La iglesia visigoda de Morón de la Frontera (Sevilla) constituye un hallazgo de gran interés para el conocimiento del proceso de cristianización de la comarca sur de la provincia de Sevilla. A lo largo de las siguientes páginas abordaremos el estudio e interpretación de los restos arquitectó- nicos de la basílica y de los principales materiales recuperados durante su excavación. The di scovery of a visigothic church in Moron de la Frontera (Seville) has been of great interest for the knowledge of the Christianization process in the south district of the county of Seville. Along the following pages we will tackle the study and interpretation of the architectural remains of the basilica and the main materials recovered during the excavation.

Rad je motiviran činjenicom da je mrkopaljski govor klasificiran kao idiom ikavskoga dijalekta štokavskoga narječja, unatoč činjenici da su svi dosadašnji istraživači opservirali u njemu i velik broj jezičnih činjenica koje se u klasifikacijama svrstavaju među čakavske posebnosti ili među zajedničke čakavsko-štokavske jezične crte. U radu se dijalektološkom aparaturom interpretiraju 34 takve fonološke, fonetske, morfonološke i morfološke kategorije, te 273 leksičke jedinice. Potvrde su uzete iz ukupne građe o mrkopaljskome govoru prikupljene tijekom 20. i početkom 21. stoljeća. Raščlamba i interpretacija građe uz primjenu instrumentarija temeljena na teoriji razlikovnosti vodi zaključku da u mrkopaljskome govoru supostoje dva sustava, štokavski i čakavski, što bi trebalo uzeti u obzir i pri dijalektološkoj klasifikaciji ovoga idioma. The paper was inspired by the fact that the idiom of Mrkopalj is identified as an idiom of the Ikavian-Štokavian dialect, despite the fact that all the studies on the idiom so far show a great number of Čakavian or common Čakavian- Štokavian linguistic features. Using dialectological apparatus 34 phonological, phonetic, morphonological and morphological categories, and 273 lexical units are interpreted. Examples are taken from total data on the idiom of Mrkopalj collected throughout the twentieth and at the beginning of the twenty-first century. Analysis and interpretation of the data based on the diversity theory lead to conclusion that there are two systems coexisting within the idiom of Mrkopalj, the Štokavian and the Čakavian, which should be taken into consideration when classifying this idiom dialectologically.

En aquest Projecte Final de Carrrera es pretén mostrar les diferents instal·lacions que formaran part d’un bar-cafeteria situat a la ciutat de Sevilla. La instal·lació elèctrica, que serà l’encarregada de subministrar energia a l’establiment, al ser un local destinat al sector terciari, estarà formada principalment per fonts d’il·luminació i preses de corrent per a la maquinària. Una altra instal·lació que tindrà gran importància serà la de protecció contra incendis, tant en la prevenció com en l’extinció. Tenint en compte que és un local de pública concurrència on es permetrà fumar s’haurà de considerar també la ventilació i climatització, per aconseguir un ambient comfortable.

Les circuits courts alimentaires se sont beaucoup diversifiés dans la période récente, avec le soutien de l’action publique, favorisant une diversification des acheteurs. L’objectif de cette communication est d’explorer en quoi, à quelles conditions et avec quels effets l’entrée dans les circuits courts, par des consommateurs « ordinaires », peut contribuer à leur redonner du pouvoir sur leur consommation et, par-là, modifier leurs pratiques dans un sens favorable au développement durable. Ancrée en sociologie économique et des réseaux, cette exploration est basée sur le suivi, dans la durée, d’une diversité de consommateurs amenés à fréquenter un marché de plein vent doté d’un système d’étiquetage signalant l’origine des produits, contrôlé de manière participative. Nous montrons comment l’émergence de pratiques durables se comprend dans le cadre d’un nouveau système d’interactions et de relations généré par la fréquentation du marché et étayé par le dispositif d’étiquetage. Nous explorons en quoi ce système contribue à recomposer le rapport des personnes aux produits alimentaires et à l’acte d’achat. Le consommateur ordinaire en transition émerge en tant que sujet, ancré dans son territoire de vie, prenant le pouvoir sur sa consommation en devenant partie prenante de son système alimentaire. Cette exploration appelle à approfondir, à partir des circuits courts, la construction sociale de différents dispositifs de démocratie alimentaire pour favoriser la transition des systèmes alimentaires vers des systèmes plus durables.

Ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) is one ofthe most prevalent healthcare-associated infections (HAI) andcauses of death in intensive care units (ICUs), and studies haveshown its relation to oral health. Aim: To report the impact ofthe incorporation of dental professionals into multidisciplinaryICU staff on the incidence of VAP. Methods: A retrospectiveobservational study was carried out to collect and analyzehealth indicators of patients in the ICUs from 2011 to 2018 andto differentiate these indicators between the periods beforeand after the participation of dental staff in the ICU. This studywas approved by the Research Ethics Committee. Results:The average number of monthly ICU admissions was 105.89 ±169.72, and the discharge was 105.21 ± 168.96, with a monthlyaverage number of deaths within 24 h of 38.61 ± 62.27. Theaverage number of monthly HAI-related deaths decreasedfrom 2011 to 2018, followed by a reduction in cases of HAIper month. The average monthly number of HAIs relatedto mechanical ventilation (MV) decreased, and the samewas observed for the infection density of HAIs related to MV(p < 0.001). In multivariate analysis, there was a significantdecrease in the number of HAIs related to MV (p = 0.005).Conclusion: Although a reduction in the number of admissionsor complexity of cases was not observed in the study period,multidisciplinary staff practices were essential for controllingHAIs and the presence of dental professionals can assist in thecontrol of HAIs related to MV.
