    Şiddetli organofosfat zehirlenmesinde akut pankreatit olguları bildirilmiştir. Amilaz ve lipaz organofosfat zehirlenmesine bağlı gelişen akut pankreatit teşhisinde güvenilir parametreler değildir. Bundan dolayı organofosfat zehirlenmelerinde Ultrasonografi (USG) veya bilgisayarlı tomografi (BT) gibi görüntüleme yöntemleri de yapılmalıdır. Bu çalışmada, organofosfat zehirlenmesi ile acil servise başvuran ve hiperamilazemi ve hiperlipazemi tespit edilen hır olgu sunulmuştur. 21 yaşındaki bayan hasta intihar amaçlı parathion içeren tarım ilacı aldıktan 10 saat sonra acil servise başvurdu. Hastanın şuuru kapalı idi, pin-point pupilleri, fasikülasyonları vardı, bronşial sekresyonu artmıştı. Konvülzyon gelişen hastada aynı zamanda solunum arresti gelişti. Laboratuvar değerlerinde amilaz ve lipaz değeri yüksek bulundu. Batın BT normal bulundu. Amylase and lipase are not reliable parameters in the diagnosis of organophosphate - induced pancreatitis. Therefore, imaging procedures such as ultrasound or computed tomography (CT) should be performed in cases of organophosphate intoxications. In this study, a case with acute organophosphate poisoning with hyperamylasemia and hyperlipasemia is presented. The patient applied to Emergency Department 10 hours after administering parathion. She was unconscious, had fasciculations and pin-point pupils. Respiratory arrest developed after a grand mal convulsion. Amylase and lipase values were found to be high. CT of abdomen was normal.

    Ankara’da Bir İlköğretim Okulunda Teknoloji Kullanımına İlişkin Profesyonel Gelişim Stratejileri. Bu çalışmada, öğretmenlerin teknoloji kullanımını arttırmak amacı ile Toci ve Peck (1998) tarafından önerilen sitemik yaklaşım prensipleri kullanılarak çeşitli profesyonel gelişim stratejileri öne sürülmüştür. Çalışma Ankara’daki bir ilköğretim okulunda yapılmış olup, çalışmanın katılımcıları 41 öğretmen ve 3 okul yöneticisinden oluşmaktadır. Çalışma verileri anket, görüşme ve gözlem gibi bir çok farklı yöntemler kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Çalışmanın başında, okuldaki mevcut teknoloji kullanım durumunun belirlenmesi amacı ile öğretmenlere bir anket uygulanmıştır. Daha sonra, okul yöneticileri ve öğretmenlerin de fikirleri alınarak çeşitli profesyonel gelişim stratejileri tasarlanmıştır. Bu stratejiler, okul yöneticilerinin de yardımı ile uygulanmıştır. Bu çalışmada uygulanan stratejiler teknoloji entegrasyonu sürecinde yaşanan sıkıntıların üstesinden nasıl gelinebileceği konusunda okul yöneticileri ve öğretmenlere yardımcı olacaktır. Ayrıca, bu çalışma, teknolojinin müfredata ne şekilde entegre edileceği ve okulların teknoloji entegrasyonu konusunda nasıl desteklenebileceği konularında politika yapıcılara da önerilerde bulunmaktadır. Utilizing a systems approach by Toci and Peck (1998), this study is designed to offer some strategies to facilitate teachers’ technology use. The present study was conducted in a public elementary school in Ankara, Turkey and the participants involved all the teachers and administrators from this elementary school, including 41 teachers and 3 administrators. The data was collected by the use of multiple methods, involving surveys, interviews and observations. At the beginning of the study, a teacher survey was administered to identify the current state of technology use in the school. After defining the current state of technology use, the researcher took the opinions of the school staff about the most appropriate professional development strategies. Then, using a systems approach by Toci and Peck (1998) as a framework, these professional development strategies were implemented with the help of school administrators. These strategies might be helpful for the school principals and teachers in their struggle during the technology integration process. Moreover, the present study provides suggestions to the policy makers about how to integrate technologies into curriculum and support the schools in technology integration process.

    In this study, plain Çökelek cheese and Çökelek cheese supplemented with yellow lentil flour (6% w/w) were dried in three different drying techniques (conduction drying, vacuum drying and microwave drying) and in three different conditions (40, 50 and 60°C, vacuum drying ~ 50 kPa, 137, 206 and 240 W microwave power for microwave drying). The physical, chemical, microbiological, rehydration, microstructure and sensory properties of dried Çökelek cheeses were investigated during the storage period (on the 1st, 30th and 60th days). While the protein content, titratable acidity and pH values of dried cheeses adding yellow lentil flour were statistically similar to plain Çökelek cheeses (p>0.05), their dry matter contents were determined higher than that of plain cheese. The highest total phenolic content (53.23 mg GAE/100 g cheese) and antioxidant activity (3.45 μmol TE/100 g cheese) values were established in cheeses with the addition of yellow lentil flour and dried by vacuum drying technique. It was determined that the addition of yellow lentil flour increased the a*, b* and c* color values of the cheeses, but did not make a statistically significant difference on the L* and h* values. At the same time, microwave drying, which is one of the drying types, caused an increase in the a* and b* values of the cheeses. The yeast-mould counts of cheeses decreased with the addition of yellow lentil flour, microwave drying technique and storage time. The wettability and water absorption capacity values decreased with microwave drying and increased with the addition of yellow lentil flour. The highest water absorption capacity value (244.78%) was noted in cheese with the addition of yellow lentil flour and dried with the conduction drying technique (50°C). When evaluated from the sensory point of view, it was determined that different drying types and cheese types did not affect the general appreciation scores and the cheeses were generally liked. Kurutulan Çökelek peynirlerinin depolama süresi boyunca (1., 30. ve 60. gün) fiziksel, kimyasal, mikrobiyolojik, rehidrasyon, mikroyapı ve duyusal özellikleri incelenmiştir. Sarı mercimek unu katkılı peynirlerin protein, titrasyon asitliği ve pH değerleri sade Çökelek peynirleri ile istatistiksel olarak benzer bulunurken (p>0,05), kuru madde içeriklerinin daha yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. En yüksek toplam fenolik madde içeriği (53,23 mg GAE/100 g peynir) ve antioksidan aktivite (3,45 μmol TE/100 g peynir) değerleri sarı mercimek unu katkısı yapılmış ve vakum kurutma tekniği ile kurutulmuş peynirlerde tespit edilmiştir. Sarı mercimek unu ilavesinin peynirlerin a*, b* ve c* renk değerlerini artırdığı (p0,05) tespit edilmiştir. Aynı zamanda kurutma tiplerinden mikrodalga kurutma, peynirlerin a* ve b* değerlerinin artmasına sebep olmuştur. Peynirlerin maya-küf sayıları sarı mercimek unu ilavesi, mikrodalga kurutma tekniği ve depolama süresinin etkisiyle azalmıştır. Islanabilirlik ve su absorbsiyon kapasitesi değerleri mikrodalga kurutma ile azalmış, sarı mercimek unu ilavesi ile artmıştır. En yüksek su absorbsiyon kapasitesi değeri (%244,78) sarı mercimek unu katkısı yapılmış ve kondüksiyon tipi kurutma tekniği (50°C) ile kurutulmuş peynirde belirlenmiştir. Duyusal açıdan değerlendirildiğinde farklı kurutma tipi ve peynir çeşitlerinin genel beğeni puanlarını etkilemediği ve peynirlerin genel olarak beğenildiği tespit edilmiştir.

    ANN has a wide application areas. One of these applications areas is the optimization of microwave filters. In this study, of optimization ANN solution techniques have been applied to optimize RF and microwave structures Using Artificial neural networks (ANN) modeling technique in a filter design with the inset-feeding open-loop resonator is presented. With helping the Sonnet EM Simulator, to develop a new ANN model, the datas was produced. The modeling techniques which is in the Neuro Solutions Program were used for this process. The geometrical dimension of filter and coupling gap can be used to determine input output(I/O) relations of ANN model. As a result, for the -linear phase- microstrip filter, the results , which was obtained from the ANN model were compared with the experiment and simulation result. And provided a good agreement was observed.

    Konya 2,6 milyon hektar tarım arazisi ile Türkiye tarım arazisinin % 11’lik kısmını kapsayan çok önemli bir tarım şehridir. Şeker pancarı, buğday, arpa, mısır, patates, ayçiçeği, yonca gibi bitkisel ürünlerin önemli bir kısmı Konya’da yetişmektedir.Konya özellikle tahıl ürünleri başta olmak üzere tohumculuk açısından da Türkiye genelinde %38’lik üretim payı ile ilk sıralarda yer almaktadır. Konya bölgesinin tarım ürünlerinin üretimindeki en önemli sorunusu ihtiyacı yüksek olan bitki desenlerinin kullanılmasıdır. Bu durum yeraltı sularında ciddi oranda azalmaya sebep olmaktadır.Bölgenin çiftçileri ile yapılan görüşmelerde iseçok su/çok ürün algısının yaygın olması bölgenin su kaynaklarının hızla azalmasına sebep olmaktadır. Ayrıca çok su/çok ürün algısı su israfı ile birlikte basınçlı sulama sistemlerinde fazladan yakıt ve elektrik kullanımına sebep olmaktadır.Bölgedeki açılan kuyuların yaklaşık olarak %70’lik kısmının kaçak olması, bölgenin durumunu daha vahim hale getirmektedir.Bu çalışma kapsamında mevcut sorunları önlemek için çözüm önerileri oluşturulmuştur. The production of agricultural products of the region the most important issue is the use of plant pattern with high water needs. This situation causes to decline significantly in the groundwater. In discussions with the farmers of the region's water-is the common area has a lot of product logic resources rapidly decreased. It is also very waterwaste water with pressure very product logic irrigation systems causes the use of extra fuel and electricity. Wells drilled in the region at a distance of approximately 70% of the portion of the leak, the status of the region makes it worse The scope of this study to prevent problems with solutions available.

    Doxorubicin (Dox) causes myocarditis due to its cardiotoxic effect due to oxidative damage. Insulin like growth factor ( 1 is a pharmacological agent with anti inflammatory, anti apoptotic, and antioxidant properties, effective on the cardiovascular system. This study, it was aimed to elucidate the molecular mechanisms of IGF 1 and to investigate its cardioprotective effects in the Dox induced myocarditis model. Wistar albino male rats Control, Dox (4mg/kg/week), IGF 1 (1 μg/kg two days apart) and Dox + IGF 1 (4mg/kg/week Dox and 1 μg/kg two days apart IGF 1) and all applications were done intraperitoneally. At the end of the 4 week experimental protocol, sacrification was performed under Ketamine and Xylazine anesthesia. CK MB and Troponin I levels in blood serum were measured by biochemical analysis. Histopathological and immunohistochemical (Caspase 3 and ICAM 1) evaluations were performed on heart tissue. In addition, TNF α, IL 6, TAS, and TOS levels were analyzed by ELISA method, and Beclin 1, SQSTM1, LC3, HIF 1α, iNOS, SERCA2a, and MasR gene expressions were analyzed by RT PCR method in heart tissue. Dox administration increased histopathological and immunochemical scores, CK MB, Troponin I, TNF α, IL 6 levels, and TOS/TAS ratio. As a result of molecular analyzes, caused cardiac damage by inducing the expressions of Beclin 1, SQSTM1, LC3, SERCA2a, MasR, and HIF 1α. There was a significant improvement in damage parameters after IGF 1 treatment. In a model of Dox induced myocarditis, IGF 1 was found to exert a cardioprotective effect by inhibiting autophagy mediated by the SERCA2a/MasR signaling pathway. It was found that IGF 1 provides a therapeutic effect by regulating inflammatory processes, reducing oxidative damage, and inhibiting apoptotic cell death and autophagy in a model of Dox induced myocarditis. İnsülin benzeri büyüme faktör ( 1 antiinflamatuvar, antiapoptotik ve antioksidan özelliğe sahip kardiyovasküler sistem üzerinde etkili farmakolojik bir ajandır. Yapılan çalışmada Dox ile indüklenen miyokardit modelinde IGF 1’in moleküler mekanizmalarının aydınlatılması ve kardiyoprotektif etkilerinin araştırılması amaçlandı. Wistar albino erkek sıçanlar Kontrol, Dox (4mg/kg/hafta), IGF 1 (1 μg /kg iki gün arayla) ve Dox + IGF 1 (4mg/kg/hafta Dox ve 1 μg /kg iki gün arayla IGF 1) olarak 4 gruba ayrıldı ve tüm uygulamalar intraperitoneal olarak yapıldı. 4 haftalık deney protokolünün sonunda Ketamin ve Ksilazin anestezisi altında sakrifikasyon yapıldı. Kan serumundan CK MB ve Troponin I seviyeleri biyokimyasal analizlerle ölçüldü. Kalp dokusundan histopatolojik ve immünohistokimyasal (Kaspaz 3 ve ICAM 1) değerlendirmeler yapıldı. Ayrıca kalp dokusundan ELISA yöntemiyle TNF α, IL 6, TAS ve TOS seviyeleri ile RT PCR yöntemiyle Beclin 1, SQSTM1, LC3, HIF 1α, iNOS, SERCA2a ve MasR gen ekspresyonları analiz edildi. Dox uygulaması histopatolojik ve immünokimyasal skorları, CK MB, Troponin I, TNF α, IL 6 seviyelerini ve TOS/TAS oranını arttırdı. Moleküler analizler sonucunda Beclin 1, SQSTM1, LC3, SERCA2a, MasR ve HIF 1α ekspresyonlarını indükleyerek kardiyak hasara neden oldu. IGF 1 tedavisi sonrasında hasar parametrelerinde anlamlı seviyede iyileşme görüldü. Dox ile indüklenen miyokardit modelinde IGF 1’in SERCA2a/ MasR sinyal yolağı aracılı otofajiyi inhibe ederek kardiyoprotektif etki sağladığı bulundu. IGF 1’in Dox ile indüklenen miyokardit modelinde inflamatuvar süreçlerin düzenlenme, oksidatif hasarı azaltma, apoptotik hücre ölümü ve otofajiyi inhibe etme mekanizmalarıyla terapötik etki sağladığı bulundu.

    Bu araştırmanın amacı Türkçe öğretmen adaylarının not alma yönelimlerini belirlemektir. Araştırmaya Türkçe Öğretmenliği dalında öğrenimlerini sürdüren 181 öğretmen adayı katılmıştır. Çalışmanın verileri araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen not alma yönelimlerini belirlemek için hazırlanmış bir sormacayla toplanmıştır. Sormacada yer alan maddeler not alma sıklığını, not almanın öğrenme sürecine etkisine ilişkin algıyı, not alma stratejilerini kullanma sıklığını ve not alınan bilginin niteliğini belirlemeye yöneliktir. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular katılımcıların not alma stratejisini genellikle kullandıklarını, not alma stratejisinin öğrenme sürecini olumlu etkilediğini düşündüklerini, not alma stratejilerini pek kullanmadıklarını ve öğretmenin söylediği her şeyi not alma eğiliminde olduklarını ortaya koymuştur. Elde edilen bu sonuçlara dayanarak çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

    Şiddetli organofosfat zehirlenmesinde akut pankreatit olguları bildirilmiştir. Amilaz ve lipaz organofosfat zehirlenmesine bağlı gelişen akut pankreatit teşhisinde güvenilir parametreler değildir. Bundan dolayı organofosfat zehirlenmelerinde Ultrasonografi (USG) veya bilgisayarlı tomografi (BT) gibi görüntüleme yöntemleri de yapılmalıdır. Bu çalışmada, organofosfat zehirlenmesi ile acil servise başvuran ve hiperamilazemi ve hiperlipazemi tespit edilen hır olgu sunulmuştur. 21 yaşındaki bayan hasta intihar amaçlı parathion içeren tarım ilacı aldıktan 10 saat sonra acil servise başvurdu. Hastanın şuuru kapalı idi, pin-point pupilleri, fasikülasyonları vardı, bronşial sekresyonu artmıştı. Konvülzyon gelişen hastada aynı zamanda solunum arresti gelişti. Laboratuvar değerlerinde amilaz ve lipaz değeri yüksek bulundu. Batın BT normal bulundu. Amylase and lipase are not reliable parameters in the diagnosis of organophosphate - induced pancreatitis. Therefore, imaging procedures such as ultrasound or computed tomography (CT) should be performed in cases of organophosphate intoxications. In this study, a case with acute organophosphate poisoning with hyperamylasemia and hyperlipasemia is presented. The patient applied to Emergency Department 10 hours after administering parathion. She was unconscious, had fasciculations and pin-point pupils. Respiratory arrest developed after a grand mal convulsion. Amylase and lipase values were found to be high. CT of abdomen was normal.

    Ankara’da Bir İlköğretim Okulunda Teknoloji Kullanımına İlişkin Profesyonel Gelişim Stratejileri. Bu çalışmada, öğretmenlerin teknoloji kullanımını arttırmak amacı ile Toci ve Peck (1998) tarafından önerilen sitemik yaklaşım prensipleri kullanılarak çeşitli profesyonel gelişim stratejileri öne sürülmüştür. Çalışma Ankara’daki bir ilköğretim okulunda yapılmış olup, çalışmanın katılımcıları 41 öğretmen ve 3 okul yöneticisinden oluşmaktadır. Çalışma verileri anket, görüşme ve gözlem gibi bir çok farklı yöntemler kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Çalışmanın başında, okuldaki mevcut teknoloji kullanım durumunun belirlenmesi amacı ile öğretmenlere bir anket uygulanmıştır. Daha sonra, okul yöneticileri ve öğretmenlerin de fikirleri alınarak çeşitli profesyonel gelişim stratejileri tasarlanmıştır. Bu stratejiler, okul yöneticilerinin de yardımı ile uygulanmıştır. Bu çalışmada uygulanan stratejiler teknoloji entegrasyonu sürecinde yaşanan sıkıntıların üstesinden nasıl gelinebileceği konusunda okul yöneticileri ve öğretmenlere yardımcı olacaktır. Ayrıca, bu çalışma, teknolojinin müfredata ne şekilde entegre edileceği ve okulların teknoloji entegrasyonu konusunda nasıl desteklenebileceği konularında politika yapıcılara da önerilerde bulunmaktadır. Utilizing a systems approach by Toci and Peck (1998), this study is designed to offer some strategies to facilitate teachers’ technology use. The present study was conducted in a public elementary school in Ankara, Turkey and the participants involved all the teachers and administrators from this elementary school, including 41 teachers and 3 administrators. The data was collected by the use of multiple methods, involving surveys, interviews and observations. At the beginning of the study, a teacher survey was administered to identify the current state of technology use in the school. After defining the current state of technology use, the researcher took the opinions of the school staff about the most appropriate professional development strategies. Then, using a systems approach by Toci and Peck (1998) as a framework, these professional development strategies were implemented with the help of school administrators. These strategies might be helpful for the school principals and teachers in their struggle during the technology integration process. Moreover, the present study provides suggestions to the policy makers about how to integrate technologies into curriculum and support the schools in technology integration process.

    In this study, plain Çökelek cheese and Çökelek cheese supplemented with yellow lentil flour (6% w/w) were dried in three different drying techniques (conduction drying, vacuum drying and microwave drying) and in three different conditions (40, 50 and 60°C, vacuum drying ~ 50 kPa, 137, 206 and 240 W microwave power for microwave drying). The physical, chemical, microbiological, rehydration, microstructure and sensory properties of dried Çökelek cheeses were investigated during the storage period (on the 1st, 30th and 60th days). While the protein content, titratable acidity and pH values of dried cheeses adding yellow lentil flour were statistically similar to plain Çökelek cheeses (p>0.05), their dry matter contents were determined higher than that of plain cheese. The highest total phenolic content (53.23 mg GAE/100 g cheese) and antioxidant activity (3.45 μmol TE/100 g cheese) values were established in cheeses with the addition of yellow lentil flour and dried by vacuum drying technique. It was determined that the addition of yellow lentil flour increased the a*, b* and c* color values of the cheeses, but did not make a statistically significant difference on the L* and h* values. At the same time, microwave drying, which is one of the drying types, caused an increase in the a* and b* values of the cheeses. The yeast-mould counts of cheeses decreased with the addition of yellow lentil flour, microwave drying technique and storage time. The wettability and water absorption capacity values decreased with microwave drying and increased with the addition of yellow lentil flour. The highest water absorption capacity value (244.78%) was noted in cheese with the addition of yellow lentil flour and dried with the conduction drying technique (50°C). When evaluated from the sensory point of view, it was determined that different drying types and cheese types did not affect the general appreciation scores and the cheeses were generally liked. Bu çalışmada, sade ve sarı mercimek unu katkılı (%6 a/a) Çökelek peyniri, üç farklı kurutma tekniği (kondüksiyon tipi kurutma, vakum kurutma ve mikrodalga kurutma) ve üç farklı koşulda (40, 50 ve 60°C, vakum kurutma ~50 kPa, mikrodalga kurutma için 137, 206 ve 240 W mikrodalga gücü) kurutulmuştur. Kurutulan Çökelek peynirlerinin depolama süresi boyunca (1., 30. ve 60. gün) fiziksel, kimyasal, mikrobiyolojik, rehidrasyon, mikroyapı ve duyusal özellikleri incelenmiştir. Sarı mercimek unu katkılı peynirlerin protein, titrasyon asitliği ve pH değerleri sade Çökelek peynirleri ile istatistiksel olarak benzer bulunurken (p>0,05), kuru madde içeriklerinin daha yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. En yüksek toplam fenolik madde içeriği (53,23 mg GAE/100 g peynir) ve antioksidan aktivite (3,45 μmol TE/100 g peynir) değerleri sarı mercimek unu katkısı yapılmış ve vakum kurutma tekniği ile kurutulmuş peynirlerde tespit edilmiştir. Sarı mercimek unu ilavesinin peynirlerin a*, b* ve c* renk değerlerini artırdığı (p0,05) tespit edilmiştir. Aynı zamanda kurutma tiplerinden mikrodalga kurutma, peynirlerin a* ve b* değerlerinin artmasına sebep olmuştur. Peynirlerin maya-küf sayıları sarı mercimek unu ilavesi, mikrodalga kurutma tekniği ve depolama süresinin etkisiyle azalmıştır. Islanabilirlik ve su absorbsiyon kapasitesi değerleri mikrodalga kurutma ile azalmış, sarı mercimek unu ilavesi ile artmıştır. En yüksek su absorbsiyon kapasitesi değeri (%244,78) sarı mercimek unu katkısı yapılmış ve kondüksiyon tipi kurutma tekniği (50°C) ile kurutulmuş peynirde belirlenmiştir. Duyusal açıdan değerlendirildiğinde farklı kurutma tipi ve peynir çeşitlerinin genel beğeni puanlarını etkilemediği ve peynirlerin genel olarak beğenildiği tespit edilmiştir.

    ANN has a wide application areas. One of these applications areas is the optimization of microwave filters. In this study, of optimization ANN solution techniques have been applied to optimize RF and microwave structures Using Artificial neural networks (ANN) modeling technique in a filter design with the inset-feeding open-loop resonator is presented. With helping the Sonnet EM Simulator, to develop a new ANN model, the datas was produced. The modeling techniques which is in the Neuro Solutions Program were used for this process. The geometrical dimension of filter and coupling gap can be used to determine input output(I/O) relations of ANN model. As a result, for the -linear phase- microstrip filter, the results , which was obtained from the ANN model were compared with the experiment and simulation result. And provided a good agreement was observed.

    Konya 2,6 milyon hektar tarım arazisi ile Türkiye tarım arazisinin % 11’lik kısmını kapsayan çok önemli bir tarım şehridir. Şeker pancarı, buğday, arpa, mısır, patates, ayçiçeği, yonca gibi bitkisel ürünlerin önemli bir kısmı Konya’da yetişmektedir.Konya özellikle tahıl ürünleri başta olmak üzere tohumculuk açısından da Türkiye genelinde %38’lik üretim payı ile ilk sıralarda yer almaktadır. Konya bölgesinin tarım ürünlerinin üretimindeki en önemli sorunusu ihtiyacı yüksek olan bitki desenlerinin kullanılmasıdır. Bu durum yeraltı sularında ciddi oranda azalmaya sebep olmaktadır.Bölgenin çiftçileri ile yapılan görüşmelerde iseçok su/çok ürün algısının yaygın olması bölgenin su kaynaklarının hızla azalmasına sebep olmaktadır. Ayrıca çok su/çok ürün algısı su israfı ile birlikte basınçlı sulama sistemlerinde fazladan yakıt ve elektrik kullanımına sebep olmaktadır.Bölgedeki açılan kuyuların yaklaşık olarak %70’lik kısmının kaçak olması, bölgenin durumunu daha vahim hale getirmektedir.Bu çalışma kapsamında mevcut sorunları önlemek için çözüm önerileri oluşturulmuştur.     Doxorubicin (Dox) causes myocarditis due to its cardiotoxic effect due to oxidative damage. Insulin like growth factor ( 1 is a pharmacological agent with anti inflammatory, anti apoptotic, and antioxidant properties, effective on the cardiovascular system. This study, it was aimed to elucidate the molecular mechanisms of IGF 1 and to investigate its cardioprotective effects in the Dox induced myocarditis model. Wistar albino male rats Control, Dox (4mg/kg/week), IGF 1 (1 μg/kg two days apart) and Dox + IGF 1 (4mg/kg/week Dox and 1 μg/kg two days apart IGF 1) and all applications were done intraperitoneally. At the end of the 4 week experimental protocol, sacrification was performed under Ketamine and Xylazine anesthesia. CK MB and Troponin I levels in blood serum were measured by biochemical analysis. Histopathological and immunohistochemical (Caspase 3 and ICAM 1) evaluations were performed on heart tissue. In addition, TNF α, IL 6, TAS, and TOS levels were analyzed by ELISA method, and Beclin 1, SQSTM1, LC3, HIF 1α, iNOS, SERCA2a, and MasR gene expressions were analyzed by RT PCR method in heart tissue. Dox administration increased histopathological and immunochemical scores, CK MB, Troponin I, TNF α, IL 6 levels, and TOS/TAS ratio. As a result of molecular analyzes, caused cardiac damage by inducing the expressions of Beclin 1, SQSTM1, LC3, SERCA2a, MasR, and HIF 1α. There was a significant improvement in damage parameters after IGF 1 treatment. In a model of Dox induced myocarditis, IGF 1 was found to exert a cardioprotective effect by inhibiting autophagy mediated by the SERCA2a/MasR signaling pathway. It was found that IGF 1 provides a therapeutic effect by regulating inflammatory processes, reducing oxidative damage, and inhibiting apoptotic cell death and autophagy in a model of Dox induced myocarditis. İnsülin benzeri büyüme faktör ( 1 antiinflamatuvar, antiapoptotik ve antioksidan özelliğe sahip kardiyovasküler sistem üzerinde etkili farmakolojik bir ajandır. Yapılan çalışmada Dox ile indüklenen miyokardit modelinde IGF 1’in moleküler mekanizmalarının aydınlatılması ve kardiyoprotektif etkilerinin araştırılması amaçlandı. Wistar albino erkek sıçanlar Kontrol, Dox (4mg/kg/hafta), IGF 1 (1 μg /kg iki gün arayla) ve Dox + IGF 1 (4mg/kg/hafta Dox ve 1 μg /kg iki gün arayla IGF 1) olarak 4 gruba ayrıldı ve tüm uygulamalar intraperitoneal olarak yapıldı. 4 haftalık deney protokolünün sonunda Ketamin ve Ksilazin anestezisi altında sakrifikasyon yapıldı. Kan serumundan CK MB ve Troponin I seviyeleri biyokimyasal analizlerle ölçüldü. Kalp dokusundan histopatolojik ve immünohistokimyasal (Kaspaz 3 ve ICAM 1) değerlendirmeler yapıldı. Ayrıca kalp dokusundan ELISA yöntemiyle TNF α, IL 6, TAS ve TOS seviyeleri ile RT PCR yöntemiyle Beclin 1, SQSTM1, LC3, HIF 1α, iNOS, SERCA2a ve MasR gen ekspresyonları analiz edildi. Dox uygulaması histopatolojik ve immünokimyasal skorları, CK MB, Troponin I, TNF α, IL 6 seviyelerini ve TOS/TAS oranını arttırdı. Moleküler analizler sonucunda Beclin 1, SQSTM1, LC3, SERCA2a, MasR ve HIF 1α ekspresyonlarını indükleyerek kardiyak hasara neden oldu. IGF 1 tedavisi sonrasında hasar parametrelerinde anlamlı seviyede iyileşme görüldü. Dox ile indüklenen miyokardit modelinde IGF 1’in SERCA2a/ MasR sinyal yolağı aracılı otofajiyi inhibe ederek kardiyoprotektif etki sağladığı bulundu. IGF 1’in Dox ile indüklenen miyokardit modelinde inflamatuvar süreçlerin düzenlenme, oksidatif hasarı azaltma, apoptotik hücre ölümü ve otofajiyi inhibe etme mekanizmalarıyla terapötik etki sağladığı bulundu.
