Abstract

Datasets used to test the ability of DSSC on cell type deconvolution from bulk gene expression, including pseudo-bulk data generated from intra-dataset and inter-dataset simulations, mixture data, and real experimental data. For the mixture and real experimental data, the original data is also provided.
