    Rostoucí nároky na hospodárnost provozu elektrizačních soustav nutí provozovatele elektrických strojů a zařízení efektivně investovat prostředky do údržby a obnovy. Provozovatelé potřebují pro správná a ekonomicky efektivní rozhodnutí detailní technické podklady, aby byly jejich prostředky vynakládány účelně. Předložená práce popisuje metodiku získávání a vyhodnocování informací o elektrických strojích, respektive jejich elektroizolačních systémech za provozu. První kapitola je zaměřena na ekonomické aspekty provozu elektrických strojů se zaměřením na výkonové transformátory. Jsou zde diskutovány jednotlivé části asset managementu, z nichž je dále věnována pozornost střednědobému horizontu. Provoz transformátorů má oproti jiným zařízením určitá specifika, která jsou zde též popsána. Druhá kapitola práce popisuje obecně životnost elektroizolačních systémů. Degradační mechanismy, které tyto systémy ovlivňují, jsou v této kapitole kvalitativně i kvantitativně hodnoceny. Dále je popisována metodika sestavení modelů odolnosti elektroizolačních systémů vycházející z degradačních činitelů, včetně základního statistického zpracování. Důraz je kladen zejména na modely odolnosti, které jsou využitelné v systémech prediktivní údržby. Obecná metodika je dále konkrétně aplikována na elektroizolační systém výkonových transformátorů. Na základě konstrukčního uspořádání jsou určena citlivá místa a hodnocena jejich odolnost vůči nejvýznamnějším degradačním vlivům. Tato metodika je popsána obecně a následně doložena praktickými experimenty, jejichž závěrem jsou komplexní modely odolnosti využitelné v systémech prediktivní údržby. Tyto modely jsou následně využívány v programu pro výpočet zbytkové životnosti elektroizolačního systému. Je zde popsán postup získávání dat, matematického zpracování a zobrazení výsledků. Správnost metodiky výpočtu i sestavení modelů je prokázána ověřovacími experimenty. Growing demand on efficient operation of the electrical grids is driving the operators of electrical machinery and equipment to efficiently invest into maintenance and renewal of operated assets. For accurate and cost-effective decisions operators need detailed technical backgrounds to effectively spent their funds. The presented thesis describe the methodology of data acquisition and evaluation of information on electrical machines or their electrical insulation systems in operation respectively. The first chapter focuses on the economic aspects of the operation of electrical equipment with focus on power transformers. Different parts of asset management is discussed, a particular attention is paid on medium-term asset management. The operation of power transformers has specific issues among other devices. Those specific issues are also addressed. The second chapter describes the endurance of electrical insulation systems in general. The degradation phenomena which affect those systems are qualitatively and quantitatively evaluated in this chapter. Than a methodology of building endurance models of electrical insulating systems which are based on the physical degradation factors. A special attention is paid to models which are usable for predictive maintenance systems. The general methodology is further specifically applied to the electrical insulation system of power transformers. Based on the structural arrangement and real geometry, the sensitive places are evaluated. Derived endurance models are further applied on real experiments and complex endurance models for predictive maintenance aplictions are obtained. These models are used in the programs for calculating the residual life of electrical insulating system. The procedure of data acquisition, mathematical processing and displaying is also described.     The aim of this Bachelor thesis was to design a control application for a device called CANtron. The purpose of this device is to transmit messages via a CAN bus. In this case, the CANtron is represented by a functional sample. CANtron together with the control application are very important components for testing and simulations in the domain of control units. The combination of these tools is used to perform an instantaneous performance analysis of a unit. In order to make the control application fully operational, it should meet two key requirements. Its communication with the device should be trouble-free and the user should have an opportunity to edit its parametres during the running of the control application. For example, it will be possible to set the bit rate of the device and to modify the contents of messages. This feature is the most important function of the designed control programme. Within the preparation for source code writing and user interface designing, it was necessary to choose a suitable developing environment and a programming language. The programming language selected as the most suitable one was Visual Basic, which became the principal tool to fulfil the set goals. However, the goals would be unrealizable without the functional device sample itself. This sample played an essential part during debugging of the control application. When creating the control application, an up-to-date developing environment was used. However, it is only a question of time when it will be necessary to adapt this application to meet the latest visual and functional requirements. Důvodem vzniku této bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření ovládací aplikace pro zařízení CANtron, jehož účelem je vysílání zpráv na sběrnici CAN. Toto zařízení spolu s~ovládací aplikací pro OS Windows slouží účelům testovacím a simulačním. Pomocí kombinace obou nástrojů lze provádět pohotovou analýzu činnosti libovolné řídící jednotky. Mezi nejdůležitější aspekty, které by měla ovládací aplikace splňovat, byla zařazena bezproblémová komunikace se zařízením, jehož parametry bude možno editovat za běhu programu. Uživatel bude mít například možnost nastavit přenosovou rychlost zařízení, či možnost modifikace obsahu zpráv, což je nejdůležitější funkcí vytvořené ovládací aplikace. V~rámci přípravy na samotné psaní zdrojového kódu a návrh uživatelského rozhraní se musely vyřešit otázky související s~výběrem vhodného vývojového prostředí a programovacího jazyka, který by nejlépe posloužil daným požadavkům. Z~tohoto důvodu byla pozornost zaměřena na jazyk Visual Basic, který se nakonec stal stěžejním nástrojem vedoucím ke splnění daných cílů zadání. K~nim by se však nikdy nedospělo bez použití samotného funkčního vzorku zařízení, který posloužil jako nepostradatelný pomocník při ladění ovládacího programu. Ačkoli se v~době vytvoření ovládací aplikace jednalo o~aktuální verzi vývojového prostředí, jenž zajišťovalo nejmodernější vzhled uživatelského prostředí, je jen otázkou času, kdy bude potřeba tuto aplikaci přizpůsobit budoucím požadavkům ať již z~hlediska vizuálního, tak i funkčního.     Warm Dense Matter (WDM) is a transitional state between solid and ideal plasmas. It can contain highly charged ions and moderate electron temperatures, while retaining rest of crystalline-like structure. In experimental conditions it can be typically created in a dynamical way by irradiation of solid targets with ultra-short pulse lasers. The x-ray spectroscopy of plasma is a great way of studying this transitional state of matter, by using either a broadband x-ray beam as a backlighter for absorption measurement, or self-emission to observe the radiation of various charge states of present ions. In this talk I will present two different experiments studying warm dense Copper with their results and a minimum of underlying theory. In the first case, the matter is heated by direct irradiation by optical laser (Draco, Dresden), and probed variable delay later by a 'Laser wakefield accelerated' (LWFA) betatron beam. From the x-ray absorption techniques we can infer both the electron and ion temperatures, therefore observing the heating and melting of the material. In the second case, the matter is created ('pumped') and probed simultaneously by the same pulse of the X-ray Free Electron Laser (European XFEL, Hamburg). Moderately charged ions are created within the duration of the pulse (~30 fs) and their Kα emission is stimulated by the beam. The self-emission spectra in this well described environment serves as a road map of various atomic transitions and non-equilibrium atomic-physics effects of those ions.

    Dissertation deals with evaluation of maintenance management system and ways how to improve it in key areas. There is clearly explained the issue of maintenance management in the dissertation. The maintenance is integrated within the product life cycle management in the thesis. The thesis also includes the theoretical background in the areas of cost management, logistics, lean management and industrial engineering, needed to meet the main goal of the work The design of the maintenance management methodology with regards to the thriftiness. The methodology is built on the principles of Kaizen and contains two main parts (analytical and implementing). Both parts can be periodically performed and improved to achieve the optimal state of partial areas of maintenance management. The work ends verifying the proposed methodic of evaluating the state of the business and the benefits that thesis provides in the theory and in practical use of the methodology in industrial enterprises as well. Disertační práce se zabývá hodnocením systému řízení údržby a způsoby jak jej zlepšit. V práci je podrobně rozebrána problematika řízení údržby, která je začleněna v rámci Product Life Cycle Managementu. Přehled současného stavu problematiky dále obsahuje teoretická východiska v oblastech řízení nákladů, logistiky, metod štíhlé výroby a průmyslového inženýrství, potřebných pro splnění hlavního cíle práce návrhu metodiky hodnocení systému řízení údržby. Metodika je stavěna na principech Kaizenu, obsahuje dvě hlavní části (analytickou a prováděcí), které lze periodicky provádět až k docílení optimálního stavu dílčích oblastí řízení údržby. Práce končí ověřením navrženého způsobu hodnocení a přínosy, které práce poskytuje jak v teoretické rovině, tak v oblasti praktického využití metodiky v průmyslových podnicích. Neobhájeno

    This Diploma Thesis deals with conditionality of inverse problems for Earth's gravity, or more precisely, gravitational field parameter transformation. First, basic concepts related to Earth's gravitational field and its geodetic description are mentioned. Furthermore, the matematical apparatus used in the investigation of conditionality of inverse problems is mentioned. Satellite missions GRACE and GOCE and several types of problems for gravimetric and gradiometric data transformation are introduced. After creation of matrices of given direct problems conditionality of corresponding inverse problems is investigated. Finally, solution of inverse problems by conjugate gradient method is suggested as well as a way of impovement of conditionality and thus acceleration of convergence of conjugate gradient method. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá podmíněností inverzních úloh při transformaci parametrů gravitačního, resp. tíhového, pole Země. Nejprve jsou uvedeny základní pojmy související s tíhovým polem Země a jeho geodetickým popisem. Dále je uveden matematický aparát použitý při vyšetřování podmíněnosti inverzních úloh. Jsou představeny družicové mise GRACE a GOCE a několik typů úloh na transformaci gravimetrických a gradiometrických dat. Po sestavení matic daných přímých úloh je vyšetřována podmíněnost příslušných inverzních úloh. Na závěr je navrženo řešení inverzních úloh pomocí metody sdružených gradientů a způsob zlepšení podmíněnosti a tím i zrychlení konvergence metody sdružených gradientů. Obhájeno

    The topic of this presented diploma thesis is the Significance and measurement of the corporate social responsibility. The main objective of this work is, based on the research carried out, to evaluate the current state of the importance and measurement of the CSR. The first part of the thesis contains the theoretical anchor of the CSR, including the introduction of the implementation process. Implementation of the CSR concept in the organization is mainly described in the field of measurement and reporting. This description also includes the introduction and mutual comparison of selected standards and norms. Another part of the research focuses on the analysis of selected CSR factors. The last part of the work is described and statistically analyzed questionnaire surveys among the general public and organizations. On the basis of the data obtained, partial conclusions are produced, which are subsequently used to evaluate and estimate possible future trends. Tématem předložené diplomové práce je význam a měření společenské odpovědnosti firem. Hlavním cílem této práce je na základě provedeného výzkumu zhodnocení současného stavu v oblasti významu a měření CSR. První část práce obsahuje teoretické ukotvení CSR včetně představení procesu implementace. Zavádění koncepce CSR v organizaci je popisováno zejména v oblasti měření a reportování. Součástí tohoto popisu je také představení a vzájemná komparace vybraných standardů a norem. Další část výzkumu se zaměřuje na analýzu vybraných faktorů CSR. V poslední části práce jsou popsána a statisticky zanalyzována dotazníková šetření mezi širokou veřejností a organizacemi. Na základě získaných dat jsou vytvářeny dílčí výstupy, které jsou následně využity k závěrečnému zhodnocení a k odhadu možných budoucích tendencí. Obhájeno

    The aim of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the economic situation of the company S & H for the period 2008 to 2012 using financial analysis. The company S & H is the construction company focusing on building constructions and on civil engineering within the Pilsen region. The work is divided into several chapters and subchapters, theoretical and practical parts are mixed. The work starts with introduction of the company S & H, it provides practical information about company activities and about realized contracts. Afterwards it deals with the evaluation of the company´s market position. This parts includes the analysis of the development of the construction industry, information about competitors and the analysis of the strong and weak parts and opportunities and threats using SWOT analysis. The financial analysis, its goals, sources, users and the used methods are theoretically defined in the following chapter. The practical part consists of the analysis of the company´s financial situation using the horizontal, vertical analysis, analysis of the differential and ratio indicators and selected predictive models. In conclusion, based on the results of the previous analysis the economic situation of the company is evaluated and possible measures which would lead to its improvement are recommended. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit ekonomickou situaci podniku S & H v průběhu let 2008 až 2012 pomocí finanční analýzy. Podnik S & H je stavební firmou zaměřující se na pozemní i inženýrské stavitelství především v rámci Plzeňského kraje. Práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol a podkapitol, praktická část se prolíná s částí teoretickou. Práce se nejdříve věnuje představení společnosti S & H, přináší praktické informace o jejím fungování a o realizovaných zakázkách. Poté následuje zhodnocení tržního postavení podniku. Tato část zahrnuje analýzu vývoje odvětví stavebnictví, informace o konkurenci a rozbor silných a slabých stránek a příležitostí a hrozeb pomocí SWOT analýzy. V další kapitole je teoreticky vymezena finanční analýza, její cíle, zdroje, uživatelé a jednotlivé metody. Praktická analýza spočívá v rozboru finanční situace podniku pomocí horizontální, vertikální analýzy, analýzy rozdílových a poměrových ukazatelů a pomocí vybraných predikčních modelů.     This thesis describes the process of scanning nearly flat objects using a flatbed scanner and further on calculating a three dimensional model. Reconstruction of normals in the first phase and and the integration process in the next phase are included. Mathematical base for normals reconstruction and for the surface integration are in the theoretical part of this work. The functionality proof can be cound in the other half, regarding the implementation. The attached application is able to compute and visualize the normals and the resultant surface.     Rostoucí nároky na hospodárnost provozu elektrizačních soustav nutí provozovatele elektrických strojů a zařízení efektivně investovat prostředky do údržby a obnovy. Provozovatelé potřebují pro správná a ekonomicky efektivní rozhodnutí detailní technické podklady, aby byly jejich prostředky vynakládány účelně. Předložená práce popisuje metodiku získávání a vyhodnocování informací o elektrických strojích, respektive jejich elektroizolačních systémech za provozu. První kapitola je zaměřena na ekonomické aspekty provozu elektrických strojů se zaměřením na výkonové transformátory. Jsou zde diskutovány jednotlivé části asset managementu, z nichž je dále věnována pozornost střednědobému horizontu. Provoz transformátorů má oproti jiným zařízením určitá specifika, která jsou zde též popsána. Druhá kapitola práce popisuje obecně životnost elektroizolačních systémů. Degradační mechanismy, které tyto systémy ovlivňují, jsou v této kapitole kvalitativně i kvantitativně hodnoceny. Dále je popisována metodika sestavení modelů odolnosti elektroizolačních systémů vycházející z degradačních činitelů, včetně základního statistického zpracování. Důraz je kladen zejména na modely odolnosti, které jsou využitelné v systémech prediktivní údržby. Obecná metodika je dále konkrétně aplikována na elektroizolační systém výkonových transformátorů. Na základě konstrukčního uspořádání jsou určena citlivá místa a hodnocena jejich odolnost vůči nejvýznamnějším degradačním vlivům. Tato metodika je popsána obecně a následně doložena praktickými experimenty, jejichž závěrem jsou komplexní modely odolnosti využitelné v systémech prediktivní údržby. Tyto modely jsou následně využívány v programu pro výpočet zbytkové životnosti elektroizolačního systému. Je zde popsán postup získávání dat, matematického zpracování a zobrazení výsledků. Správnost metodiky výpočtu i sestavení modelů je prokázána ověřovacími experimenty. Growing demand on efficient operation of the electrical grids is driving the operators of electrical machinery and equipment to efficiently invest into maintenance and renewal of operated assets. For accurate and cost-effective decisions operators need detailed technical backgrounds to effectively spent their funds. The presented thesis describe the methodology of data acquisition and evaluation of information on electrical machines or their electrical insulation systems in operation respectively. The first chapter focuses on the economic aspects of the operation of electrical equipment with focus on power transformers. Different parts of asset management is discussed, a particular attention is paid on medium-term asset management. The operation of power transformers has specific issues among other devices. Those specific issues are also addressed. The second chapter describes the endurance of electrical insulation systems in general. The degradation phenomena which affect those systems are qualitatively and quantitatively evaluated in this chapter. Than a methodology of building endurance models of electrical insulating systems which are based on the physical degradation factors. A special attention is paid to models which are usable for predictive maintenance systems. The general methodology is further specifically applied to the electrical insulation system of power transformers. Based on the structural arrangement and real geometry, the sensitive places are evaluated. Derived endurance models are further applied on real experiments and complex endurance models for predictive maintenance aplictions are obtained. These models are used in the programs for calculating the residual life of electrical insulating system. The procedure of data acquisition, mathematical processing and displaying is also described.     The aim of this Bachelor thesis was to design a control application for a device called CANtron. The purpose of this device is to transmit messages via a CAN bus. In this case, the CANtron is represented by a functional sample. CANtron together with the control application are very important components for testing and simulations in the domain of control units. The combination of these tools is used to perform an instantaneous performance analysis of a unit. In order to make the control application fully operational, it should meet two key requirements. Its communication with the device should be trouble-free and the user should have an opportunity to edit its parametres during the running of the control application. For example, it will be possible to set the bit rate of the device and to modify the contents of messages. This feature is the most important function of the designed control programme. Within the preparation for source code writing and user interface designing, it was necessary to choose a suitable developing environment and a programming language. The programming language selected as the most suitable one was Visual Basic, which became the principal tool to fulfil the set goals. However, the goals would be unrealizable without the functional device sample itself. This sample played an essential part during debugging of the control application. When creating the control application, an up-to-date developing environment was used. However, it is only a question of time when it will be necessary to adapt this application to meet the latest visual and functional requirements. Důvodem vzniku této bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření ovládací aplikace pro zařízení CANtron, jehož účelem je vysílání zpráv na sběrnici CAN. Toto zařízení spolu s~ovládací aplikací pro OS Windows slouží účelům testovacím a simulačním. Pomocí kombinace obou nástrojů lze provádět pohotovou analýzu činnosti libovolné řídící jednotky. Mezi nejdůležitější aspekty, které by měla ovládací aplikace splňovat, byla zařazena bezproblémová komunikace se zařízením, jehož parametry bude možno editovat za běhu programu. Uživatel bude mít například možnost nastavit přenosovou rychlost zařízení, či možnost modifikace obsahu zpráv, což je nejdůležitější funkcí vytvořené ovládací aplikace. V~rámci přípravy na samotné psaní zdrojového kódu a návrh uživatelského rozhraní se musely vyřešit otázky související s~výběrem vhodného vývojového prostředí a programovacího jazyka, který by nejlépe posloužil daným požadavkům. Z~tohoto důvodu byla pozornost zaměřena na jazyk Visual Basic, který se nakonec stal stěžejním nástrojem vedoucím ke splnění daných cílů zadání. K~nim by se však nikdy nedospělo bez použití samotného funkčního vzorku zařízení, který posloužil jako nepostradatelný pomocník při ladění ovládacího programu. Ačkoli se v~době vytvoření ovládací aplikace jednalo o~aktuální verzi vývojového prostředí, jenž zajišťovalo nejmodernější vzhled uživatelského prostředí, je jen otázkou času, kdy bude potřeba tuto aplikaci přizpůsobit budoucím požadavkům ať již z~hlediska vizuálního, tak i funkčního.     Warm Dense Matter (WDM) is a transitional state between solid and ideal plasmas. It can contain highly charged ions and moderate electron temperatures, while retaining rest of crystalline-like structure. In experimental conditions it can be typically created in a dynamical way by irradiation of solid targets with ultra-short pulse lasers. The x-ray spectroscopy of plasma is a great way of studying this transitional state of matter, by using either a broadband x-ray beam as a backlighter for absorption measurement, or self-emission to observe the radiation of various charge states of present ions. In this talk I will present two different experiments studying warm dense Copper with their results and a minimum of underlying theory. In the first case, the matter is heated by direct irradiation by optical laser (Draco, Dresden), and probed variable delay later by a 'Laser wakefield accelerated' (LWFA) betatron beam. From the x-ray absorption techniques we can infer both the electron and ion temperatures, therefore observing the heating and melting of the material. In the second case, the matter is created ('pumped') and probed simultaneously by the same pulse of the X-ray Free Electron Laser (European XFEL, Hamburg). Moderately charged ions are created within the duration of the pulse (~30 fs) and their Kα emission is stimulated by the beam. The self-emission spectra in this well described environment serves as a road map of various atomic transitions and non-equilibrium atomic-physics effects of those ions.

    Dissertation deals with evaluation of maintenance management system and ways how to improve it in key areas. There is clearly explained the issue of maintenance management in the dissertation. The maintenance is integrated within the product life cycle management in the thesis. The thesis also includes the theoretical background in the areas of cost management, logistics, lean management and industrial engineering, needed to meet the main goal of the work The design of the maintenance management methodology with regards to the thriftiness. The methodology is built on the principles of Kaizen and contains two main parts (analytical and implementing). Both parts can be periodically performed and improved to achieve the optimal state of partial areas of maintenance management. The work ends verifying the proposed methodic of evaluating the state of the business and the benefits that thesis provides in the theory and in practical use of the methodology in industrial enterprises as well. Disertační práce se zabývá hodnocením systému řízení údržby a způsoby jak jej zlepšit. V práci je podrobně rozebrána problematika řízení údržby, která je začleněna v rámci Product Life Cycle Managementu. Přehled současného stavu problematiky dále obsahuje teoretická východiska v oblastech řízení nákladů, logistiky, metod štíhlé výroby a průmyslového inženýrství, potřebných pro splnění hlavního cíle práce návrhu metodiky hodnocení systému řízení údržby. Metodika je stavěna na principech Kaizenu, obsahuje dvě hlavní části (analytickou a prováděcí), které lze periodicky provádět až k docílení optimálního stavu dílčích oblastí řízení údržby. Práce končí ověřením navrženého způsobu hodnocení a přínosy, které práce poskytuje jak v teoretické rovině, tak v oblasti praktického využití metodiky v průmyslových podnicích. Neobhájeno

    This Diploma Thesis deals with conditionality of inverse problems for Earth's gravity, or more precisely, gravitational field parameter transformation. First, basic concepts related to Earth's gravitational field and its geodetic description are mentioned. Furthermore, the matematical apparatus used in the investigation of conditionality of inverse problems is mentioned. Satellite missions GRACE and GOCE and several types of problems for gravimetric and gradiometric data transformation are introduced. After creation of matrices of given direct problems conditionality of corresponding inverse problems is investigated. Finally, solution of inverse problems by conjugate gradient method is suggested as well as a way of impovement of conditionality and thus acceleration of convergence of conjugate gradient method. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá podmíněností inverzních úloh při transformaci parametrů gravitačního, resp. tíhového, pole Země. Nejprve jsou uvedeny základní pojmy související s tíhovým polem Země a jeho geodetickým popisem. Dále je uveden matematický aparát použitý při vyšetřování podmíněnosti inverzních úloh. Jsou představeny družicové mise GRACE a GOCE a několik typů úloh na transformaci gravimetrických a gradiometrických dat. Po sestavení matic daných přímých úloh je vyšetřována podmíněnost příslušných inverzních úloh. Na závěr je navrženo řešení inverzních úloh pomocí metody sdružených gradientů a způsob zlepšení podmíněnosti a tím i zrychlení konvergence metody sdružených gradientů. Obhájeno
