Abstract
<p>This data set contains all files&nbsp; analyzed in the MulTiXcan paper.</p> <p>MulTiXcan is a method to integrate xQTL and GWAS data. It jointly leverages (gene) expression information from multiple panels (i.e. different tissues) to identify underlying mechanisms involced in complex traits.</p> <p>Code available in the following project:<br> <br> https://github.com/hakyimlab/MetaXcan/tree/master/papers/MultiXcan</p>
