    Käesoleva bakalaureusetöö eesmärk on välja selgitada, kui palju, milliseid ja mis põhjustel suurtes Eesti piimafarmides antibiootikume kasutatakse. Töö baseerub aastatel 2018-2021 48 piimafarmis kogutud lehmade antibiootikumiravi andmetel. Esmalt antakse ülevaade uuringus osalenud piimafarmidest ja raviandmete struktuurist. Seejärel analüüsitakse ravisid ja ravikuure, ravitud haiguseid ja sümptomeid. Viimaseks vaadeldakse kasutatud ravimeid ja toimeaineid ning toimeainete kasutamist ja koguseid erinevate haiguste ja sümptomite korral ning erinevates farmides.

    Bakalaureusetöös analüüsitakse andmestikku, mis koosneb kindlustusfirma töötajate poolt vastatud küsimustiku vastustest. Küsimustik koosnes kahekümne ühest isikuomadusest ning osalejad pidid hindama nii kolleege kui ka ennast. Analüüsiks kasutati David A. Kenny väljatöötatud mudelit sotsiaalsete seoste analüüsiks (Kenny, 1994). Töös vaadeldakse iga isikuomadust eraldi, analüüsides neid ainsa muutujana. Analüüsitakse kovariatsioone ja korrelatsioone, mida TripleR pakett andmete põhjal väljastab, ning leitakse vastus küsimusele, kas isiksushinnangud sõltuvad hinnatava sümpaatsusest või tundmisest.

Töö esimeses pooles tutvustatakse klassifitseeriva juhumetsa olemust ning tasakaalustamata andmetel mudelite loomise probleemi. Töö teises osas pakutakse välja ja võrreldakse erinevaid meetodeid, mida saab kasutada tasakaalustamata andmete probleemi lahendamiseks.

    The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to create prediction models for cervical cancer (ICD-10 C53) and pre-cancerous condition (ICD-10 R87.613) forecasting. The analysis is based on health data of 10% of Estonian population that was provided by STACC OÜ. The thesis gives an overview on cervical cancer, shows which prediction models were created using different machine learning algorithms, evaluates their performance, and gives an overview on factors that might affect risk of getting the diseases.

    Bakalaureusetöö eesmärk on välja selgitada, milliseid seoseid suudab aegreast ülesleida erilist tüüpi rekurrentne närvivõrk LSTM, et selle abil teha ennustusi tuleviku väärtuste kohta. Püstitatud eesmärgi uurimiseks vaadatakse kõigepealt LSTM mudeli võimekust leida seoseid genereeritud andmete peal. Genereeritud andmestikus on olemas kindlat tüüpi seosed, mida soovitakse mudeliga leida. Seosteks on sündmustest põhjustatud mõju mõõdetavale tunnusele, süstemaatiline muutus mõõdetavas tunnuses, tsükliline muutus mõõdetavas tunnuses. Kui mudel suudab leida genereeritud andmete pealt seosed ja ennustada tuleviku väärtusi, siis peaks suutma ka LSTM mudel seda teha päris andmestiku peal. Päris andmestikuks valitakse meditsiini andmestik, mis on pärit MIMIC-III andmestikust. Vaadatakse täpsemalt LSTM mudeli võimekust ennustada viite elulist näitajat, milleks on südamerütm, hingamissagedus, hapniku küllastus veres, diastoolne vererõhk ja süstoolne vererõhk.

    Metabolism koondab kõiki organismis toimuvaid biokeemilisi protsesse, mille vahesaadustena ning tulemusel tekkivad metaboliidid. Metaboliitide abil on võimalik tuvastada metaboolseid muutuseid, mis on olulised erinevate haiguste tekkemehhanismide juures. Käesoleva bakalaureusetöö eesmärk on Tartu Ülikooli Eesti Geenivaramu andmete põhjal leida seoseid metaboliitide ning sagedasemate krooniliste haiguste tekke vahel. Olulised seosed leitakse logistiliste regressioonmudelite abil, võttes arvesse ka sugu, vanust, kehamassiindeksit, haridustaset ning suitsetamist. Leitud seostest tehakse ülevaade varasema kirjanduse põhjal. Lisaks koostatakse kaks haiguste võrgustikku: leitud metaboolsete biomarkerite ning haiguste komorbiidsuse skooride põhjal. Tehtud võrgustikke võrreldakse neis leitud haigustevaheliste seoste alusel.

    Protseduuriline genereerimine leiab arvutigraafikas kasutust suurte virtuaalsete maailmade loomises. See lubab väiksemate failidega luua palju andmeid, tekitades seejuures juhuslikkust, mis muudab genereeritavad andmed ettearvamatuks. Antud töö eesmärk on luua ja kirjeldada süsteemi linna protseduuriliseks genereerimiseks. Lahendus võimaldab tekitada juhusliku välimusega linna, mis võtab arvesse kasutaja etteantud parameetreid. Linn sisaldab endas teedesüsteemi, visuaalselt eristatavaid rajoone ja puid. Lisaks antud töö raames välja töötatud lahendusele kirjeldatakse eelnevalt tehtud teadustööd keskkonna protseduurilises genereerimises. Antakse ettepanekuid ka valminud algoritmi edasiarendamiseks. In English: Procedural generation is used in computer graphics to construct large virtual worlds. It allows to create a significant amount of data with a small number of files, producing randomness in the process which makes the generated data unpredictable. The aim of this thesis is to create and describe a system for the procedural generation of a city. The solution allows to create a city with a random appearance that takes into account parameters given by the user. The city includes a road system, visually distinguishable regions, and trees. In addition to the solution developed in this thesis, previously created scientific work in the field of procedural environment generation is described. Proposals for further development of the created algorithm are also given.

    Bakalaureusetöö eesmärk on tutvustada veebi ligipääsetavuse parendamise võimalusi veebikeskkonnas Eesti Puuetega Inimeste Koja (EPIKoda) veebilehe uuendamise praktilisel näitel. Esimeses peatükis arutletakse erivajadustega internetitarbijate kasutajakogemust parandavate tehnikate ning nende senise rakendamise edukuse üle. Järgnevalt analüüsitakse põgusalt veebiarendajate jaoks ligipääsetava sisu loomisel jätkuvalt aktuaalsete probleemide tagamaid. Töö viimases peatükis hinnatakse valminud veebilehe ligipääsetavust, jõudlust ja turvalisust ning kirjeldatakse edasisi arendusvõimalusi EPIKojaga jätkuvas koostöös. In english: The aim of this thesis is to introduce some of the nuances of web accessibility based on the modernization of the website of EPIKoda (Estonian Chamber of Disabled People). The first chapter contains discussion about the different techniques which improve the user experience of people with special needs and how successfully they have been historically implemented. Following that, some of the reasons behind the continuously prevalent problem of inaccessible web being developed will be briefly analysed. In the last chapter of the thesis, the finished website will be benchmarked on accessibility, performance and security, and future plans concerning the continuing collaboration with EPIKoda will be described.

Samuti käsitletakse Dirichlet’ protsessi konstrueerimise mõõduteoreetilisi eeldusi ning lõplikumõõtmelist Dirichlet’ jaotust. Töö tugineb suuresti Patrick Billingsley raamatule "Weak Convergence of Measures" ja Subhashis Ghosali ning Aad van der Vaarti raamatule "Fundamentals of Nonparametric Bayesian Inference".

    Käesoleva bakalaureusetöö eesmärk on uurida tänapäeval Eestis piimakarjades kasutatavate pullide omavahelist geneetilist sugulust tuginedes kogu teadaolevale põlvnemisinfole. Töö teoreetilises osas antakse ülevaade inbriidingukoefitsiendi ja aditiivgeneetilise suguluse kordaja olemusest ning nende arvutamise meetoditest, tutvustatakse suguluskoefitsientide leidmist tarkvara R abil. Töö praktilises osas analüüsitakse kogu elektroonselt olemas olevat Eesti piimaveiste sugupuud. Andmestiku, mis on pärit Eesti Põllumajandusloomade Jõudluskontrolli AS- st ja sisaldab üle 1,7 miljoni looma, alusel hinnatakse R-i paketiga pedigreemm kõigi loomade inbriidingukoefitsiendid ning uuritakse täpsemalt Eestis viimastel aastatel enam kasutatud pullide omavahelist sugulust.

    Käesoleva bakalaureusetöö eesmärk on välja selgitada, kui palju, milliseid ja mis põhjustel suurtes Eesti piimafarmides antibiootikume kasutatakse. Töö baseerub aastatel 2018-2021 48 piimafarmis kogutud lehmade antibiootikumiravi andmetel. Esmalt antakse ülevaade uuringus osalenud piimafarmidest ja raviandmete struktuurist. Seejärel analüüsitakse ravisid ja ravikuure, ravitud haiguseid ja sümptomeid. Viimaseks vaadeldakse kasutatud ravimeid ja toimeaineid ning toimeainete kasutamist ja koguseid erinevate haiguste ja sümptomite korral ning erinevates farmides.

    Bakalaureusetöös analüüsitakse andmestikku, mis koosneb kindlustusfirma töötajate poolt vastatud küsimustiku vastustest. Küsimustik koosnes kahekümne ühest isikuomadusest ning osalejad pidid hindama nii kolleege kui ka ennast. Analüüsiks kasutati David A. Kenny väljatöötatud mudelit sotsiaalsete seoste analüüsiks (Kenny, 1994). Töös vaadeldakse iga isikuomadust eraldi, analüüsides neid ainsa muutujana. Analüüsitakse kovariatsioone ja korrelatsioone, mida TripleR pakett andmete põhjal väljastab, ning leitakse vastus küsimusele, kas isiksushinnangud sõltuvad hinnatava sümpaatsusest või tundmisest.

    The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to create prediction models for cervical cancer (ICD-10 C53) and pre-cancerous condition (ICD-10 R87.613) forecasting. The analysis is based on health data of 10% of Estonian population that was provided by STACC OÜ. The thesis gives an overview on cervical cancer, shows which prediction models were created using different machine learning algorithms, evaluates their performance, and gives an overview on factors that might affect risk of getting the diseases.

    Bakalaureusetöö eesmärk on välja selgitada, milliseid seoseid suudab aegreast ülesleida erilist tüüpi rekurrentne närvivõrk LSTM, et selle abil teha ennustusi tuleviku väärtuste kohta. Püstitatud eesmärgi uurimiseks vaadatakse kõigepealt LSTM mudeli võimekust leida seoseid genereeritud andmete peal. Genereeritud andmestikus on olemas kindlat tüüpi seosed, mida soovitakse mudeliga leida. Seosteks on sündmustest põhjustatud mõju mõõdetavale tunnusele, süstemaatiline muutus mõõdetavas tunnuses, tsükliline muutus mõõdetavas tunnuses. Kui mudel suudab leida genereeritud andmete pealt seosed ja ennustada tuleviku väärtusi, siis peaks suutma ka LSTM mudel seda teha päris andmestiku peal. Päris andmestikuks valitakse meditsiini andmestik, mis on pärit MIMIC-III andmestikust. Vaadatakse täpsemalt LSTM mudeli võimekust ennustada viite elulist näitajat, milleks on südamerütm, hingamissagedus, hapniku küllastus veres, diastoolne vererõhk ja süstoolne vererõhk.

    Metabolism koondab kõiki organismis toimuvaid biokeemilisi protsesse, mille vahesaadustena ning tulemusel tekkivad metaboliidid. Metaboliitide abil on võimalik tuvastada metaboolseid muutuseid, mis on olulised erinevate haiguste tekkemehhanismide juures. Käesoleva bakalaureusetöö eesmärk on Tartu Ülikooli Eesti Geenivaramu andmete põhjal leida seoseid metaboliitide ning sagedasemate krooniliste haiguste tekke vahel. Olulised seosed leitakse logistiliste regressioonmudelite abil, võttes arvesse ka sugu, vanust, kehamassiindeksit, haridustaset ning suitsetamist. Leitud seostest tehakse ülevaade varasema kirjanduse põhjal. Lisaks koostatakse kaks haiguste võrgustikku: leitud metaboolsete biomarkerite ning haiguste komorbiidsuse skooride põhjal. Tehtud võrgustikke võrreldakse neis leitud haigustevaheliste seoste alusel.

    Protseduuriline genereerimine leiab arvutigraafikas kasutust suurte virtuaalsete maailmade loomises. See lubab väiksemate failidega luua palju andmeid, tekitades seejuures juhuslikkust, mis muudab genereeritavad andmed ettearvamatuks. Antud töö eesmärk on luua ja kirjeldada süsteemi linna protseduuriliseks genereerimiseks. Lahendus võimaldab tekitada juhusliku välimusega linna, mis võtab arvesse kasutaja etteantud parameetreid. Linn sisaldab endas teedesüsteemi, visuaalselt eristatavaid rajoone ja puid. Lisaks antud töö raames välja töötatud lahendusele kirjeldatakse eelnevalt tehtud teadustööd keskkonna protseduurilises genereerimises. Antakse ettepanekuid ka valminud algoritmi edasiarendamiseks. In English: Procedural generation is used in computer graphics to construct large virtual worlds. It allows to create a significant amount of data with a small number of files, producing randomness in the process which makes the generated data unpredictable. The aim of this thesis is to create and describe a system for the procedural generation of a city. The solution allows to create a city with a random appearance that takes into account parameters given by the user. The city includes a road system, visually distinguishable regions, and trees. In addition to the solution developed in this thesis, previously created scientific work in the field of procedural environment generation is described. Proposals for further development of the created algorithm are also given.

    Bakalaureusetöö eesmärk on tutvustada veebi ligipääsetavuse parendamise võimalusi veebikeskkonnas Eesti Puuetega Inimeste Koja (EPIKoda) veebilehe uuendamise praktilisel näitel. Esimeses peatükis arutletakse erivajadustega internetitarbijate kasutajakogemust parandavate tehnikate ning nende senise rakendamise edukuse üle. Järgnevalt analüüsitakse põgusalt veebiarendajate jaoks ligipääsetava sisu loomisel jätkuvalt aktuaalsete probleemide tagamaid. Töö viimases peatükis hinnatakse valminud veebilehe ligipääsetavust, jõudlust ja turvalisust ning kirjeldatakse edasisi arendusvõimalusi EPIKojaga jätkuvas koostöös. In english: The aim of this thesis is to introduce some of the nuances of web accessibility based on the modernization of the website of EPIKoda (Estonian Chamber of Disabled People). The first chapter contains discussion about the different techniques which improve the user experience of people with special needs and how successfully they have been historically implemented. Following that, some of the reasons behind the continuously prevalent problem of inaccessible web being developed will be briefly analysed. In the last chapter of the thesis, the finished website will be benchmarked on accessibility, performance and security, and future plans concerning the continuing collaboration with EPIKoda will be described.

    Käesolevas bakalaureusetöös antakse referatiivne ülevaade Dirichlet’ protsessi tähtsamatest omadustest ning selgitatakse nende olulisust mitteparameetrilise Bayesi statistika raames. Samuti käsitletakse Dirichlet’ protsessi konstrueerimise mõõduteoreetilisi eeldusi ning lõplikumõõtmelist Dirichlet’ jaotust. Töö tugineb suuresti Patrick Billingsley raamatule "Weak Convergence of Measures" ja Subhashis Ghosali ning Aad van der Vaarti raamatule "Fundamentals of Nonparametric Bayesian Inference".

    Käesoleva bakalaureusetöö eesmärk on uurida tänapäeval Eestis piimakarjades kasutatavate pullide omavahelist geneetilist sugulust tuginedes kogu teadaolevale põlvnemisinfole. Töö teoreetilises osas antakse ülevaade inbriidingukoefitsiendi ja aditiivgeneetilise suguluse kordaja olemusest ning nende arvutamise meetoditest, tutvustatakse suguluskoefitsientide leidmist tarkvara R abil. Töö praktilises osas analüüsitakse kogu elektroonselt olemas olevat Eesti piimaveiste sugupuud. Andmestiku, mis on pärit Eesti Põllumajandusloomade Jõudluskontrolli AS- st ja sisaldab üle 1,7 miljoni looma, alusel hinnatakse R-i paketiga pedigreemm kõigi loomade inbriidingukoefitsiendid ning uuritakse täpsemalt Eestis viimastel aastatel enam kasutatud pullide omavahelist sugulust.
