conditions of investment and to offer to users optimal portfolio of investment. The models and technologies for system of estimation of investment efficiency are analyzed. Problems and difficulties of investment optimization are described. Analyses of how various methods solve these problems, finding their advantages and disadvantages. This tool helps users and students of investment sciences to choose optimal portfolio of investment with desirable risk and maximum returns. The development documentation of the tool is presented. It shows all steps of the tool development including results. The experiments of implemented model are described, analyzing new model’s influence for requirements specification process.

Metodinė medžiaga skirta LSMU Veterinarijos fakulteto studentams, veterinarijos gydytojams. Šliužo dislokacija (ŠD) dažna melžiamų karvių liga. Didėjant karvių produktyvumui, ši liga pasireiškia vis dažniau. Pastaraisiais metais vis dažniau nustatoma šios ligos atvejų. Medžiagoje pateikiama ligos istorija, paplitimas, formos, priežastys. Didelis dėmesys skiriamas diagnostikai ir gydymui. Išsamiai aprašomi diagnostikos būdai, bei galimi ligos gydymo būdai. Atviro kodo turinio valdymo sistemos yra puikus sprendimas kuriant įvairius tinklapius, nes jos tinka ir paprastai svetainei, ir skelbimų puslapiams, ir tinklaraščiams bei rimtiems portalams. Darbe išnagrinėta 15 atviro kodo turinio valdymo sistemų, iš kurių pagal išskirtus kriterijus buvo išrinktos trys, kurias palyginus tarpusavyje atrinkta pati optimaliausia sistema. Su ja buvo sukurtas asmeninis tinklapis. Darbo tikslas: atlikus informacijos analizę bei pasirinkus sistemų vertinimo kriterijus, atrinkti optimaliausią atviro kodo turinio valdymo sistemą. In the century of information and new technologies, the website on the Internet is one of the self-expression (oneself organization, facilities provided, etc.) ways. The website on the Internet is a constantly changeable virtual space which can realize growing consumers’ demands and everyday it requires innovations and initiative. Therefore for the organization of the website, Content Management Systems are used, which highly facilitates and fasten the work with the website. Open source content management system allows websites to easily store, update and publish different types of content. There are various types of open source CMS systems available in the market today. The thesis of this course paper is to analyse the functional capabilities of the open source content management systems. The main goals are: • to reveal the main features and peculiarities of the content management systems; • to analyze the open-source content management system concepts and characteristics; • to make a comparative analysis of open-source content management systems according to chosen criterias; • to compare closely three open-source chosen CMS; • to select he optimal open-source CMS to create a personal web site.

XXI olimpinės žiemos žaidynės, vykusios 2010 metais Kanados Vankuverio mieste buvo jau šeštos, kuriose startavo Lietuvos sportininkai. XIX olimpinėse žiemos žaidynėse Solt Leik Sityje 2002 metais pirmą kartą į slidinėjimo lenktynių programą buvo įtrauktos sprinto lenktynės, o XX olimpinėse žiemos žaidynėse Turine buvo vykdomos individualios ir komandinės sprinto lenktynės. Vankuverio žiemos olimpinėse žaidynėse Lietuvos slidininkai pirmą kartą startavo komandinio sprinto rungtyje. Šioms sprinto rungtims Lietuvos slidininkai rengėsi specialiai, vykdydami programoje „Vankuveris-2010“ numatytus uždavinius. Vankuverio žiemos olimpinėse žaidynėse tiriamųjų slidininkų sprinterių pasiekti rezultatai sprinto distancijose buvo įvertinti patenkinamai. Tyrimo tikslas ir uždaviniai - ištirti Lietuvos didelio meistriškumo slidininkų sprinterių rengimo ypatumus metiniu priešolimpiniu ciklu, nustatyti Lietuvos slidininkų sprinterių fizinio išsivystymo, fizinių ir funkcinių galių rodiklių kaitą metiniu rengimosi ciklu, apibendrinti Lietuvos slidininkų sprinterių varžybų sezono rezultatus. Slidininkų sprinterių rengimo technologija iš esmės skiriasi nuo slidininkų rengimosi ilgesniems nuotoliams. Visgi tai reikėtų pagrįsti moksliniais tyrimais. That was already the sixth Games for the Lithuanian athletes. First time individual sprint was included in the cross-country skiing program in XIX Olympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City in 2002, after four years in XX Olympic Winter Games in Turin the cross-country skiing program had two sprint events: individual and team sprint. Lithuanian cross-country skiers first time took part in the team sprint event in Vancouver Winter Olympics Games. Lithuanian skiers were prepared specifically for the performance of the program "Vancouver-2010" objectives. The results of the Lithuanian skiers in individual and team sprints events in Vancouver Winter Olympics were assessed as satisfactory. Sportinė aerobika yra viena iš naujausių gimnastikos sporto šakų, kurią kultivuodami sportininkai pagal muziką turi atlikti didelio intensyvumo pagrindinius aerobikos judesius ir jungti juos su jėgos, šuolių, lankstumo, pusiausvyros pratimais. Kaip ir kitos gimnastikos rūšys, sportinė aerobika reikalauja aerobinės ir anaerobinės ištvermės, šoklumo, lankstumo, jėgos ir puikios koordinacijos. Visos šios fizinės ypatybės turi būti rodomos varžybinio pratimo metu (vidutinė trukmė — 2 min), atliekant koordinaciškai sudėtingus judesius bei įvairaus sudėtingumo elementus dideliu intensyvumu be poilsio intervalų (Sports Aerobics Code of Points, 2002). Fiziologinius pokyčius specifinio fizinio krūvio (varžybinės veiklos) metu tyrė ispanų mokslininkai (Rodriguez et al., 1998). R. Aleksandravičienė (2005) ištyrė skirtingo meistriškumo aerobininkių aerobinį pajėgumą ir energijos sąnaudas varžybinės veiklos metu. Tyrimo tikslas — nustatyti skirtingo meistriškumo aerobininkių anaerobinį pajėgumą minant veloergometrą. Buvo tiriama 18 aerobikos sportininkių. Išanalizavus varžybinių pratimų sudėtingumą ir varžybų rezultatus, jos buvo suskirstytos į didesnio ir mažesnio sportinio meistriškumo grupes. Visos tiriamosios atliko 30 sekundžių maksimalų Vingeito testą „Monark“ veloergometru. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] Aerobic gymnastics is one of the newest branches in gymnastics sport, when athletes must perform continuous complex and high intensity movement patterns to music, which originate from traditional aerobic steps and strength, flexibility and balance exercises. Aerobic gymnastics is characterized as an intensive physical exercise in which a number of muscle groups are actively engaged as well as both aerobic and anaerobic capacity of the body is developed. In competitive activities (lasting 2 min on average) physical properties, such as strength, flexibility, coordination must be demonstrated without rest intervals (Sports Aerobics Code of Points, 2002). Physiological responses during a competitive exercise in aerobic gymnastics were determined by Spanish scientists (Rodriguez et al., 1998), aerobic capacity and energy expenditure of aerobic gymnastics athletes of different level of training during competitive exercise were studied by R. Tyrimo objektas: 16- 18 metų merginų liemens raumenų ištvermė ir pratimų su terapiniais kamuoliais poveikis jai. Pratimai ant nestabilių paviršių yra efektyvesni nei pratimai, ant stabilaus paviršiaus, siekiant liemens raumenų ištvermės gerinimo (Hodges et al., 1996; Anderson&Behm, 2005). Susitiprėjus liemens raumenų ištvermei, gerėja laikysena (Dudonienė ir Radzevičiūtė, 2010). Iškelta hipotezė, kad sistemingas pratimų su terapiniais kamuoliais (ant nestabilaus paviršiaus) integravimas į popamokinės, sportinės veiklos užsiėmimus, mokyklinio amžiaus merginoms, turės teigiamą poveikį jų liemens raumenų ištvermei. Darbo tikslas: nustatyti pratimų su terapiniais kamuoliais (ant nestabilaus paviršiaus) poveikį 16-18 metų merginų liemens raumenų ištvermei. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Exercises on unstable surfaces are more effective than those on stable surface, seeking for improvement of muscular waist stamina (Hodges et al., 1996; Anderson & Behm, 2005). Akmuo yra vienas iš daiktų Rainerio Marios Rilke’s žmogaus pasaulyje, kuris pasižymi išskirtiniu simboliniu daiktiškumu, šio fenomeno meditacija, persmelkta kūrybinių „aš“ galių. Kaip egzistencinė būties dalis ir šventuma, daiktai pripažįstami ir šlovinami giesmės intonacijomis. Daiktų ir žmogaus santykis iškyla kaip laikiškai štai-būčiai ir metafizinei paslapčiai atsiverianti tikrovė. IX Rilke’s Duino elegijoje žmogaus būtis suvokiama kaip prasmė pavadinti daiktus: „Esam čia gal tik tam, kad ištartu­me: namas, / tiltas, šulinys, vartai, ąsotis, vaismedis, langas, – / kilniau: kolona, bokštas...“ (R i lk e 1996, 299). Per šiuos ir kitus daiktus jutimiškai patiriamas pasaulis yra galimybė autentiškam santykiui su būtimi, sakralumo ištikčiai. Kita vertus, ir patys daiktai yra savaiminė vertybė, prie kurios priartėti žmogui leidžia ypatinga kalbos patirtis. Apie daiktiškojo Rilke’s pasaulio simboliškumą kalbėjo ne vienas poeto kritikas. Iš daugiaprasmės poeto simbolikos šioje publikacijoje linkstama į teopoetinį krikščioniškojo pasaulio reikšmių lauką . Tai lemia aptariami tekstai – eilėraščiai iš Valandų knygos (Das Stundenbuch). Šioje pranciškoniškosios, subjektyviai krikščioniškosios (žmogiškąjį ir daiktiškąjį subjektyvumą suabsoliutinančios) dvasios knygoje akmens ir akmeniškumo yra gausu. Žmogaus būčiai suvokti akmuo pasirenkamas ir kuriamas kaip gamtos ir Biblijos daiktas. Šios publikacijos tikslas – ne tiek išsamus tyrimas, kiek „akmeninių“ Valandų knygos eilėraščių... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] Stone is one of the things in the world of Rilke’s man. The aim of the present publication is to comment on several poems from “The Book of Hours” presenting new translations into the Lithuanian language. For the comments we have chosen the poetical semantic field of the Christian world from polysemous poet’s symbolism. It is conditioned by the collection itself. In the poems “Jetzt reifen schon die roten Berberitze” and “Da trat ich als ein Pilger ein” stone becomes the metaphor of God. In the poem “Wenn etwas mir vom Fenster fällt” stone allows the verification of the world order and the assurance in its existence and meaning. The poems “Sie sind es nicht“ and “Du bist der Arme, du der Mittellose” are related by the symbolism of stone expressing divine poverty. In the poem “Du bist das Kloster zu den Wundenmalen” stone speaks about the polysemy of a cloister. The stone world of a cloister as God’s house symbolizes the nature of the relation between human and God. In this and other texts, stone and language appear as the ways to get closer to the essence, the possibility to listen to and hear. In the poem “Und seine Sorgfalt ist uns wie ein Alb” stone and silence point to the divine incognizability. In the poem “Mach mich zum Wächter deiner Weiten” stone is not only a part of the building but a spot of silence that allows hearing. Quite a few poems of “The Book of Hours” have the spirit of pilgrimage.
