Accurate control of doping and fabrication of metal contacts on n-type germanium nanowires (GeNWs) with low resistance and linear characteristics remain a major challenge in germanium-based nanoelectronics. Here, we present a combined approach to fabricate Ohmic contacts on n-type-doped GeNWs. Phosphorus (P) implantation followed by millisecond rear-side flash lamp annealing was used to produce highly n-type-doped Ge with an electron concentration in the order of 10^19-10^20 cm^{-3}. Electron beam lithography, inductively coupled plasma reactive ion etching, and nickel (Ni) deposition were used to fabricate GeNW-based devices with symmetric Hall bar configuration, which allows detailed electrical characterization of the NWs. Afterward, rear-side flash lamp annealing was applied to form Ni germanide at the Ni-GeNWs contacts to reduce the Schottky barrier height. The two-probe current-voltage measurements on P-doped GeNWs exhibit linear Ohmic behavior. Also, the size-dependent electrical measurements showed that carrier scattering near the NW surfaces and reduction of the effective NW cross-section dominate the charge transport in the GeNWs.

Dendrochronological report

The soil samples were taken in collaboration with the Soils and Fertilizers Research Institute (SFRI) at different soil depths and under different vegetation covers at the long term observatory catchment Dong Cao from the M-Tropics observatory network (https://mtropics.obs-mip.fr/) in Northern Vietnam in 2015. This dataset holds some general soil properties: total organic carbon concentration (TOC), total nitrogen concentration (TN) as well as 13C/12C and 15N/14N isotope ratios determined by EA-IRMS (dry combustion). The infrared spectrum has been measured for only some soil samples. Soil analysis were carried out at the "Pôle d’expérimentation et d’analyse des sols et sédiments tropicaux" (ALYSÉS). The collection of the data was supported by the French National Program "Réseau de Bassin Versant” (RBV).

This spatial dataset contains polygons representing areas that were identified during in-field archaeological assessments as having elevated potential for archaeological deposits but were not subjected to subsurface testing or thorough investigation.

This data package contains 2024 reconstructed hydrophone spectrograms that were generated by the autoencoder model that is described in the publication “Anomaly detection in complex data: a practical application when outliers are few” by Engida, Z., Foloni-Neto, H., Slonimer, A., Bedard, J., Alam, F. S., Snauffer, A. (2022). This data set is the output of the autoencoder model after being fed with 2024 original hydrophone spectrograms that were in the North Pacific and Canadian Arctic between 2014 and 2021.

Archeologisch bureauonderzoek in verband met werkzaamheden aan de Beekerloop. Op basis van het bureauonderzoek is aan het grootste deel van het plangebied een geen of een lage archeologische verwachting toegekend. Maar aan de hogere delen van het plangebied is een hoge verwachting voor archeologische resten (nederzettingen, graven e.d.) uit het neolithicum tot en met de volle middeleeuwen toegekend. Binnen het plangebied zijn tot op heden geen archeologische vondsten gedaan.
