Abstract
<div><p>Alterations in stromal tissue components can inhibit or promote epithelial tumorigenesis. Decorin (<em>DCN</em>) and lumican (<em>LUM</em>) show reduced stromal expression in serous epithelial ovarian cancer (sEOC). We hypothesized that common variants in these genes associate with risk.
