The Journal of Interdisciplinary Food Studies (ISSN 2791-6960, e-ISSN 2792-0259) is a multidisciplinary academic scientific journal published twice a year. The journal publishes scientific studies that pass at least two blind referees and editorial evaluation processes. The journal publishes original research and review articles. In addition, it can publish articles such as short notes, book reviews, short articles, technical notes, scientific opinions, case reports, and letters to the editor. It can also publish movie and documentary criticisms that are handled within a scientific framework.
