    The aim of this thesis is discussing the issue of obtrusive light and its possible elimination. First, this paper describes what this stray light is and where she goes to meet him. It also describes how distracting light is produced and how they affect the environment around us. The last section explains how to prevent the negative impact or prevent it.     Cílem této diplomové práce bylo prozkoumat možnosti metod pro výpočet podobnosti textů napříč jazyky. Následně na základě těchto poznatků navrhnout systém, který bude schopen propojit tematicky podobné zpravodajské články v různých jazycích. Pro získání příznakových vektorů byly kromě společných entit a Eurovoc deskriptorů použity sémantické distribuční modely natrénované na srovnatelném korpusu Wikipedie. Konkrétně šlo o metody CL-ESA, K-means a CL-LSA. Výsledné shluky byly vyhodnoceny evaluačními metrikami (zejména pak F-mírou a purity) a zdokumentovány v samostatné kapitole. Nejlepších výsledků bylo dosaženo metodou CL-LSA v kombinaci se společnými entitami. The goal of this master thesis was to research cross-lingual document similarity methods, which were used then to design a system for linking of similar news topics across languages. Except of the common entities and Eurovoc descriptors, word embeddings models (CL-ESA, K-means, CL-LSA) were used as the main source of feature vectors. All these word embeddings models were trained on the Wikipedia comparable corpus. The clustering results were evaluated using various metrics (notably F-measure and purity) and documented in a separate chapter.     Tato diplomová práce se zabývá navržením konstrukční varianty administrativního objektu. Pro zvolenou variantu byl navržen železobetonový skelet. Jako model konstrukce byl vytvořen 3D model v programu Dlubal RFEM 5.01. Výsledky z programu byli použity pro výpočet hlavních prvků konstrukce. Výkresová část byla vypracována v programu AutoCad 2014, statická část v programu Dlubal RFEM 5.01, Schöck BOLE a dále byl použit program Microsoft Office Excel. This thesis deals with designing structural variants administration building. For the variant was designed reinforced concrete skeleton. As a model design was created by 3D model in Dlubal RFEM 5.01. The results of the program were used for the calculation of the main elements of the structure.     Rostoucí nároky na hospodárnost provozu elektrizačních soustav nutí provozovatele elektrických strojů a zařízení efektivně investovat prostředky do údržby a obnovy. Provozovatelé potřebují pro správná a ekonomicky efektivní rozhodnutí detailní technické podklady, aby byly jejich prostředky vynakládány účelně. Předložená práce popisuje metodiku získávání a vyhodnocování informací o elektrických strojích, respektive jejich elektroizolačních systémech za provozu. První kapitola je zaměřena na ekonomické aspekty provozu elektrických strojů se zaměřením na výkonové transformátory. Jsou zde diskutovány jednotlivé části asset managementu, z nichž je dále věnována pozornost střednědobému horizontu. Provoz transformátorů má oproti jiným zařízením určitá specifika, která jsou zde též popsána. Druhá kapitola práce popisuje obecně životnost elektroizolačních systémů. Degradační mechanismy, které tyto systémy ovlivňují, jsou v této kapitole kvalitativně i kvantitativně hodnoceny. Dále je popisována metodika sestavení modelů odolnosti elektroizolačních systémů vycházející z degradačních činitelů, včetně základního statistického zpracování. Důraz je kladen zejména na modely odolnosti, které jsou využitelné v systémech prediktivní údržby. Obecná metodika je dále konkrétně aplikována na elektroizolační systém výkonových transformátorů. Na základě konstrukčního uspořádání jsou určena citlivá místa a hodnocena jejich odolnost vůči nejvýznamnějším degradačním vlivům. Tato metodika je popsána obecně a následně doložena praktickými experimenty, jejichž závěrem jsou komplexní modely odolnosti využitelné v systémech prediktivní údržby. Tyto modely jsou následně využívány v programu pro výpočet zbytkové životnosti elektroizolačního systému. Je zde popsán postup získávání dat, matematického zpracování a zobrazení výsledků. Správnost metodiky výpočtu i sestavení modelů je prokázána ověřovacími experimenty. Growing demand on efficient operation of the electrical grids is driving the operators of electrical machinery and equipment to efficiently invest into maintenance and renewal of operated assets. For accurate and cost-effective decisions operators need detailed technical backgrounds to effectively spent their funds. The presented thesis describe the methodology of data acquisition and evaluation of information on electrical machines or their electrical insulation systems in operation respectively. The first chapter focuses on the economic aspects of the operation of electrical equipment with focus on power transformers. Different parts of asset management is discussed, a particular attention is paid on medium-term asset management. The operation of power transformers has specific issues among other devices. Those specific issues are also addressed. The second chapter describes the endurance of electrical insulation systems in general. The degradation phenomena which affect those systems are qualitatively and quantitatively evaluated in this chapter. Than a methodology of building endurance models of electrical insulating systems which are based on the physical degradation factors. A special attention is paid to models which are usable for predictive maintenance systems. The general methodology is further specifically applied to the electrical insulation system of power transformers. Based on the structural arrangement and real geometry, the sensitive places are evaluated. Derived endurance models are further applied on real experiments and complex endurance models for predictive maintenance aplictions are obtained. These models are used in the programs for calculating the residual life of electrical insulating system. The procedure of data acquisition, mathematical processing and displaying is also described.     Bakalářská práce na téma "Problematika předčasně narozených dětí v přednemocniční péči" se zabývá předčasně narozenými dětmi, se kterými se mohou zdravotničtí záchranáři při poskytování přednemocniční neodkladné péče setkat. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na přednemocniční neodkladnou péči spojenou se zdravotnickou záchrannou službou. Druhá kapitola zmiňuje porod mimo zdravotnické zařízení. Dále jsou popisovány rizikové faktory, diagnostika a klinická stádia předčasného porodu. Ve třetí kapitole jsou charakterizované předčasně narozené děti, jejich známky nezralosti a také komplikace, které u nich vznikají po porodu. V praktické části je vypracována pomocí výsledků získaných z výzkumného kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření vybraných zdravotnických záchranných služeb. Zaměřuje se na předčasně narozené děti a překotné porody. Bachelor thesis on the theme "The Issue of Prematur Babies born in Pre-Hospital Emergency Care" deals with premature babies that paramedics can encounter during Pre-Hospital Emergency Care. The thesis is divided into two sections - a theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on Pre-Hospital Emergency Care related to the emergency medical service. The second chapter covers birth outside of a health institution. Further, it describes risk factors, diagnostics, and clinical stages of premature birth. The third chapter addresses premature babies, their signs of immaturity and also complications, which can occur after birth. The practical part is based on the results obtained from the quantitative questionnaire survey filled out by selected emergency medical services. It focuses on premature babies and precipitous birth.     The aim of this work is to evaluate the success of preschool children in the Goodenough Draw-a-Man Test based on the type of preschool children, dividing them into groups according to the preferences of Fine art drawing of male figures. The work will classify the children in order of their results in the Goodenough Test. Distribution of children into groups will be according to the preferences of the style and counting, and interpreting statistics on the degree of correlation between the two groups. Záměrem této práce je vyhodnotit úspěšnost dětí předškolního věku v testu Goodenoughové kresby pána a to na základě typového členění předškolních dětí do skupin podle preferencí výtvarného stylu umělecké kresby mužské figury. Součástí práce bude rozřazení dětí do pořadí podle výsledků testu podle Goodenoughové.     The bachelor thesis is focused on in-store communication and shopping environment in selected sports stores. Specific stores are Sportisimo, Decathlon and A3 Sport located in Karlovy Vary. The theoretical part of the work deals with marketing and marketing mix 4P and marketing mix 7P, from which elements is formed a questionnaire survey. The empirical part of the work is devoted to the subjective evaluation of selected stores and a questionnaire survey on the perception of the offer and shopping environment of sports stores. Recommendations for each store are derived from the results of the subjective evaluation and the questionnaire survey.     This thesis deals with selected requisites of bills of exchange and their interpretation by courts. Introductory part is focused on explanation of the term bill of exchange/promissory note with the aid of characteristic attributes of the bills. First chapter of selected problems of the bills of exchange law is concerned with determination the sum of money in bills. Next chapter deals with signing the bills where the problems of signing of drawer and signing of procurators is concerned with. Next chapter is focused on payment place, application of statutory payment place and possible ways of expression the payment place in bills. The last requisite of bills that this thesis deals with is the graphic scheme of bills and it is particularly concerned with problems of frames in bills. Final part compares Czech and English law in the context of this work. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vybranými náležitostmi směnky a jejich interpretací soudy. Úvodní část je věnována vysvětlení pojmu směnky pomocí jejích charakteristických rysů. První kapitola vybrané problematiky směnečného práva se zabývá vymezením směnečné sumy na směnce. V další kapitole je pozornost zaměřena na podepisování směnek, kde je rozebrána problematika podepisování výstavce i podepisování osob v zastoupení. Následující kapitola se věnuje místu placení směnky, kde je rozebrána aplikace zákonného platebního místa a také možné způsoby vyjádření místa placení. Poslední náležitostí směnky, kterou se práce zabývá, je grafická úprava směnky, ve které je rozebrána zejména problematika rámečků ve směnce.     The dissertation thesis deals with the standardization of metadata in the combination of information systems and multidisciplinary data-oriented medical research. Metadata standardization in the thesis does not only consist of a suitable, unambiguous, and comprehensible description based on ontologies in the OWL language. It also includes the standardization of processes, which is implemented through a research platform providing a unified solution to frequently recurring tasks: personal data protection, metadata creation, ETL, ontological description, data archiving and manipulation, other practical uses of data, metadata, and their description.     Cílem této diplomové práce bylo prozkoumat možnosti metod pro výpočet podobnosti textů napříč jazyky. Následně na základě těchto poznatků navrhnout systém, který bude schopen propojit tematicky podobné zpravodajské články v různých jazycích. Pro získání příznakových vektorů byly kromě společných entit a Eurovoc deskriptorů použity sémantické distribuční modely natrénované na srovnatelném korpusu Wikipedie. Konkrétně šlo o metody CL-ESA, K-means a CL-LSA. Výsledné shluky byly vyhodnoceny evaluačními metrikami (zejména pak F-mírou a purity) a zdokumentovány v samostatné kapitole. Nejlepších výsledků bylo dosaženo metodou CL-LSA v kombinaci se společnými entitami. The goal of this master thesis was to research cross-lingual document similarity methods, which were used then to design a system for linking of similar news topics across languages. Except of the common entities and Eurovoc descriptors, word embeddings models (CL-ESA, K-means, CL-LSA) were used as the main source of feature vectors. All these word embeddings models were trained on the Wikipedia comparable corpus. The clustering results were evaluated using various metrics (notably F-measure and purity) and documented in a separate chapter. The best results were achieved using the CL-LSA method in combination with common entities features. Obhájeno

Předložená práce popisuje metodiku získávání a vyhodnocování informací o elektrických strojích, respektive jejich elektroizolačních systémech za provozu. Jsou zde diskutovány jednotlivé části asset managementu, z nichž je dále věnována pozornost střednědobému horizontu. Provoz transformátorů má oproti jiným zařízením určitá specifika, která jsou zde též popsána. Druhá kapitola práce popisuje obecně životnost elektroizolačních systémů. Degradační mechanismy, které tyto systémy ovlivňují, jsou v této kapitole kvalitativně i kvantitativně hodnoceny. Dále je popisována metodika sestavení modelů odolnosti elektroizolačních systémů vycházející z degradačních činitelů, včetně základního statistického zpracování. Důraz je kladen zejména na modely odolnosti, které jsou využitelné v systémech prediktivní údržby. Obecná metodika je dále konkrétně aplikována na elektroizolační systém výkonových transformátorů. Na základě konstrukčního uspořádání jsou určena citlivá místa a hodnocena jejich odolnost vůči nejvýznamnějším degradačním vlivům. Tato metodika je popsána obecně a následně doložena praktickými experimenty, jejichž závěrem jsou komplexní modely odolnosti využitelné v systémech prediktivní údržby. Tyto modely jsou následně využívány v programu pro výpočet zbytkové životnosti elektroizolačního systému. Je zde popsán postup získávání dat, matematického zpracování a zobrazení výsledků. Správnost metodiky výpočtu i sestavení modelů je prokázána ověřovacími experimenty. Growing demand on efficient operation of the electrical grids is driving the operators of electrical machinery and equipment to efficiently invest into maintenance and renewal of operated assets. For accurate and cost-effective decisions operators need detailed technical backgrounds to effectively spent their funds. The presented thesis describe the methodology of data acquisition and evaluation of information on electrical machines or their electrical insulation systems in operation respectively. The first chapter focuses on the economic aspects of the operation of electrical equipment with focus on power transformers. Different parts of asset management is discussed, a particular attention is paid on medium-term asset management. The operation of power transformers has specific issues among other devices. Those specific issues are also addressed. The second chapter describes the endurance of electrical insulation systems in general. The degradation phenomena which affect those systems are qualitatively and quantitatively evaluated in this chapter. Than a methodology of building endurance models of electrical insulating systems which are based on the physical degradation factors. A special attention is paid to models which are usable for predictive maintenance systems. The general methodology is further specifically applied to the electrical insulation system of power transformers. Based on the structural arrangement and real geometry, the sensitive places are evaluated. Derived endurance models are further applied on real experiments and complex endurance models for predictive maintenance aplictions are obtained. These models are used in the programs for calculating the residual life of electrical insulating system. The procedure of data acquisition, mathematical processing and displaying is also described.     Bakalářská práce na téma "Problematika předčasně narozených dětí v přednemocniční péči" se zabývá předčasně narozenými dětmi, se kterými se mohou zdravotničtí záchranáři při poskytování přednemocniční neodkladné péče setkat. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na přednemocniční neodkladnou péči spojenou se zdravotnickou záchrannou službou. Druhá kapitola zmiňuje porod mimo zdravotnické zařízení. Dále jsou popisovány rizikové faktory, diagnostika a klinická stádia předčasného porodu. Ve třetí kapitole jsou charakterizované předčasně narozené děti, jejich známky nezralosti a také komplikace, které u nich vznikají po porodu. V praktické části je vypracována pomocí výsledků získaných z výzkumného kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření vybraných zdravotnických záchranných služeb. The thesis is divided into two sections - a theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on Pre-Hospital Emergency Care related to the emergency medical service. The second chapter covers birth outside of a health institution. Further, it describes risk factors, diagnostics, and clinical stages of premature birth. The third chapter addresses premature babies, their signs of immaturity and also complications, which can occur after birth.
