Abstract

Gas fueling (Gas Puff) system to supply hydrogen (H2, D2) and impurity gasses (He, N2, Ne, Ar, Kr, Xe, etc.) into the LHD vacuum vessel for the plasma experiment and discharge cleaning, and at an emergency to stop or prevent the plasma discharges.
