    This article examines the representation of women in D.H. Lawrence's Sons and Lovers and Virginia Woolf's Mrs. Dalloway, two classic modernist novels. Second-wave feminism constitutes the conceptual framework of the paper. The paper argues that despite differences in style and subject matter, both novels critique societal expectations and constraints placed upon women in the early 20th century. Both authors highlight the agency and complexity of women while challenging patriarchal conventions through the representation of female characters. The article argues that these works are still relevant in their depiction of the ongoing struggle for the pursuit of women's liberation and gender equality.

    In the building and contracting industries, entrepreneurship development has been studied in this research using innovative and novel ways. Entrepreneurs in the construction and contracting industries need to adjust to these changes in order to stay competitive, given the rising demand for sustainable development and technology improvements. This study identifies a number of creative tactics that entrepreneurs can use to develop their abilities and advance their firms through a thorough review of the literature and case studies. These tactics consist of implementing cutting-edge technology, implementing sustainable habits, forming strategic alliances, and creating efficient financial and marketing plans. Additionally, the article explores the difficulties business owners in the contracting and building sectors confront and suggests ways to overcome them. The study's findings add to the body of knowledge on entrepreneurship in the construction and contracting industries and offer actionable advice for entrepreneurs looking to grow their companies.

    There has been much discussion in the field of education concerning the differences between teaching based on the educator and teaching centered on the student. One of the main points of contention is that teaching should be student-centered. The claim that more student-centered instruction and less focus on the teacher is one of the most contentious aspects of the debate. Every tactic has unique advantages and disadvantages that cannot be had with any other approach. "Teacher-centered instruction" is a term that describes the educational approach that is sometimes referred to as "traditional education" by itself. The stage of learning in which the instructor acts as both the principal figure of authority and the primary source of information for the students enrolled in a particular class. On the other hand, learning focused on the student stimulates students to take an active part in the independent research that they perform by pushing them to concentrate on their requirements. This is because learning centered on the student encourages students to learn about themselves. In this investigation, comparison and contrast of these two approaches have been examined, and an attempt has been made to enumerate the advantages of each potential choice.

The analysis highlights the critical role of adaptive leadership, effective communication, and the integration of technology in managing the crisis. Key findings indicate that successful educational leadership during the pandemic necessitated a collaborative approach, resilience, and the ability to swiftly implement innovative solutions. The study underscores the importance of preparing educational leaders for future crises by fostering skills in crisis management, digital fluency, and organizational agility. These insights offer a blueprint for developing robust frameworks and policies to enhance the efficacy of educational leadership in the face of unforeseen challenges.

    English speaking proficiency remains a significant hurdle for many university students, especially in regions where English is not the primary language. This qualitative study explores the difficulties faced by first-year students in speaking English during classes at Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University in Rajasthan, India. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with six university participants to investigate the linguistic and psychological barriers hindering effective English-spoken communication. The findings reveal that students struggle with pronunciation, vocabulary acquisition, and limited exposure to English outside the classroom. Despite receiving English instruction, many students view English as confined to the school and a subject for gaining marks rather than a means of genuine communication. The study underscores the need to address linguistic and psychological barriers that impede students’ ability to speak English confidently. Recommendations emphasize providing opportunities for authentic English engagement beyond the classroom and developing bridging programs to facilitate the transition from secondary to university-level English proficiency. Future research with innovative methodologies and larger sample sizes is suggested for a deeper understanding of this issue. Fostering English speaking skills is crucial for students' academic and professional success in an increasingly globalized world.

    The probability density functions of , and order statistics are explored in this study. Also, the moments, their mean and variance of , and order statistics are derived. The Maximum Likelihood (ML) method is employed to estimate the parameters, and a system of non-linear equations is solved to derive the limiting expressions of the ML estimators and their variances, utilizing Fisher’s information matrix. A detailed numerical analysis of the ML estimators’ performance is carried out through a Monte Carlo simulation for various sample sizes, test termination times, and parameter values. Additionally, the practical applicability of the 3-component mixture of Power distributions is demonstrated by estimating the ML parameters using real-world data. The study's results indicated that maximum likelihood estimators based on complete (uncensored) data perform significantly better than those based on censored data. Additionally, the estimators derived from uncensored data are more dependable and precise.

    This paper explores the contribution of the Walking Qur’an…[1] by Rudolf Ware III to historical perspectives and studies of the history of Islam in Africa as drawn of wisdom from an intellectual, historical, and religious perspective as his methodology beautifully tries to explain the religion and its roots and differences. The author, through an ethnographic approach, reaches the bottom of what it means to be studying in Qur'an schools in West Africa and how these taalibes (students of knowledge) were an embodiment of Islamic knowledge and were propelled into becoming Walking Qur'an. The author primarily examined the Qur’an schools in Senegambia, a region in present day Mali in West Africa, to assert the importance of the rituals associated with the process of acquiring knowledge of the Qur’an. He also showed how the schools became a driving force to resist European enslavement of Muslim clerics and their students in the region and beyond. As a result, this paper argues that the book epitomizes both cultural and postcolonial historical perspectives in helping us understand the historiography of Islam in West Africa. [1]. R. T.     The study is to bring awareness to public healthcare professionals and law enforcement about the discrimination faced by Black lesbians in townships when seeking support after the rape and to encourage an empathetic and responsive approach to addressing their needs. The research applied a qualitative research design of in-depth interviews with 17 Black lesbian women living in township areas of Cape Town. Data were analysed using thematic analysis. The results of the study indicate that Black lesbian women in townships experience high levels of GBV, including corrective rape, and face significant stigma from both their communities and outside of townships. Participants also reported a lack of support from law enforcement and the legal system. The study took place in Cape Province, South Africa. The findings of this study highlight the urgent need for policymakers and civil society organisations to prioritise the issue of GBV against Black lesbians in township areas of Cape Town. Recommendations include increasing awareness and education around the issue, improving access to support services for survivors, and executing interventions to reduce stigma and discrimination.

    Language is the primary means by which people comprehend the outside environment. It functions as an instrument for power and communication. Politicians use language in political communication to alter public opinion, attitudes, and behavior toward politics, as well as to alter national and state policy in general. Various forms of national self-glorification can be used frequently to execute good self-presentation, particularly in parliamentary statements on immigration: praise or positive allusions to one's own nation, its values, customs, and history. Thus, racist and nationalist ideas can coexist. Political leaders always try to glorify their countries in order to highlight and show the audience their interests and concerns in raising the status of their countries. American politicians are the ones who employ this strategy the most, using various devices. This study attempts to investigate this strategy within the field of critical stylistic analysis. The study adopts the Jeffries (2010) as an analytical model. The study concludes that both American political leaders Trump and Biden employ the strategies of hypothesizing, contrasting, presenting action, presenting time, presenting state, assuming, and describing with different percentages in order to achieve their personal and political purposes.

    This article examines the representation of women in D.H. Lawrence's Sons and Lovers and Virginia Woolf's Mrs. Dalloway, two classic modernist novels. Second-wave feminism constitutes the conceptual framework of the paper. The paper argues that despite differences in style and subject matter, both novels critique societal expectations and constraints placed upon women in the early 20th century. Both authors highlight the agency and complexity of women while challenging patriarchal conventions through the representation of female characters. The article argues that these works are still relevant in their depiction of the ongoing struggle for the pursuit of women's liberation and gender equality.

    In the building and contracting industries, entrepreneurship development has been studied in this research using innovative and novel ways.     There has been much discussion in the field of education concerning the differences between teaching based on the educator and teaching centered on the student. One of the main points of contention is that teaching should be student-centered. The claim that more student-centered instruction and less focus on the teacher is one of the most contentious aspects of the debate. Every tactic has unique advantages and disadvantages that cannot be had with any other approach. "Teacher-centered instruction" is a term that describes the educational approach that is sometimes referred to as "traditional education" by itself. The stage of learning in which the instructor acts as both the principal figure of authority and the primary source of information for the students enrolled in a particular class. On the other hand, learning focused on the student stimulates students to take an active part in the independent research that they perform by pushing them to concentrate on their requirements. This is because learning centered on the student encourages students to learn about themselves. In this investigation, comparison and contrast of these two approaches have been examined, and an attempt has been made to enumerate the advantages of each potential choice.

    English speaking proficiency remains a significant hurdle for many university students, especially in regions where English is not the primary language. This qualitative study explores the difficulties faced by first-year students in speaking English during classes at Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University in Rajasthan, India. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with six university participants to investigate the linguistic and psychological barriers hindering effective English-spoken communication. The findings reveal that students struggle with pronunciation, vocabulary acquisition, and limited exposure to English outside the classroom. Despite receiving English instruction, many students view English as confined to the school and a subject for gaining marks rather than a means of genuine communication. The study underscores the need to address linguistic and psychological barriers that impede students’ ability to speak English confidently. Recommendations emphasize providing opportunities for authentic English engagement beyond the classroom and developing bridging programs to facilitate the transition from secondary to university-level English proficiency. Future research with innovative methodologies and larger sample sizes is suggested for a deeper understanding of this issue. Fostering English speaking skills is crucial for students' academic and professional success in an increasingly globalized world.

    The probability density functions of , and order statistics are explored in this study. Also, the moments, their mean and variance of , and order statistics are derived. The Maximum Likelihood (ML) method is employed to estimate the parameters, and a system of non-linear equations is solved to derive the limiting expressions of the ML estimators and their variances, utilizing Fisher’s information matrix. A detailed numerical analysis of the ML estimators’ performance is carried out through a Monte Carlo simulation for various sample sizes, test termination times, and parameter values. Additionally, the practical applicability of the 3-component mixture of Power distributions is demonstrated by estimating the ML parameters using real-world data. The study's results indicated that maximum likelihood estimators based on complete (uncensored) data perform significantly better than those based on censored data. Additionally, the estimators derived from uncensored data are more dependable and precise.

    This paper explores the contribution of the Walking Qur’an…[1] by Rudolf Ware III to historical perspectives and studies of the history of Islam in Africa as drawn of wisdom from an intellectual, historical, and religious perspective as his methodology beautifully tries to explain the religion and its roots and differences. The author, through an ethnographic approach, reaches the bottom of what it means to be studying in Qur'an schools in West Africa and how these taalibes (students of knowledge) were an embodiment of Islamic knowledge and were propelled into becoming Walking Qur'an. The author primarily examined the Qur’an schools in Senegambia, a region in present day Mali in West Africa, to assert the importance of the rituals associated with the process of acquiring knowledge of the Qur’an. He also showed how the schools became a driving force to resist European enslavement of Muslim clerics and their students in the region and beyond. As a result, this paper argues that the book epitomizes both cultural and postcolonial historical perspectives in helping us understand the historiography of Islam in West Africa. [1]. R. T.
