    Authors: Noguera Celdrán, José Miguel; Loza Azuaga, María Luisa;

    En este artículo se analiza el programa ornamental de la villa romana de Los Cantos (Bullas, prov. Murcia, España), y en particular un conjunto de cuatro estatuas-fuente con evocaciones de niños, uno con una paloma, dos con una oca y un cuarto interpretado como posible Kairos del otoño. Las esculturas fueron halladas en excavaciones realizadas en 1905, aunque después han permanecido en paradero desconocido hasta 2016, cuando las tres primeras fueron recuperadas en el transcurso de una operación de los cuerpos de seguridad del Estado contra el tráfico ilícito de bienes culturales. Del Kairos solo se ha recuperado recientemente el coronamiento de su pedestal. Las esculturas se estudian desde la óptica tipológica, iconográfica y estilística, y también se aborda su significado y funcionalidad a finales del siglo II-inicios del III d.C. en el contexto de la decoración de una fuente en el hipotético hortus de la villa. info:eu-repo/grantAgreement/MICINN/Plan Estatal de Investigación Científica y Técnica y de Innovación 2017-2020/PID2020-114528GB-I00/ES/Italica Adrianea: la "Nova Urbs".     Authors: Beltrán Fortes, José; Loza Azuaga, María Luisa; Ontiveros Ortega, Esther; Taylor, Ruth;

    Less than five years ago, we dedicated a study to analysing the presence and distribution of Lusitanian marbles from southern Portugal in the territories of Hispania Vlterior Baetica, as a result of the contributions in several research projects that have had the western part of that Roman province as their scope of analysis. The present study is based on a previous analysis, tested in 2017, although focusing on the marbles of the so-called “Anticlinal de Estremoz”. For the time being, we will leave aside other southern Lusitania marmora, such as those from Viana do Alentejo, Trigaches, or from more distant areas (Sintra). We will begin, as in a catalogue, by listing the sites where marbles are located, according to the conventus iuridici from Baetica, and then we will highlight some conclusions of historical and archaeological nature. Hace menos de un lustro, hemos dedicado un estudio a analizar la presencia y distribución de los mármoles lusitanos del sur de Portugal en los territorios de la Hispania Vlterior Baetica, como fruto de las aportaciones de varios proyectos de investigación que han tenido por ámbito de análisis la parte occidental de esa provincia romana. La análisis presentada en este estudio se basa en esa que realizamos en el año 2017, pero en este caso se centra, en particular, en los mármoles del Anticlinal de Estremoz, dejando aparte otros marmora lusitanos más meridionales, como los de Viana do Alentejo y Trigaches, o de otras zonas, como el de Sintra. Haremos primero una relación de lugares en que se localizan, a manera de catálogo, según los conventus iuridici béticos, y luego destacaremos algunas conclusiones de orden histórico-arqueológico.
