THE VALUE OF R DETERMINED GLOBALLY OVER THE WHOLE KINEMATIC REGION IS -0.010 +- 0.037 (STAT) +- 0.102 (SYST). Final data on F2 obtained by combining data at all energies and presented in the Table 10, were not encoded. No description provided.
