    The pandemic is forcing universities to carry out digital transformation simultaneously. However, the pandemic opened Pandora's box revealing the fundamental weaknesses of universities that make them unprepared to adapt to changing times. However, the pandemic can be an opportunity to transform the entire workforce in universities so that their existence remains relevant. The critical factor in this transformation is the leader. Today's leaders must change from traditional to digital. Digital leaders can be a catalyst for change to oversee digital transformation in universities. Therefore, this study intends to explain how the implementation of digital leadership in universities in Indonesia, especially since the world has been hit by a pandemic. The author uses the literature study method and interviews stakeholders in universities. The author finds that three fundamental challenges must be overcome: culture and mindset, human resource competence, and infrastructure. Higher education leaders must resolve these three challenges to ensure that digital transformation runs smoothly. The author argues that universities are still relevant to producing quality human resources and abilities according to the times. To maintain the relevance and role of universities, leaders need to implement changes holistically, starting by creating a holistic grand design, increasing human resource competencies, infrastructure development, developing a new mindset, creating progressive culture, to organizational restructuring.

    Agriculture plays an important role in producing food supply for survival. The agriculture practice is performed by multiple factors such as soil type, fertilisers, plant samplings, irrigation practice, etc. On these factors on which agriculture depends, irrigation is one of the major factors for the better yield of crops, just like any other factor. Therefore, efficient irrigation practice has to be performed to increase cultivation production and preserve available water resources for optimal usage. Traditional methods of irrigation practice are well suited for situations with surplus water resources but not very efficient when it comes to scarce places. So, we propose a new IoT-driven root zone injection method of irrigation which is estimated to perform required irrigation practices in places of high water scarcity. This method is performed with the help of machine learning, IoT devices, wireless neural networking of sensors, and root zone injection equipment for automation. The mechanism starts with collecting real-time data from the agricultural field for specified crop types by using a wireless neural network of sensors and forming the dataset. Once the dataset is formed, it will be processed and cleaned to feed into machine learning algorithms. The machine learning algorithm (here, it is linear regression) will make the required prediction for the water content needed for the irrigation process for that particular day. The dynamic estimation is made as the water content required will vary from the growing phases of plants where it is minimum at the initial phase, peak at middle and reduce or increase depending on the plant species at later phase of growth. This estimated water content is then delivered to the plants through the irrigation process, governed by the IoT devices, which have the procedures encoded for irrigation. ML prediction guides the IoT system on how much water to deliver to the plants. Finally, the injection setup of the root zone passes the water directly to the underground root zones. Thus, completely preventing evaporation wastage and accurate water content estimation and supply, achieving optimal irrigation practice.

    Untuk mengikuti perkembangan industri yang telah masuk pada era revolusi industri 4.0, dimana era ini merupakan era pengembangan Internet of Things (IoT) dan big data, semua sektor secara tidak langsung dipengaruhi, tidak terkecuali sektor pertanian, perkembangan pertanian dengan memanfaatkan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi khususnya teknologi IoT dan big data di Indonesia masih sangat minim sekali, bahkan bisa dikatakan masih belum berkembang, maka dalam penelitian ini peneliti melakukan peneltian di sektor pertanian, khususnya sektor irigasi pertanian dengan memanfaatkan teknologi IoT. Penelitian ini merupakan salah satu tahapan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi IoT yang diaplikasikan pada sistem irigasi pertanian, penelitian ini tidak hanya membangun sistem kontrol sensor yang diintegrasikan pada mikrokontroller namun juga membahas tentang arsitektur jaringan komunikasi, sehinga sistem irigasi ini bisa melakukan komunikasi dua arah dengan baik, cepat dan menjangkau area luas, sistem juga dibekali antarmuka yang mudah digunakan, antarmuka dibangun menggunakan aplikasi berbasis Mobile, antarmuka ini akan memudahkan user dalam mengakses informasi dan mengontrol sistem yang dibangun. penelitian ini mampu melakukan kontrol sistem irigasi jarak jauh dangan memanfaatkan teknologi IoT serta diharapkan berkontribusi dalam mewujudkan revolusi industri di Indonesia yang dikenal dengan “ Making Indonesia 4.0” khususnya dalam bidang pertanian.

    Extensive research has been conducted regarding socio-emotional skills training in autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The latest autism research is now beginning to recognize the role of metacognitive deficits in ASD as well as the importance of metacognitive skills training in autism intervention. The purpose of the current review study is to shed light on the role of metacognition in ASD and identify assistive technologies that may compensate for metacognitive deficits in ASD. Specifically, we examine autism through the lens of the models of metacognition developed by (Drigas and Mitsea, 2020;2021). Following these metacognitive models, we identified digital technologies that have the significant potential to train metacognitive skills in people with ASD. These technologies include, among others, robotics, virtual reality, mobile applications, digital serious games, coding digital games and robots. This review provides evidence that people with autism face important difficulties in almost all metacognitive domains. It also highlights that digital technologies are effective tools for training metacognitive skills in ASD. This study is one of the few studies that deal with autism as a disorder of metacognition and gives pointers for future experimental research regarding intervention strategies with the assistance of technologies.

    Landraces breeding scheme of bambara groundnut from various regions of Indonesia since 2012 provides several potential lines which are uniform, high yielding and drought-tolerant. Evaluation of resistance to pests and diseases is aimed to select potential lines which are resistant to pests and diseases and potential for development in Madura dry land during the dry season. The present study used descriptive method through field observation technique on 10 selected potential lines of Bambara groundnut. The results showed that there were 5 (five) types of pests and 4 types of diseases found in bambara groundnut crops planted during the dry season in Bangkalan Regency of Madura. The pests attacking more than 25% per plot were aphids, ladybugs and grasshoppers. A symptom of pathogen attacking more than 25% per plot were Bean common mosaic virus and soybean common mosaic virus. The GSG 1.1.1 potential line had the lowest pest attack and the BBL 2.1.1 potential line had the lowest disease incidence.

    The article is devoted to the problem of substantiation of the integral target orientation of preparation of future teachers of institutions of higher pedagogical education for professional activity in the conditions of digitalization of society: systems of their professional-digital competences. The main conceptual idea is put forward: professional-digital competencies of a teacher of a higher pedagogical educational institution are in isomorphic dependence on his/her professional functions and form a holistic system - a reference model of the target landmark of the digitalized educational process in graduate and postgraduate studies. The integral-functional dimension describes the procedure for establishing a holistic set of updated teacher functions in the digital educational environment ofa pedagogical university. The set of the following criteria for their search is outlined: 1) the specifics of thefunctional content of the types of teaching activities, taking into account the process of digitization of higher education; 2) the subject of the teacher's relations with future teachers and public life; 3) the nature of the relevant links. According to all criteria in their unity, three core professionally defined functions are defined: heuristic-digital, managerial-digital and self-development-digital. To these are added purely instrumental general professional - executive-digital, technical-digital and the function of compliance with digital security. The differences between the concepts of "professional-digital" and "digital" competence are emphasized. The concept of the system of professional-digital competencies of a teacher of a higher pedagogical educational institution as a holistic and interconnected set of their components, adequate to his/her certain professional functions in the digital environment, is formulated. The following relevant system of competencies is defined: heuristic-digital aspect (competencies in the areas of pedagogical innovations, digital content of personal and professional development, in particular, worldview and existential orientation, etc.); managerial and digital aspect (competence of the teacher of diagnostic and prognostic, motivational, design, organizational, stimulating and control functional and managerial nature); self-development-digital aspect (important for personal, professional and professional-cultural development of the teacher's competence); aspect of digital culture (digital competencies, highlighted in the literature, important for information retrieval, reception, processing and output, use of basic and application software, solving technical problems, personal data protection, copyright, etc.)

    The subject of the study is the development of the service sector in the framework of the digitalization of the economic space. The goal is to clarify the processes of dependence of the development of the service sector in the context of the digital transformation of the economy at the present stage of development of the national economy. The author sets the following tasks: to analyze the main economic indicators of the development of the service sector; identify the features of digital transformation of business in this area; determine the patterns of development of the service sector under the influence of digital processes. As a result, the author reveals patterns and trends in the development of the service sector under the influence of digital processes - an increase in the activity coefficient and a decrease in the number of personnel. The obtained materials can be used to promote the development of the service sector at the macro and micro levels, which determines the value of this study. Scientific novelty lies in the formed matrix of the relationship between the development of individual service industries and business digitalization processes. The article reveals the heterogeneity in the field of digitalization of business processes in the service sector, as well as the trend towards a relative increase in the efficiency of enterprises in industries characterized by high digital activity.

    Forest fire is one of the leading causes of forest and wildlife loss. The objective of this study was to use satellite imagery and Geographic Information System techniques to assess the forest fire risk zonation map of the Aalital rural municipality. This rural municipality is a part of the Sudurpaschim province, Nepal; is prone to forest fires. Four fire risk zones were established in the study area i.e. very high, high, medium, and low-risk zone. Thematic layers were derived from topographic maps and satellite imageries. For the delineation of fire risk zones, a multi-parametric weighted index model i.e. the FRI (Fire Risk Index) method was adopted. The fire incidence data provided by MODIS were used to validate the resulting forest fire risk zone map. About 25.17% of the total study area lies under the very high-risk zone followed by 46.51% under high risk, 25.68% under medium risk, and 2.62% under the low-risk zone. It can be inferred that the majority of the area is at high risk of forest fire. This map of fire risk zone can help in disaster and forest management as valuable data to prepare effective measures for appropriate fire risk management in the area.

    Digitization has become something that is inherent in our daily habits, one of which is shopping habits. In addition to shopping for Fashion products by visiting offline stores directly, consumers are also given the opportunity to purchase Fashion products online whenever and wherever they are. This study aims to determine the effect of consumer demographic characteristics on their preferences for shopping Fashion products offline or online. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires online through whatsapp and telegram groups during June-July 2021, which resulted in 162 responses. Chi-Square and Kruskal-Wallis tests are used to test the hypothesis. The results prove that there are insignificant results between consumer demographic characteristics and preferred shopping method. Furthermore, research data also shows that more than half of the respondents still prefer to shop for Fashion products offline rather than online although in the Covid-19 pandemic situation because they want to evaluate the product physically.

    In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, the process of progressing the digital and computerized era has greatly increased and has affected almost all corners of the world in aspects of human life, where in this case the legal system in the world is also affected by the influence of digitalization. In the legal order affected by this era of digitalization is the practice of law, especially in the area of the judicial environment. Evidence of the digitization process in the judicial world is the introduction of Virtual Civil Courts, where in Indonesia it is known as the E-Court system. The E-court system is a service for registered users where they register online, make payments online, and estimate the payment online, calls are made through electronic channels and technical trials are conducted electronically. Especially in pandemic conditions like this, many countries are experiencing lockdowns that hinder this legal justice system. So that the digitalization system in the pandemic era like this is very beneficial for the ongoing legal justice system that is in force. During the Covid-19 pandemic, not many know how government regulations in law enforcement through dispute resolution are carried out through the e-court route, where since the Covid-19 pandemic dispute resolution through e-court has increased very significantly. The e-court itself has been regulated in Perma Number 1 of 2019 and (SEMA) Number 1 of 2020, because there are no other regulations governing e-courts, the problem of online trial regulation in Indonesia is almost the same as the American State. This research uses a method of approach that is normative juridical emphasizing the understanding and study of primary legal materials in the form of legal principles.
