Abstract

To clone the data locally, use the following bash script: preston ls \ --algo md5 \ --remote https://zenodo.org \ --anchor hash://md5/9f9f111af19f657e31ce04b9d422eed4 \ > /dev/null Also, interactions from the corpus can be extracted using preston ls \ --algo md5 \ --anchor hash://md5/9f9f111af19f657e31ce04b9d422eed4 \ --remote https://zenodo.org \ | elton stream \ --algo md5 \ --anchor hash://md5/9f9f111af19f657e31ce04b9d422eed4 \ --data-dir data \ | gzip \ > interactions.tsv.gz Note that a generated interactions.tsv.gz is included in this publication. To help make species interaction datasets easier to access, Global Biotic Interactions (GloBI, https://globalbioticinteractions.org) reviews existing datasets and makes their associated review reports available via https://zenodo.org/community/globi-review . This data publication contains data.zip, an archive of versioned datasets under review and datasets.tsv, a list of dataset identifiers associated with those captured in the archive. To avoid naming conflicts, content is stored by their content identifiers (i.e., md5 hashes) in data.zip. To access the data under review, specialized tools preston and elton may be used. Please see the following technical information section for more details and examples. Also, please see Elliott et al. 2020,2023 for information about the data tracking and archiving methods used. To help show an example of the output, versions of first 10 and last 10 records (i.e., interactions-first-10.tsv, interactions-first-10.json, interactions-first-10.json, interactions-last-10.json) are provided in json/tsv formats. In addition, all records are included in files interactions.tsv.gz , interactions.json.gz and interactions.parquet .
