In the first two charters I reviewed the history of Finland from achieving independence and sovereignty till WWII incl. Also, the impact of the war is assessed. The work has been divided into 5 chapters where the events have been described in chronological sequence. I also described the relationship between two countries from the signing of the peace agreement (along with Finland's withdrawal from the war) till the end of USSR's existence.
