Concept of smart madrasah is created as a response on complexity of challenges in education world. This research aims to determine the model of smart madrasah in Malang city. The development model is determined by measuring madrasah readiness level for information and communication technology. This research is mix method using consequential explanatory strategy through quantitative stage in data collection technique and then the data analysis is followed by qualitative in interpretation stages of overall analysis. Research location is Al Izzah senior high school Batu having high potential in implementing Smart Madrasah. Results of the research show that the madrasah has e-readiness on ICT by 94.1 %, e-literacy level on ICT by 99.4 %.

Planning occupies an important position in an institution or institution, which determines the initial movement of an institution. Therefore an institution will progress and produce maximum goals, Planning is an activity to determine goals and formulate and regulate the utilization of resources: information, finance, methods and time followed by decision making and explanations about achieving goals, determining policies, determining programs, determination of certain methods and procedures and determination of the schedule for the implementation of activities. In the basic principles of Islamic education management planning, the Koranic perspective is divided into two general principles of planning and operational technical principles.

The result of this study showed that communication has taken preventive and represive steps to manage conflict in the organization. Communication also has important role to implemented conflict management activities in the organization. Communication also has informative, regulative, persiasive and integrative roles to manage conflict in organization.

The development of education is progressing. It is characterized by the quality and quantity of educational institutions are getting better. Success and success cannot be separated from the role of all education components that are able to perform their functions and duties respectively well. A good system will result in a good process and the results achieved will be good too. Here is the vital position of the public relations role in socializing an educational institution to the public. Efforts made by schools in introducing educational institutions through public relations activities, so the public relations department plays an important role in developing the institution into an educational alternative for the community to educate their foster children to be a bright young generation, character and character, also beneficial to society.

Leadership is a central problem in the management of an organization. Educational institutions own equipment and resources called facilities and infrastructure that facilitate the delivery of educational services. Infrastructure management is required for successful infrastructure. Inventory is one of the key components of infrastructure management. It involves several steps, including management, implementation, organization, recording, and registration of inventory items. The study employs a qualitative paradigm and literary analysis methods. Primary books and scholarly publications comprising 40 references are used as research sources. The findings indicated that maintaining infrastructure quality and quantity is a goal of the invention focus. Activities involving inventory are fundamentally a continuous process. Additionally, the inventory of educational institutions provides data on the number, quality, wealth, planning, acquisition, and removal of facilities and infrastructure, as well as data on data accountability. Activities related to inventory include tracking purchases and creating reports.

Public Relations or in the Indonesian language known as public relations and abbreviated as PR has an important role in improving quality that leads to the progress of an institution as well as educational institutions. An understanding of public relations is often associated with Western theories regardless of the values ​​contained in them. whereas in Islam all theories that provide an understanding of public relations are clear, even the Qur'an comprehensively has provided universal and dynamic guidelines. In addition, Hadith as the second source of law after the Qur'an also shows exemplary values ​​that are the guideline in conducting public relations. The principles, rules, and ethics contained in both of them about public relations will provide more value so that understanding and developing Western theories that are rooted can be replaced. Especially in an Islamic educational institution, at least in implementing the concept of relations, the community adheres to the principles that exist in the Qur'an and the hadith of Prophet Muhammad SAW so that what can become a common goal is achieved.

Dayah accreditation is one of the efforts in ensuring the quality of pesantren education services. One of the strategies of pesantren in achieving effective accreditation results is collaborating with external parties. MPU and pesantren are organizations that have the same orientation, namely ensuring the implementation of values based on Islamic law. The research method used is a qualitative diary method. Sources of informants are MPU management and several Islamic Boarding School leaders. The results showed that the MPU's role in the accreditation of the dayah included (2) advisors and policy deliberations related to the fulfillment of educational service standards as the main instrument of dayah accreditation; (2) strengthening external support through optimizing the dayah committee and strengthening organizational committees. The social implications of this research result in collaborative efforts in maintaining community stability. Through the accreditation system, it is expected to be able to improve the quality of education services held by Islamic boarding schools.

Untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan diperlukan satu kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif. Perkembangan teori kepemimpinan hingga saat ini sangat variatif dan inovatif. Dengan mengetahui perkembangan implementasi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SMK Negeri 4 Kota Jambi diharapkan menghadirkan solusi dalam membangun kepemimpinan yang efektif di lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Negeri 4 Kota Jambi menggunakan rancangan kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Fokus penelitian terdiri dari (1) kepala sekolah dalam menjalankan fungsi sebagai pemimpin lembaga pendidikan; (2) ketercapaian tujuan sekolah; dan (3) faktor yang menjadi kendala implementasi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah.
