Data were collected with an X-ray energy of 6 keV at the P14 beamline at the DESY-PETRA III synchrotron in Hamburg, Germany. This dataset was used to estimate the location of chloride ions bound to the enzyme. "NaClAnon.hkl" is the final non-merged anomalous reflection file from data processing in XDS and XSCALE.

As Karonga district is mainly affected by flash flooding, the dataset is specifically driven toward flash flood type risk analysis. The entries were extracted manually from five different sources of information: Disaster reports from Humanitarian Actors (IFRC GO, UNICEF Malawi), existing global disaster (EM-DAT; Munich RE), government data (Malawi Department of Disaster Management Affair - DODMA), online news-briefs (FloodList; ReliefWeb) and national online media (Nyasa Times; The Nation). The resulting consolidated event database has a three levels of spatial granularity: Karonga District, Traditional Authority (TA) and community levels (GVH). A total of 142 records of flash flood events affecting the district from 2000 to 2018 are gathered. This included 48 events reported at district level, and 38 events at TA level.

We collected clinical data and external anal sphincter (EAS) EMG findings in 72 patients with multiple system atrophy (MSA) and 21 with Parkinson���s disease (PD). We ascertained the survival times of 49 MSA patients who died during follow-up. We aimed to assess the diagnostic and prognostic value and clinical correlations of a novel classification of EAS electromyography patterns in MSA. We identified four EAS electromyography patterns, ranging from normal findings (pattern I) to mild, moderate or severe neurogenic damage (patterns II, III and IV, respectively). Pattern I was frequently observed in PD patients, while it was associated with prolonged survival when identified in a few MSA patients. Patterns II, III and IV were predominant in MSA. Subjects with MSA and EAS abnormalities often showed fecal incontinence and urogenital symptoms, which were frequently present at disease onset in patients with patterns III and IV. Abnormal EAS patterns correlated with MSA diagnosis. In particular, pattern IV was associated with the highest likelihood of MSA diagnosis and with the worst prognosis in the MSA cohort. This dataset enables classification of the radar echoes acquired with a BirdScan MR1 into a number of biological groups of interests (as well as the removal of non-biological targets). Files and their contents: TrainingData.csv and TrainingData.rds files: These files contain the actual training dataset, with the labels and all radar-derived features. We use a .csv file as this is compatible cross-platform and programming languages. We also include an .rds file for the R users. ReclassTable.csv: This file contains the table that is used to sort the original ‘labelHuman’ labels into the hierarchical label system, i.e., columns ‘labelHa1’ to ‘labelHa6’. MR1_ML_Tool_Documentation_v1.2.pdf: This file contains a description of the features in the dataset, as well as the classification and wingbeat frequency estimation algorithms and parameter settings that are currently being used in the SBRS software that is delivered along with the BirdScan radar. Data were collected with an X-ray energy of 6 keV at the P14 beamline at the DESY-PETRA III synchrotron in Hamburg, Germany. This dataset was used to estimate the location of chloride ions bound to the enzyme. "NaClAnon.hkl" is the final non-merged anomalous reflection file from data processing in XDS and XSCALE.

As Karonga district is mainly affected by flash flooding, the dataset is specifically driven toward flash flood type risk analysis. The entries were extracted manually from five different sources of information: Disaster reports from Humanitarian Actors (IFRC GO, UNICEF Malawi), existing global disaster (EM-DAT; Munich RE), government data (Malawi Department of Disaster Management Affair - DODMA), online news-briefs (FloodList; ReliefWeb) and national online media (Nyasa Times; The Nation). The resulting consolidated event database has a three levels of spatial granularity: Karonga District, Traditional Authority (TA) and community levels (GVH). A total of 142 records of flash flood events affecting the district from 2000 to 2018 are gathered. This included 48 events reported at district level, and 38 events at TA level.
