遺跡は、淀川を見下ろす台地上に立地する。15の調査区において、縄文ないし弥生時代から近代までの遺物と古代から近代までの遺構を検出した。なかでも注目すべきは、奈良時代後半から平安時代初頭を中心とする集落跡と明治時代後葉から太平洋戦争終結までの陸軍の火薬庫である。 古代の集落跡からは、重複関係の著しい掘立柱建物群、溝、井戸、土坑、ピットなどの遺構と、須恵器や土師器といった一般的な土器に加えて、長岡京内の遺跡出土瓦と同范関係にある軒瓦、緑釉陶器や灰釉陶器なども出土した。 いわゆる禁野火薬庫（正式には時期によって出張所、弾薬庫、倉庫、兵器補給廠分廠）については、火工場、倉庫、石組溝、土塁、軽便軌道、厠、貯水池などの遺構を検出できた。これらは、「大阪陸軍兵器支廠禁野弾薬庫図」や「大阪陸軍兵器支廠禁野倉庫要図」などの記録と符合するものが多くあり、実年代の特定や構造物配置の変遷を検証することが可能な資料である。多数の砲弾、薬莢、薬包などの軍事関連遺物や、瓦、煉瓦、枕木、レール、大釘といった建築・鉄道関連遺物も、近代遺跡ならではの貴重なものである。

The formation of lymphomononuclear cell infiltrates organising as periductal infiltrates in the salivary glands of patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome (pSS) is one of the hallmarks of the disease. Historically, the clinical role of salivary gland histopathology, most commonly performed on labial salivary gland biopsies, has been confined to the clinical classification and diagnosis of pSS whereby according to the ACR-EULAR a positive histopathology finding is a requirement for the diagnosis of pSS in the absence of anti-Ro/SSA antibodies. In recent years, further understanding of the heterogeneity of the immune cell infiltration and organisation within the salivary glands of pSS patients and its correlation with clinical manifestations of the disease has led to propose salivary gland histopathology as a novel tool able to identify patients at higher risk of developing more severe extraglandular manifestations and lymphoma. Furthermore, recent clinical developments in ongoing randomised clinical trials with novel biologics in pSS have focused on salivary glands histopathology to inform on patients stratification based on target validation, proof of drug efficacy and mechanisms of response/resistance to therapy. However, lack of standardisation of methodology and analysis has hindered the reproducibility of data from different groups and no definitive evidence in support of the use of salivary glands histopathology to inform clinical management of patients with pSS has been provided. In this review, we summarise recent evidence highlighting the promises and pitfalls of salivary glands histopathology in pSS emphasising the need for an international consensus on standardisation of methodology with validation in large prospective multicentre initiatives.

Tout d'abord envisagées et créées pour régler les différents entre Etats, les institutions du Droit pénal international s'intéressent désormais aux victimes de violations du Droit international humanitaire. Près d'un demi-siècle après les Tribunaux militaires internationaux chargés de régler les contentieux liés à la Seconde guerre mondiale, le Droit pénal international s'est doté d'outils dont l'évolution permet désormais aux victimes de crimes de droit international humanitaire d'être visible et représentées sur la scène pénale internationale.

Four kinds of new compounds, namely, methyl-3-hydroxy-2-naphthoate, ethyl-3-hydroxy-2-naphthoate, n-propyl-3-hydroxy-2-naphthoate and i-propyl-3-hydroxy-2-naphthoate, have been generated, which were structurally characterized by UV-Vis spectra, IR spectra and photoluminescent spectra. These compounds reveal a one-dimensional (1D) structure, which will be further extended to a three-dimensional (3D) supramolecular framework via a variety of hydrogen bonds, π⋯π interactions and C-H⋯π interactions and so on. The photoluminescent properties of compounds 1-4 were investigated in the solid state at room temperature and meanwhile, in ethanol solution. While the UV-Vis spectra of compounds 1-4 was carried out in ethanol solution. This paper further studies and analyzes the structures and properties by changing its different substituents.

Syftet med detta examensarbete är att skapa stilhelheter enligt klassisk klädstil till vardags, arbete och fest. Detta görs för att utöka kunskapen om klassisk stil och hur man kan applicera klassisk klädstil på de olika tillfällena. Resultatet från denna studie lämpar sig för branschmänniskor, studerande inom skönhetsbranschen samt till människor som vill lära sig mera om klassisk klädstil. I arbetet beskrivs den klassiska klädstilen samt vad man ska tänka på när man stylar stilhelheter till vardags, arbete och fest. Examensarbetet är ett beställningsarbete som utförts med hjälp av datainsamlingsmetoderna dokumentstudier och styling för modefotografering och datanalysmetoden bildanalys. Resultatet presenteras med bilder på stilhelheter per tillfälle, en manlig och en kvinnlig stilhelhet. Resultatet i arbetet visar att plaggens snitt, färg och mönster är faktorerna som bygger en klassisk klädstil. Färgerna bör vara neutrala basfärger och endast diskreta mönster bör förekomma samt plagg, accessoarer och skor bör ha ett enkelt och tidlöst snitt. Man kan också konstatera att färger och plagg har en stor betydelse för vad vår klädstil säger om en. Färgerna signalerar olika saker till vår omgivning och olika färgkombinationer är mer eller mindre passande för olika tillfällen. Det intressanta med resultatet är att det är väldigt enkelt att använda en klassisk klädstil vid styling av vardags-, arbets- och festklädsel eftersom stilrena plagg med enkla snitt används vid styling av klassisk stil. Utmaningen med klassisk klädstil ligger i att göra stilhelheterna intressanta. The purpose of this study is to create attires according to the classic fashion style for every day, work and party. This is done to enhance the knowledge of classical fashion style and how to apply classic fashion style on the different occasions. The results from this study are suitable for professionals, students in the beauty industry as well as to people who want to learn more about classic fashion style. The study describes the classic clothing style and what to consider when putting together attires for every day, work and party. The study was made by using document studies and styling for fashion photography as collecting methods and the data analysis method used in the work is picture analysis. The result was presented with photos of two attires per occasion, one male and one female attire. The results of the work show that garment's cut, color and patterns are the building blocks when creating attires with classic fashion style. The colors should be neutral basic colors and only discreet pattern should appear as well as clothing, accessories and shoes should have a simple and timeless cut. One can also see that the colors and garments have a major impact on what our fashion style says about us. Colors show different things to our environment and various color combinations are more or less suitable for different occasions. The interesting thing about the result is that it’s very simple to use a classic fashion style when dressing for every day, work and party because classic pieces with simple cuts is what identifies a classic fashion style. The challenge with classic fashion style is in giving the attires an interesting look.

La caracterización de la Argentina como un país de clases medias amplias, homogéneas y prósperas fue puesta en cuestión en las últimas décadas del siglo XX, a partir de los análisis sociológicos que dieron cuenta de su declive, empobrecimiento y polarización. En esta ponencia aportamos al análisis de lo sucedido con las clases medias en tiempos recientes desde una mirada relacional que, centrada en la desigualdad, da cuenta de su evolución en términos relativos a las clases trabajadoras. Específicamente, examinamos si durante la década de 1990 las clases medias dejaron de ser garantía de una situación más ventajosa en el plano de las remuneraciones, y en qué medida se registraron nuevas tendencias en ese plano en la nueva etapa económica y social que se inicia hacia 2003. Indagamos, por una parte, qué sucedió con las brechas de ingresos y si los límites entre las clases se volvieron o no más difusos; por otra parte, si hubo un incremento de las llamadas desigualdades “intracategoriales”. Para el análisis, que se enfoca en Buenos Aires, utilizamos datos de la Encuesta Permanente de Hogares para años significativos del período 1992-2010. Position of debtor customers are unfortunate on the perspective of contractual relationship with the bank. For instance, in credit contracts, debtor customers are always placed in dilemma position. Their position more uncertain due to the rule of law in banking field neither view them as party should be protected in the contract. The present of Shariah Bank gave new hope for debtor customers, due to it`s developed on system base which placed them as a party should be aided (protected), not to be oppressed.

This dissertation intends to evaluate and comprehend the institute of securitization in the Portuguese system. The analysis of this subject matter, remains complex and insufficiently explored, and demonstrates the extensive detail of these operations, as well as its contiguous motivations and adjacent advantages. Furthermore, it is imperative to question, by contrasting the aforementioned analysis, the implications of the use of this institute within the markets, and reconsider the financial crisis of the 21st century, and its influence on credit rating agencies. Com esta dissertação pretende-se acima de tudo compreender o instituto da titularização de créditos em Portugal. A análise do tema, complexo e pouco estudado, contempla o detalhamento da operação, bem como as motivações e vantagens adjacentes. Num segundo momento importa questionar, em conexão com a análise feita, as implicações da utilização deste instituto no mercado, e revisitar os acontecimentos da crise financeira do século XXI bem como o papel das agências de notação de risco.
