International audience; Lorsqu’il écrit les Carnets du sous-sol, Dostoïevski a lu les premières Nouvelles histoires extraordinaires de Poe, dans la version que Baudelaire en a donnée en 1857. Cet article présente les choix énonciatifs opérés par Poe dans « Le Démon de la Perversité », « Le Chat noir », « William Wilson », « L’Homme des foules », « Le Cœur révélateur » et « Bérénice » pour éclairer la forme nouvelle qu’invente Dostoïevski en 1864.

International audience; The article analyzes the role and importance of think tanks in integration processes. The experience of the think tanks of the EU member states in this direction has been studied. The situation in the industry of think tanks of the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union is discussed. On the basis of the study, some mechanisms have been proposed to intensify cooperation between the think tanks of the EAEU countries.; В статье анализируется роль и значение мозговых центров в интеграционных процессах. Исследуется опыт мозговых стран стран-членов Евросоюза в данном направлении. Обсуждается ситуация в индустрии мозговых центров стран-членов стран Евразийского экономического союза. На основе исследования предложены некоторые механизмы по интенсификации сотрудничества мозговых центров стран ЕАЭС.

International audience; The knowledge of pond volume at regional and national scale would allow a better management of emptying rhythms and fight against eutrophication. Eleven bathymetrical maps were surveyed in Limousin region, letting a mathematical regression which relates area and volume. It comes into operation with our new database listing all the 250,000 French ponds. Applied to the two French crystalline highlands (“Armoricain” and “Central”) of the western central France, the result is an estimate of the regional pond water volume of about 760 million cubic metres. If extrapolated to the manmade and fish ponds all over France, the water volume would be about 2.24 billion cubic metres.; Определение объемов прудов на региональном и национальном уровне позволит эффективно управлять сливами и бороться с эвтрофикацией. Одиннадцать карт глубин прудов были составлены в регионе Лимузен (Франция), получено уравнение математической регрессии, связывающее площадь и объем. Полученные данные экстраполируются на все 250000 прудов Франции. По оценкам объем воды прудов в пределах двух французских массивов (Армориканском и Центральном) Центрально-Западной Франции составляет около 760 млн м3. Если экстраполировать полученные данные на искусственные и рыбохозяйственные пруды всей Франции, объем воды составляет около 2,24 млрд м3.
