CORA Cork Open Research Archive is the institutional repository of University College Cork, Ireland. This is the principal site with almost 20 mirror versions around the globe. The site is supported by an extensive collection of information and background documentation. An RSS feed is available for anyone interested in keeping up-to-date with newly added materials. The interface is in English.

Apollo is the institutional repository of the University of Cambridge, managed by the Open Research Systems team based in Cambridge University Library. The Repository is committed to store and preserve the University’s research outputs. Research outputs can include, but are not limited to, publications, conference proceedings, book chapters, monographs, theses, various forms of research data (video recordings, spreadsheets, computational scripts, code, images etc.), presentations and others.

This is an extensive and expansive resource for researchers in the bioscience, biotech and biomedical related disciplines. The citations database PubMed links to full-text materials within PMC. Thanks to a NLM digitisation activity older journal content is being made freely available, back to the early 1900s in some cases. Currently 250 journal titles are included within the site. It is possible to register for an update email to ensure notification when new journals are added to the PMC collections. The size value given is the number of author submitted manuscripts.
