В статье рассмотрен философский аспект развития государственных программ цифровизации разных стран. Дана характеристика категории «искусственный интеллект». Показаны особенности внедрения слабого искусственного интеллекта в социальные системы, в частности, в России, Китае и странах Запада. На примере COVID-19 рассмотрено принятие обществом мер государственного принуждения. Освещены вопросы вмешательства правительств в частную жизнь, влияния искусственного интеллекта на окружающую реальность. Приведены аксиологические основания различий в реакции разных народов на необходимость исполнения распоряжений органов власти.

The aim of this paper is to understand the factors influencing business tourism on a global scale, in order to assess the competence of the countries in this tourism segment and prescribe them guidelines for action. For the development of data analysis, a growth rate model was estimated and a sample of 136 countries for the years 2005 and 2009 was collected. Results reveal that, for the development of policies to stimulate the growth in the business tourism segment, countries should develop measures that encourage capital investment in tourism, leisure tourism and trade openness. In present work, Surflex docking has been carried out on a series (23 compounds bearing N’-arylsubstituted pyrrole heterocyclic molecules) of M. tuberculosis inhibitors. SYBYL-X 2.0 package (Tripos Inc., St. Louis, USA) was used for the study. Surflex-docking shown that the peptide connection between the aryl substitution and pyrroly moiety was significant to exhibit receptor and molecular interactions, and it was also found that the pattern of binding of established compounds is same as that of the ligand 1-cyclohexyl-N-(3,5-dichlorophenyl)-5-oxopyrrolidine-3-carboxamide, which gives an idea in understanding the specific activity of compounds towards the receptor.

<span lang="EN-US">This paper proposes an alternative topology of an inverter to the existing topologies available in the market. A prototype is intended with the purpose of investigates the possibility of designing an inverter using two Boost Converters. This project initialized with a series of simulations using Matlab in order to determine the feasibility of the proposed topology. The next step is the design and development of the proposed prototype where suitable electronics components are chosen based on the simulation result. A PIC microcontroller is used to control the proposed prototype where a control scheme is created based on the programming in the microcontroller. The performance of the proposed prototype has been verified to be optimum by several practical testing using different values of capacitor, inductor and duty cycle. Lastly, data and analysis are presented in a proper mannered way. In the end, this project intends to produce stepped-up square wave output voltage waveform by proper controlling of two Boost Converters.</span>
