description Publication2016 France FrenchHAL CCSD Keromnes, Yvon;Keromnes, Yvon;International audience; Après avoir évoqué l’évolution de la réflexion traductologique qui a conduit à s’intéresser à des traductions effectivement publiées, nous nous interrogeons ici sur les enjeux et méthodes de comparaison entre texte original et traduction(s). L’examen de phénomènes linguistiques particuliers dans différentes traductions d’un même texte, ou dans la traduction de différents textes, s’avèrent fructueux aussi bien pour la compréhension de ce qui distingue ou réunit deux systèmes linguistiques que pour celle des opérations de traduction. Cette compréhension peut éventuellement permettre une approche évaluative des traductions. Mais l’extension des études de traduction sur corpus informatisés ainsi que l’usage de logiciels spécialisés (alignement, analyse lexicale etc.) changent considérablement les méthodes et objectifs de la traductologie, il s’agit alors souvent d’étudier l’existence de « normes » de traduction, ou changements systématiques observables chez différents traducteurs vers une même langue. Il semble cependant que ces outils modernes ne fassent pas nécessairement disparaître l’intérêt d’études très fines sur corpus de taille réduite.

In particular, we show that it is often possible to identify an optimal or close-to-optimal utilitarian social choice using voting rules such as the Borda rule, approval voting, relative utilitarianism, or any Condorcet-consistent rule.

Alors que de multiples acteurs, villes, régions ou investisseurs privés modernisaient peu à peu l'offre d'hébergement et de services dans le pays, tour-opérateurs et agences de voyage ont, jusqu'en 2013-2014, privilégié essentiellement les séjours des Russes à l'étranger, négligeant les potentialités que recelait le territoire de la Fédération lui-même. Mais comme dans d'autres domaines, la crise de 2014 a provoqué un véritable électrochoc dans ce secteur,renversant la tendance observée depuis l'ouverture du pays au moment de la perestroïka. Le développement du tourisme intérieur est désormais véritablement une priorité à tous les niveaux, même si l'inertie des structures et des mentalités demeure forte.
