    Despite the apparent centrality of guilt in complicating reactions following bereavement, scientific investigation has been limited. Establishing the impact of specific components associated with guilt could enhance understanding. The aim of this study was to examine the relationships between two guilt-related manifestations, namely self-blame and regret, with grief and depression. A longitudinal investigation was conducted 4-7 months, 14 months and 2 years post-loss. Participants were bereaved spouses (30 widows; 30 widowers); their mean age was 53.05 years. Results showed that self-blame was associated with grief at the initial time-point and with its decline over time. Such associations were not found for depression. Initial levels of regret were neither associated with initial levels of grief and depression, nor were they related to the decline over time in either outcome variable. These results demonstrate the importance of examining guilt-related manifestations independently, over time, and with respect to both generic and grief-specific outcome variables. A main conclusion is that self-blame (but not regret) is a powerful determinant of grief- specific difficulties following the loss of a loved one. Implications for intervention are considered. For guilt and grief, scale scores were calculated by adding the respective single items.

    Authors: EMILE ten Broeke;

    Gespecificeerde archeologische verwachting Uit de verzamelde aardwetenschappelijke gegevens blijkt dat het plangebied op de hogere delen van een dekzandrug ligt, waarop waarschijnlijk een (dik) plaggendek is aangebracht. De hoger gelegen dekzandruggen hadden een gunstige ligging voor Jager-Verzamelaars (Laat-Paleolithicum t/m Vroeg-Neolithicum) als tijdelijke nederzettingslocatie (jachtkampementen). De rivieroverstromingsvlakte verder ten noorden van het plangebied had een grote aantrekkingskracht voor wild, waarop gejaagd kon worden. Ook voor Landbouwers waren de dekzandruggen de meest gunstige locaties. De grootte van de dekzandruggen vormde voldoende areaal aan goed ontwaterde gronden voor landbouw. Voor de perioden IJzertijd-Romeinse tijd-Middeleeuwen is de algemene tendens dat de huisplaatsen steeds plaatsvaster werden en zich vaak verplaatsen naar de flanken van de dekzandruggen en mogelijk voor (langere) perioden naar de dekzandvlakten. De flanken van dekzandruggen waren ook geschikt voor de aanleg van waterputten/drenkkuilen (er hoeft minder diep gegraven te worden aar het grondwater, terwijl de waterput/drenkkuil wel nabij de nederzetting lag) en voor het gebruik als dumpzone (afval). Geraadpleegd historisch kaartmateriaal geeft aan dat het plangebied vanaf het begin van de tweede helft van de 18e eeuw tot in de jaren ’20 van de 20e eeuw geheel in agrarisch gebruik is geweest (akkerland). De bestaande Onze-Lieve-Vrouw Altijddurende Bijstandkerk en pastorie grenzend aan het westelijk gelegen terreindeel zijn gebouwd in 1925. Gedurende de tweede helft van de 20e eeuw hebben binnen delen van dan wel in de directe omgeving van beide terreindelen bouwwerkzaamheden plaatsgevonden. Nabij het plangebied zijn voornamelijk prospectieve onderzoeken uitgevoerd, welke in enkele gevallen hebben geresulteerd in het aantreffen van laatprehistorisch kwartsgemagerd aardewerk en middeleeuws aardewerk. Enkele gravende onderzoeken hebben tot op heden niet geresulteerd in het aantreffen van behoudenswaardige vindplaatsen. Wel zijn veel vondstmeldingen gedaan van oppervlaktevondsten door de heer Koster rond begin jaren ’90 van de 20e eeuw ten noorden van de bebouwde kom van Nieuw-Wehl (waar oppervlaktekarteringen ook beter konden worden uitgevoerd, gezien het grootschalig gebruik als akkerland. Het betreffen zowel resten uit de Late-Prehistorie (IJzertijd, Romeinse tijd, Vroege-Middeleeuwen) als resten uit de (Late-)Steentijd (eerste landbouwers die ook nog vuursteen als gereedschap gebruikte). De vele vondsten geven aan dat de (flanken van de) dekzandruggen geschikte bewoningslocaties vormden en daarmee ook het plangebied. In het plangebied kunnen archeologische resten voorkomen uit alle archeologische perioden vanaf het Laat-Paleolithicum. De kans op het voorkomen van resten wordt hoog geacht. Alleen voor de periode Nieuwe tijd is de verwachting laag, aangezien dat er geen aanwijzingen zijn dat het plangebied tot een historisch erf heeft behoord. Conclusie Het bureauonderzoek toont aan dat er zich in het plangebied mogelijk archeologische waarden kunnen bevinden. Er geldt een hoge verwachting op het voorkomen van archeologische resten/sporen uit de perioden (Laat-)Paleolithicum t/m Middeleeuwen. Advies Op grond van de in dit bureauonderzoek opgestelde archeologische verwachting is binnen het plangebied vervolgonderzoek noodzakelijk om deze te toetsen. Vanwege de planning van de uitbreiding/nieuwbouw binnen beide terreindelen is door de initiatiefnemer besloten om het vervolgonderzoek direct te laten uitvoeren in de vorm van een proefsleuvenonderzoek (IVO-P). Vooralsnog wordt uitgegaan van één archeologisch sporenniveau. Voor dit onderzoek dient een door de bevoegde overheid goedgekeurd (gemeente Doetinchem) Programma van Eisen te zijn opgesteld, waarin is vastgelegd waaraan het onderzoek moet voldoen.De resultaten van onderhavig onderzoek en het advies zijn beoordeeld door deskundige namens de bevoegde overheid (Omgevingsdienst Achterhoek, mevrouw A. Lugtigheid-Hendriks, zaaknummer: 2021EA1108). De bevoegde overheid stemt in met het bovenstaande door Econsultancy opgestelde advies. Date Accepted: 05-11-2021 Date Accepted: 2021-11-05

    Project: IPCC Assessment Report 5 and Coupled Model Intercomparison Project data sets - These data belong to two projects: 1) to the Assessment Report No 5 of the International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC-AR5) and 2) to the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project No 5 (CMIP5). CMIP5 is executed by the Program for Climate Model Diagnosis and Intercomparison (PCMDI) on behalf of the World Climate Research Programme (WCRP). Most of the data is replicated between the three data nodes at the World Data Centre for Climate (WDCC), the British Atmospheric Data Centre (BADC), and the PCMDI. The project embraces the simulations with about 30 climate models of about 20 institutes worldwide. Summary: 'decadal1977' is an experiment of the CMIP5 - Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 5 ( http://cmip-pcmdi.llnl.gov/cmip5/ ). CMIP5 is meant to provide a framework for coordinated climate change experiments for the next five years and thus includes simulations for assessment in the AR5 as well as others that extend beyond the AR5. decadal1977 (10-year hindcast/prediction initialized in year 1977) - Version 2: The atmospheric composition (and other conditions) should be prescribed as in the historical run (expt. 3.2) and the RCP4.5 scenario (expt. 4.1) of the long-term suite of experiments. Ocean initial conditions should be in some way representative of the observed anomalies or full fields for the start date. Land, sea-ice and atmosphere initial conditions are left to the discretion of each group. Experiment design: http://cmip-pcmdi.llnl.gov/cmip5/docs/Taylor_CMIP5_design.pdf List of output variables: http://cmip-pcmdi.llnl.gov/cmip5/docs/standard_output.pdf Output: time series per variable in model grid spatial resolution in netCDF format Earth System model and the simulation information: CIM repository Entry name/title of data are specified according to the Data Reference Syntax ( http://cmip-pcmdi.llnl.gov/cmip5/docs/cmip5_data_reference_syntax.pdf ) as activity/product/institute/model/experiment/frequency/modeling realm/MIP table/ensemble member/version number/variable name/CMOR filename.nc .

Bovendien wordt de respondent gevraagd om gedurende één week in een dagboek bij te houden aan welke activiteiten dat besteed is.In 2006 is het TBO voor het eerst uitgevoerd conform de richtlijnen voor tijdsbudgetonderzoeken van Eurostat (HETUS-richtlijnen). De belangrijkste verschillen met TBO 'oude stijl' zijn: doorlopend onderzoek onder de Nederlandse bevolking van 10 jaar en ouder, ook tijdens vakanties, met episodes van 10 minuten in plaats van 15 minuten in de dagboeken, open vragen voor de activiteiten, ook nevenactiviteiten, en telefonische interviews. Het TBO2006 werd geïmplementeerd als maatwerk in het kader van het Mobiliteitsonderzoek Nederland (MON). Vanaf 2011 is het TBO in samenwerking met het CBS gehouden.

    Authors: EMILE ten Broeke;

    Gespecificeerde archeologische verwachting Uit de verzamelde aardwetenschappelijke gegevens blijkt dat het plangebied op de hogere delen van een dekzandrug ligt, waarop waarschijnlijk een (dik) plaggendek is aangebracht. De hoger gelegen dekzandruggen hadden een gunstige ligging voor Jager-Verzamelaars (Laat-Paleolithicum t/m Vroeg-Neolithicum) als tijdelijke nederzettingslocatie (jachtkampementen). De rivieroverstromingsvlakte verder ten noorden van het plangebied had een grote aantrekkingskracht voor wild, waarop gejaagd kon worden. Ook voor Landbouwers waren de dekzandruggen de meest gunstige locaties. De grootte van de dekzandruggen vormde voldoende areaal aan goed ontwaterde gronden voor landbouw. Voor de perioden IJzertijd-Romeinse tijd-Middeleeuwen is de algemene tendens dat de huisplaatsen steeds plaatsvaster werden en zich vaak verplaatsen naar de flanken van de dekzandruggen en mogelijk voor (langere) perioden naar de dekzandvlakten. De flanken van dekzandruggen waren ook geschikt voor de aanleg van waterputten/drenkkuilen (er hoeft minder diep gegraven te worden aar het grondwater, terwijl de waterput/drenkkuil wel nabij de nederzetting lag) en voor het gebruik als dumpzone (afval). Geraadpleegd historisch kaartmateriaal geeft aan dat het plangebied vanaf het begin van de tweede helft van de 18e eeuw tot in de jaren ’20 van de 20e eeuw geheel in agrarisch gebruik is geweest (akkerland). De bestaande Onze-Lieve-Vrouw Altijddurende Bijstandkerk en pastorie grenzend aan het westelijk gelegen terreindeel zijn gebouwd in 1925. Gedurende de tweede helft van de 20e eeuw hebben binnen delen van dan wel in de directe omgeving van beide terreindelen bouwwerkzaamheden plaatsgevonden. Nabij het plangebied zijn voornamelijk prospectieve onderzoeken uitgevoerd, welke in enkele gevallen hebben geresulteerd in het aantreffen van laatprehistorisch kwartsgemagerd aardewerk en middeleeuws aardewerk. Enkele gravende onderzoeken hebben tot op heden niet geresulteerd in het aantreffen van behoudenswaardige vindplaatsen. Wel zijn veel vondstmeldingen gedaan van oppervlaktevondsten door de heer Koster rond begin jaren ’90 van de 20e eeuw ten noorden van de bebouwde kom van Nieuw-Wehl (waar oppervlaktekarteringen ook beter konden worden uitgevoerd, gezien het grootschalig gebruik als akkerland. Het betreffen zowel resten uit de Late-Prehistorie (IJzertijd, Romeinse tijd, Vroege-Middeleeuwen) als resten uit de (Late-)Steentijd (eerste landbouwers die ook nog vuursteen als gereedschap gebruikte). De vele vondsten geven aan dat de (flanken van de) dekzandruggen geschikte bewoningslocaties vormden en daarmee ook het plangebied. In het plangebied kunnen archeologische resten voorkomen uit alle archeologische perioden vanaf het Laat-Paleolithicum. De kans op het voorkomen van resten wordt hoog geacht. Alleen voor de periode Nieuwe tijd is de verwachting laag, aangezien dat er geen aanwijzingen zijn dat het plangebied tot een historisch erf heeft behoord. Conclusie Het bureauonderzoek toont aan dat er zich in het plangebied mogelijk archeologische waarden kunnen bevinden. Er geldt een hoge verwachting op het voorkomen van archeologische resten/sporen uit de perioden (Laat-)Paleolithicum t/m Middeleeuwen. Advies Op grond van de in dit bureauonderzoek opgestelde archeologische verwachting is binnen het plangebied vervolgonderzoek noodzakelijk om deze te toetsen. Vanwege de planning van de uitbreiding/nieuwbouw binnen beide terreindelen is door de initiatiefnemer besloten om het vervolgonderzoek direct te laten uitvoeren in de vorm van een proefsleuvenonderzoek (IVO-P). Vooralsnog wordt uitgegaan van één archeologisch sporenniveau. Voor dit onderzoek dient een door de bevoegde overheid goedgekeurd (gemeente Doetinchem) Programma van Eisen te zijn opgesteld, waarin is vastgelegd waaraan het onderzoek moet voldoen.De resultaten van onderhavig onderzoek en het advies zijn beoordeeld door deskundige namens de bevoegde overheid (Omgevingsdienst Achterhoek, mevrouw A. Lugtigheid-Hendriks, zaaknummer: 2021EA1108). De bevoegde overheid stemt in met het bovenstaande door Econsultancy opgestelde advies. Date Accepted: 05-11-2021 Date Accepted: 2021-11-05
