Voice assistants are systems with main purpose to simplify or automatize common everyday tasks. Users interact with them through voice, allowing them to be used in situations where user has both hands and/or eyes fully occupied, or has limited visual or physical abilities. The topic of this thesis is design and implementation of personal voice assistant with emphasis on easy modifiability and extensibility, capable of basic management of the selected communication platform and reacting to external events. The thesis describes the design of the whole system as well as individual parts and reasons some design choices. The implementation is described along with problems that occurred during the work and their solutions. Hlasoví asistenti jsou systémy, jejichž hlavním účelem je zjednodušit nebo automatizovat běžné každodenní činnosti. Uživatelé s nimi interagují pomocí hlasu, což umožňuje jejich aplikace v situacích, kdy má člověk obě ruce a/nebo oči plně zaměstnané, nebo má omezené zrakové či pohybové schopnosti. Tato práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací systému osobní hlasové asistentky s důrazem na snadnou modifikovatelnost a rozšiřitelnost, schopnou základního ovládání vybrané komunikační platformy a reakcí na vnější podněty. V práci je popsán návrh architektury celého systému i jednotlivých částí a zdůvodněné některé designové volby. Poté je popsána implementace a řešení problémů, které se během práce vyskytly. Obhájeno

V rámci rozvíjení výzkumu potravin v minulosti byla vytvořena funkční metodika na základě reakcí antigen-protilátka, která se ukázala jako použitelná pro detekci mléčných proteinů v porézní archeologické keramice. Pomocí této techniky byla prokázána přítomnost mléka skotu v testované keramice, zajištěné pro potřeby práce, pocházející převážně z doby bronzové a stejně tak byla prokázán existence kravského a kozího mléka v neolitické keramice. Současně se během zpracování dat ukázaly rozdíly mezi jednotlivými keramickými zbytky, které mohou vypovídat o rozdílné míře využívání mléčných výrobků mezi regiony, nebo svědčí o odlišném používání keramiky. Na rozdíl od předchozích prací detekujících zbytky mléka v neolitické keramice se podařilo určit, že v keramice jde převážně o zbytky mléka kozího. Mléko skotu je zastoupeno výrazně méně. Jako nejpravděpodobnějších vysvětlující hypotéza se z mého pohledu jeví používaní keramiky pro krmení dětí kozím mlékem, protože je lépe stravitelné, zatímco kravské mléko mohlo být zpracováno takovým způsobem, že přicházelo do kontaktu s keramikou méně, což také mohlo záležet na konkrétních místních tradicích. Vztah mutace pro trávení laktózy v dospělém věku a existence zbytků mléčných zbytků na neolitické keramice, zřejmě není v přímé souvislosti, lidé se pravděpodobně naučili pro konzumaci mléčný cukr odstraňovat, nebo výrazně omezovat. While developing the research of food strategies in the past a new methodology of antigen-antibody reaction has been established and verified for the detection of milk proteins in the porous surfaces of archaeological ceramics. We demonstrate the presence of cow and goat milk in the examined Neolithic pottery and the presence of cow milk in the Bronze Age pottery. Contrary to the previous published research we show that goat milk prevails among the samples of Neolithic pottery; the cow milk is much less frequent. I prefer to suggest the hypothesis The most likely hypothesis explaining my view seems to reside in the use of pottery for feeding babies with goat milk, which is much easier to digest, whereas cow's milk could have been be processed more often in non-ceramic vessels. The variations recorded in our assemblage may indicate the various extend of dairy production in researched regions, or they may suggest the different use of various ceramic vessels. The presence of milk residues within Neolithic pottery and the lactose tolerance mutation by adults does not seem to be related. Neolithic people probably learned to reduce or eliminate the content of milk sugar. Nevertheless, the further research is necessary for solving the problems of the lactose tolerance mutation and its spreading within European populations. Collectively shared notion of a personal origin is often one of the sources of a group identity. For the Tajic Pamirs is a shared assumption of common origin one of the main arguments (the others are religion or language), by which they declare their peculiar identity. The members of the Pamirs groups derive their historical origin mainly from the times of the Hellenistic period in Central Asia. Accordingly the Pamirs proclaim that their ethnogenesis is strongly influenced by the stay of Alexander the Greaťs army on their territory. Thus the Pamirs consider themselves (and sometimes they are considered also by the members of “non-Pamirs” groups) as the descendants of Alexander’s soldiers – more precisely of Alexander’s soldiers and local women (namely Aryan women). Nowadays such an assumption of common historical origin is indicated as one of the sources of defining within a scope of “we -they dichotomizing”. That is, we the Pamirs (descendants of Alexander the Great – shi´a ismá´ílics speaking Eastern Iranian languages) distinguish from the others „non-Pamirs“ who has different historical origin and religion, speaks distinct languages and partly has distinct material culture.The aim of the article is thus to analyze the phenomenon of proclaimed common origin mainly in context of the identity construction of the Pamirs. Main emphasis is put on the question: how this historical category is used not only within an academic or a political scope, but also within the popular models interpretations of social reality. Thus how it indicates in ordinary social interactions.

The output of my Diploma Thesis is illustrated book for children of age 5-8 years with its own original story. The book is divided to 11 chapters and describes a journey of young boy little Kubik, to Spanish city Santiago de Compositely. The illustrations are stylised and adapted to a children's eye. Illustrations depict mostly a changing nature and surrounding along the hero's journey in northern Spain. The main colours are blue, brown and yellow, sporadic red. The book has an adventures story about pilgrim. It contains a facts about San Jacobs pilgrimage, about it's history and differences sights along the journey. I believe the colourful illustration will find the interest in the children's audience. The book is suitable as for kids as for their parents. Výstupem diplomové práce je autorská, ilustrovaná, dětská kniha s názvem Svatojakubská pouť. Příběh vypráví putování malého Kubíka, který podniká cestu do španělského poutního města, aby se setkal se svým starším bratrem. Kniha je rozdělena do 11 kapitol a obsahuje ručně malované celostránkové ilustrace. Kapitoly jsou uvedeny drobnými popisnými obrázky. The thesis deals with the automatic scraping of terms and conditions and privacy protection information from web pages. It's a part of a larger project which focuses on the analysis of such pages and requires a dataset to train the system on. The goal is to create an application, which will be able to automatically create this dataset. As a baseline solution, a keyword-based system is used. This system allows us to create a dataset, on which we can train a neural network, which further enhances the results. By limiting the capacity of the network and hiding the keywords the network achieves a 6 to 9% improvement in f-score and up to 71% reduction in false positivity compared to the keywords-based system. Práce se zabývá automatickým stahováním smluvních podmínek a zásad ochrany údajů z webových stránek. Je součástí většího projektu, který se zabývá analýzou obsahu těchto stránek a potřebuje pro ni trénovací dataset. Cílem je vytvořit aplikaci, která bude schopna tento dataset automaticky vytvořit. Jako základní řešení jsou použita pravidla založená na klíčových slovech. Toto řešení nám umožní získat dataset, pomocí kterého je vytvořena neuronová síť, která dále zlepšuje výsledky. Omezením kapacity sítě a zakrytím klíčových slov pak sítě dosahují zlepšení 6 až 9 % v f-míře, a až 71% snížení falešné pozitivity oproti klasifikaci pomocí klíčových slov. Obhájeno

Lokalita Andělská Hora zaujímá nepřehlédnutelné postavení mezi hradními novostavbami přelomu 14/15. století, pro které je typické horečné hledání efektivní obrany proti rozvíjejícím se palným zbraním. Hrady této doby byly podrobeny zcela netušené zkoušce, ve které bez patřičných úprav nebyly schopny obstát. Diplomová práce se ve svém obsahu snaží, vzhledem ke svému rozsahu, postihnout toto období, jehož nástin je klíčový pro pochopení vnějších procesů, které Andělskou Horu formovaly. Právě z tohoto důvodu je v práci věnována mimo lokality samotné nemalá pozornost i obecnému vývoji fortifikační architektury 15. století a problematice odborné terminologie. Části věnované lokalitě samotné pak postihují vývoj hradu Andělská Hora se zaměřením na fortifikační prvky. Jedná se o velice komplikovanou lokalitu, která v průběhu svého života podstoupila mnoho stavebních úprav, které pokračovaly i po požáru r. 1718, i ty je však nutno, vzhledem k pochopení celkové situace, rovněž zdokumentovat- jedná se totiž o transformační procesy, které jsou přirozenou součástí vývoje lokality (Neustupný 1986, 527-528) a sloužily tak formování objektu do podoby, do které se dochoval dodnes. Andělská Hora castle occupies a highly visible place belong newly constructed castles of 14/15th century which is typical for a feverish seeking of effective defense against developing gunpowder weapons. Castles of 15th century were subjected to strong endurance test, in which they couldn´t succeed without proper preparations. The thesis is trying, due to its scope, to affect the period which outline is essential to understand all the external processes, by which the castle was formed. Because of this reason the thesis is paying attention to general development of fortification architecture of 15th century and its terminology at all. The part dedicated to site itself then affects the development of Andělská Hora and specializes itself to fortification elements. Site is very complicated, which has undergo a lots of building activities, whose continued after the burn down in 1718. But even these changes needs to be documented- because they are transformational processes, whose are the inherent parts of shaping the site to the form we know till today. In my work I present possibilities of oral history usage in history lessons in the Czech Republic. I focus on primary schools and present tasks and realization of concrete projects. Main task is communication among the children and narrators, and cooperation among the families and the school. In my paper is introduced Czech elementary education, connection of oral history and history lessons, thematic areas and proposals of three concrete projects. First project is about daily life in normalization. The second one named “Become an explorer” describes record of historical changes through the street name changes. The third one deals November’s events in the 1989 and its output is “living museum”. Students present here their knowledge and skills, which they gained at the school. With their creations they decorated walls of the classes and corridors of school. Ve svém příspěvku popisuji využití orální historie v hodinách dějepisu v České republice. Zaměřuji se v něm na základní školství a konkrétní realizaci projektů. Hlavním přispěním orální historie do školství je možnost propojení rodiny a školy. V článku je představeno české základní školství, propojení orální historie s dějepisem, tématické oblasti a návrhy tří konkrétních projektů. První se zabývá každodenností a tedy životem v době tzv. normalizace. Druhý s názvem Staň se průzkumníkem popisuje zaznamenání historických změn prostřednictvím proměny názvů ulic. Třetí se zabývá listopadovými událostmi roku 1989 a jeho výstupem je tzv. živé muzeum. Žáci zde prezentují své znalosti a dovednosti, které získali prostřednictvím výuky. Svými výtvory pak zdobí stěny ve třídě i chodbu školy.

This thesis aims to follow the position of Muslim community in Bosnia and Herzegovina throughout the country's historical changes since the 14th century until the nineties of the 20th century when the war in Bosnia nad Herzegovina broke out. It describes the formation of Muslims' political awareness and engagement in their own affairs within a different political environment and suggests causes of Islamic radicalization in the country which is evident on the relatively high numbers of Bosnian citizens leaving as foreign fighters to the Middle Eastern war fields, joining radical groups as so-called Islamic State. Bakalářká práce popisuje pozici islámské komunity v Bosně a Hercegovině během různých historických období země. Dále se zabývá tradiční podobou islámské víry v Bosně a Hercegovině a upozorňuje na její přeměny na konci 20. století a navrhuje možné příčiny těchto změn. Taktéž upozorňuje na neobvykle vysoký počet občanů Bosny a Hercegoviny, kteří odjíždějí na Blízký východ bojovat po boku některé z militantních islamistických skupin. Obhájeno

The rigorous work deals with the anchoring and history of the imprisonment, its position in the Czech Penal Code, the Probation and Mediation Service, including its role in the execution of the house arrest. Part of the work is focused on electronic monitoring, first in the Czech Republic and subsequently in other countries, where domestic prisons are dealt with in accordance with the legal regulations of the comparative countries. Part of the work is also devoted to case law and statistics. The thesis is supplemented by a practical part consisting of 2 studies, one being an interview with the head of the Probation and Mediation Service Center in Benesov Bc. Jitka Pohunková and the other interview with the prisoner of imprisonment in Benesov district. Rigorózní práce pojednává o ukotvení a historii trestu domácího vězení, dále o jeho postavení v trestních předpisech České republiky, o probační a mediační službě včetně její úlohy při výkonu trestu domácího vězení. Část práce je zaměřena na elektronický monitoring, zprvu v České republice a následně i v ostatních zemích, kdy je rozebráno domácí vězení v souladu s právní úpravou komparovaných zemí. Jistý úsek práce je věnován i judikatuře a statistikám. Práce je doplněna i o praktickou část, která je složena ze 2 výzkumů, přičemž jedním je rozhovor s vedoucí střediska probační a mediační služby v Benešově Bc. Jitkou Pohunkovou a druhým pak rozhovor s odsouzeným k trestu domácího vězení na okrese Benešov. Obhájeno
