This study aims to analyse and describe the application of government management functions in realizing quality public services in the Civil Registry Service Office of Wakatobi Regency. Using the type of qualitative research that intends to understand the phenomena about what is experienced by research subjects such as behaviour, perception, motivation, and action. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study can be described that the application of management functions in public service in the the Civil Registry Service Office of Wakatobi Regency is good in the planning function, organizing function, implementation function, supervisory function, as well as the quality of public services consisting of tangible aspects, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy are also good but still have limitations on tangible aspects.Keywords : Management, Public Services, Implementation, Government

TThis study aims to determine and describe the effectiveness of government communication in public services at National Land Office of Kendari City. To find out these objectives, a qualitative research method was used to extract information from informants that were open and free with 5 informants. This research was conducted at the Kendari City National Land Office with the type of data in the form of primary data and secondary data. The research instrument itself is carried out with documentation, interviews, and observations. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of government communication in public service at the National Land Office of Kendari City, the following conclusions can be obtained that the success of communication is the key to success in achieving the goals of the National Land Office such as internal communication and external communication and services provided by the National Land Office of the city of Kendari it is quite effective, seen from 3 indicators namely source communicator, media and communication effects. Di Indonesia terdapat dua persoalan perempuan dalam politik, pertama, masalah keterwakilan perempuan yang sangat rendah di ruang publik dan kedua, masalah belum adanya platform partai secara kongkrit membela kepentingan perempuan. Terdapat sedikit perbedaan tentang bagaimana melakukan analisa dalam kajian perempuan di lembaga legislatif dan lembaga eksekutif. Pada penelitian ini akan focus pada tantangan perempuan dalam lembaga eksekutif pada pilkada serentak tahun 2024. Kajian ini menggunakan analisis kepustakaan. Dalam studi kepustakaan, peneliti melakukan penelusuran pustaka sekaligus memanfaatkan sumber perpustakaan untuk memperoleh data. Sumber data kajian ini didapat dari literatur, dokumen serta pemberitaan media yang mendukung (relevan), baik yang dipublikasikan maupun tidak dipublikasikan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa perempuan dalam pilkada banyak memiliki tantangan yang perlu menjadi perhatian publik baik itu tantangan dari segi budaya, agama dan adat istiadat masyarakat lokal dalam melihat kepemimpinan perempuan.Kata kunci : E Politik, Perempuan dan Pilkada

The purpose of this research is to determine whether the implementation of the reward system had a positive and significant effect on the auditor’s performance at The Audit Board of The Republic Indonesia, Representative of Southeast Sulawesi Province. The technique that is use to analyze data of this research is quantitative analysis with hypothesis testing using simple regression based on data from 18 respondents who has complete all the questions in the questionnaire. This research conducted at The Audit Board of The Republic Indonesia, Representative of Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research instrument was questionnaire. This article purposed to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style on employee work motivation in the Public Works Office of Enrekang Regency. This study used descriptive research by using quantitative methods and approaches that described the leadership style of work motivation in the Public Works Office of Enrekang Regency. The population in this study were all employees in the the Public Works Office of Enrekang Regency as many as 40 people. This study used saturated sampling. Based on the results of the statistical analysis pf the summary model table, it explained the magnitude of the correlation or relationship (R) value of 0,663. The influence style (X) on the dependent variable of work motivation (Y) showed by the R Square value of 0,401, it meant that 40,1% of the influence independent variable or leadership style on the dependent variable pf work motivation (Y) in the Public Works Office of Enrekang Regency.Keywords : Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Workers

This research aims to know the influences of supervisory work discipline against civil servants in the provincial secretariat of Southeast Sulawesi. The population of this research is the entire civil servant in the provincial secretariat Indonesia amounted to 210 people. The sample in this research were 53 respondents. Method of collecting data through questionnaires. Data analysis technique used was simple linear regression with the help of SPSS for windows 24. This study examines how digital-based public service innovation is carried out by the Kediri Immigration Office. This digital-based public service innovation is an effort to realize good governance. The importance of good governance is inseparable from the problems of public services, which have been their own problems, especially those related to service efficiency. That is what underlies the Kediri Immigration Office to develop various digital-based innovations in an effort to provide excellent service. Through data collection from interviews and observations and supported by literature sources, the results of the study indicate that various public service innovations have been carried out by the Kediri Immigration Office. These innovations include an online passport queue application, Whastapp Gateway, drive-thru, eazy passports, and human rights-friendly stops. This is a realization of the slogan I’m Redi Dinanti towards the realization of good governance.

The impact of Covid 19 made the government in Sukoharjo village, Sukoharjo sub-district, Pringsewu regency, pour out village funds that should have been converted into BLT for residents affected by covid 19. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the policies of the Sukoharjo II village government that have been ongoing. This study used a qualitative approach, namely describing the policies adopted in the village of Sukoharjo II coherently. data collection methods using interviews and documentation, then the data collected is analyzed with a qualitative approach. The result is that the Sukoharjo II village government has succeeded in carrying out policies that have been running well based on indicators of evaluation of public policies from William N Dunn, such as effectiveness, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy have been running in accordance with government regulations that determine potential family beneficiaries of village funds in accordance with regulations. issued by the central government and the regional government of Pringsewu Regency by synchronizing the data in advance with the integrated list of prosperous families (DTKS) from the Social Service Agency. This study aims to determine and anayze the role of local goverment in suppressing school dropouts in the Konawe district of the North Wawonii subdistrict and to describe the factors that cause shool dropouts. This study used a qualitative approach, the type of research is descriptive, while the omni research informent, principals of elementary, junior and senior high school, and the community. Data obtained from the result of indepth interviews with iformants, observations and dokumentation or approximately one month in the field. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the study show thar the efforts or local governments in emphasizing school dropouts in North Wawonii district issued a government policy on educational scholarships for the poor and socialization to the community. The application of Large Scale Social Restriction (PSBB) makes the policy of the government of DKI Jakarta to get a response from the citizens of DKI Jakarta as well as stakeholders in the lower figure of the spread COVID-19 in DKI Jakarta. The purpose of this research is to identify the policy on the implementation of the PSBB DKI Jakarta using the theory of grindle with communication factors, factors of human resources, factors of attitudes, and factors of the bureaucratic structure by outlining the process of implementation of the policy. The research method using secondary data qualitative focuses on the analysis of data with matching patterns and develop explanations of the study. The findings showed that of the four factors on the implementation has been running well, but from the factor of the attitude of the on the results of the implementation of the policy showed less good because the number of cases COVID-19 in DKI Jakarta is still relatively higher than the percentage do the government of DKI Jakarta.
