    Důvodem vzniku této bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření ovládací aplikace pro zařízení CANtron, jehož účelem je vysílání zpráv na sběrnici CAN. Toto zařízení spolu s~ovládací aplikací pro OS Windows slouží účelům testovacím a simulačním. Pomocí kombinace obou nástrojů lze provádět pohotovou analýzu činnosti libovolné řídící jednotky. Mezi nejdůležitější aspekty, které by měla ovládací aplikace splňovat, byla zařazena bezproblémová komunikace se zařízením, jehož parametry bude možno editovat za běhu programu. Uživatel bude mít například možnost nastavit přenosovou rychlost zařízení, či možnost modifikace obsahu zpráv, což je nejdůležitější funkcí vytvořené ovládací aplikace. V~rámci přípravy na samotné psaní zdrojového kódu a návrh uživatelského rozhraní se musely vyřešit otázky související s~výběrem vhodného vývojového prostředí a programovacího jazyka, který by nejlépe posloužil daným požadavkům. Z~tohoto důvodu byla pozornost zaměřena na jazyk Visual Basic, který se nakonec stal stěžejním nástrojem vedoucím ke splnění daných cílů zadání. K~nim by se však nikdy nedospělo bez použití samotného funkčního vzorku zařízení, který posloužil jako nepostradatelný pomocník při ladění ovládacího programu. Ačkoli se v~době vytvoření ovládací aplikace jednalo o~aktuální verzi vývojového prostředí, jenž zajišťovalo nejmodernější vzhled uživatelského prostředí, je jen otázkou času, kdy bude potřeba tuto aplikaci přizpůsobit budoucím požadavkům ať již z~hlediska vizuálního, tak i funkčního. Katedra aplikované elektroniky a telekomunikací Obhájeno The aim of this Bachelor thesis was to design a control application for a device called CANtron. The purpose of this device is to transmit messages via a CAN bus. In this case, the CANtron is represented by a functional sample. CANtron together with the control application are very important components for testing and simulations in the domain of control units. The combination of these tools is used to perform an instantaneous performance analysis of a unit. In order to make the control application fully operational, it should meet two key requirements. Its communication with the device should be trouble-free and the user should have an opportunity to edit its parametres during the running of the control application. For example, it will be possible to set the bit rate of the device and to modify the contents of messages. This feature is the most important function of the designed control programme. Within the preparation for source code writing and user interface designing, it was necessary to choose a suitable developing environment and a programming language. The programming language selected as the most suitable one was Visual Basic, which became the principal tool to fulfil the set goals. However, the goals would be unrealizable without the functional device sample itself. This sample played an essential part during debugging of the control application. When creating the control application, an up-to-date developing environment was used. However, it is only a question of time when it will be necessary to adapt this application to meet the latest visual and functional requirements.

    Warm Dense Matter (WDM) is a transitional state between solid and ideal plasmas. It can contain highly charged ions and moderate electron temperatures, while retaining rest of crystalline-like structure. In experimental conditions it can be typically created in a dynamical way by irradiation of solid targets with ultra-short pulse lasers. The x-ray spectroscopy of plasma is a great way of studying this transitional state of matter, by using either a broadband x-ray beam as a backlighter for absorption measurement, or self-emission to observe the radiation of various charge states of present ions. In this talk I will present two different experiments studying warm dense Copper with their results and a minimum of underlying theory. In the first case, the matter is heated by direct irradiation by optical laser (Draco, Dresden), and probed variable delay later by a 'Laser wakefield accelerated' (LWFA) betatron beam. From the x-ray absorption techniques we can infer both the electron and ion temperatures, therefore observing the heating and melting of the material. In the second case, the matter is created ('pumped') and probed simultaneously by the same pulse of the X-ray Free Electron Laser (European XFEL, Hamburg). Moderately charged ions are created within the duration of the pulse (~30 fs) and their Kα emission is stimulated by the beam. The self-emission spectra in this well described environment serves as a road map of various atomic transitions and non-equilibrium atomic-physics effects of those ions.

    Práce se zabývá problematikou finančních derivátů se zaměřením na opce. Po základním nastínění dělení finančních derivátů jsou v dalších částech práce řešeny pouze burzovně obchodované opční kontrakty, které jsou představeny jako prostředek pro zajištění a zhodnocení investorem drženého kapitálu. Oblast burzovního opčního obchodování je v práci přiblížena jak v teoretické, tak praktické rovině. Teoretická rovina se soustředí na objasnění základních parametrů burzovního opčního kontraktu, co tyto parametry tvoří a ovlivňuje. Následně je představena strategie výběru pro obchodování a zkonstruovány opční strategie pro jednotlivé situace na trhu. Praktická část práce aplikuje tyto sestavené opční strategie na reálných trzích a pomocí backtestů hodnotí dosažené výsledky při jejich obchodování, případně nabízí porovnání s dalšími investičními možnostmi. Katedra podnikové ekonomiky a managementu Obhájeno Diploma thesis is focused on financial derivatives topic, in particular on options. After the elementary analysis of different types of financial derivatives, the thesis is mainly focused on option trading through the stock exchange. These kinds of options are presented as a hedge/investment instrument for an investor´s capital. Theoretical as well as practical approach to this topic is described in this thesis. Theoretical part is focused on the stock exchange option contract characteristics and what influences these characteristics. Afterwards the strategy of picking the right trade is introduced and followed by construction of options trading strategies. Practical part demonstrates the application of these strategies on real markets and by using the back-testing method then evaluates their performance results. This also includes comparison with other investment opportunities.

    Záměrem této práce je zejména poskytnout náhled na vztah sportu a práva. V řadě případů ústí propojení úvah o sportu a právu v označení sportovního práva. Práce se však nesoustředí na obhajobu existence samostatné právní disciplíny sportovního práva, ale spíše se snaží poukázat na jisté tendence, které mohou tuto diskuzi více podpořit. Konkrétní podobu tohoto záměru představuje zvláštní část, která se zaměřuje na povahu sportovního disciplinárního řízení, která jednoznačně s problematikou sportovního práva souvisí. Proto je rozebrána povaha této formy řízení ve vztahu na konkrétní prostředí, ve kterém je uplatňována. Pro tuto práci byly zvoleny sportovní asociace FAČR a ČSLH, o nichž je také pojednáno. Katedra občanského práva Obhájeno The main goal of this thesis is to provide insight of the consequences between sport and law. Linking consideration about sport and law ends into term sports law in many cases. general. The thesis is not focused only on a support of existence of an independent legal discipline of sports law. It rather points to certain tendencies that can give more support to this discussion. The actual form of this plan is a specific section which is focused on sports disciplinary action, which is clearly related to sports law. This form of control in relation to the specific environment is analyzed in the area where is applied. Sport associations FAČR and ČSLH that are also mentioned, were chosen for this thesis.

    V politickém režimu parlamentní republiky je obvyklé, že prezident republiky byl volen nepřímo zákonodárným sborem země. Po pádu komunismu ve střední Evropě se mnoho nových parlamentních republik postupně rozhodlo pro přímou volbu prezidenta při zachování svého režimu. Postavení prezidenta v parlamentním režimu vlády v takových zemích závisí na jeho ústavně daných pravomocech, ale také na konkrétní osobnosti prezidenta a na tom, jak svěřené kompetence využívá. Předkládaná bakalářská práce se snaží vymezit, jak přímo volený prezident funguje v ústavním systému parlamentní republiky. Součástí práce jsou i případy dvou sousedících parlamentních režimů a jejich srovnání se zřetelem na postavení českého a slovenského prezidenta po přechodu na přímou volbu hlavy státu. Obhájeno In the political regime of a parliamentary republic it is usual that the president is elected indirectly by the legislative assembly of the country. After the fall of communism in Central Europe many new parliamentary republics gradually decided for the direct election of the president while maintaining their regimes. The position of president in the parliamentary system of government in such countries depends on his or her powers given by the constitution, but also on the specific personality of the president as well as the way he or she makes use of the vested powers. The submitted Bachelor's thesis tries to define the way in which the directly elected president functions in the constitutional system of a parliamentary republic. The cases of the two adjacent parliamentary regimes and their comparison with the focus on the position of the Czech and Slovak president after the transition to direct election of the head of the state are also part of the thesis.

    Diplomová práce popisuje postup slaďování chorvatského právního systému s acquis. Práce obsahuje popis právního systému chorvatska, popis jednotlivý kapitol přístupové smlouvy a problémy, které při vyjednávání nastaly. V každé kapitole přístupové smlouvy nalezneme stav před přistoupením, změny, které proběhly, vyjednané vyjímky. I wrote about agreement with the EU, about problems which Croatia have. I would like to show how problematic or non problematic is entry to the EU for new country.     Důvodem vzniku této bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření ovládací aplikace pro zařízení CANtron, jehož účelem je vysílání zpráv na sběrnici CAN. Toto zařízení spolu s~ovládací aplikací pro OS Windows slouží účelům testovacím a simulačním. Pomocí kombinace obou nástrojů lze provádět pohotovou analýzu činnosti libovolné řídící jednotky. Mezi nejdůležitější aspekty, které by měla ovládací aplikace splňovat, byla zařazena bezproblémová komunikace se zařízením, jehož parametry bude možno editovat za běhu programu. Uživatel bude mít například možnost nastavit přenosovou rychlost zařízení, či možnost modifikace obsahu zpráv, což je nejdůležitější funkcí vytvořené ovládací aplikace. V~rámci přípravy na samotné psaní zdrojového kódu a návrh uživatelského rozhraní se musely vyřešit otázky související s~výběrem vhodného vývojového prostředí a programovacího jazyka, který by nejlépe posloužil daným požadavkům. Z~tohoto důvodu byla pozornost zaměřena na jazyk Visual Basic, který se nakonec stal stěžejním nástrojem vedoucím ke splnění daných cílů zadání. K~nim by se však nikdy nedospělo bez použití samotného funkčního vzorku zařízení, který posloužil jako nepostradatelný pomocník při ladění ovládacího programu. Ačkoli se v~době vytvoření ovládací aplikace jednalo o~aktuální verzi vývojového prostředí, jenž zajišťovalo nejmodernější vzhled uživatelského prostředí, je jen otázkou času, kdy bude potřeba tuto aplikaci přizpůsobit budoucím požadavkům ať již z~hlediska vizuálního, tak i funkčního. Katedra aplikované elektroniky a telekomunikací Obhájeno The aim of this Bachelor thesis was to design a control application for a device called CANtron. The purpose of this device is to transmit messages via a CAN bus. In this case, the CANtron is represented by a functional sample. CANtron together with the control application are very important components for testing and simulations in the domain of control units. The combination of these tools is used to perform an instantaneous performance analysis of a unit. In order to make the control application fully operational, it should meet two key requirements. Its communication with the device should be trouble-free and the user should have an opportunity to edit its parametres during the running of the control application. For example, it will be possible to set the bit rate of the device and to modify the contents of messages. This feature is the most important function of the designed control programme. Within the preparation for source code writing and user interface designing, it was necessary to choose a suitable developing environment and a programming language. The programming language selected as the most suitable one was Visual Basic, which became the principal tool to fulfil the set goals. However, the goals would be unrealizable without the functional device sample itself. This sample played an essential part during debugging of the control application. When creating the control application, an up-to-date developing environment was used. However, it is only a question of time when it will be necessary to adapt this application to meet the latest visual and functional requirements.

    Warm Dense Matter (WDM) is a transitional state between solid and ideal plasmas. It can contain highly charged ions and moderate electron temperatures, while retaining rest of crystalline-like structure. In experimental conditions it can be typically created in a dynamical way by irradiation of solid targets with ultra-short pulse lasers. The x-ray spectroscopy of plasma is a great way of studying this transitional state of matter, by using either a broadband x-ray beam as a backlighter for absorption measurement, or self-emission to observe the radiation of various charge states of present ions. In this talk I will present two different experiments studying warm dense Copper with their results and a minimum of underlying theory. In the first case, the matter is heated by direct irradiation by optical laser (Draco, Dresden), and probed variable delay later by a 'Laser wakefield accelerated' (LWFA) betatron beam. From the x-ray absorption techniques we can infer both the electron and ion temperatures, therefore observing the heating and melting of the material. In the second case, the matter is created ('pumped') and probed simultaneously by the same pulse of the X-ray Free Electron Laser (European XFEL, Hamburg). Moderately charged ions are created within the duration of the pulse (~30 fs) and their Kα emission is stimulated by the beam. The self-emission spectra in this well described environment serves as a road map of various atomic transitions and non-equilibrium atomic-physics effects of those ions.

    Práce se zabývá problematikou finančních derivátů se zaměřením na opce. Po základním nastínění dělení finančních derivátů jsou v dalších částech práce řešeny pouze burzovně obchodované opční kontrakty, které jsou představeny jako prostředek pro zajištění a zhodnocení investorem drženého kapitálu. Oblast burzovního opčního obchodování je v práci přiblížena jak v teoretické, tak praktické rovině. Teoretická rovina se soustředí na objasnění základních parametrů burzovního opčního kontraktu, co tyto parametry tvoří a ovlivňuje. Následně je představena strategie výběru pro obchodování a zkonstruovány opční strategie pro jednotlivé situace na trhu. Praktická část práce aplikuje tyto sestavené opční strategie na reálných trzích a pomocí backtestů hodnotí dosažené výsledky při jejich obchodování, případně nabízí porovnání s dalšími investičními možnostmi. Katedra podnikové ekonomiky a managementu Obhájeno Diploma thesis is focused on financial derivatives topic, in particular on options. After the elementary analysis of different types of financial derivatives, the thesis is mainly focused on option trading through the stock exchange. These kinds of options are presented as a hedge/investment instrument for an investor´s capital. Theoretical as well as practical approach to this topic is described in this thesis. Theoretical part is focused on the stock exchange option contract characteristics and what influences these characteristics. Afterwards the strategy of picking the right trade is introduced and followed by construction of options trading strategies. Practical part demonstrates the application of these strategies on real markets and by using the back-testing method then evaluates their performance results. This also includes comparison with other investment opportunities.

    Záměrem této práce je zejména poskytnout náhled na vztah sportu a práva. V řadě případů ústí propojení úvah o sportu a právu v označení sportovního práva. Práce se však nesoustředí na obhajobu existence samostatné právní disciplíny sportovního práva, ale spíše se snaží poukázat na jisté tendence, které mohou tuto diskuzi více podpořit. Konkrétní podobu tohoto záměru představuje zvláštní část, která se zaměřuje na povahu sportovního disciplinárního řízení, která jednoznačně s problematikou sportovního práva souvisí. Proto je rozebrána povaha této formy řízení ve vztahu na konkrétní prostředí, ve kterém je uplatňována. Pro tuto práci byly zvoleny sportovní asociace FAČR a ČSLH, o nichž je také pojednáno. Katedra občanského práva Obhájeno The main goal of this thesis is to provide insight of the consequences between sport and law. Linking consideration about sport and law ends into term sports law in many cases. general. The thesis is not focused only on a support of existence of an independent legal discipline of sports law. It rather points to certain tendencies that can give more support to this discussion. The actual form of this plan is a specific section which is focused on sports disciplinary action, which is clearly related to sports law. This form of control in relation to the specific environment is analyzed in the area where is applied. Sport associations FAČR and ČSLH that are also mentioned, were chosen for this thesis.

    V politickém režimu parlamentní republiky je obvyklé, že prezident republiky byl volen nepřímo zákonodárným sborem země. Po pádu komunismu ve střední Evropě se mnoho nových parlamentních republik postupně rozhodlo pro přímou volbu prezidenta při zachování svého režimu. Postavení prezidenta v parlamentním režimu vlády v takových zemích závisí na jeho ústavně daných pravomocech, ale také na konkrétní osobnosti prezidenta a na tom, jak svěřené kompetence využívá. Předkládaná bakalářská práce se snaží vymezit, jak přímo volený prezident funguje v ústavním systému parlamentní republiky. Součástí práce jsou i případy dvou sousedících parlamentních režimů a jejich srovnání se zřetelem na postavení českého a slovenského prezidenta po přechodu na přímou volbu hlavy státu. Obhájeno In the political regime of a parliamentary republic it is usual that the president is elected indirectly by the legislative assembly of the country. After the fall of communism in Central Europe many new parliamentary republics gradually decided for the direct election of the president while maintaining their regimes. The position of president in the parliamentary system of government in such countries depends on his or her powers given by the constitution, but also on the specific personality of the president as well as the way he or she makes use of the vested powers. The submitted Bachelor's thesis tries to define the way in which the directly elected president functions in the constitutional system of a parliamentary republic. The cases of the two adjacent parliamentary regimes and their comparison with the focus on the position of the Czech and Slovak president after the transition to direct election of the head of the state are also part of the thesis.

    Diplomová práce popisuje postup slaďování chorvatského právního systému s acquis. Práce obsahuje popis právního systému chorvatska, popis jednotlivý kapitol přístupové smlouvy a problémy, které při vyjednávání nastaly. V každé kapitole přístupové smlouvy nalezneme stav před přistoupením, změny, které proběhly, vyjednané vyjímky. Katedra ústavního a evropského práva Obhájeno This work is about Croatia´s entry to the European Union. It is about how local law system have to change for entry to the Union. I wrote about agreement with the EU, about problems which Croatia have. I would like to show how problematic or non problematic is entry to the EU for new country. What country have to change in law system.
