(Valerii);The student personal and professional development becomes even more meaningful and, based on the peculiarities of the world development in general, becomes one of the most important tasks of modern higher education, the main goal and direction of which is based on humanistic-personal orientation. Building a career is one of the main concerns not only for working professionals, but also for potential employees, including graduates who are on the cusp of entering professional life. The article aims to identify the characteristics of the career potential of university graduates. A questionnaire method was used as a research method allowing effective identifying of the perceptions' characteristics about a graduate's career potential. The article identifies student opportunities for self-actualization and self-realization in the professional environment in a time of digital transformation of various spheres of life. The authors of the experiment revealed that graduates who showed high levels of readiness for career development have a more formed idea of the desires associated with the development of their career potential, the goals of their activities, and aspire, seek new things, constantly are engaged in self-development.

(Bayu);In a classroom, ideally there are facilities such as chairs, desks, blackboards, and electronic devices used such as air conditioners (AC), lamps and projectors. However, in its use, there are actions that are not responsible for maintaining the facility so that it causes losses. An internet of things-based classroom monitoring system is needed to solve existing problems. This system has the ability to remotely operate electronic facilities in classrooms such as air conditioning, electricity and lights, monitor access to classrooms, process data, print activity monitoring reports, to monitor the current conditions of a room. This system consists of three parts, namely the database part, the microcontroller section and the software section. The database section contains data on access cards or fingerprints, room usage schedules, room temperature and humidity. The methodology for designing and building a classroom monitoring system uses the waterfall methodology. In this methodology, several steps are taken to build a system, namely: system requirements analysis, hardware design and software engineering, system design, system implementation, system testing, and system maintenance. Based on the test results, this system can record input data on the microcontroller section and display it in the software section for real-time monitoring and controlling of classrooms and minimizing damage to existing facilities in the classroom. Monitoring of classroom use that is not according to the schedule of use can be carried out and controlled remotely in real-time.

The refrigerator is considered one of the most important appliances, which is used almost everywhere for the purpose of storing food, beverages, and medicines at low temperatures and in a closed place to avoid exposure. There is such a problem as the lack of cashless vending machines, the unavailability of information about the location of vending machines, etc. As a solution to the above problems, a smart re-frigerator is offered. The proposed smart refrigerator uses a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) reader, an Arduino Uno microcontroller, RFID tags for all items in the refrigerator, a user-friendly application de-veloped using Microsoft Visual Studio, Python, a core MySQL database developed by vendors to store in-formation related to each purchased item, and a GSM/GPS A7 module, with support for GPRS data trans-mission.

The importance of agriculture and forestry in the control or mitigation of climate is an important issue that has gained a lot of attention recently. Climate smart agricultural and forestry practices a situation where practices that will promote mitigation and reduce emission towards a better food security and environmental friendly weather are considered in this review paper. Also the role played by extension workers was also discussed. Climate smart agricultural and forestry practices such as planting of drought resistant crops, changes in cropping pattern, irrigation efficiency improvement, afforestation and agro-forestry were elucidated. It was concluded that an extensive extension service that will adequately educate and reach out to stakeholders at all levels will improve capacity to control the impact of climate change.

(Erwin); Rohmat, A. (Agus);Machines are valuable assets that need to be protected from damage and failure through proper maintenance measures. This paper proposes a system that automatically monitors the running time of machines and sends notifications regarding their preventive maintenance (PM) schedules. The system core consists of a programmable logic controller (PLC) and a human machine interface (HMI). The HMI is connected to an online platform via internet connection provided by a router, so that the monitoring result can be accessed via Android smartphone or laptop/PC. This IoT-based running time monitoring system (IRTMS) will be particularly helpful in implementation at an production site that consists of multiple various machines. The PM items of a machine may vary from cleaning, changing single component, to an overhaul, each with different time interval. By using the IRTMS, the user will have an overview of the PM schedules anytime and anywhere. The preparation of material, components, or tools can be known ahead of time. For simulation purpose, a prototype is constructed by using components as used in industrial real-life condition. Four output connections are provided to simulate the simultaneous monitoring of four machines. The IRTMS prototype is tested and completely successful on doing the running time monitoring, the running time reset, the PM notifications, and the remote access for monitoring and control.

However, the pandemic opened Pandora's box revealing the fundamental weaknesses of universities that make them unprepared to adapt to changing times. However, the pandemic can be an opportunity to transform the entire workforce in universities so that their existence remains relevant. The critical factor in this transformation is the leader. Today's leaders must change from traditional to digital. Digital leaders can be a catalyst for change to oversee digital transformation in universities. Therefore, this study intends to explain how the implementation of digital leadership in universities in Indonesia, especially since the world has been hit by a pandemic. The author uses the literature study method and interviews stakeholders in universities. The author finds that three fundamental challenges must be overcome: culture and mindset, human resource competence, and infrastructure. Higher education leaders must resolve these three challenges to ensure that digital transformation runs smoothly. The author argues that universities are still relevant to producing quality human resources and abilities according to the times. To maintain the relevance and role of universities, leaders need to implement changes holistically, starting by creating a holistic grand design, increasing human resource competencies, infrastructure development, developing a new mindset, creating progressive culture, to organizational restructuring.

(Erwin); Rohmat, A. (Agus);Machines are valuable assets that need to be protected from damage and failure through proper maintenance measures. This paper proposes a system that automatically monitors the running time of machines and sends notifications regarding their preventive maintenance (PM) schedules. The system core consists of a programmable logic controller (PLC) and a human machine interface (HMI). The HMI is connected to an online platform via internet connection provided by a router, so that the monitoring result can be accessed via Android smartphone or laptop/PC. This IoT-based running time monitoring system (IRTMS) will be particularly helpful in implementation at an production site that consists of multiple various machines. The PM items of a machine may vary from cleaning, changing single component, to an overhaul, each with different time interval. By using the IRTMS, the user will have an overview of the PM schedules anytime and anywhere. The preparation of material, components, or tools can be known ahead of time. For simulation purpose, a prototype is constructed by using components as used in industrial real-life condition. Four output connections are provided to simulate the simultaneous monitoring of four machines. The IRTMS prototype is tested and completely successful on doing the running time monitoring, the running time reset, the PM notifications, and the remote access for monitoring and control.

However, the pandemic opened Pandora's box revealing the fundamental weaknesses of universities that make them unprepared to adapt to changing times. However, the pandemic can be an opportunity to transform the entire workforce in universities so that their existence remains relevant. The critical factor in this transformation is the leader. Today's leaders must change from traditional to digital. Digital leaders can be a catalyst for change to oversee digital transformation in universities. Therefore, this study intends to explain how the implementation of digital leadership in universities in Indonesia, especially since the world has been hit by a pandemic. The author uses the literature study method and interviews stakeholders in universities. The author finds that three fundamental challenges must be overcome: culture and mindset, human resource competence, and infrastructure. Higher education leaders must resolve these three challenges to ensure that digital transformation runs smoothly. The author argues that universities are still relevant to producing quality human resources and abilities according to the times. To maintain the relevance and role of universities, leaders need to implement changes holistically, starting by creating a holistic grand design, increasing human resource competencies, infrastructure development, developing a new mindset, creating progressive culture, to organizational restructuring.
