(Septa);Widely known to the world for its moderate and tolerant Islam, Indonesia is unfortunately known for its religious terrorism-related bomb attacks. The last attack took place in front of the Makassar Cathedral Catholic church last March. While such an act of terrorism is not unique to Indonesia, this incident requires immediate attention, particularly in Southeast Asia, where Muslims form most of its population. Islam in Southeast Asia is in fact known for its easy-going and tolerant views. On one occasion, the late PM Lee Kuan Yew has ever reaffirmed Islam in ASEAN is Islam by commerce, not by swords. However, as Southeast Asian Muslims become part of the global society, religious extremism can now be more easily identified in the region. Indeed, it cannot be separated from the intense reciprocal relation between them and other Muslims worldwide, particularly in Middle East and North Africa.

(Widi);This study aims to determine the level of achievement of the fourth year Vocational School education program towards increasing student competitiveness and work readiness. The main objective of the fourth year vocational program is to equip students and graduates with various competencies in order to develop graduates capabilities in finding jobs, assigning work, entrepreneurship, pursuing the work faced and renewing their work skills. This research was conducted through a literature review of references originating from the theories and results of relevant research, and continued through focus group discussions. Relevant references include the policies of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, guidance on the implementation of the fourth year vocational program, relevant research results, namely evaluations of four years vocational programs, and influencing factors in increase in competitiveness and work readiness graduates. The study found: (1) reviewed from the curriculum of fourth years vocational school graduates having more work experience in the industry in the fourth year; (2) in terms of the competency of fourth year vocational school graduates having better competence than the third year vocational program; (3) in terms of industry interest, fourth year vocational graduates have more acceptance as labor in the industry than third year graduates.

(Samarendu );This paper examined the trend in Asian rice production, role of rice in human nutrition and documents structure of rice market in major Asian Countries, by analyzing supply demand and trade scenarios for the fast five decades. Country wise data from FAOSTAT and WTO were collected for the past five decades, to analyze key issues related to rice sector with special focus on rice markets in Asia. Rice Area and production has been increased significantly at higher rate than the population growth rate in Asia over the past fifty years. This resulted in increase of per capita availability of rice and contributed significantly to nutrition security. However, there are wide imbalances in supply-demand across Asian countries .Thus rice trade has become a major global economic activity in the recent past. The structural changes in global rice markets are discussed in detail in the paper.

Poverty is a serious problem in Karangasem Regency, such that until the present time Karangasem Regency occupies the top position as the region with the highest number of poor people in Bali Province. Various efforts have been made to alleviate poverty but the difficulty of poverty reduction in Karangasem Regency is inseparable from the occurrence of cultural poverty, such as the values, attitudes, and behavior of the poor who are, in this case, predominantly Hindus. This article discusses some of the reasons for the occurrence, forms and implications of cultural poverty.

Tarigan; N. Simarmata;Shoreline change is a natural process caused by the transported sediment generated by nearshore current to preserve the mass rates. Shoreline change can be a shoreline loss called abrasion as well as shoreline expansion due to sedimentation called accretion. Abrasion and accretion phenomenon can be regarded as a threat if they cause damage or potentially disrupts human activity. Identification of land use as well as geographical and physical condition of a region can be approached by satellite image analysis. This research uses Landsat Satellite imagery to observe shoreline changes based on the position of shoreline recorded through satellite images of 2004, 2010, and 2016. The image of one period overlapped with other period images is used to calculate the increment or decrease of shoreline occurring at a particular location. The results of this study will show the trend of increasing or decreasing the shoreline based on certain time and position

(Sri );Background: Community health centers in Indonesia have established community health workers (CHWs) to improve access and quality of health services available for the community. The CHWs are trained to run the integrated health posts (posyandu) in every hamlet. Training of the CHWs is expected to improve the quality of various health services, including exclusive breastfeeding support for lactating mothers. This study aimed to examine the effect of training on increasing the CHW skill in breastfeeding practice and infant development stimulation. Subjects and Method: A quasi experiment before and after intervention with no control design was carried out in Gresik, East Java, from April to September 2019. A sample of 25 CHWs was selected for this study by quota sampling. The dependent variables were skills in (1) exclusive breastfeeding practice and (2) child development stimulation. The independent variable was training. The data were collected through questionnaire and observation. Mean score of skills before and after training was measured by paired t test. Results: Mean score of exclusive breastfeeding practice after training (Mean= 87.40; SD= 1.32) was higher than before training (Mean= 54.32; SD= 2.43), and it was statistically significant (p<0.001). Mean score of child development stimulation after training (mean= 92.8; SD= 0.71) was higher than before training (mean= 63.8; SD= 2.22), and it was statistically significant (p<0.001). Conclusion: Training is effective in improving skills of CHWs in exclusive breastfeeding practice and infant development stimulation. (Rizki ); Windarti, Y. (Yunik );Background: Woman who become mother have gone through various life cycles, from pregnancy till childbirth. During this postpartum period, almost all mothers also breastfeed their babies. The process of restoring the body health after childbirth along with caring for the baby often leaves the mother physically and psychologically exhausted. So many mothers cannot provide exclusive breastfeeding. This is where the husband's role is very important to provide support to the mother. This study aimed to analyze the influence husband's role on the mother's interest in giving exclusive breastfeeding. Subjects and Method: A cross-sectional study was conducted for 2 months on 46 postpartum mothers. This study conducted in Wonokromo, Surabaya, in 2020. The independent variable was the husband's role and the dependent variable was the mother's interest in giving exclusive breastfeeding. The data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using Chi Square test. Results: The results showed that out of 21 (57.14%) mothers who had less husband's role, most had a low interest in giving exclusive breastfeeding. Of the 25 mothers who have a good husband's role, almost all (92%) have a high interest in exclusive breastfeeding (p< 0.001), and it was statistically significant. Conclusion: The better husband's role in supporting his wife, the higher the mother's interest in giving exclusive breastfeeding. Go-Food mempunyai banyak kompetitor sehingga harus selalu menwarkan promo menarik agar dapat menarik konsumen dan menjadikan Go-Food sebagai layanan food delivery yang dipilih oleh masyarakat.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh promosi penjualan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan melalui keputusan pembelian pada pengguna Go-Food di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik non probability sampling jenis purposive sampling, yang melibatkan 100 responden dengan rumus Bernoulli.. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif promosi penjualan, keputusan pembelian dengan dan kepuasan pelanggan berada dalam kategori baik Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa Promosi Penjualan berperngaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 49%, Keputusan Pembelian berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan sebesar 45,2%, Promosi Penjualan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan sebesar 9,3%, Promosi Penjualan secara tidak langsung terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan melalui Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 47,1%

Results: Mean score of exclusive breastfeeding practice after training (Mean= 87.40; SD= 1.32) was higher than before training (Mean= 54.32; SD= 2.43), and it was statistically significant (p<0.001). Mean score of child development stimulation after training (mean= 92.8; SD= 0.71) was higher than before training (mean= 63.8; SD= 2.22), and it was statistically significant (p<0.001). Conclusion: Training is effective in improving skills of CHWs in exclusive breastfeeding practice and infant development stimulation. (Rizki ); Windarti, Y. (Yunik );Background: Woman who become mother have gone through various life cycles, from pregnancy till childbirth. During this postpartum period, almost all mothers also breastfeed their babies. The process of restoring the body health after childbirth along with caring for the baby often leaves the mother physically and psychologically exhausted. So many mothers cannot provide exclusive breastfeeding. This is where the husband's role is very important to provide support to the mother. This study aimed to analyze the influence husband's role on the mother's interest in giving exclusive breastfeeding. Subjects and Method: A cross-sectional study was conducted for 2 months on 46 postpartum mothers. This study conducted in Wonokromo, Surabaya, in 2020. The independent variable was the husband's role and the dependent variable was the mother's interest in giving exclusive breastfeeding. The data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using Chi Square test. Results: The results showed that out of 21 (57.14%) mothers who had less husband's role, most had a low interest in giving exclusive breastfeeding. Of the 25 mothers who have a good husband's role, almost all (92%) have a high interest in exclusive breastfeeding (p< 0.001), and it was statistically significant. Conclusion: The better husband's role in supporting his wife, the higher the mother's interest in giving exclusive breastfeeding. Go-Food mempunyai banyak kompetitor sehingga harus selalu menwarkan promo menarik agar dapat menarik konsumen dan menjadikan Go-Food sebagai layanan food delivery yang dipilih oleh masyarakat.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh promosi penjualan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan melalui keputusan pembelian pada pengguna Go-Food di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik non probability sampling jenis purposive sampling, yang melibatkan 100 responden dengan rumus Bernoulli.. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif promosi penjualan, keputusan pembelian dengan dan kepuasan pelanggan berada dalam kategori baik Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa Promosi Penjualan berperngaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 49%, Keputusan Pembelian berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan sebesar 45,2%, Promosi Penjualan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan sebesar 9,3%, Promosi Penjualan secara tidak langsung terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan melalui Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 47,1%
