    Authors: Polívka, Vojtěch;

    Pandemie COVID-19 bez pochyby narušila životy všech a způsobila globální krizi, která do této doby neměla obdoby. V důsledku pandemie se objevily dva nebezpečné fenomény, které řešení krize neusnadnily. Prvním fenoménem je fenomén odpůrců očkování také známých jako anti-vax. Druhým fenoménem jsou dezinformace a taktéž fake news. Dezinformace v období této krize přinesly názorové proudy, které u občanů vyvolávaly nechuť dodržovat opatření a odmítat nebezpečí šíření tohoto viru. Zároveň v případě řešení tohoto onemocnění pomocí vakcinace byla podrývána důvěra v její bezpečnost či účinnost. Pomocí rámcové analýzy dezinformačních webů bylo identifikováno devět rámců, které napomáhají k odmítání či odkládání vakcinace. Tyto rámce byly hledány ve veřejné diskusi pod články z mainstream zpravodajských webů s cílem zjištění, jak se tyto rámce do veřejné diskuse přenáší. Obhájeno The Pandemic of COVID-19 with no doubts changed the life of everyone and caused global crisis that had no analogues till this day. As a result of the pandemic, two dangerous phenomena have emerged that have not made it easier to resolve the crisis. The first phenomenon is the phenomenon of vaccine opponents also known as anti-vax. The second phenomenon is desinformation also known as fake news. Desinformation in the period time of this crisis brought opinions that made citizens disrespect measures against the spread of virus. At the same time was undermined the confidence, efficacy and safety of vaccine against this virus.

    Authors: Čandová, Andrea;

    Tato práce se zaměřuje na srovnání sociálních výdajů státních rozpočtů České republiky a Slovenska v době šíření nakažlivého onemocnění Covid-19 v letech 2020 a 2021. Kvalitativní analýza se věnuje dvěma sousedním zemím se shodnou historií vývoje sociálního státu a bere si za úkol nastínit hlavní rozdíly mezi přístupy obou národních vlád k řešení krizové situace a jejich dopadů na domácnosti a jednotlivce. Předkládaná práce shrnuje základní ekonomická opatření a porovnává vynaložené veřejné finance a jejich vliv na ekonomickou situaci státu. Česká republika i Slovensko zvolily podobný přístup k jednotlivým opatřením, která ovšem znamenala další prohloubení státních dluhů. Slovensku se přesto v druhém roce šíření Covidu-19 podařilo vládní výdaje lépe stabilizovat. Obhájeno This thesis focuses on the comparison of the social expenditures of the state budgets of the Czech Republic and Slovakia during the spread of the contagious disease Covid-19 in 2020 and 2021. The qualitative analysis is devoted to two neighbouring countries with the same history of the development of the welfare state and takes the task of outlining the main differences between the approaches of both national governments to solving the crisis situation and their effects on households and individuals. The presented thesis summarizes the basic economic measures and compares the spent public finances and their influence on the economic situation of the state. The Czech Republic and Slovakia chose a similar approach to individual measures, which, however, meant further deepening of state debts. Nevertheless, in the second year of the spread of Covid-19, Slovakia managed to better stabilize government spending.

    Práce je zaměřena na analýzu nakupování oděvů v internetových obchodech. První část je založena na teoretickém základu, kde je mimo jiné popsáno elektronické obchodování a podnikání, včetně členění e-commerce, výhod, současných trendů a stavu v České republice. Nechybí popis internetových obchodů, internetového marketingu a dále je tato část směřována k nákupnímu chování na internetu. Teorie je také rozšířena o kapitolu týkající se online nakupování v době pandemie COVID-19. Praktická část pak obsahuje vlastní výzkum, který byl proveden prostřednictvím dotazníku a je zaměřen na zhodnocení spokojenosti respondentů s konkrétními e-shopy, způsoby nakupování dotazovaných, marketing internetových obchodů a další. Na základě výsledků jsou navrhnuta doporučení, jimiž by se obchody mohly řídit. Obhájeno The work is focused on the analysis of buying clothes in online stores. The first part is based on a theoretical basis, which describes, among other things, electronic commerce and electronic business, including the structure of e-commerce, benefits, current trends and the situation in the Czech Republic. There is a description of online stores, internet marketing and this section is also focused on shopping behaviour on the Internet. The theory is extended by a chapter which is online shopping during the COVID-19 pandemic. The practical part then contains its own research, which was conducted through a questionnaire and is focused on evaluating the satisfaction of respondents with specific e-shops, ways of respondents shopping, marketing of online stores and more. Based on the results, recommendations are proposed

    With the increasing number of platforms, grids and infrastructures in the wider area of Language Technologies (LT), NLP, NLU, speech, interaction and language-centric AI, there is also a growing need for sharing experiences, approaches and best practices to learn and benefit from the work of others and also, practically, to start a collaboration towards platform interoperability. The 1st InternationalWorkshop for Language Technology Platforms (IWLTP 2020) addresses all smaller and larger language grids, language-related infrastructures, platform initiatives as well as collaborative research projects that touch upon LT platforms, especially platform interoperability and related topics, both in Europe and world-wide. Its objective is to exchange and discuss observations, experiences, solutions, best practices as well as current and future challenges. The workshop also addresses the issue of fragmentation in the Language Technology landscape. Instead of “platform islands” that simply exist side by side, possibly even competing with each other, initiatives should discuss how their platforms can be made interoperable and how they can interact with one another to create synergies towards a productive LT platform ecosystem. The EU project European Language Grid (ELG; 2019-2021) is creating a platform that will provide thousands of data sets and hundreds of LT services. ELG aims to promote technologies tailored to all European languages and cultures, adapted to their social and economic needs. At the same time, there are several established platforms or infrastructure-related initiatives as well as emerging new ones, both on the European but also on the national level as well as on other continents. Some of the initiatives are more language-related and have a strong industry focus, others are mainly research-oriented. Moreover, there are digital public service initiatives, and platforms, in which language is only one aspect of many. With all these established and emerging initiatives, there is a risk of even stronger fragmentation in the Language Technology field, which is already highly fragmented, at least in Europe. Our approach is to bring these initiatives together to discuss ways not only of preventing further fragmentation but, crucially, of reversing it. This will only be possible if interoperability and mutual data exchange is ensured and if metadata formats and technical requirements are compatible, among others. A total of 30 papers were submitted to IWLTP 2020, 17 of which were accepted (acceptance rate: 56.7%). The organisers would like to thank all contributors for their valuable submissions and all members of the Programme Committee for reviewing the submitted papers. Due to the ongoing SARSCoV-2 pandemic, the workshop cannot be held as originally foreseen. Together with the organisers of LREC 2020 we will explore if we can organise the workshop at a later point in time or if we can organise it as a virtual event. G. Rehm, K. Bontcheva, K. Choukri, J. Projekt Roztanči skalku je hudební akce, která se koná v areálu Skalky u Tachova. Jedná se o koncert elektronické hudby stylů Techno a DNB. Účast v letošním ročníku přislíbili jak hudebníci z celé České republiky, tak i ze zahraničí. Tím bude zajištěna vysoká umělecká kvalita projektu. Pilotní ročník menšího rozsahu pod názvem "Badtekk vs Swamp vs Mts" proběhl již v roce 2017. Vzhledem k bezproblémovému průběhu akce, zájmu veřejnosti a se souhlasem dlouhodobého nájemce hangáru, správce letiště i příslušného Obecního úřadu, byly v letech 2018 - 2019 uspořádány další ročníky již ve větším rozsahu. Uspořádání dalšího ročníku v roce 2020 a následně v roce 2021 překazila až pandemie Covid 19. V roce 2022 by chtěl pořadatel úspěšnou hudební akci po vynucené přestávce opět zopakovat. Již realizované ročníky dokazují, že zajištěna trvalá udržitelnost projektu. Minulé ročníky akce proběhli bez větších problémů. Obhájeno The Roztanči skalku project is a music event that takes place in the Skalka area near Tachov. It is a concert of electronic music styles Techno and DNB. Musicians from all over the Czech Republic and abroad have promised to take part in this year's event. This will ensure the high artistic quality of the project. A smaller pilot year called "Badtekk vs Swamp vs Mts" took place in 2017. Due to the smooth running of the event, public interest and with the consent of the long-term hangar tenant, the airport manager and the relevant Municipal Office, other years were held in 2018 - 2019. already on a larger scale. The organization of the next year in 2020 and subsequently in 2021 was thwarted by the Covid 19 pandemic. In 2022, the organizer would like to repeat the successful music event again after a forced break. Already implemented years prove that the sustainability of the project is ensured. Past years of the event went without major problems.

    Bakalářská práce s názvem Start-upy a jejich inovační potenciál čelit výzvám souvisejících s COVID-19 má za cíl ukázat, jak technologická řešení start-upů jsou schopna čelit výzvám a problémům, které s sebou přinesla koronavirová krize, ve vybraných oblastech. Teoretická část je vstupem do tématu či problematiky start-upů a na základě rešerše odborné literatury je definován samotný pojem i pojmy s oblastí související jako například inovace, dále pak inovační potenciál či inovační proces. Praktická část poté identifikuje některé oblasti, které byly zasaženy či postiženy pandemií koronaviru. V těchto oblastech jsou následně identifikovány start-upy, které pomocí svých technologických řešení zmírňují či účinně řeší problémy s pandemií spojených, a jejich řešení analyzována. Obhájeno Bachelor thesis entitled Start-ups and their innovative potential to face COVID-19-related challenges identifies aims to demonstrate, how startups' technological solutions can face the challenges and problems that have emerged during covid crisis in certain areas. Theoretical part is the starting point of the concept of start-up, it defines the concept itself and concepts related such as innovation, innovation potential or innovation process. Later on, the practical part identifies some of the areas that were affected by coronavirus. In these areas, the start-ups are identified and their technological solutions, that are used to tackle the covid-related problems, are analyzed.

    Authors: Čandová, Andrea;

    Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku týkající se hypotečních úvěrů v České republice. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V první části jsou vysvětleny obchody banky a úvěry, které banky provádí. Následuje část, která se zaměřuje na základní pojmy z oblasti hypotečního úvěrování a teorii hypotečních úvěrů, se kterými by měl být žadatel o hypotéku seznámen. Závěr této teoretické části se věnuje současnému hypotečnímu trhu, který se změnil v důsledku pandemie Covid-19. Poté navazuje praktická část s popisem vybraných bankovních institucí a jejich hypotečních produktů. Byl vytvořen modelový příklad, který odpovídá jednotlivým nabídkám hypotečních úvěrů, zhodnocen a následně byl doporučen žadatelům vhodný hypoteční úvěr. Obhájeno This bachelors thesis is focused on the issue of mortgages loans in the Czech Republic. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practitcal part. In the first part there are explained bank's transactions and the loans that banks perform. The following part is dedicated to basic concepts of mortgage loans and the theory of mortgage, which the mortgage applicant should have know. The conclusion of this theoretical part is focused on the current mortgage market, which has changed as a result of the pandemic Covid-19. Then follows a practical part with a descreption of selected banking institutions and their mortgage products. It was created a model example, which corresponds to individual offers of mortgage loans, evaluated and subsequently a suitable mortgage loan was recommended to applicants.
