    In this study, plain Çökelek cheese and Çökelek cheese supplemented with yellow lentil flour (6% w/w) were dried in three different drying techniques (conduction drying, vacuum drying and microwave drying) and in three different conditions (40, 50 and 60°C, vacuum drying ~ 50 kPa, 137, 206 and 240 W microwave power for microwave drying). The physical, chemical, microbiological, rehydration, microstructure and sensory properties of dried Çökelek cheeses were investigated during the storage period (on the 1st, 30th and 60th days). While the protein content, titratable acidity and pH values of dried cheeses adding yellow lentil flour were statistically similar to plain Çökelek cheeses (p>0.05), their dry matter contents were determined higher than that of plain cheese. The highest total phenolic content (53.23 mg GAE/100 g cheese) and antioxidant activity (3.45 μmol TE/100 g cheese) values were established in cheeses with the addition of yellow lentil flour and dried by vacuum drying technique. It was determined that the addition of yellow lentil flour increased the a*, b* and c* color values of the cheeses, but did not make a statistically significant difference on the L* and h* values. At the same time, microwave drying, which is one of the drying types, caused an increase in the a* and b* values of the cheeses. The yeast-mould counts of cheeses decreased with the addition of yellow lentil flour, microwave drying technique and storage time. The wettability and water absorption capacity values decreased with microwave drying and increased with the addition of yellow lentil flour. The highest water absorption capacity value (244.78%) was noted in cheese with the addition of yellow lentil flour and dried with the conduction drying technique (50°C). When evaluated from the sensory point of view, it was determined that different drying types and cheese types did not affect the general appreciation scores and the cheeses were generally liked. Bu çalışmada, sade ve sarı mercimek unu katkılı (%6 a/a) Çökelek peyniri, üç farklı kurutma tekniği (kondüksiyon tipi kurutma, vakum kurutma ve mikrodalga kurutma) ve üç farklı koşulda (40, 50 ve 60°C, vakum kurutma ~50 kPa, mikrodalga kurutma için 137, 206 ve 240 W mikrodalga gücü) kurutulmuştur. Kurutulan Çökelek peynirlerinin depolama süresi boyunca (1., 30. ve 60. gün) fiziksel, kimyasal, mikrobiyolojik, rehidrasyon, mikroyapı ve duyusal özellikleri incelenmiştir. Sarı mercimek unu katkılı peynirlerin protein, titrasyon asitliği ve pH değerleri sade Çökelek peynirleri ile istatistiksel olarak benzer bulunurken (p>0,05), kuru madde içeriklerinin daha yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. En yüksek toplam fenolik madde içeriği (53,23 mg GAE/100 g peynir) ve antioksidan aktivite (3,45 μmol TE/100 g peynir) değerleri sarı mercimek unu katkısı yapılmış ve vakum kurutma tekniği ile kurutulmuş peynirlerde tespit edilmiştir. Sarı mercimek unu ilavesinin peynirlerin a*, b* ve c* renk değerlerini artırdığı (p0,05) tespit edilmiştir. Aynı zamanda kurutma tiplerinden mikrodalga kurutma, peynirlerin a* ve b* değerlerinin artmasına sebep olmuştur. Peynirlerin maya-küf sayıları sarı mercimek unu ilavesi, mikrodalga kurutma tekniği ve depolama süresinin etkisiyle azalmıştır. Islanabilirlik ve su absorbsiyon kapasitesi değerleri mikrodalga kurutma ile azalmış, sarı mercimek unu ilavesi ile artmıştır. En yüksek su absorbsiyon kapasitesi değeri (%244,78) sarı mercimek unu katkısı yapılmış ve kondüksiyon tipi kurutma tekniği (50°C) ile kurutulmuş peynirde belirlenmiştir. Duyusal açıdan değerlendirildiğinde farklı kurutma tipi ve peynir çeşitlerinin genel beğeni puanlarını etkilemediği ve peynirlerin genel olarak beğenildiği tespit edilmiştir.

    Konya 2,6 milyon hektar tarım arazisi ile Türkiye tarım arazisinin % 11’lik kısmını kapsayan çok önemli bir tarım şehridir. Şeker pancarı, buğday, arpa, mısır, patates, ayçiçeği, yonca gibi bitkisel ürünlerin önemli bir kısmı Konya’da yetişmektedir.Konya özellikle tahıl ürünleri başta olmak üzere tohumculuk açısından da Türkiye genelinde %38’lik üretim payı ile ilk sıralarda yer almaktadır. Konya bölgesinin tarım ürünlerinin üretimindeki en önemli sorunusu ihtiyacı yüksek olan bitki desenlerinin kullanılmasıdır. Bu durum yeraltı sularında ciddi oranda azalmaya sebep olmaktadır.Bölgenin çiftçileri ile yapılan görüşmelerde iseçok su/çok ürün algısının yaygın olması bölgenin su kaynaklarının hızla azalmasına sebep olmaktadır. Ayrıca çok su/çok ürün algısı su israfı ile birlikte basınçlı sulama sistemlerinde fazladan yakıt ve elektrik kullanımına sebep olmaktadır.Bölgedeki açılan kuyuların yaklaşık olarak %70’lik kısmının kaçak olması, bölgenin durumunu daha vahim hale getirmektedir.Bu çalışma kapsamında mevcut sorunları önlemek için çözüm önerileri oluşturulmuştur. Konya Turkey with 2.6 million hectares of farmland and 11% of agricultural land covering a portion of it is a very important agricultural city. Sugar beet, wheat, barley, corn, potatoes, sunflowers, alfalfa herbal products such as a significant part of Konya. Konya especially cereal products, especially in terms of seed raising Turkey 38% production share across first. The production of agricultural products of the region the most important issue is the use of plant pattern with high water needs. This situation causes to decline significantly in the groundwater. In discussions with the farmers of the region's water-is the common area has a lot of product logic resources rapidly decreased. It is also very waterwaste water with pressure very product logic irrigation systems causes the use of extra fuel and electricity. Wells drilled in the region at a distance of approximately 70% of the portion of the leak, the status of the region makes it worse The scope of this study to prevent problems with solutions available.

    Doxorubicin (Dox) causes myocarditis due to its cardiotoxic effect due to oxidative damage. Insulin like growth factor ( 1 is a pharmacological agent with anti inflammatory, anti apoptotic, and antioxidant properties, effective on the cardiovascular system. This study, it was aimed to elucidate the molecular mechanisms of IGF 1 and to investigate its cardioprotective effects in the Dox induced myocarditis model. Wistar albino male rats Control, Dox (4mg/kg/week), IGF 1 (1 μg/kg two days apart) and Dox + IGF 1 (4mg/kg/week Dox and 1 μg/kg two days apart IGF 1) and all applications were done intraperitoneally. At the end of the 4 week experimental protocol, sacrification was performed under Ketamine and Xylazine anesthesia. CK MB and Troponin I levels in blood serum were measured by biochemical analysis. Histopathological and immunohistochemical (Caspase 3 and ICAM 1) evaluations were performed on heart tissue. In addition, TNF α, IL 6, TAS, and TOS levels were analyzed by ELISA method, and Beclin 1, SQSTM1, LC3, HIF 1α, iNOS, SERCA2a, and MasR gene expressions were analyzed by RT PCR method in heart tissue. Dox administration increased histopathological and immunochemical scores, CK MB, Troponin I, TNF α, IL 6 levels, and TOS/TAS ratio. As a result of molecular analyzes, caused cardiac damage by inducing the expressions of Beclin 1, SQSTM1, LC3, SERCA2a, MasR, and HIF 1α. There was a significant improvement in damage parameters after IGF 1 treatment. In a model of Dox induced myocarditis, IGF 1 was found to exert a cardioprotective effect by inhibiting autophagy mediated by the SERCA2a/MasR signaling pathway. It was found that IGF 1 provides a therapeutic effect by regulating inflammatory processes, reducing oxidative damage, and inhibiting apoptotic cell death and autophagy in a model of Dox induced myocarditis. Doksorubisin (Dox) oksidatif hasara bağlı kardiyotoksisik etkisi nedeniyle miyokardite neden olmaktadır. İnsülin benzeri büyüme faktör ( 1 antiinflamatuvar, antiapoptotik ve antioksidan özelliğe sahip kardiyovasküler sistem üzerinde etkili farmakolojik bir ajandır. Yapılan çalışmada Dox ile indüklenen miyokardit modelinde IGF 1’in moleküler mekanizmalarının aydınlatılması ve kardiyoprotektif etkilerinin araştırılması amaçlandı. Wistar albino erkek sıçanlar Kontrol, Dox (4mg/kg/hafta), IGF 1 (1 μg /kg iki gün arayla) ve Dox + IGF 1 (4mg/kg/hafta Dox ve 1 μg /kg iki gün arayla IGF 1) olarak 4 gruba ayrıldı ve tüm uygulamalar intraperitoneal olarak yapıldı. 4 haftalık deney protokolünün sonunda Ketamin ve Ksilazin anestezisi altında sakrifikasyon yapıldı. Kan serumundan CK MB ve Troponin I seviyeleri biyokimyasal analizlerle ölçüldü. Kalp dokusundan histopatolojik ve immünohistokimyasal (Kaspaz 3 ve ICAM 1) değerlendirmeler yapıldı. Ayrıca kalp dokusundan ELISA yöntemiyle TNF α, IL 6, TAS ve TOS seviyeleri ile RT PCR yöntemiyle Beclin 1, SQSTM1, LC3, HIF 1α, iNOS, SERCA2a ve MasR gen ekspresyonları analiz edildi. Dox uygulaması histopatolojik ve immünokimyasal skorları, CK MB, Troponin I, TNF α, IL 6 seviyelerini ve TOS/TAS oranını arttırdı. Moleküler analizler sonucunda Beclin 1, SQSTM1, LC3, SERCA2a, MasR ve HIF 1α ekspresyonlarını indükleyerek kardiyak hasara neden oldu. IGF 1 tedavisi sonrasında hasar parametrelerinde anlamlı seviyede iyileşme görüldü. Dox ile indüklenen miyokardit modelinde IGF 1’in SERCA2a/ MasR sinyal yolağı aracılı otofajiyi inhibe ederek kardiyoprotektif etki sağladığı bulundu. IGF 1’in Dox ile indüklenen miyokardit modelinde inflamatuvar süreçlerin düzenlenme, oksidatif hasarı azaltma, apoptotik hücre ölümü ve otofajiyi inhibe etme mekanizmalarıyla terapötik etki sağladığı bulundu.

    Bu araştırmanın amacı Türkçe öğretmen adaylarının not alma yönelimlerini belirlemektir. Araştırmaya Türkçe Öğretmenliği dalında öğrenimlerini sürdüren 181 öğretmen adayı katılmıştır. Çalışmanın verileri araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen not alma yönelimlerini belirlemek için hazırlanmış bir sormacayla toplanmıştır. Sormacada yer alan maddeler not alma sıklığını, not almanın öğrenme sürecine etkisine ilişkin algıyı, not alma stratejilerini kullanma sıklığını ve not alınan bilginin niteliğini belirlemeye yöneliktir. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular katılımcıların not alma stratejisini genellikle kullandıklarını, not alma stratejisinin öğrenme sürecini olumlu etkilediğini düşündüklerini, not alma stratejilerini pek kullanmadıklarını ve öğretmenin söylediği her şeyi not alma eğiliminde olduklarını ortaya koymuştur. Elde edilen bu sonuçlara dayanarak çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

    Yapı Ruhsatı, bir arazi üzerinde inşaat yapabilmek için ilgili belediyeden alınan inşaat iznidir. Yapı ruhsatının kanuni dayanağı 3194 sayılı imar kanunun 21. maddesidir. Bu kanun hükmüne göre ilgili belediyeler inşaat yapacak arazi sahiplerine yapı ruhsatı düzenlerler. Bu çalışmamızda da Denizli ili, merkez ve diğer tüm ilçelerde 2007 – 2016 tarihleri arasında ve büyükşehir sonrasında yeni yapılara ilgili belediyeler tarafından verilmiş olan tüm yapı ruhsatları incelenerek dökümleri çıkarılmıştır. Çalışmada amaç; Denizli il genelinde son 10 yılda ve büyükşehir sonrasında verilmiş olan ruhsat sayıları, ruhsat sayılarının ilçelere göre dağılımı, ruhsata bağlanan alanları, ruhsattaki yapı sınıflarına göre maliyetlerin bulunması ve ilçelere göre maliyet dağılımlarının bulunarak grafikler halinde verilerin sunulması amaçlanmı?tır. 2007-2016 tarihleri arasında ve büyük?ehir sonrasında verilmi? olan yeni yapı ruhsatları toplamı 19795 adet tir. Bu ruhsatlara ait sayı, alan ve maliyet grafikleri her ilçe için çıkarılmıştır. Çıkarılan grafikler teker teker incelenip ilçenin konumu, ekonomisi, gelişmişlik durumu da göz önünde bulundurularak bazı çıkarımlar elde edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak; elde edilen sayısal veriler ve grafikler sayesinde Denizli il merkezinde ve ilçelerinde yapılaşmanın yıllara göre dağılımı, Denizli ekonomisine katkıları, yıllar bazında yapı artış azalışları görülmüştür. Building construction license is a permission given by the municipalities to construct new building. Juridical background of the construction license is the 21. item of the Physical Development Planning Law of 3194. Municipalities prepare the construction license for parcel owners depending on the regulations presented in this law. In this study, construction licenses provided by the municipalities of central and surrounding districts of Denizli city during 2007-2016 were collected and investigated. Construction licenses prepared after becoming a metropolitan municipality was also classified and studied. The aim of this study is to investigate the construction preferences, to determine the amount of areas licensed in Denizli and to estimate and the economical size of construction sector. Distribution of these parameters are obtained and compared for both central and surrounding districts. Total number of construction licenses prepared during 2007 to 2016 is 19795. Numbers, areas and cost values of each district were studied and the results were graphically presented in this study. Increments or decrements in the license related parameters were discussed and the necessary explanations were provided. Consequently, distribution of numbers, areas and the costs of construction sector in last ten years was briefly summarized for Denizli.

    The aim of this thesis is that the teacher studying at a state university to determine whether there is a significant relationship between candidates' proactive personality traits, motivation for success and happiness. In this context, data were collected from 477 teacher candidates from three different faculties [from the Faculty of Sports Sciences (111), the Faculty of Education (221) and the Faculty of Arts and Sciences (145)]. In order to collect research data; Proactive Personality Inventory, Subjective Happiness Inventory and 2x2 Success Motivation Inventory were used. In the analysis of these data; descriptive statistical analysis, one way ANOVA, Post-hoc test and Pearson correlation analysis were applied. As a result of the statistical analysis, no significant differences were found between the proactive personality traits, motivation for success and subjective happiness of teacher candidates according to gender. However, statistically significant differences were determined between faculties for the variables of proactive personality performance approach, task approach and performance avoidance. At the same time, a significant and positive relationship emerged in terms of both success motivation and subjective happiness in terms of proactive personality traits. This thesis is a first in the literature as it examines whether there is a significant relationship between proactive personality traits, motivation for success and subjective happiness of teacher candidates studying at a state university. Research to be done in future can also be expanded with larger sample groups and including teacher candidates from different faculties. In addition, universities can take precautions to increase teacher candidates' proactive personality traits and happiness levels. One of these precautions can be to introduce classes about proactive personality traits and subjective happiness. Bu kapsamda, üç farklı fakültede öğrenim gören [Spor Bilimleri Fakültesinden (111), Eğitim Fakültesinden (221) ve Fen Edebiyat Fakültesinden (145)] toplam 477 öğretmen adaylarından veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırma verilerini toplamak amacıyla Proaktif Kişilik Envanteri, Öznel Mutluluk Envanteri ve 2×2 Başarı Motivasyon Envanteri kullanılmıştır. Bu verilerin analizinde; tanımlayıcı istatistik analizi, tek yönlü ANOVA, Post-hoc testi ve Pearson korelasyon analizleri uygulanmıştır. Yapılan istatistik analizi sonucu öğretmen adaylarının cinsiyete göre proaktif kişilik özellikleri, başarı motivasyonları ve öznel mutluluklarının arasında anlamlı farklılıklar bulunamamıştır. Ancak proaktif kişilik, performans yaklaşım, görev yaklaşım ve performans kaçınım değişkenleri için fakülteler arası istatistiki yönden anlamlı farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte, proaktif kişilik özellikleri açısından hem başarı motivasyonu hem de öznel mutlulukları açısından anlamlı ve pozitif yönde bir ilişki çıkmıştır. Bu tez, bir devlet üniversitesinde öğrenim gören öğretmen adaylarının proaktif kişilik özellikleri, başarı motivasyonları ve öznel mutlulukları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olup olmadığını incelemesi sebebi ile literatürde bir ilk olma özelliği taşımaktadır. Gelecekte yapılacak olan araştırmalar da daha büyük örneklem gruplarıyla ve farklı fakültelerde öğrenim gören öğretmen adayları da dahil edilerek genişletebilir.     20. yüzyılın başlarına kadar Anadolu ve civarında yaşayan, ardından Lozan Antlaşması’nın Türk-Yunan Ahali Mübadelesi’ne ilişkin maddesi ile Yunanistan’a göç ettirilen Karamanlılar, Türkçe konuşan, konuştukları Türkçeyi Grek haflerine dayalı bir alfabe ile yazan Hristiyan Türklerdir. Bu Türkçe konuşan Anadolulu Hristiyanların yazı diline ise Karamanlıca adı verilmektedir. Karamanlılar arkalarında gerek taşa gerek kâğıda yazılı pek çok eser bırakmışlardır. Karamanlıların arkalarında bıraktığı eserlerden birisi de bizim incelememize konu olan “Aleksandros Makedonialı Meşhur Padişahın Nakliyeti” adlı, 337 sayfalık metindir. İncelememizde, 1843 yılında yazılan Makedonyalı Büyük İskender’e ait olan bu halk hikâyesi işlenmiştir. Eserin incelememize konu olması Türk edebiyatında İskender-name olarak bilinen bir türün, Karamanlı edebiyatındaki versiyonunun ortaya konulmasını sağlamıştır. Bu çalışmada öncelikle metnin çeviri yazısı yapılmıştır. Ardından metnin ayrıntılı yazım özellikleri ile biçim bilgisi incelemesi yapılarak, metinde kullanılan dönemin dil özellikleri ortaya konulmuştur. The Karamanlides, who lived in Anatolia and around until the beginning of the 20th century, and then immigrated to Greece with the clause about the Turkish-Greek Boundaries of the Treaty of Lausanne, are Christian Turks who speak Turkish and write with an alphabet based on Greek alphabet. This written language of Turkish-speaking Anatolian Christians is called Karamanlidika. The Karamanlides left behind many works written on stone or on paper. One of the works left behind by the Karamanlides is the 337 page manuscript, entitled “Aleksandros Macedonialı Meşhur Padişahın Nakliyeti”. The subject of this work is a folk story about Alexander the Great from Macedonian which was written in 1843. In Turkish Literature, known as İskender-name, a version of Karamanli literature was introduced. In this study, the translation of the text was done first. Then, detailed writing features of the text and morphological information were examined and language characteristics of the period used in the text were revealed.

    Games are educational and cultural activities that have existed in our lives in every period of our living space, are carried out by people of all ages, and are passed on from generation to generation. In addition to having fun, the game also contributes to the child's education and spiritual development. With these activities, children gain experience, rehearse life, improve their communication and reinforce their skills. These gains contribute to children's ability to cope with problems and solve them, as well as increase their social and cognitive development. Children can use all the objects and tools around them as toys. Toys are important objects that reflect social culture and are very effective for the child to get to know the environment in a concrete way. The toys used in the process of cultural transfer are also cultural and national elements that live among the people. Toy names such as ball, ashik (ankle bone of goat), arrow, and tipcat, which we encounter in children's games, are the terms that have taken their place in Turkish traditions and have existed throughout history. It is possible to identify these elements of culture and tradition in many works such as Book of Dede Korkut, Divânü Lugâti 't-Turk, Uyghur texts, and travel books. These game and toy names, which have been carried from generation to generation for centuries, and the tool names used in the games constitute a commonality with the same or similar features in both historical and today's Turkish dialects. Although the Turkish nation lives on separate lands because of both migration and political reasons, as can be seen in our paper, these elements indicate that Turkish culture is fed by a common source. In the paper, the origins of the tool names are evaluated diachronically and simultaneously in Turkish dialects by focusing on these terms, and similarities and differences are tried to be determined. In this regard, the importance of reviving and disseminating games and toys in which terms are used among today's children is also mentioned. The paper also offers suggestions for uniting the children and young people of the Turkish world around Turkish children's games adapted to the modern age and bringing them together via unity and partnership provided by the terms, and mutual plays and competitions. Oyunlar hayatımızın hemen her döneminde var olan, her yaştan insanın uygulamasını sürdürdüğü, nesilden nesle aktarılan eğitsel ve kültürel faaliyetlerdir. Oyun, eğlenceli vakit geçirme eylemi olması yanında çocuğun eğitimi ve manevi gelişimine de katkıda bulunur. Çocuklar bu faaliyetlerle deneyim kazanır, hayatı prova eder, iletişimlerini geliştirir ve becerilerini pekiştirirler. Bu kazanımlar, çocukların sorunlarla başa çıkabilme, problem çözebilme yeteneklerine katkı sağlamakla beraber sosyal ve bilişsel gelişimlerini de artırmalarına yardımcı olur. Çocuk, çevresindeki bütün nesneleri ve araç gereci oyuncak olarak kullanabilir. Oyuncaklar sosyal kültürü yansıtan ve çocuğun çevreyi somut bir şekilde tanımasında oldukça etkin olan önemli nesnelerdir. Ve kültür aktarımı sürecinde kullanılan oyuncaklar, aynı zamanda halk arasında yaşayan kültürel ve milli unsurlardır. Çocuk oyunlarında karşımıza çıkan top, aşık, ok, çelik çomak gibi oyuncak adları Türk geleneklerinde yerini alan ve tarihten bu yana varlığını sürdüren terimlerdir. Bu kültür ve gelenek unsurlarını Dede Korkut hikayeleri, Divânü Lugâti’t-Türk, Uygur metinleri, seyahatnameler gibi birçok eserde tespit etmek mümkündür. Yüzyıllardır nesilden nesile taşınan bu oyun ve oyuncak isimleri, oyunlarda kullanılan araç gereç adları hem tarihi hem günümüz Türk lehçelerinde bazen birebir aynı bazen de benzer özellikleriyle bir ortaklık teşkil etmektedir. Türk milleti gerek göç gerekse siyasi sebeplerle ayrı topraklarda yaşamını sürdürse de bildirimizde de görüleceği gibi bu unsurlar hayatiyetini devam ettirmekte ve Türk kültürünün aynı kaynaktan beslendiğine işaret etmektedir. Bildiride bu terimler üzerinde durularak araç gereç adlarının kökenleri Türk lehçelerinde art ve eş zamanlı olarak değerlendirilmekte, ortaklık, benzerlik ve farklılıklar belirlenmeye çalışılmaktadır. Sonuçta bahsedilen terimlerin kullanıldığı oyun ve oyuncakların günümüz çocukları arasında yeniden canlandırılması ve yaygınlaştırılmasının önemine de değinilmektedir. Bildiride, Türk dünyası çocukları ve gençlerinin modern çağa uyarlanan Türk çocuk oyunları etrafında birleştirilmesi, terimlerle sağlanan birlik ve ortaklık yanında karşılıklı oyunlar ve müsabakalarla bir araya getirilmesi konusunda birtakım öneriler de sunulmaktadır.

    In this study, plain Çökelek cheese and Çökelek cheese supplemented with yellow lentil flour (6% w/w) were dried in three different drying techniques (conduction drying, vacuum drying and microwave drying) and in three different conditions (40, 50 and 60°C, vacuum drying ~ 50 kPa, 137, 206 and 240 W microwave power for microwave drying). The physical, chemical, microbiological, rehydration, microstructure and sensory properties of dried Çökelek cheeses were investigated during the storage period (on the 1st, 30th and 60th days). While the protein content, titratable acidity and pH values of dried cheeses adding yellow lentil flour were statistically similar to plain Çökelek cheeses (p>0.05), their dry matter contents were determined higher than that of plain cheese. The highest total phenolic content (53.23 mg GAE/100 g cheese) and antioxidant activity (3.45 μmol TE/100 g cheese) values were established in cheeses with the addition of yellow lentil flour and dried by vacuum drying technique. It was determined that the addition of yellow lentil flour increased the a*, b* and c* color values of the cheeses, but did not make a statistically significant difference on the L* and h* values. At the same time, microwave drying, which is one of the drying types, caused an increase in the a* and b* values of the cheeses. The yeast-mould counts of cheeses decreased with the addition of yellow lentil flour, microwave drying technique and storage time. The wettability and water absorption capacity values decreased with microwave drying and increased with the addition of yellow lentil flour. The highest water absorption capacity value (244.78%) was noted in cheese with the addition of yellow lentil flour and dried with the conduction drying technique (50°C). When evaluated from the sensory point of view, it was determined that different drying types and cheese types did not affect the general appreciation scores and the cheeses were generally liked. Bu çalışmada, sade ve sarı mercimek unu katkılı (%6 a/a) Çökelek peyniri, üç farklı kurutma tekniği (kondüksiyon tipi kurutma, vakum kurutma ve mikrodalga kurutma) ve üç farklı koşulda (40, 50 ve 60°C, vakum kurutma ~50 kPa, mikrodalga kurutma için 137, 206 ve 240 W mikrodalga gücü) kurutulmuştur. Kurutulan Çökelek peynirlerinin depolama süresi boyunca (1., 30. ve 60. gün) fiziksel, kimyasal, mikrobiyolojik, rehidrasyon, mikroyapı ve duyusal özellikleri incelenmiştir. Sarı mercimek unu katkılı peynirlerin protein, titrasyon asitliği ve pH değerleri sade Çökelek peynirleri ile istatistiksel olarak benzer bulunurken (p>0,05), kuru madde içeriklerinin daha yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. En yüksek toplam fenolik madde içeriği (53,23 mg GAE/100 g peynir) ve antioksidan aktivite (3,45 μmol TE/100 g peynir) değerleri sarı mercimek unu katkısı yapılmış ve vakum kurutma tekniği ile kurutulmuş peynirlerde tespit edilmiştir. Aynı zamanda kurutma tiplerinden mikrodalga kurutma, peynirlerin a* ve b* değerlerinin artmasına sebep olmuştur. Peynirlerin maya-küf sayıları sarı mercimek unu ilavesi, mikrodalga kurutma tekniği ve depolama süresinin etkisiyle azalmıştır. Islanabilirlik ve su absorbsiyon kapasitesi değerleri mikrodalga kurutma ile azalmış, sarı mercimek unu ilavesi ile artmıştır. En yüksek su absorbsiyon kapasitesi değeri (%244,78) sarı mercimek unu katkısı yapılmış ve kondüksiyon tipi kurutma tekniği (50°C) ile kurutulmuş peynirde belirlenmiştir.     Konya 2,6 milyon hektar tarım arazisi ile Türkiye tarım arazisinin % 11’lik kısmını kapsayan çok önemli bir tarım şehridir. Şeker pancarı, buğday, arpa, mısır, patates, ayçiçeği, yonca gibi bitkisel ürünlerin önemli bir kısmı Konya’da yetişmektedir.Konya özellikle tahıl ürünleri başta olmak üzere tohumculuk açısından da Türkiye genelinde %38’lik üretim payı ile ilk sıralarda yer almaktadır. Konya bölgesinin tarım ürünlerinin üretimindeki en önemli sorunusu ihtiyacı yüksek olan bitki desenlerinin kullanılmasıdır. Bu durum yeraltı sularında ciddi oranda azalmaya sebep olmaktadır.Bölgenin çiftçileri ile yapılan görüşmelerde iseçok su/çok ürün algısının yaygın olması bölgenin su kaynaklarının hızla azalmasına sebep olmaktadır. Ayrıca çok su/çok ürün algısı su israfı ile birlikte basınçlı sulama sistemlerinde fazladan yakıt ve elektrik kullanımına sebep olmaktadır.Bölgedeki açılan kuyuların yaklaşık olarak %70’lik kısmının kaçak olması, bölgenin durumunu daha vahim hale getirmektedir.Bu çalışma kapsamında mevcut sorunları önlemek için çözüm önerileri oluşturulmuştur.     Doxorubicin (Dox) causes myocarditis due to its cardiotoxic effect due to oxidative damage. Insulin like growth factor ( 1 is a pharmacological agent with anti inflammatory, anti apoptotic, and antioxidant properties, effective on the cardiovascular system. This study, it was aimed to elucidate the molecular mechanisms of IGF 1 and to investigate its cardioprotective effects in the Dox induced myocarditis model. Wistar albino male rats Control, Dox (4mg/kg/week), IGF 1 (1 μg/kg two days apart) and Dox + IGF 1 (4mg/kg/week Dox and 1 μg/kg two days apart IGF 1) and all applications were done intraperitoneally. At the end of the 4 week experimental protocol, sacrification was performed under Ketamine and Xylazine anesthesia. CK MB and Troponin I levels in blood serum were measured by biochemical analysis. Histopathological and immunohistochemical (Caspase 3 and ICAM 1) evaluations were performed on heart tissue. In addition, TNF α, IL 6, TAS, and TOS levels were analyzed by ELISA method, and Beclin 1, SQSTM1, LC3, HIF 1α, iNOS, SERCA2a, and MasR gene expressions were analyzed by RT PCR method in heart tissue. Dox administration increased histopathological and immunochemical scores, CK MB, Troponin I, TNF α, IL 6 levels, and TOS/TAS ratio. As a result of molecular analyzes, caused cardiac damage by inducing the expressions of Beclin 1, SQSTM1, LC3, SERCA2a, MasR, and HIF 1α. There was a significant improvement in damage parameters after IGF 1 treatment. In a model of Dox induced myocarditis, IGF 1 was found to exert a cardioprotective effect by inhibiting autophagy mediated by the SERCA2a/MasR signaling pathway. It was found that IGF 1 provides a therapeutic effect by regulating inflammatory processes, reducing oxidative damage, and inhibiting apoptotic cell death and autophagy in a model of Dox induced myocarditis. İnsülin benzeri büyüme faktör ( 1 antiinflamatuvar, antiapoptotik ve antioksidan özelliğe sahip kardiyovasküler sistem üzerinde etkili farmakolojik bir ajandır. Yapılan çalışmada Dox ile indüklenen miyokardit modelinde IGF 1’in moleküler mekanizmalarının aydınlatılması ve kardiyoprotektif etkilerinin araştırılması amaçlandı. Wistar albino erkek sıçanlar Kontrol, Dox (4mg/kg/hafta), IGF 1 (1 μg /kg iki gün arayla) ve Dox + IGF 1 (4mg/kg/hafta Dox ve 1 μg /kg iki gün arayla IGF 1) olarak 4 gruba ayrıldı ve tüm uygulamalar intraperitoneal olarak yapıldı. 4 haftalık deney protokolünün sonunda Ketamin ve Ksilazin anestezisi altında sakrifikasyon yapıldı. Kan serumundan CK MB ve Troponin I seviyeleri biyokimyasal analizlerle ölçüldü. Kalp dokusundan histopatolojik ve immünohistokimyasal (Kaspaz 3 ve ICAM 1) değerlendirmeler yapıldı. Ayrıca kalp dokusundan ELISA yöntemiyle TNF α, IL 6, TAS ve TOS seviyeleri ile RT PCR yöntemiyle Beclin 1, SQSTM1, LC3, HIF 1α, iNOS, SERCA2a ve MasR gen ekspresyonları analiz edildi. Dox uygulaması histopatolojik ve immünokimyasal skorları, CK MB, Troponin I, TNF α, IL 6 seviyelerini ve TOS/TAS oranını arttırdı. Moleküler analizler sonucunda Beclin 1, SQSTM1, LC3, SERCA2a, MasR ve HIF 1α ekspresyonlarını indükleyerek kardiyak hasara neden oldu. IGF 1 tedavisi sonrasında hasar parametrelerinde anlamlı seviyede iyileşme görüldü. Dox ile indüklenen miyokardit modelinde IGF 1’in SERCA2a/ MasR sinyal yolağı aracılı otofajiyi inhibe ederek kardiyoprotektif etki sağladığı bulundu. IGF 1’in Dox ile indüklenen miyokardit modelinde inflamatuvar süreçlerin düzenlenme, oksidatif hasarı azaltma, apoptotik hücre ölümü ve otofajiyi inhibe etme mekanizmalarıyla terapötik etki sağladığı bulundu.

    Bu araştırmanın amacı Türkçe öğretmen adaylarının not alma yönelimlerini belirlemektir. Araştırmaya Türkçe Öğretmenliği dalında öğrenimlerini sürdüren 181 öğretmen adayı katılmıştır. Çalışmanın verileri araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen not alma yönelimlerini belirlemek için hazırlanmış bir sormacayla toplanmıştır. Sormacada yer alan maddeler not alma sıklığını, not almanın öğrenme sürecine etkisine ilişkin algıyı, not alma stratejilerini kullanma sıklığını ve not alınan bilginin niteliğini belirlemeye yöneliktir. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular katılımcıların not alma stratejisini genellikle kullandıklarını, not alma stratejisinin öğrenme sürecini olumlu etkilediğini düşündüklerini, not alma stratejilerini pek kullanmadıklarını ve öğretmenin söylediği her şeyi not alma eğiliminde olduklarını ortaya koymuştur. Elde edilen bu sonuçlara dayanarak çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

    Yapı Ruhsatı, bir arazi üzerinde inşaat yapabilmek için ilgili belediyeden alınan inşaat iznidir. Yapı ruhsatının kanuni dayanağı 3194 sayılı imar kanunun 21. maddesidir. Bu kanun hükmüne göre ilgili belediyeler inşaat yapacak arazi sahiplerine yapı ruhsatı düzenlerler. Bu çalışmamızda da Denizli ili, merkez ve diğer tüm ilçelerde 2007 – 2016 tarihleri arasında ve büyükşehir sonrasında yeni yapılara ilgili belediyeler tarafından verilmiş olan tüm yapı ruhsatları incelenerek dökümleri çıkarılmıştır. Çalışmada amaç; Denizli il genelinde son 10 yılda ve büyükşehir sonrasında verilmiş olan ruhsat sayıları, ruhsat sayılarının ilçelere göre dağılımı, ruhsata bağlanan alanları, ruhsattaki yapı sınıflarına göre maliyetlerin bulunması ve ilçelere göre maliyet dağılımlarının bulunarak grafikler halinde verilerin sunulması amaçlanmı?tır. 2007-2016 tarihleri arasında ve büyük?ehir sonrasında verilmi? olan yeni yapı ruhsatları toplamı 19795 adet tir. Bu ruhsatlara ait sayı, alan ve maliyet grafikleri her ilçe için çıkarılmıştır. Çıkarılan grafikler teker teker incelenip ilçenin konumu, ekonomisi, gelişmişlik durumu da göz önünde bulundurularak bazı çıkarımlar elde edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak; elde edilen sayısal veriler ve grafikler sayesinde Denizli il merkezinde ve ilçelerinde yapılaşmanın yıllara göre dağılımı, Denizli ekonomisine katkıları, yıllar bazında yapı artış azalışları görülmüştür. Building construction license is a permission given by the municipalities to construct new building. Juridical background of the construction license is the 21. item of the Physical Development Planning Law of 3194. Municipalities prepare the construction license for parcel owners depending on the regulations presented in this law. In this study, construction licenses provided by the municipalities of central and surrounding districts of Denizli city during 2007-2016 were collected and investigated. Construction licenses prepared after becoming a metropolitan municipality was also classified and studied. The aim of this study is to investigate the construction preferences, to determine the amount of areas licensed in Denizli and to estimate and the economical size of construction sector. Distribution of these parameters are obtained and compared for both central and surrounding districts. Total number of construction licenses prepared during 2007 to 2016 is 19795. Numbers, areas and cost values of each district were studied and the results were graphically presented in this study. Increments or decrements in the license related parameters were discussed and the necessary explanations were provided. Consequently, distribution of numbers, areas and the costs of construction sector in last ten years was briefly summarized for Denizli.
