Hlavním cílem mé diplomové práce bylo představit regionální strany ve Velké Britániii a Itálii. Na základě vybraných případů potom najít obecné vzory či rozdílnosti. Následně strany zhodnotit a porovnat. Pro regionální strany jsou důležité institucionální podmkínky. Těm se ve své práci také věnuji. Decentralizaci vnímám jako klíčový proces pro vznik arén vhodných pro fungování regionálních stran. V teoretické části jsem představil pojmy regionální či etnoregionální strana. Dále jsem popsal typologie Maxmiliána Strmisky a Regise Dandoye, které jsem využíval. Vybrané příklady stran byly SNP - Skotsko, PC - Wales, unionisté (UUP, DUP) a nacionalisté (SDLP, SF) ze Severního Irska. V Itálii jsem se zabýval stranami SVP a Freiheitlichen v Jižním Tyrolsku, stranou PATT v Tridentsku a stranami na Sardinii a Sicílii. Obhájeno Main goal of this diploma thesis was to introduce regional parties in the United Kingdom and Italy. Based on these examples I wanted to find some general patterns or differences and compare them. For regional parties, the institutional conditions play an important role. Particularly good conditions can be found in decentralized states. So decentralization is the key process for function of regional political party. I started with description of decentralization. In the next chapter I explained how to operate with different concepts of regional parties. I introduced concepts of ethno-regional or regionalist parties. In theoretical part I used typologies of Maxmilián Strmiska and Regis Dandoy. Chosen examples of regional parties are SNP Scotland, PC Wales, unionist (UUP, DUP) and nationalist (SDLP, SF) from Northern Ireland. In Italy I explored province of South Tyrol which is dominated by SVP and I added Freiheitlichen like small competition for SVP and example of different attitude towards Rome. In province of Trento, the regional party PATT is of great importance. Last regions were Sardinia and Sicily. Sardinia has continual representation in PSd'A and in Sicily we saw many regional parties. Most important of them is MPA in period since 2000 to present.

Smyslem mojí diplomové práce, bylo především zachytit institut místního referenda, jeho využití v územních samosprávných celcích a právní rámec, který mu dává zákon č. 22/2004 Sb., o místním referendu. Obhájeno The main subject of my dissertation work is to describe institute of the local referendum, use in territorial self-governing districts and legal Framework described in the law No. 22/2004 publication of the local referendum.

Tato bakalářská se nazývá: Srovnání seriózního a bulvárního tisku ve Velké Británii doprovázené překladem vybraných článků. Z jejího názvu je zřejmé, že hlavním cílem práce je srovnání seriózního a bulvárního tisku ve Velké Británii. Práce se dále také zaměřuje na jejich jazyk a typické znaky. Tato bakalářská práce se dělí na dvě hlavní části, z nichž první, teoretická část, pojednává o historii a současnosti britského tisku. Podkapitoly teoretické části se věnují čtenářskému publiku ve Velké Británii a online formě novin. Zároveň informují o současných novinových plátcích, které jsou ve Velké Británii k dostání, a seznamují čtenáře s žurnalistickým stylem. Druhou součástí bakalářské práce je praktická část, která se opírá o vybrané články z britského seriózního a bulvárního tisku. Jejím cílem je srovnání typických rysů těchto dvou skupin a zároveň kvalitní překlad vybraných článků. Obhájeno The bachelor thesis deals with the serious and the tabloid press in the United Kingdom and it is focused on their language as well as their typical features. The thesis is divided into two principal parts and it begins with the theoretical part. This part is concentrated on the history and the present of the British press. Moreover, its subchapters contain pieces of information about the readership in the United Kingdom, online newspapers, the particular newspapers and journalistic style. The second part is called the practical part and it has two main goals. The first one is to present the differences between the serious and the tabloid press and the second one is a high-quality translation of the articles.

Cílem této práce je analyzovat marketingové aktivity ve vybraném čtyřhvězdičkovém hotelu v Karlových Varech. Následně zhodnotit rozsah a kvalitu těchto aktivit a na základě výsledků navrhnout opatření vedoucí k jejich zlepšení. V teoretické části jsou charakterizována specifika služeb a cestovního ruchu, služby hotelu a jednotlivé základní prvky marketingového mixu rozšířené o prvky typické pro oblast služeb. V praktické části je charakterizován vybraný hotel a jeho marketingový mix. Následuje analýza jeho konkurence a zákazníků společně s analýzou jejich hodnocení poskytovaných služeb. Na základě těchto analýz jsou navržena opatření, která by mohla zefektivnit marketingové aktivity hotelu a tím navýšit jeho obsazenost. Obhájeno The aim of this thesis is to analyze the marketing activities in the selected four-star hotel in Karlovy Vary, then in the next step to evaluate the range and quality of these activities. The outcome based on these results will be used as suggestion of measures to improve the analyzed marketing activities. In the theoretical part I will describe the specifics of services and tourism, services of the hotel and the basic elements of marketing mix expanded with the elements typical for the service realm. In the practical part there will be the description and characterization of the selected hotel itself and its marketing mix followed by the analysis from the competitors and clients together with the analysis of their evaluation of provided services. The outcome based on these results will be used as suggestion of measures to improve the marketing activities of the hotel and to raise the occupancy of the hotel.

Práce se zabývá metodami pro detekci únavy na základě elektrofyziologických dat z elektroencefalogramu (EEG) a komponent evokovaných potenciálů (ERP). V práci je navržena a nástroji systému Presentation implementována kombinovaná kognitivní úloha, v níž měřený subjekt současně řeší tři zobrazované úkoly. Měřený subjekt reaguje na náhodný stav úkolů stisknutím odpovídajícího tlačítka nebo sešlápnutím pedálu. Měření bylo realizováno na 10 subjektech. Zaznamenané EEG signály s vloženými synchronizačními značkami jsou analyzovány v~časové i frekvenční oblasti, což umožňuje kromě určení reakční doby na daný podnět také analyzovat průběh mozkových vln. Formou dotazníku jsou zkoumány i subjektivní pocity měřených osob. Z analýzy naměřených dat se jako vhodné indikátory únavy jeví energie nízkých alfa vln a parametry pozdního pozitivního potenciálu v ERP záznamu. Obhájeno This thesis deals with mental fatigue detection methods using electrophysiological data from the electroencefalogram (EEG) and event-related potencial (ERP) components. The combined cognitive task is designed and implemented using Presentation control software. Subject responds to a random task state by pressing the corresponding button or by actuating the pedal. The measurements were carried out on 10 subjects. EEG signals recorded with the embedded synch marks are analyzed in the time and frequency domain, which enables to estimate the response time and to analyze the brain waves form, too. There is a brief questionnaire used for the quantifying subjective feelings of measured persons. It was concluded that enlarging energy of low alpha waves and parameters of the late ERP positive potential, seem to be hopeful mental fatigue indicators.

Práce je zaměřena na analýzu nakupování oděvů v internetových obchodech. První část je založena na teoretickém základu, kde je mimo jiné popsáno elektronické obchodování a podnikání, včetně členění e-commerce, výhod, současných trendů a stavu v České republice. Nechybí popis internetových obchodů, internetového marketingu a dále je tato část směřována k nákupnímu chování na internetu. Teorie je také rozšířena o kapitolu týkající se online nakupování v době pandemie COVID-19. Praktická část pak obsahuje vlastní výzkum, který byl proveden prostřednictvím dotazníku a je zaměřen na zhodnocení spokojenosti respondentů s konkrétními e-shopy, způsoby nakupování dotazovaných, marketing internetových obchodů a další. Na základě výsledků jsou navrhnuta doporučení, jimiž by se obchody mohly řídit. Obhájeno The work is focused on the analysis of buying clothes in online stores. The first part is based on a theoretical basis, which describes, among other things, electronic commerce and electronic business, including the structure of e-commerce, benefits, current trends and the situation in the Czech Republic. There is a description of online stores, internet marketing and this section is also focused on shopping behaviour on the Internet. The theory is extended by a chapter which is online shopping during the COVID-19 pandemic. The practical part then contains its own research, which was conducted through a questionnaire and is focused on evaluating the satisfaction of respondents with specific e-shops, ways of respondents shopping, marketing of online stores and more. Based on the results, recommendations are proposed

Diplomová práce se zabývá nabídkou rychlého občerstvení na středních školách. Text této páce je rozdělen na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola je věnována pojmu rychlé občerstvení, jeho historii a vlivu na lidské zdraví. Druhá kapitola se zabývá výživou dětí, jejím významem pro zdraví a také zásadami zdravé výživy. V poslední kapitole teoretické části je popsána organizace stravování ve školách. Praktická část práce je věnována výzkumnému šetření, které je zaměřeno na nabídku občerstvení na středních školách. Cílem je zmapovat, jaká je nabídka bufetů a automatů na středních školách v Plzeňském kraji a zda je součástí této nabídky rychlé občerstvení. Obhájeno This diploma thesis deals with the issue of fast food offering in high schools. The content of the thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first one deals with the term fast food, its history and its influence on human health. The second chapter is focused on health and proper diet for children and its impact on their health. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with the organization of catering in schools. The practical part is dedicated to fast food offering survey. The main goal is to depict the fast food offering in high schools in the Pilsen region.

Práce na operačním sále je nedílnou součástí pracovní náplně radiologického asistenta. Operační výkony v jednotlivých zdravotnických zařízeních se mohou podle povahy výkonu lišit, z toho vyplývají i rozdílné požadavky na provádění skiaskopické kontroly. Pracovní posloupnost však bývá zachována. Ve své práci se zabývám sálovou rentgenovou technikou, posloupností úkonů, které musí radiologických asistent provést před vstupem na operační sál, v průběhu operace i po jejím ukončení a v neposlední řadě radiační ochranou pacienta a členů operačního týmu. Popisuji skiaskopickou kontrolu při operacích prováděných na kostních strukturách, tedy operacích ortopedických a neurochirurgických operacích páteře. Také zmiňuji pracovní náplň radiologických asistentů při práci na dalších operačních sálech. Výzkum je zaměřen na aspekty práce radiologického asistenta na operačním sále a s tím související problematiku ve Fakultní nemocnici Plzeň. Obhájeno One of the activities that a radiographer performs is work in an operating room. Surgical procedures may vary in different health care institutions due to their purpose, which leads to various demands on performing the fluoroscopy itself. The operating procedure is however maintained. This bachelor thesis deals with fluoroscopy techniques, the sequence of operation which needs to be performed by a radiographer before entering the operating room, during the surgery itself and at the end of the surgery. What is also mentioned is how to protect against radiation not only the patient but also the surgery team members. This thesis also deals with fluoroscopy controls during the surgery procedures on bone structures that means on orthopaedic surgery treatments and neurosurgery treatments of the spine. The workload of radiographer in other operating rooms is also mentioned in this thesis. The research is focused on the work aspects of a radiographer in the operating room and therefore connected with the Faculty hospital Pilsen.

Bakalářská práce obsahuje rešerši na téma rámy hydraulických lisů. Na vymodelovaném hydraulickém lisu je proveden MKP výpočet. Výpočet je zanalyzován a podle něj navrhnuta maximální síla, kterou je lis možné zatížit. Výsledky jsou vyhodnoceny. Obhájeno Bachelor thesis contains a search on the topic frame hydraulic presses. Modelled on a hydraulic press is made of FEM calculation. The calculation is analyzed and designed according to him, the maximum force that the press can be loaded. The results are evaluated.

Práce je v teoretické části zaměřena na odlišnosti výuky tělesné výchovy na malotřídních školách a na běžných základních školách. Práce se obecně zabývá problematikou malotřídních škol, fyziologickým vývojem jedince a vzdělávací oblastí Člověk a zdraví v rámci RVP ZV. Cílem praktické části je vytvořit zásobník aktivit vhodných pro malé tělocvičny či cvičebny, které mají malotřídní školy k dispozici a prakticky prověřit, zda jsou tyto pohybové činnosti vhodné do těchto malých prostor. Obhájeno The Theoretical Part of this work is focused on the differences in teaching Physical Education at the small class and mainstream primary schools. This work generally deals with the issues of small class primary schools, the physiological development of the individuals and the educational area Human and health within the Framework Educational Program of Elementary Education. The goal of the practical part is to create a file of activities suitable for small gyms or exercise rooms, which are available to schools with small classes, and also practically examine whether these physical activities are suitable for these small spaces.
