    The aim of this Bachelor thesis was to design a control application for a device called CANtron. The purpose of this device is to transmit messages via a CAN bus. In this case, the CANtron is represented by a functional sample. CANtron together with the control application are very important components for testing and simulations in the domain of control units. The combination of these tools is used to perform an instantaneous performance analysis of a unit. In order to make the control application fully operational, it should meet two key requirements. Its communication with the device should be trouble-free and the user should have an opportunity to edit its parametres during the running of the control application. For example, it will be possible to set the bit rate of the device and to modify the contents of messages. This feature is the most important function of the designed control programme. Within the preparation for source code writing and user interface designing, it was necessary to choose a suitable developing environment and a programming language. The programming language selected as the most suitable one was Visual Basic, which became the principal tool to fulfil the set goals. However, the goals would be unrealizable without the functional device sample itself. This sample played an essential part during debugging of the control application. When creating the control application, an up-to-date developing environment was used. However, it is only a question of time when it will be necessary to adapt this application to meet the latest visual and functional requirements. Důvodem vzniku této bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření ovládací aplikace pro zařízení CANtron, jehož účelem je vysílání zpráv na sběrnici CAN. Toto zařízení spolu s~ovládací aplikací pro OS Windows slouží účelům testovacím a simulačním. Pomocí kombinace obou nástrojů lze provádět pohotovou analýzu činnosti libovolné řídící jednotky. Mezi nejdůležitější aspekty, které by měla ovládací aplikace splňovat, byla zařazena bezproblémová komunikace se zařízením, jehož parametry bude možno editovat za běhu programu. Uživatel bude mít například možnost nastavit přenosovou rychlost zařízení, či možnost modifikace obsahu zpráv, což je nejdůležitější funkcí vytvořené ovládací aplikace. V~rámci přípravy na samotné psaní zdrojového kódu a návrh uživatelského rozhraní se musely vyřešit otázky související s~výběrem vhodného vývojového prostředí a programovacího jazyka, který by nejlépe posloužil daným požadavkům. Z~tohoto důvodu byla pozornost zaměřena na jazyk Visual Basic, který se nakonec stal stěžejním nástrojem vedoucím ke splnění daných cílů zadání. K~nim by se však nikdy nedospělo bez použití samotného funkčního vzorku zařízení, který posloužil jako nepostradatelný pomocník při ladění ovládacího programu. Ačkoli se v~době vytvoření ovládací aplikace jednalo o~aktuální verzi vývojového prostředí, jenž zajišťovalo nejmodernější vzhled uživatelského prostředí, je jen otázkou času, kdy bude potřeba tuto aplikaci přizpůsobit budoucím požadavkům ať již z~hlediska vizuálního, tak i funkčního.     This thesis deals with the autonomous Aland Island's position in the European Union. Therefore the thesis seeks answers to questions related to negotiated exceptions from EU law during the accession talks. For the position of Aland in the entire European integration are important characteristics of the islands of the historical development such as extensive autonomy, demilitarization and neutrality. Thesis also focuses on the perspective of the other side, in other words the EU preview of exemption. In addition to road to the EU, situation on the islands with regard to the activities of the EU in the thesis is further analysed. Úhlem pohledu na autonomní Alandské ostrovy bylo jejich postavení v Evropské unii. Proto bakalářská práce hledala odpovědi na otázky spojené s vyjednanými výjimkami během přístupových rozhovorů z práva EU. Pro postavení Aland v celé evropské integraci jsou důležité charakteristiky ostrovů dané historickým vývojem, jako je rozsáhlá autonomie, demilitarizace a neutralita. Práce se věnuje i pohledu druhé strany, jinými slovy náhledem EU na udělování výjimek. Kromě cesty do EU je v práci dále analyzována situace na ostrovech s ohledem na aktivity EU.     This thesis deals with the prediction of electricity production from hotovoltaic power plants in the liberalized energy sector. The goal of this thesis is to describe the current state of the liberalized energy sector and design the predictor of the generated electricity from photovoltaic power plants for whole Czech republic. This predictor is based on available data of cloudiness. Design of this predictor is the answer on the massive development of new instaltions of this type of power plants in last years. This predictor give the overview on the future amount of generated electricity an it can be used for electricity trader or for other market participants. In the case of known prediction error is there a posibility to use this predictor for planning and management power system. Tato práce se zabývá problematikou predikce výroby elektřiny z~fotovoltaických elektráren v liberalizované energetice. Klade za cíle popsat současný stav liberalizované energetiky a také navrhnout prediktor výroby elektřiny na základě dostupné předpovědi oblačnosti ze všech fotovoltaických elektráren v České republice. Návrh tohoto prediktoru je odpovědí na prudký rozvoj výstavby těchto zdrojů, který nastal v posledních několika letech. Spolu s vyčíslením chyby dává přehled o očekávané výrobě a může být použit jak pro obchodníka s elektřinou, tak i pro ostatní účastníky trhu, případně díky znalosti chyby predikce také pro plánování a řízení provozu elektrizační soustavy.     This master thesis concerns a creation of remote and virtual laboratories using HTML5 web technology. There are presented several computing technologies such as future standard HTML5, JavaScript programming language, SVG vector graphics format, REX control system and websockets. The new user interface components have been developed using these tools. A variety of remote and virtual laboratories can be built from these components. The main part of this work is dedicated to the description of functions and options of these components. The most complex component of the implemented graphical objects is the ChartPanel, which contains classes for drawing general graphs (AxesPanel) and time graphs (Trend). Other graphical objects developed in this work are Slider BarGraph and Display. These objects are used in the final part of this thesis in order to create two virtual laboratories. The first laboratory demonstrates options of the PID controller with torque autotuner. The second laboratory deals with Smith predictor. Developed components are included into REX.UI and REX.UI.CHARTS visualization libraries. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou vzdálených a virtuálních laboratoří za použití internetové technologie HTML5. V práci je prezentován budoucí standard HTML5, programovací jazyk JavaScript, vektorový grafický formát SVG, řídicí systém REX a tzv. webové sokety. Pomocí těchto nástrojů byly v rámci této práce vyvinuty komponenty, z nichž lze sestavit množství vzdálených a virtuálních laboratoří. Stěžejní část práce je věnována popisu funkcí a možností jednotlivých komponent. Základní z nich je grafický objekt ChartPanel, který slouží k vykreslování obecných (třída AxesPanel) i časových (třída Trend) grafů. Dalšími vyvinutými grafickými objekty jsou Slider (posuvník), BarGraf (sloupcový graf) a Display (displej). Pro praktickou ukázku výše zmíněných grafických objektů byly vytvořeny dvě virtuální laboratoře. První z nich demonstruje možnosti nastavení PID regulátoru s momentovým autotunerem a druhá se zabývá tzv. Smithovým prediktorem.     Analýza sociálních vztahů podniků v postkomunistických společnostech tvoří teoretický rámec ekonomické a demokratické transformace. Vymezit oba termíny ve vztahu k podniku však přesto nelze jednoznačně. Pokud transformace předem ohlašuje postup vedoucí postkomunistické země ze startovní čáry (socialistický systém) ke konečnému cíli (demokracie a tržní hospodářství), je tento pojem skutečně nepřesný. Při pozorování postkomunistických společností z hlediska jejich přechodu k demokracii a trhu zjišťujeme hluboké rozdíly ve stupni transformace ekonomické a politické sféry. Je třeba konstatovat, že transformace v postkomunistických společnostech neprobíhá podle homogenního transformačního modelu. Autor nabízí posoudit na základě analýzy politických a manažerských rozhodnutí, pro podniky sovětského typu určujících, sociální dopady na identitu a kulturu v práci.

    The aim of this Bachelor thesis was to design a control application for a device called CANtron. The purpose of this device is to transmit messages via a CAN bus. In this case, the CANtron is represented by a functional sample. CANtron together with the control application are very important components for testing and simulations in the domain of control units. The combination of these tools is used to perform an instantaneous performance analysis of a unit. In order to make the control application fully operational, it should meet two key requirements. Its communication with the device should be trouble-free and the user should have an opportunity to edit its parametres during the running of the control application. For example, it will be possible to set the bit rate of the device and to modify the contents of messages. This feature is the most important function of the designed control programme. Within the preparation for source code writing and user interface designing, it was necessary to choose a suitable developing environment and a programming language. The programming language selected as the most suitable one was Visual Basic, which became the principal tool to fulfil the set goals. However, the goals would be unrealizable without the functional device sample itself. This sample played an essential part during debugging of the control application. When creating the control application, an up-to-date developing environment was used. However, it is only a question of time when it will be necessary to adapt this application to meet the latest visual and functional requirements. Důvodem vzniku této bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření ovládací aplikace pro zařízení CANtron, jehož účelem je vysílání zpráv na sběrnici CAN. Toto zařízení spolu s~ovládací aplikací pro OS Windows slouží účelům testovacím a simulačním. Pomocí kombinace obou nástrojů lze provádět pohotovou analýzu činnosti libovolné řídící jednotky. Mezi nejdůležitější aspekty, které by měla ovládací aplikace splňovat, byla zařazena bezproblémová komunikace se zařízením, jehož parametry bude možno editovat za běhu programu. Uživatel bude mít například možnost nastavit přenosovou rychlost zařízení, či možnost modifikace obsahu zpráv, což je nejdůležitější funkcí vytvořené ovládací aplikace. V~rámci přípravy na samotné psaní zdrojového kódu a návrh uživatelského rozhraní se musely vyřešit otázky související s~výběrem vhodného vývojového prostředí a programovacího jazyka, který by nejlépe posloužil daným požadavkům. Z~tohoto důvodu byla pozornost zaměřena na jazyk Visual Basic, který se nakonec stal stěžejním nástrojem vedoucím ke splnění daných cílů zadání. K~nim by se však nikdy nedospělo bez použití samotného funkčního vzorku zařízení, který posloužil jako nepostradatelný pomocník při ladění ovládacího programu. Ačkoli se v~době vytvoření ovládací aplikace jednalo o~aktuální verzi vývojového prostředí, jenž zajišťovalo nejmodernější vzhled uživatelského prostředí, je jen otázkou času, kdy bude potřeba tuto aplikaci přizpůsobit budoucím požadavkům ať již z~hlediska vizuálního, tak i funkčního.     This thesis deals with the autonomous Aland Island's position in the European Union. Therefore the thesis seeks answers to questions related to negotiated exceptions from EU law during the accession talks. For the position of Aland in the entire European integration are important characteristics of the islands of the historical development such as extensive autonomy, demilitarization and neutrality. Thesis also focuses on the perspective of the other side, in other words the EU preview of exemption. In addition to road to the EU, situation on the islands with regard to the activities of the EU in the thesis is further analysed. Úhlem pohledu na autonomní Alandské ostrovy bylo jejich postavení v Evropské unii. Proto bakalářská práce hledala odpovědi na otázky spojené s vyjednanými výjimkami během přístupových rozhovorů z práva EU. Pro postavení Aland v celé evropské integraci jsou důležité charakteristiky ostrovů dané historickým vývojem, jako je rozsáhlá autonomie, demilitarizace a neutralita. Práce se věnuje i pohledu druhé strany, jinými slovy náhledem EU na udělování výjimek. Kromě cesty do EU je v práci dále analyzována situace na ostrovech s ohledem na aktivity EU.     This thesis deals with the prediction of electricity production from hotovoltaic power plants in the liberalized energy sector. The goal of this thesis is to describe the current state of the liberalized energy sector and design the predictor of the generated electricity from photovoltaic power plants for whole Czech republic. This predictor is based on available data of cloudiness. Design of this predictor is the answer on the massive development of new instaltions of this type of power plants in last years. This predictor give the overview on the future amount of generated electricity an it can be used for electricity trader or for other market participants. In the case of known prediction error is there a posibility to use this predictor for planning and management power system. Tato práce se zabývá problematikou predikce výroby elektřiny z~fotovoltaických elektráren v liberalizované energetice. Klade za cíle popsat současný stav liberalizované energetiky a také navrhnout prediktor výroby elektřiny na základě dostupné předpovědi oblačnosti ze všech fotovoltaických elektráren v České republice. Návrh tohoto prediktoru je odpovědí na prudký rozvoj výstavby těchto zdrojů, který nastal v posledních několika letech. Spolu s vyčíslením chyby dává přehled o očekávané výrobě a může být použit jak pro obchodníka s elektřinou, tak i pro ostatní účastníky trhu, případně díky znalosti chyby predikce také pro plánování a řízení provozu elektrizační soustavy.     This master thesis concerns a creation of remote and virtual laboratories using HTML5 web technology. There are presented several computing technologies such as future standard HTML5, JavaScript programming language, SVG vector graphics format, REX control system and websockets. The new user interface components have been developed using these tools. A variety of remote and virtual laboratories can be built from these components. The main part of this work is dedicated to the description of functions and options of these components. The most complex component of the implemented graphical objects is the ChartPanel, which contains classes for drawing general graphs (AxesPanel) and time graphs (Trend). Other graphical objects developed in this work are Slider BarGraph and Display. These objects are used in the final part of this thesis in order to create two virtual laboratories. The first laboratory demonstrates options of the PID controller with torque autotuner. The second laboratory deals with Smith predictor. Developed components are included into REX.UI and REX.UI.CHARTS visualization libraries. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou vzdálených a virtuálních laboratoří za použití internetové technologie HTML5. V práci je prezentován budoucí standard HTML5, programovací jazyk JavaScript, vektorový grafický formát SVG, řídicí systém REX a tzv. webové sokety. Pomocí těchto nástrojů byly v rámci této práce vyvinuty komponenty, z nichž lze sestavit množství vzdálených a virtuálních laboratoří. Stěžejní část práce je věnována popisu funkcí a možností jednotlivých komponent. Základní z nich je grafický objekt ChartPanel, který slouží k vykreslování obecných (třída AxesPanel) i časových (třída Trend) grafů. Dalšími vyvinutými grafickými objekty jsou Slider (posuvník), BarGraf (sloupcový graf) a Display (displej). Pro praktickou ukázku výše zmíněných grafických objektů byly vytvořeny dvě virtuální laboratoře. První z nich demonstruje možnosti nastavení PID regulátoru s momentovým autotunerem a druhá se zabývá tzv. Smithovým prediktorem.
