    Αντικείμενο της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η μελέτη του φαινομένου της παραπλανητικής διαφήμισης αφενός υπό το πρίσμα των διατάξεων του Ν. 146/1914 περί αθέμιτου ανταγωνισμού, αφετέρου υπό τη σκοπιά του Ελληνικού Κώδικα Διαφήμισης και Επικοινωνίας. Στο πλαίσιο της ενδελεχούς επισκόπησης του ζητήματος γίνεται μνεία στις ρυθμίσεις του ενωσιακού δικαίου, με ειδική αναφορά τόσο στην Οδηγία 2005/29/ ΕΚ για τις αθέμιτες εμπορικές πρακτικές όσο και στην Οδηγία 2006/114/ΕΚ για την παραπλανητική και συγκριτική διαφήμιση, οι οποίες έχουν ενσωματωθεί στην ελληνική έννομη τάξη, ως επί το πλείστον, μέσω των διατάξεων του Ν.2251/1994 για την προστασία του καταναλωτή. Εκ των ανωτέρω διαφαίνεται ότι το νομικό πλαίσιο της διαφήμισης συντίθεται από πληθώρα νομοθετημάτων διαφορετικής σκοπιμότητας και υφής. Ως εκ τούτου, αβίαστα οδηγούμαστε σε σύγκριση των σχετικών με τη διαφήμιση διατάξεων στον Ν.2251/1994 περί προστασίας του καταναλωτή με αυτές του Ν.146/1914 και παράλληλα σε αντιπαραβολή των ρυθμίσεων του δεύτερου με τους κανόνες αυτορρύθμισης, όπως είναι και ο ίδιος ο Κώδικας Επικοινωνίας και Διαφήμισης. Κομβικής σημασίας από κάθε σκοπιά είναι το πρότυπο του μέσου καταναλωτή, όπως έχει διαμορφωθεί και ισχύει, τόσο από την ευρωπαϊκή όσο και από την εθνική νομολογία. The object of the present work is the study of the phenomenon of misleading advertising on the one hand in the light of the provisions of Law 146/1914 on unfair competition, on the other hand from the point of view of the Greek Code of Advertising and Communication. A thorough review of the issue refers to the provisions of EU law, with special reference to both Directive 2005/29 / EC on unfair commercial practices and Directive 2006/114 / EC on misleading and comparative advertising, which have integrated into the Greek legal order, for the most part, through the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection. It is clear from the above that the legal framework of advertising is composed of a multitude of legislation of different purpose and texture. Therefore, we effortlessly lead to a comparison of the provisions related to advertising in Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection with those of Law 146/1914 and at the same time to compare the regulations of the latter with the rules of self-regulation, as it is itself the Communication and Advertising Code. Crucial in every way is the model of the average consumer, as it has been shaped and is valid, both by European and national case law.

    Αντικείμενο της παρούσα μεταπτυχιακής διατριβής ειδίκευσης είναι η αναγνώριση του σεισμικού κινδύνου και των δευτερογενών φυσικών καταστροφών που τον συνοδεύουν και απειλούν το Δήμο Πηνειού καθώς και η οριοθέτηση των κατάλληλων ανοικτών ελεύθερων χώρων εντός του Δήμου που αποσκοπούν στην ασφαλή εκτόνωση του πληθυσμού, που εκδηλώνεται σαν πρώτη αντίδραση σε ένα σεισμικό γεγονός και γενικότερα στην ελαχιστοποίηση των απωλειών σε ζωές και τραυματισμούς. Απώτερος στόχος είναι η μείωση των κάθε είδους επιπτώσεων τόσο στο έμψυχο δυναμικό όσο και στο δομημένο περιβάλλον από μια ενδεχόμενη καταστροφή. The purpose of this thesis specialization is the recognition of the seismic risk and the secondary natural disasters that accompany and threaten the Municipality of Pineios as well as the demarcation of the appropriate open spaces within the Municipality aiming at the safe decompression of the population that is manifested as a first reaction in a seismic event and in general the minimization of the loss of lives and injuries. The ultimate goal is the reduction of all kinds of impacts on both the human potential and the constructed environment from a possible disaster.

    Μέσα στο «σκοτεινό» και συνάμα εντυπωσιακό όραμα του Άγγλου φιλοσόφου, πλάι στις νουθεσίες για μια εθελούσια και απροϋπόθετη υποταγή στην θέληση του ενός και μοναδικού κυρίαρχου, ο Χομπς αναδεικνύει και το ζήτημα της ανυπακοής στην πολιτική εξουσία από την μεριά του υποκειμένου. Μέσα από το σύμπλεγμα ζητημάτων που αφορούν τα φυσικά δικαιώματα, τους νόμους της φύσης, τον τρόπο μετάβασης από την φυσική κατάσταση στην οργανωμένη πολιτική κοινότητα και τέλος την αποστολή και τον ρόλο της πολιτικής εξουσίας σε σχέση με το συλλογικό συμφέρον της κοινότητας, ο Χομπς επιλέγει να συμπεριλάβει στην πολιτική του θεωρία και το ζήτημα της ανυπακοής απέναντι στις επιταγές του απόλυτου κυρίαρχου. Η διπλωματική επικεντρώνεται στην διερεύνηση των προϋποθέσεων για πολιτική ανυπακοή εκ μέρους του υποκειμένου στην πολιτική θεωρία του Τόμας Χομπς. Με κύριες πηγές τα έργα Λεβιάθαν και De Cive αλλά και μέσα από την πυκνή ελληνική και διεθνή βιβλιογραφία επί του θέματος παρουσιάζονται οι κυριότερες πτυχές και ερμηνείες του ζητήματος. Κι ενώ σε μεγάλο βαθμό σχολιάζονται οι βασικές θέσεις του Χομπς περί φυσικών δικαιωμάτων, ελευθερίας, υποχρέωσης και καθηκόντων σε μια οργανωμένη πολιτεία, η μελέτη εστιάζει στο φυσικό δικαίωμα της «αυτοάμυνας» και στο κατά πόσο από αυτό μπορεί να αντληθεί το θεωρητικό υλικό για την κατασκευή μιας θεωρίας πολιτικής ανυπακοής ή ακόμα και επανάστασης. Within the "dark" and yet impressive vision of the English philosopher, besides the admonitions for a voluntary and unconditional submission to the will of the one and only sovereign, Hobbes also highlights the issue of disobedience to political power by the subject. Through the cluster of issues relating to natural rights, nature laws, how to move from the physical state to the organized political community, and finally the mission and role of political power in relation to the collective interest of the community, Hobbs chooses to include in his political theory also the question of disobedience to the imperatives of the absolute sovereign. The study focuses on investigating the conditions for civil disobedience by Thomas Hobbes' political subject. Mainly studying the sources of Leviathan and De Cive, but also a dense Greek and international bibliography, we present the main aspects and interpretations of the issue. While the Hobbes's basic positions on natural rights, freedom, duties and obligation in an organized state are largely commented, the study focuses on the natural right of "self-defense" and on how to draw from this the theoretical material for the construction of a theory of political disobedience or even a theory of legitimate revolution.

    ΕΙΣΑΓΩΓΗ: Ηδιάγνωση του καρκίνου σε ένα παιδί και η επακόλουθη θεραπεία του προκαλεί ιδιαίτερο άγχος στους γονείς. Παράλληλα, τα παιδιά ανήκουν μεταξύ των ομάδων ασθενών που δεν μπορούν να καλύψουν τις δικές τους ανάγκες πληροφόρησηςκαι εξαρτώνται από τις οικογένειές τους.Η ενημέρωση των γονέων για το σχέδιο διάγνωσης και θεραπείας του παιδιού βοηθά στην μείωση της αβεβαιότητας και τους άγχους τους, καθώς και στη φροντίδα του παιδιού στο σπίτι. ΣΚΟΠΟΣ:Σκοπός της παρούσας συστηματικής ανασκόπησης της διεθνούς βιβλιογραφίας ήταν να αναδείξει και να καταγράψει τις εκπαιδευτικές ανάγκες των γονέων παιδιών και εφήβων με καρκίνο σχετικά με την ενημέρωση και το είδος των πληροφοριών που έχουν ή/και αποκτούν για την νόσο, τη θεραπεία, τις επιπλοκές και την πρόγνωση, καθώς και των παραγόντων που επηρεάζουν τις ανάγκες αυτές. ΜΕΘΟΔΟΛΟΓΙΑ: Πραγματοποιήθηκε συστηματική ανασκόπηση της διεθνούς βιβλιογραφίας στις ηλεκτρονικές βάσεις δεδομένων PubMed, Cinahl και Scopus με τις ακόλουθες λέξεις κλειδιά: education (εκπαίδευση), educational needs (εκπαιδευτικές ανάγκες) pediatric cancer (παιδικός καρκίνος), family (οικογένεια) και parents (γονείς). τα κριτήρια επιλογής - αποκλεισμού των άρθρων για συμπερίληψη στην παρούσα ανασκόπηση ήταν τα εξής: (1) οι μελέτες να αφορούν σε γονείς παιδιών, ηλικίας έως 18 ετών με επιβεβαιωμένη ιστολογικά διάγνωση καρκίνου, (2) να αφορούν σε ανίχνευση των εκπαιδευτικών αναγκών γονέων με παιδιά με καρκίνο, (3) η έκβαση των μελετών να είναι οι εκπαιδευτικές ανάγκες και η βελτίωση της παρεχόμενης φροντίδας και της ποιότητας ζωής τόσο των ίδιων των γονέων, όσο και των παιδιών, (4) οι μελέτες να είναι πρωτογενείς δημοσιευμένες από 01/01/2014 έως 31/12/2019 και γραμμένες στην αγγλική ή ελληνική γλώσσα. ΑΠΟΤΕΛΕΣΜΑΤΑ: Από την ηλεκτρονική αναζήτηση της διεθνούς βιβλιογραφίας, προέκυψαν 255 μελέτες, εκ των οποίων οι 9 συμπεριελήφθησαν στην ανασκόπηση. Τρείς από τις μελέτης ήταν συγχρονικές, 3 ποιοτικές, 2 μελέτες παρέμβασης και μία μικτή. Το δείγμα των γονέων κυμαινόταν από 8 έως 209 γονείς. Οι γονείς είχαν ανάγκη από πολύπλευρη ενημέρωση, που θα αφορούσε τη διάγνωση, τη θεραπεία, την ιατρική φροντίδα των παιδιών και πληροφορίες σχετικά με τη ψυχοσυναισθηματική προσαρμογή του παιδιού και της οικογένειας. Σε μία μελέτη βρέθηκε ότι οι γονείς είχαν έλλειμμα γνώσεων σχετικά την πρόληψη των λοιμώξεων σχετιζόμενων με το καθετήρα και δεν γνώριζαν τα συμπτώματα της λοίμωξης. Επίσης, βρέθηκε ότι σημαντικό ρόλο στην εκπαίδευση των γονέων διαδραματίζουν οι νοσηλευτές. ΣΥΜΠΕΡΑΣΜΑΤΑ:Η αναγνώριση των εκπαιδευτικών αναγκών είναι ιδιαίτερη σημαντική για την παροχή αποτελεσματικής και ολοκληρωμένης ενημέρωσης των γονέων και κατά συνέπεια αποτελεί βασικό παράγοντα για την επιτυχία της θεραπείας. ΘΕΜΑΤΙΚΗ ΠΕΡΙΟΧΗ: Καρκίνος της παιδικής ηλικίας BACKGROUND: A cancer diagnosis in a child and its subsequent treatment are particularly stressful for parents. At the same time, the children are among the groups of patients who cannot meet their own information needs and are dependent on their families.Educating parents about the child's diagnosis and treatment plan helps to relieve their uncertainty and anxiety, as well as to take care of their child at home. AIM: The purpose of this systematic review of the international literature was to highlight and record the educational needs of parents of children and adolescents with cancer regarding the information that they have and / or need to acquire about the disease, treatment, complications and prognosis, and to examine the factors that affect these needs. METHODOLOGY: International bibliography was searched on the electronic databases PubMed, Cinahl and Scopus with the following keywords: education, family needs, educational needs, pediatric cancer and parents.The criteria for selecting - excluding articles were: (1) studies on parents of children < 18 years of age with a confirmed cancer diagnosis, (2) studies to identify the educational needs of parents with children with cancer, (3) the outcome of the studies should be the educational needs and the improvement of the provided care and of the quality of life of parents and the children, (4) the studies should be primary and be published from 01/01/ 2014 to 31/12/2019 and written in English or Greek RESULTS: From the search of the international literature, 255 studies emerged, 9 of which were included in the review. Three of the studies were cross-sectional, 3 qualitative, 2 intervention studies and one mixed method. The parental sample ranged from 8 to 209 parents. Parents needed multifaceted information regarding diagnosis, treatment, medical care, and information about the child's and family's psycho-emotional adjustment. One study found that parents had a lack of knowledge about catheter-related infections and were unaware of the symptoms of the infection. It was also found that nurses play an important role in parental education. CONCLUSIONS: The recognition of educational needs is particularly important to provide effective and comprehensive parental information and is therefore a key factor in the success of treatment.     Prior to European contact, Indigenous peoples had complex and intricate medical systems that demonstrated high levels of efficacy in preventing and treating a plethora of historically specific health-related issues. Since contact, Indigenous groups in Canada have experienced severe and prolonged effects of colonization by European Settlers on their communities, lands and belief-systems. Consequently, European occupation of traditional Indigenous territories has had a dramatic impact on the lived realities of Indigenous peoples, including significant effects on their health and wellness. Multiple studies indicate that the health and wellness of Canada’s Indigenous population is lower than the general population in almost every health indicator. Various correlating factors have been advanced to help elucidate factors linking the multifarious aspects of colonialism to the maintenance of this health gap. Among these explanations, scholars have investigated how the introduction and imposition of foreign political and economic structures has resulted in the alienation and disconnection of Indigenous peoples from their own cultural practices and healing methods. In response, health care scholars and providers have begun designing unique strategies to meet the specific needs of Indigenous groups. The explicit recognition and incorporation of Indigenous healing systems within the biomedical model has been linked to improving the health and wellness of Indigenous peoples in Canada. This paper adapts the popular LEARN transcultural communication guide into a 5-part analytic framework investigating the emergence and maintenance of power imbalances vested in the dominant Western health care system. This paper deploys the LEARN analytic framework to examine how the colonial encounter has resulted in a severe disruption of traditional approaches to health and healing. As an analytic framework, LEARN has broad applications in assisting health care scholars in considering the various complexities of the Indigenous-Settler interface, including examining the implications of colonial contact for Indigenous health and wellness, a look at emergent recommendations to ameliorate poor health outcomes and strategies to resolve power disparities at an institutional and individual level.

    Στο 1ο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μια σύντομη παρουσίαση της ιστορίας της Λογικής. Από τις απαρχές της Λογικής, εκεί δηλαδή που υπήρξε η ανάγκη χρήσης επιχειρημάτων, και τον Αριστοτέλη έως τη σύγχρονη συμβολική λογική. Στο 2ο - και πιο «τεχνικό» - κεφάλαιο μελετάται η Προτασιακή Λογική, παρουσιάζοντας τη γλώσσα, τη σημασιολογία και τους πιο σημαντικούς νόμους της. Στο 3ο κεφάλαιο και στο 4ο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζεται η σχέση της Λογικής με τη διδασκαλία. Στο 3ο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μία γενική συζήτηση σχετικά με την ιστορία της Λογικής στο ελληνικό εκπαιδευτικό σύστημα, τον πολυσήμαντο ρόλο της στη μαθηματική δραστηριότητα και τον τρόπο με τον οποίο μπορούμε να διδάξουμε Λογική σήμερα. Στο 4ο και πιο ειδικό-εφαρμοσμένο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζουμε και αναλύουμε κάποιες μελέτες που έχουν γίνει αναφορικά με το πως κατανοούν και πως εφαρμόζουν οι μαθητές βασικές έννοιες της Λογικής, όπως τη συνεπαγωγή, την αντιθετοαντιστροφή, την άρνηση. Στο 5ο και τελευταίο κεφάλαιο παρουσίαζουμε τη Θεωρία Τυπικής Πειθαρχίας και την επίδρασή της στη διδασκαλία των Μαθηματικών στη Δευτεροβάθμια Εκπαίδευση. In Chapter 1 there is a brief presentation of the history of Logic. From the beginnings of Logic, where there was the need to use arguments, and Aristotle to modern symbolic Logic. In Chapter 2, which is more "technical", Propositional Logic is studied, presenting its language, semantics and its most important laws. Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 illustrate the correlation between Logic and teaching. In the third Chapter there is a general discussion about the history of Logic in the Greek educational system, its multifaceted role in mathematical activity and the way we can teach Logic today. In the 4th and more applied Chapter we present and analyze some studies that have been made about how students understand and use the basic concepts of Logic, such as implication, contraposition, negation. In the 5th and final Chapter we present the Theory of Formal Discipline and its effect on the teaching of mathematics in Secondary Education.

    Η διαχείριση έργου αποτελεί σειρά από τεχνικές και εργαλεία, γνώσεις και δεξιότητες, που στόχο έχουν την βελτιστοποίηση την εκπλήρωσης του στόχου ενός έργου. Η διαχείριση έργου εφαρμόζεται σε πολλούς κλάδους όπως τεχνικά έργα, έργα πληροφορικής , διοίκησης κ.α.. Στον κατασκευαστικό κλάδο, πρόκειται για τη δημιουργία έργων που εξ ορισμού είναι μοναδικά, με πόρους που χρησιμοποιούνται προσωρινά, με συντονισμένη ημερομηνία έναρξης και λήξης. Στον κατασκευαστικό κλάδο η εφαρμογή της διαχείρισης έργων είναι απαραίτητη και ειδικά όσο τα έργα μεγαλώνουν. Σε περιπτώσεις μεγάλων οικοδομών ο συντονισμός των πόρων ο καθορισμός των διεργασιών , ο καθορισμός του χρόνου και του κόστους αποτελεί ζητούμενο και η διαχείριση έργου περιλαμβάνει το σύνολο των εργαλείων για την ορθή διαχείρισης τους. Η παρούσα μελέτη αφορά την εφαρμογή της Διαχείρισης Έργων και της θεωρίας στην δημιουργία ενός συγκεκριμένου τεχνικού έργου. Πιο συγκεκριμένα σαν αποτέλεσμα δίνει ένα πρότυπο τρόπο εφαρμογής για το σχεδιασμό της ανέγερσης οικοδομής στη Νέα Ιωνία με βάση στοιχείων που λαμβάνονται από σειρά ειδικών. Συγκεκριμένα γίνεται παρουσίαση της διαχείρισης έργων στο χώρο των κατασκευών κτιρίων. Εξετάζεται ο τρόπος προσδιορισμού των αναγκών του έργου μέσα από την πλήρη περιγραφή του και ο προσδιορισμός των φάσεων για την υλοποίηση της κατασκευής. Μελετάτε ο τρόπος προσδιορισμού του χρόνου και του κόστους καθώς και των απαιτούμενων πόρων που απαιτούνται. Για να επιτευχθεί αυτό γίνεται διερεύνηση με χρήση ειδικού ερωτηματολόγιου σε ειδικούς του χώρου και στην συνέχεια με βάση τα αποτελέσματα γίνεται ο σχεδιασμός του έργου. Ο σχεδιασμός γίνεται με βοήθεια του λογισμικού Microsoft Project γίνεται η διαχείριση του. Δηλαδή ο χρονικός προγραμματισμός, η κατανομή των φάσεων κι ο επιμερισμός των οικονομικών πόρων στις δραστηριότητες. Project management is a series of techniques and tools, and skills, which aim to optimize the goal of a project. Project management is applied in many business sectors such as construction projects, IT projects, business administration, etc. In the construction sector, it is the analysis, design, implementation of a building projects that by definition are unique, with resources that are used temporarily, with a specific start and end dates. In the construction industry the implementation of project management is necessary and especially as the projects grow. In the case of large buildings, the coordination of resources, the definition of processes, the determination of time and costs is required, and project management includes all the tools for their proper management. The present study concerns the application of Project Management theory in the building of a specific technical project. More specifically, Project Management gives a standard way of application for the planning of the construction of a building in Nea Ionia based on data obtained from a number of experts. Specifically, the project management in the field of building construction is presented. The way of determining the needs of the project through its complete description and the determination of the phases for the implementation of the construction is examined. You study how to determine the time and cost as well as the resources required. To achieve this, an investigation is carried out using a special questionnaire to experts in the field and then based on the results, the project is designed. The design is done with the help of Microsoft Project software and is managed. That is, the time planning, the distribution of phases and the allocation of financial resources to the activities.

    Αντικείμενο της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η μελέτη του φαινομένου της παραπλανητικής διαφήμισης αφενός υπό το πρίσμα των διατάξεων του Ν. 146/1914 περί αθέμιτου ανταγωνισμού, αφετέρου υπό τη σκοπιά του Ελληνικού Κώδικα Διαφήμισης και Επικοινωνίας. Στο πλαίσιο της ενδελεχούς επισκόπησης του ζητήματος γίνεται μνεία στις ρυθμίσεις του ενωσιακού δικαίου, με ειδική αναφορά τόσο στην Οδηγία 2005/29/ ΕΚ για τις αθέμιτες εμπορικές πρακτικές όσο και στην Οδηγία 2006/114/ΕΚ για την παραπλανητική και συγκριτική διαφήμιση, οι οποίες έχουν ενσωματωθεί στην ελληνική έννομη τάξη, ως επί το πλείστον, μέσω των διατάξεων του Ν.2251/1994 για την προστασία του καταναλωτή. Εκ των ανωτέρω διαφαίνεται ότι το νομικό πλαίσιο της διαφήμισης συντίθεται από πληθώρα νομοθετημάτων διαφορετικής σκοπιμότητας και υφής. Ως εκ τούτου, αβίαστα οδηγούμαστε σε σύγκριση των σχετικών με τη διαφήμιση διατάξεων στον Ν.2251/1994 περί προστασίας του καταναλωτή με αυτές του Ν.146/1914 και παράλληλα σε αντιπαραβολή των ρυθμίσεων του δεύτερου με τους κανόνες αυτορρύθμισης, όπως είναι και ο ίδιος ο Κώδικας Επικοινωνίας και Διαφήμισης. The object of the present work is the study of the phenomenon of misleading advertising on the one hand in the light of the provisions of Law 146/1914 on unfair competition, on the other hand from the point of view of the Greek Code of Advertising and Communication. A thorough review of the issue refers to the provisions of EU law, with special reference to both Directive 2005/29 / EC on unfair commercial practices and Directive 2006/114 / EC on misleading and comparative advertising, which have integrated into the Greek legal order, for the most part, through the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection. It is clear from the above that the legal framework of advertising is composed of a multitude of legislation of different purpose and texture. Therefore, we effortlessly lead to a comparison of the provisions related to advertising in Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection with those of Law 146/1914 and at the same time to compare the regulations of the latter with the rules of self-regulation, as it is itself the Communication and Advertising Code. Crucial in every way is the model of the average consumer, as it has been shaped and is valid, both by European and national case law.

Απώτερος στόχος είναι η μείωση των κάθε είδους επιπτώσεων τόσο στο έμψυχο δυναμικό όσο και στο δομημένο περιβάλλον από μια ενδεχόμενη καταστροφή. The purpose of this thesis specialization is the recognition of the seismic risk and the secondary natural disasters that accompany and threaten the Municipality of Pineios as well as the demarcation of the appropriate open spaces within the Municipality aiming at the safe decompression of the population that is manifested as a first reaction in a seismic event and in general the minimization of the loss of lives and injuries. The ultimate goal is the reduction of all kinds of impacts on both the human potential and the constructed environment from a possible disaster.

    Μέσα στο «σκοτεινό» και συνάμα εντυπωσιακό όραμα του Άγγλου φιλοσόφου, πλάι στις νουθεσίες για μια εθελούσια και απροϋπόθετη υποταγή στην θέληση του ενός και μοναδικού κυρίαρχου, ο Χομπς αναδεικνύει και το ζήτημα της ανυπακοής στην πολιτική εξουσία από την μεριά του υποκειμένου. Μέσα από το σύμπλεγμα ζητημάτων που αφορούν τα φυσικά δικαιώματα, τους νόμους της φύσης, τον τρόπο μετάβασης από την φυσική κατάσταση στην οργανωμένη πολιτική κοινότητα και τέλος την αποστολή και τον ρόλο της πολιτικής εξουσίας σε σχέση με το συλλογικό συμφέρον της κοινότητας, ο Χομπς επιλέγει να συμπεριλάβει στην πολιτική του θεωρία και το ζήτημα της ανυπακοής απέναντι στις επιταγές του απόλυτου κυρίαρχου. Η διπλωματική επικεντρώνεται στην διερεύνηση των προϋποθέσεων για πολιτική ανυπακοή εκ μέρους του υποκειμένου στην πολιτική θεωρία του Τόμας Χομπς. Με κύριες πηγές τα έργα Λεβιάθαν και De Cive αλλά και μέσα από την πυκνή ελληνική και διεθνή βιβλιογραφία επί του θέματος παρουσιάζονται οι κυριότερες πτυχές και ερμηνείες του ζητήματος. Κι ενώ σε μεγάλο βαθμό σχολιάζονται οι βασικές θέσεις του Χομπς περί φυσικών δικαιωμάτων, ελευθερίας, υποχρέωσης και καθηκόντων σε μια οργανωμένη πολιτεία, η μελέτη εστιάζει στο φυσικό δικαίωμα της «αυτοάμυνας» και στο κατά πόσο από αυτό μπορεί να αντληθεί το θεωρητικό υλικό για την κατασκευή μιας θεωρίας πολιτικής ανυπακοής ή ακόμα και επανάστασης. Within the "dark" and yet impressive vision of the English philosopher, besides the admonitions for a voluntary and unconditional submission to the will of the one and only sovereign, Hobbes also highlights the issue of disobedience to political power by the subject. Through the cluster of issues relating to natural rights, nature laws, how to move from the physical state to the organized political community, and finally the mission and role of political power in relation to the collective interest of the community, Hobbs chooses to include in his political theory also the question of disobedience to the imperatives of the absolute sovereign. The study focuses on investigating the conditions for civil disobedience by Thomas Hobbes' political subject. Mainly studying the sources of Leviathan and De Cive, but also a dense Greek and international bibliography, we present the main aspects and interpretations of the issue. While the Hobbes's basic positions on natural rights, freedom, duties and obligation in an organized state are largely commented, the study focuses on the natural right of "self-defense" and on how to draw from this the theoretical material for the construction of a theory of political disobedience or even a theory of legitimate revolution.

    ΕΙΣΑΓΩΓΗ: Ηδιάγνωση του καρκίνου σε ένα παιδί και η επακόλουθη θεραπεία του προκαλεί ιδιαίτερο άγχος στους γονείς. Παράλληλα, τα παιδιά ανήκουν μεταξύ των ομάδων ασθενών που δεν μπορούν να καλύψουν τις δικές τους ανάγκες πληροφόρησηςκαι εξαρτώνται από τις οικογένειές τους.Η ενημέρωση των γονέων για το σχέδιο διάγνωσης και θεραπείας του παιδιού βοηθά στην μείωση της αβεβαιότητας και τους άγχους τους, καθώς και στη φροντίδα του παιδιού στο σπίτι. ΣΚΟΠΟΣ:Σκοπός της παρούσας συστηματικής ανασκόπησης της διεθνούς βιβλιογραφίας ήταν να αναδείξει και να καταγράψει τις εκπαιδευτικές ανάγκες των γονέων παιδιών και εφήβων με καρκίνο σχετικά με την ενημέρωση και το είδος των πληροφοριών που έχουν ή/και αποκτούν για την νόσο, τη θεραπεία, τις επιπλοκές και την πρόγνωση, καθώς και των παραγόντων που επηρεάζουν τις ανάγκες αυτές. ΜΕΘΟΔΟΛΟΓΙΑ: Πραγματοποιήθηκε συστηματική ανασκόπηση της διεθνούς βιβλιογραφίας στις ηλεκτρονικές βάσεις δεδομένων PubMed, Cinahl και Scopus με τις ακόλουθες λέξεις κλειδιά: education (εκπαίδευση), educational needs (εκπαιδευτικές ανάγκες) pediatric cancer (παιδικός καρκίνος), family (οικογένεια) και parents (γονείς). τα κριτήρια επιλογής - αποκλεισμού των άρθρων για συμπερίληψη στην παρούσα ανασκόπηση ήταν τα εξής: (1) οι μελέτες να αφορούν σε γονείς παιδιών, ηλικίας έως 18 ετών με επιβεβαιωμένη ιστολογικά διάγνωση καρκίνου, (2) να αφορούν σε ανίχνευση των εκπαιδευτικών αναγκών γονέων με παιδιά με καρκίνο, (3) η έκβαση των μελετών να είναι οι εκπαιδευτικές ανάγκες και η βελτίωση της παρεχόμενης φροντίδας και της ποιότητας ζωής τόσο των ίδιων των γονέων, όσο και των παιδιών, (4) οι μελέτες να είναι πρωτογενείς δημοσιευμένες από 01/01/2014 έως 31/12/2019 και γραμμένες στην αγγλική ή ελληνική γλώσσα. ΑΠΟΤΕΛΕΣΜΑΤΑ: Από την ηλεκτρονική αναζήτηση της διεθνούς βιβλιογραφίας, προέκυψαν 255 μελέτες, εκ των οποίων οι 9 συμπεριελήφθησαν στην ανασκόπηση. Τρείς από τις μελέτης ήταν συγχρονικές, 3 ποιοτικές, 2 μελέτες παρέμβασης και μία μικτή. Το δείγμα των γονέων κυμαινόταν από 8 έως 209 γονείς. Οι γονείς είχαν ανάγκη από πολύπλευρη ενημέρωση, που θα αφορούσε τη διάγνωση, τη θεραπεία, την ιατρική φροντίδα των παιδιών και πληροφορίες σχετικά με τη ψυχοσυναισθηματική προσαρμογή του παιδιού και της οικογένειας. Σε μία μελέτη βρέθηκε ότι οι γονείς είχαν έλλειμμα γνώσεων σχετικά την πρόληψη των λοιμώξεων σχετιζόμενων με το καθετήρα και δεν γνώριζαν τα συμπτώματα της λοίμωξης. Επίσης, βρέθηκε ότι σημαντικό ρόλο στην εκπαίδευση των γονέων διαδραματίζουν οι νοσηλευτές. ΣΥΜΠΕΡΑΣΜΑΤΑ:Η αναγνώριση των εκπαιδευτικών αναγκών είναι ιδιαίτερη σημαντική για την παροχή αποτελεσματικής και ολοκληρωμένης ενημέρωσης των γονέων και κατά συνέπεια αποτελεί βασικό παράγοντα για την επιτυχία της θεραπείας. ΘΕΜΑΤΙΚΗ ΠΕΡΙΟΧΗ: Καρκίνος της παιδικής ηλικίας BACKGROUND: A cancer diagnosis in a child and its subsequent treatment are particularly stressful for parents. At the same time, the children are among the groups of patients who cannot meet their own information needs and are dependent on their families.Educating parents about the child's diagnosis and treatment plan helps to relieve their uncertainty and anxiety, as well as to take care of their child at home. AIM: The purpose of this systematic review of the international literature was to highlight and record the educational needs of parents of children and adolescents with cancer regarding the information that they have and / or need to acquire about the disease, treatment, complications and prognosis, and to examine the factors that affect these needs. METHODOLOGY: International bibliography was searched on the electronic databases PubMed, Cinahl and Scopus with the following keywords: education, family needs, educational needs, pediatric cancer and parents.The criteria for selecting - excluding articles were: (1) studies on parents of children < 18 years of age with a confirmed cancer diagnosis, (2) studies to identify the educational needs of parents with children with cancer, (3) the outcome of the studies should be the educational needs and the improvement of the provided care and of the quality of life of parents and the children, (4) the studies should be primary and be published from 01/01/ 2014 to 31/12/2019 and written in English or Greek RESULTS: From the search of the international literature, 255 studies emerged, 9 of which were included in the review. Three of the studies were cross-sectional, 3 qualitative, 2 intervention studies and one mixed method. The parental sample ranged from 8 to 209 parents. Parents needed multifaceted information regarding diagnosis, treatment, medical care, and information about the child's and family's psycho-emotional adjustment. One study found that parents had a lack of knowledge about catheter-related infections and were unaware of the symptoms of the infection. It was also found that nurses play an important role in parental education. CONCLUSIONS: The recognition of educational needs is particularly important to provide effective and comprehensive parental information and is therefore a key factor in the success of treatment.     Prior to European contact, Indigenous peoples had complex and intricate medical systems that demonstrated high levels of efficacy in preventing and treating a plethora of historically specific health-related issues. Since contact, Indigenous groups in Canada have experienced severe and prolonged effects of colonization by European Settlers on their communities, lands and belief-systems. Consequently, European occupation of traditional Indigenous territories has had a dramatic impact on the lived realities of Indigenous peoples, including significant effects on their health and wellness. Multiple studies indicate that the health and wellness of Canada’s Indigenous population is lower than the general population in almost every health indicator. Various correlating factors have been advanced to help elucidate factors linking the multifarious aspects of colonialism to the maintenance of this health gap. Among these explanations, scholars have investigated how the introduction and imposition of foreign political and economic structures has resulted in the alienation and disconnection of Indigenous peoples from their own cultural practices and healing methods. In response, health care scholars and providers have begun designing unique strategies to meet the specific needs of Indigenous groups. The explicit recognition and incorporation of Indigenous healing systems within the biomedical model has been linked to improving the health and wellness of Indigenous peoples in Canada. This paper adapts the popular LEARN transcultural communication guide into a 5-part analytic framework investigating the emergence and maintenance of power imbalances vested in the dominant Western health care system. This paper deploys the LEARN analytic framework to examine how the colonial encounter has resulted in a severe disruption of traditional approaches to health and healing. As an analytic framework, LEARN has broad applications in assisting health care scholars in considering the various complexities of the Indigenous-Settler interface, including examining the implications of colonial contact for Indigenous health and wellness, a look at emergent recommendations to ameliorate poor health outcomes and strategies to resolve power disparities at an institutional and individual level.

    Στο 1ο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μια σύντομη παρουσίαση της ιστορίας της Λογικής. Από τις απαρχές της Λογικής, εκεί δηλαδή που υπήρξε η ανάγκη χρήσης επιχειρημάτων, και τον Αριστοτέλη έως τη σύγχρονη συμβολική λογική. Στο 2ο - και πιο «τεχνικό» - κεφάλαιο μελετάται η Προτασιακή Λογική, παρουσιάζοντας τη γλώσσα, τη σημασιολογία και τους πιο σημαντικούς νόμους της. Στο 3ο κεφάλαιο και στο 4ο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζεται η σχέση της Λογικής με τη διδασκαλία. Στο 3ο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μία γενική συζήτηση σχετικά με την ιστορία της Λογικής στο ελληνικό εκπαιδευτικό σύστημα, τον πολυσήμαντο ρόλο της στη μαθηματική δραστηριότητα και τον τρόπο με τον οποίο μπορούμε να διδάξουμε Λογική σήμερα. Στο 4ο και πιο ειδικό-εφαρμοσμένο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζουμε και αναλύουμε κάποιες μελέτες που έχουν γίνει αναφορικά με το πως κατανοούν και πως εφαρμόζουν οι μαθητές βασικές έννοιες της Λογικής, όπως τη συνεπαγωγή, την αντιθετοαντιστροφή, την άρνηση. Στο 5ο και τελευταίο κεφάλαιο παρουσίαζουμε τη Θεωρία Τυπικής Πειθαρχίας και την επίδρασή της στη διδασκαλία των Μαθηματικών στη Δευτεροβάθμια Εκπαίδευση. In Chapter 1 there is a brief presentation of the history of Logic. From the beginnings of Logic, where there was the need to use arguments, and Aristotle to modern symbolic Logic. In Chapter 2, which is more "technical", Propositional Logic is studied, presenting its language, semantics and its most important laws. Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 illustrate the correlation between Logic and teaching. In the third Chapter there is a general discussion about the history of Logic in the Greek educational system, its multifaceted role in mathematical activity and the way we can teach Logic today. In the 4th and more applied Chapter we present and analyze some studies that have been made about how students understand and use the basic concepts of Logic, such as implication, contraposition, negation. In the 5th and final Chapter we present the Theory of Formal Discipline and its effect on the teaching of mathematics in Secondary Education.

    Η διαχείριση έργου αποτελεί σειρά από τεχνικές και εργαλεία, γνώσεις και δεξιότητες, που στόχο έχουν την βελτιστοποίηση την εκπλήρωσης του στόχου ενός έργου. Η διαχείριση έργου εφαρμόζεται σε πολλούς κλάδους όπως τεχνικά έργα, έργα πληροφορικής , διοίκησης κ.α.. Στον κατασκευαστικό κλάδο, πρόκειται για τη δημιουργία έργων που εξ ορισμού είναι μοναδικά, με πόρους που χρησιμοποιούνται προσωρινά, με συντονισμένη ημερομηνία έναρξης και λήξης. Στον κατασκευαστικό κλάδο η εφαρμογή της διαχείρισης έργων είναι απαραίτητη και ειδικά όσο τα έργα μεγαλώνουν. Σε περιπτώσεις μεγάλων οικοδομών ο συντονισμός των πόρων ο καθορισμός των διεργασιών , ο καθορισμός του χρόνου και του κόστους αποτελεί ζητούμενο και η διαχείριση έργου περιλαμβάνει το σύνολο των εργαλείων για την ορθή διαχείρισης τους. Η παρούσα μελέτη αφορά την εφαρμογή της Διαχείρισης Έργων και της θεωρίας στην δημιουργία ενός συγκεκριμένου τεχνικού έργου. Πιο συγκεκριμένα σαν αποτέλεσμα δίνει ένα πρότυπο τρόπο εφαρμογής για το σχεδιασμό της ανέγερσης οικοδομής στη Νέα Ιωνία με βάση στοιχείων που λαμβάνονται από σειρά ειδικών. Συγκεκριμένα γίνεται παρουσίαση της διαχείρισης έργων στο χώρο των κατασκευών κτιρίων. Εξετάζεται ο τρόπος προσδιορισμού των αναγκών του έργου μέσα από την πλήρη περιγραφή του και ο προσδιορισμός των φάσεων για την υλοποίηση της κατασκευής. Μελετάτε ο τρόπος προσδιορισμού του χρόνου και του κόστους καθώς και των απαιτούμενων πόρων που απαιτούνται. Για να επιτευχθεί αυτό γίνεται διερεύνηση με χρήση ειδικού ερωτηματολόγιου σε ειδικούς του χώρου και στην συνέχεια με βάση τα αποτελέσματα γίνεται ο σχεδιασμός του έργου. Ο σχεδιασμός γίνεται με βοήθεια του λογισμικού Microsoft Project γίνεται η διαχείριση του. Δηλαδή ο χρονικός προγραμματισμός, η κατανομή των φάσεων κι ο επιμερισμός των οικονομικών πόρων στις δραστηριότητες. Project management is a series of techniques and tools, and skills, which aim to optimize the goal of a project. Project management is applied in many business sectors such as construction projects, IT projects, business administration, etc. In the construction sector, it is the analysis, design, implementation of a building projects that by definition are unique, with resources that are used temporarily, with a specific start and end dates. In the construction industry the implementation of project management is necessary and especially as the projects grow. In the case of large buildings, the coordination of resources, the definition of processes, the determination of time and costs is required, and project management includes all the tools for their proper management. The present study concerns the application of Project Management theory in the building of a specific technical project. More specifically, Project Management gives a standard way of application for the planning of the construction of a building in Nea Ionia based on data obtained from a number of experts. Specifically, the project management in the field of building construction is presented. The way of determining the needs of the project through its complete description and the determination of the phases for the implementation of the construction is examined. You study how to determine the time and cost as well as the resources required. To achieve this, an investigation is carried out using a special questionnaire to experts in the field and then based on the results, the project is designed. The design is done with the help of Microsoft Project software and is managed. That is, the time planning, the distribution of phases and the allocation of financial resources to the activities.
