    Resumen: En Iberoamérica se implementan políticas públicas sustentadas en la alianza Estado- Sociedad Civil para garantizar el derecho a la educación en sectores vulnerabilizados. Uruguay y Argentina desarrollan “programas puente” y “planes de terminalidad” para que adolescentes, jóvenes y adultos ingresen o re-ingresen a Educación Media o finalicen Secundaria. Se compara la alianza Estado-Sociedad Civil en la co-gestión del Programa Aulas Comunitarias (PAC, Uruguay, 2007) y el Plan de Finalización de Estudios Secundarios para Jóvenes y Adultos (FinEs 2, Argentina, 2008) comprendiendo sus contribuciones y limitaciones a los procesos de inclusión educativa. Se analiza su génesis, diseño político-institucional/modos de organización y formas de co-gestión desde: a) enfoque político-institucional en el análisis de las políticas públicas, b) neoinstitucionalismo: sociopolítico y organizacional e histórico, c) co-gestión, d) gestión educativa (paradigmas: administración y estratégico). Se utiliza metodología cualitativa, siendo la unidad de análisis la co-gestión, hasta diciembre de 2015. Los hallazgos evidencian que PAC y FinEs 2 garantizan el derecho a la educación sustentados en la adhesión de diversos actores y sectores a sus objetivos. La calidad de la contribución de las alianzas difiere según el diseño político-institucional, modo de organización y formas de co-gestión: PAC evidencia una co-gestión estratégica y FinEs 2 una de tipo administración.

    Resumen: Bajo el concepto de Vademécum, la Congregación para la Doctrina de la Fe aporta este texto a modo de manual práctico para el tratamiento de los abusos sexuales a menores por clérigos. Como un delito reservado que requiere una praxis homogénea en su tratamiento en orden a la administración de la justicia, surgen algunas reflexiones para todos los operadores entre las que se destaca la necesidad de normas procesales concretas y unificadas.

    Abstract: Vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) play critical roles in the stability and tonic regulation of vascular homeostasis. VSMCs can switch back and forth between highly proliferative synthetic and fully differentiated contractile phenotypes in response to changes in the vessel environment. Although abnormal phenotypic switching of VSMCs is a hallmark of vascular disorders such as atherosclerosis and restenosis after angioplasty, how control of VSMC phenotypic switching is dysregulated in pathologic conditions remains obscure. We found that inhibition of canonical transient receptor potential 6 (TRPC6) channels facilitated contractile differentiation of VSMCs through plasma membrane hyperpolarization. TRPC6-deficient VSMCs exhibited more polarized resting membrane potentials and higher protein kinase B (Akt) activity than wild-type VSMCs in response to TGF-β1 stimulation. Ischemic stress elicited by oxygen-glucose deprivation suppressed TGF-β1-induced hyperpolarization and VSMC differentiation, but this effect was abolished by TRPC6 deletion. TRPC6-mediated Ca2+ influx and depolarization coordinately promoted the interaction of TRPC6 with lipid phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted from chromosome 10 (PTEN), a negative regulator of Akt activation. Given the marked up-regulation of TRPC6 observed in vascular disorders, our findings suggest that attenuation of TRPC6 channel activity in pathologic VSMCs could be a rational strategy to maintain vascular quality control by fine-tuning of VSMC phenotypic switching.-Numaga-Tomita, T., Shimauchi, T., Oda, S., Tanaka, T., Nishiyama, K., Nishimura, A., Birnbaumer, L., Mori, Y., Nishida, M. TRPC6 regulates phenotypic switching of vascular smooth muscle cells through plasma membrane potential-dependent coupling with PTEN.

    Resumen: El objetivo del estudio fue analizar la interacción sociocognitiva entre pares y su relación con el avance cognitivo individual, en situaciones de simetría y asimetría de competencia epistémica. Participaron 72 estudiantes de quinto y sexto grado (M = 11 años, 3 meses; DE=7 meses), quienes resolvieron ítems lógicos (pre/post prueba individual, condición diádica intermedia). Los resultados indicaron: a) la distribución del aporte argumental en la díada es el principal diferenciador procesual entre las condiciones simétricas analizadas; b) el volumen y distribución de los argumentos de la díada se asocian significativamente con el avance cognitivo individual, independientemente de la condición de simetría/asimetría de competencia epistémica. Los resultados se discuten a la luz de los fundamentos socioconstructivistas del estudio.

    Resumen: El propósito de este estudio teórico es elaborar un modelo cognitivo específico de integración intermodal entre el gusto y la música. En estudios recientes se ha encontrado que la música puede describirse según su gusto. Se ha diferenciado la música ácida de la amarga. Se ha encontrado que esta distinción se corresponde con el tono de la música. En este estudio se ofrece una revisión de la teoría y evidencia acumulada al respecto. Se propone un modelo cognitivo de integración del que se derivan pronósticos intermodales. Se discute esta elaboración y se promueve la construcción de un nuevo paradigma experimental específico para el estudio del gusto de la música.

    Resumen: Introducción El 17-6-93 el Dr. Ricardo Rabinovich denunció en la justicia civil el congelamiento de personas por nacer. La sala I de la Cámara de Apelaciones en lo Civil(1) ordenó oportunamente, en aras de su protección, la individualización de los embriones congelados y la prohibición de su destrucción o su sometimiento a experimentación, y que toda disposición material o jurídica sobre estos niños por nacer congelados debía realizarse con intervención del juez de la causa y del Ministerio Público, salvo que fuesen transferidos al vientre de la dadora de óvulos con autorización del dador de espermatozoides. Dos décadas después, y al continuar el problema abordado por el caso referido, algunos legisladores argentinos insisten en sus intentos de desproteger a los embriones congelados mediante proyectos de ley cuyas previsiones ya han sido desautorizadas por la doctrina(2), la jurisprudencia(3) e, incluso, por el mismo Congreso de la Nación(4). Me refiero al Proyecto de ley de protección de embriones no implantados, de iniciativa del diputado Daniel Filmus, que ha sido presentado recientemente(5). El proyecto reintroduce la posibilidad de destinar los embriones congelados para investigación o ser destruidos, entre otras cuestiones ya desestimadas por los senadores al analizar el proyecto de ley 101/14(6).

    Authors: Halabí, Jorge Alberto dir.;

    Basándose en el proyecto desarrollado en los 3 años previos, consistente en "Desarrollo de materiales compuestos basados en polímeros bio-degradables", el equipo de investigación cuenta con una base de conocimiento y experiencia acerca de la elaboración de materiales compuestos con Acido Poliláctico (PLA) e Hidroxiapatita (HA), de sus propiedades termomecánicas y características de degradación. Se considera que existen condiciones para avanzar en los procesos de elaboración y caracterización de productos utilizando el material desarrollado como base, que contiene los componentes mencionados anteriormente. La combinación del PLA y HA, con eventuales elementos adicionales (partículas de refuerzo mecánico, fármacos, etc ), al presente posee un amplio campo de aplicación, particularmente en el área de fabricación de elementos de fijación o reemplazo de partes óseas bio-absorbibles para cirugía traumatológica. Durante el desarrollo del período 2016-2019 se han realizado contactos para trabajos en colaboración con proyectos de Investigación de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba y la unidad de Bio-modelos del Hospital de Niños. También se logró la incorporación de nuestro equipo al Proyecto multidisciplinario PRIMAR aprobado en el corriente año, paralelamente se han mantenido conversaciones preliminares con empresas productoras del área de la salud, que mostraron interés en la aplicación del material para desarrollar componentes destinados a los fines mencionados anteriormente. En el presente año, se incorporaron tres estudiantes avanzados de ingeniería mecánica que están adquiriendo experiencia en el tema y posiblemente desarrollen sus trabajos finales de grado en proyectos vinculados a esta temática. Resumen: El presente trabajo se enmarca en un proyecto de investigación orientado al estudio de las estrategias de autorregulación del aprendizaje y su relación con variables del contexto. Los estudiantes “autorregulados” regulan, gestionan y controlan su cognición, conducta y motivación bajo la influencia del contexto (10). Además, tienden a buscar asistencia de un compañero o docente cuando la necesitan para alcanzar una meta escolar o académica (14). En paralelo, es tarea del docente promover la adquisición de procesos de aprendizaje exitosos y autónomos en los alumnos (1, 2, 9, 11, 13). Objetivo. Estudiar las condiciones en las que se desenvuelve el proceso de aprendizaje en el contexto del aula, a partir del análisis cualitativo de dos dimensiones -trayectoria escolar y clima escolar- evaluadas a través de los cuestionarios aplicados por el Ministerio de Educación, Ciencia y Tecnología (MECyT).

    Resumen: Este trabajo tiene como fin analizar la función del diagrama tanto en el proceso de la creación de mundo como en la realización del hecho pictórico . El artista, señala Deleuze, nunca se enfrenta al lienzo o al papel totalmente blanco puesto que ya todo se encuentra hecho. En una dimensión pre-pictórica, el artista debe luchar contra el cliché, aquello que ya está dado en la tela, todo motivo ya representado, ya fijado y que forma parte del caos o catástrofe que precede a la pintura. Contra este cliché, el artista debe emplear la máquina abstracta del diagrama, que hace surgir del caos lo nuevo. La hipótesis central de este trabajo es que por medio del diagrama pictórico el pintor deviene-mundo y crea un mundo, el cual es posible porque el diagrama es lo que hace al hecho nuevo posible.

    Resumen: La fitorremediación empleando plantas acuáticas ha demostrado ser una estrategia muy útil para sanear aguas contaminadas con metales pesados. Salvinia biloba Raddi es una macrófita autóctona de flotación libre, abundante en nuestra región, con probada capacidad para hiperacumular Pb2+. En el presente trabajo, se analizó la capacidad fitorremediadora de S. biloba ante la descarga diaria de agua contaminada con Pb2+, y los efectos que esta exposición continua y prolongada causa sobre los parámetros fisiológicos de la planta. Para ello, se evaluó la eficiencia de remoción de Pb2+ en individuos de S. biloba expuestos diariamente a una descarga de agua contaminada artificialmente con diferentes concentraciones de Pb2+ (1,88±0,15; 2,65±0,07; 12,62±0,02 y 30,57±0,01 mg/L), durante 10 días consecutivos. Se demostró la capacidad de S. biloba para mantener una elevada eficiencia de remoción de Pb2+ bajo estas condiciones de estrés agudo, siendo esta eficiencia dependiente de la concentración y del tiempo de exposición al metal. Los parámetros fisiológicos de las plantas (índice de estabilidad de membrana, contenido de carbohidratos solubles, concentración de pigmentos fotosintéticos y antioxidantes) se vieron notablemente afectados, tanto a nivel de las raíces (lacinias) como de las hojas (frondas). En general, el grado de deterioro de las raíces fue superior, hecho que sugiere una mayor implicancia de estos órganos en el proceso de remoción de Pb2+ por S. biloba.

    Authors: Peregalli, Andrés;

    Resumen: En Iberoamérica se implementan políticas públicas sustentadas en la alianza Estado- Sociedad Civil para garantizar el derecho a la educación en sectores vulnerabilizados. Uruguay y Argentina desarrollan “programas puente” y “planes de terminalidad” para que adolescentes, jóvenes y adultos ingresen o re-ingresen a Educación Media o finalicen Secundaria. Se compara la alianza Estado-Sociedad Civil en la co-gestión del Programa Aulas Comunitarias (PAC, Uruguay, 2007) y el Plan de Finalización de Estudios Secundarios para Jóvenes y Adultos (FinEs 2, Argentina, 2008) comprendiendo sus contribuciones y limitaciones a los procesos de inclusión educativa. Se analiza su génesis, diseño político-institucional/modos de organización y formas de co-gestión desde: a) enfoque político-institucional en el análisis de las políticas públicas, b) neoinstitucionalismo: sociopolítico y organizacional e histórico, c) co-gestión, d) gestión educativa (paradigmas: administración y estratégico). Se utiliza metodología cualitativa, siendo la unidad de análisis la co-gestión, hasta diciembre de 2015. Los hallazgos evidencian que PAC y FinEs 2 garantizan el derecho a la educación sustentados en la adhesión de diversos actores y sectores a sus objetivos. La calidad de la contribución de las alianzas difiere según el diseño político-institucional, modo de organización y formas de co-gestión: PAC evidencia una co-gestión estratégica y FinEs 2 una de tipo administración.

    Resumen: Bajo el concepto de Vademécum, la Congregación para la Doctrina de la Fe aporta este texto a modo de manual práctico para el tratamiento de los abusos sexuales a menores por clérigos. Como un delito reservado que requiere una praxis homogénea en su tratamiento en orden a la administración de la justicia, surgen algunas reflexiones para todos los operadores entre las que se destaca la necesidad de normas procesales concretas y unificadas.

    Abstract: Vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) play critical roles in the stability and tonic regulation of vascular homeostasis. VSMCs can switch back and forth between highly proliferative synthetic and fully differentiated contractile phenotypes in response to changes in the vessel environment. Although abnormal phenotypic switching of VSMCs is a hallmark of vascular disorders such as atherosclerosis and restenosis after angioplasty, how control of VSMC phenotypic switching is dysregulated in pathologic conditions remains obscure. We found that inhibition of canonical transient receptor potential 6 (TRPC6) channels facilitated contractile differentiation of VSMCs through plasma membrane hyperpolarization. TRPC6-deficient VSMCs exhibited more polarized resting membrane potentials and higher protein kinase B (Akt) activity than wild-type VSMCs in response to TGF-β1 stimulation. Ischemic stress elicited by oxygen-glucose deprivation suppressed TGF-β1-induced hyperpolarization and VSMC differentiation, but this effect was abolished by TRPC6 deletion. TRPC6-mediated Ca2+ influx and depolarization coordinately promoted the interaction of TRPC6 with lipid phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted from chromosome 10 (PTEN), a negative regulator of Akt activation. Given the marked up-regulation of TRPC6 observed in vascular disorders, our findings suggest that attenuation of TRPC6 channel activity in pathologic VSMCs could be a rational strategy to maintain vascular quality control by fine-tuning of VSMC phenotypic switching.-Numaga-Tomita, T., Shimauchi, T., Oda, S., Tanaka, T., Nishiyama, K., Nishimura, A., Birnbaumer, L., Mori, Y., Nishida, M. TRPC6 regulates phenotypic switching of vascular smooth muscle cells through plasma membrane potential-dependent coupling with PTEN.

    Resumen: El objetivo del estudio fue analizar la interacción sociocognitiva entre pares y su relación con el avance cognitivo individual, en situaciones de simetría y asimetría de competencia epistémica. Participaron 72 estudiantes de quinto y sexto grado (M = 11 años, 3 meses; DE=7 meses), quienes resolvieron ítems lógicos (pre/post prueba individual, condición diádica intermedia). Los resultados indicaron: a) la distribución del aporte argumental en la díada es el principal diferenciador procesual entre las condiciones simétricas analizadas; b) el volumen y distribución de los argumentos de la díada se asocian significativamente con el avance cognitivo individual, independientemente de la condición de simetría/asimetría de competencia epistémica. Los resultados se discuten a la luz de los fundamentos socioconstructivistas del estudio.

    Resumen: El propósito de este estudio teórico es elaborar un modelo cognitivo específico de integración intermodal entre el gusto y la música. En estudios recientes se ha encontrado que la música puede describirse según su gusto. Se ha diferenciado la música ácida de la amarga. Se ha encontrado que esta distinción se corresponde con el tono de la música. En este estudio se ofrece una revisión de la teoría y evidencia acumulada al respecto. Se propone un modelo cognitivo de integración del que se derivan pronósticos intermodales. Se discute esta elaboración y se promueve la construcción de un nuevo paradigma experimental específico para el estudio del gusto de la música.

    Resumen: Introducción El 17-6-93 el Dr. Ricardo Rabinovich denunció en la justicia civil el congelamiento de personas por nacer. La sala I de la Cámara de Apelaciones en lo Civil(1) ordenó oportunamente, en aras de su protección, la individualización de los embriones congelados y la prohibición de su destrucción o su sometimiento a experimentación, y que toda disposición material o jurídica sobre estos niños por nacer congelados debía realizarse con intervención del juez de la causa y del Ministerio Público, salvo que fuesen transferidos al vientre de la dadora de óvulos con autorización del dador de espermatozoides. Dos décadas después, y al continuar el problema abordado por el caso referido, algunos legisladores argentinos insisten en sus intentos de desproteger a los embriones congelados mediante proyectos de ley cuyas previsiones ya han sido desautorizadas por la doctrina(2), la jurisprudencia(3) e, incluso, por el mismo Congreso de la Nación(4). Me refiero al Proyecto de ley de protección de embriones no implantados, de iniciativa del diputado Daniel Filmus, que ha sido presentado recientemente(5). El proyecto reintroduce la posibilidad de destinar los embriones congelados para investigación o ser destruidos, entre otras cuestiones ya desestimadas por los senadores al analizar el proyecto de ley 101/14(6).
